The strawberry banana flums Are always sold out everywhere, except for MIKE smoke shop. On top of that, they are always extremely welcoming and willing To give nothing but the best customer service. It’s very hard to get great customer service such as this at any smoke shop, just like a Car mechanic, so You can safely say That this is the only smoke shop I will ever go to from this point on. I would recommend the same for you Reading this as well.

Came across this smoke shop by chance I absolutely love it. It has alot to offer all types of different glass, hookahs, a huge selection of different rolling papers, and high quality vapes. What I especially like from this smoke shop is the detail and organization of the entire store it’s CLEAN which is not always the case for smoke shops in Hollywood. Very interesting shop and friendly employees like yiaer very knowledgeable and patient. Also spotted famous people shopping while I was there. :) I would definitely recommend others in the area to check it out. 10/10

This smoke shop is hands down the best in the neighborhood! I absolutely enjoy my shopping experience here. Sam and Deep are incredibly knowledgeable and always assist me in finding the perfect purchase. The store is spacious, offering a wide range of products—from vapes and tobacco to bongs and aroma therapy sticks. Its my go-to place for all things smoke-related! 🌟✌🏼

This place is one of the biggest smoke shops I’ve ever seen. They have everything I needed and some. Best part is they open earlier then any other shops I know so it makes it Easter to get what I need right before work. The guys are super nice and always helpful.

Came in this morning m. Some red head Indian guy was the least knowledgeable guy. There was a 10 minute be back later sign on the door. I waited for almost 20 minutes and he had no idea what he was talking about sold me the wrong product and didn’t give me a refund. Please do not shop. Not only that the shop opens at 8 and he was still opening when I showed up at 8:30 am

The guys that work here are awesome! They always remember me every time I come in, they are easy to talk to about not only vape knowledge, but everything in between! Also, grab a few incense sticks before you leave. You guys rock!

The staff here were so nice and helped me find what I wanted exactly even if its not the most expensive option. Tons of custom glass and generous policy with accessories and other odds and ends.

I asked them to see their grabba leaves boxes . He said they have none just the single packs . I looked through the single packs and were all old and expired and then he told us he won’t let us see the other leaves until the other ones are sold . Then they told me they sell their products regardless . These guys need to go out of business before they learn that it’s their customers that keep them afloat . DONT SHOP HERE worst tobacco SHOP in Los Angeles

I came in and bought a Blueberry Energizer Elfbar on Tuesday September 13th, and when I got home to use it it was totally defective. I got a pretty unwelcome response when I called and asked about it, but decided to go in in person on the 15th and see what I could get done. I was greeted by 3 gentlemen all who gave me sideways looks, and when I described my problem the main guy (who I assume is the manager?) proceeded to give me grief for a minute before having me try a new one of the same flavor.Every single one of the new ones he showed we were all visibly burned and melted on the outside. After showing me 3 obviously ruined ones he begrudgingly told one of the others guys to have me choose a new flavor.I had planned on coming back as their selection is decent, but now after this experience Ill be discouraging people from visiting this Mikes store. Altogether a really easy fix turned into an awkward situation fully by the business. Hopefully I just had an isolated incident and this isnt their normal operating procedure!

Still love it and still prefer it for any shopping after midnight. mike is also very generous with his prices if you come in enough times.

My first impression of this smoke shop was like wow, they got a lot of inventory!! I started to buy cigarettes from that store because I thought they have the best prices in the area. As soon as I become a regular customer(2 weeks), they rise up the price for $2 per pack. I will never come back to this smoke shop and dont reccomend it to anyone, because eventually you will overpay. If you looking to buy tobacco and pay less, stay away!!!

I bought a vape machine, not noticing the box had been opened when I took it. Turned out the content was defect, I would assume the people in the store knew that since it was already open and they decided to cheat a customer. If you ever buy anything here make sure to check boxes are sealed!

Mikes other location is good but whoever runs this seems to always be nodding off in the shop, with his eyes glazed open and pupils to tiny pins. What I am saying is, I can’t anyone to help me bc everyone who works there is high as hell and I’m half convinced it’s a front for sell fent at this point.

Tried to return a faulty vape that was sparking when I wasn’t hitting it… the guy working had a long scraggly beard, hit in front of me, and gave it back to me saying it worked fine. Not returning here.

AMAZING customer service and they are just so nice. The store is super clean, spacious, well light and it’s very easy to see all their products! They also have everything!!! One of the best smoke shops in Hollywood

Even though they calculated wrong and admitted, they said NO REFUND AVAILABLE with any circumstances. They don’t understand customer’s feeling and don’t want to. I live near there, never will go back.
