I’ve been coming here for 7 years, I left to San Diego 2 years ago and haven’t been back in since, just went back today and they still recognized after a 2 year hiatus. The customer service here is the best I’ve seen out of all the Vape Shops I’ve been to here in LA, I will always drive out of my way to come here ( I live in Glendale). Wren is so knowledgeable about all the 100s of products they have, and always gives me the best suggestions. I can’t speak for the other stores they have in the area but I would be surprised if they weren’t as wonderful as this one. If you’re looking for a vape shop this is the one and only. Trust that once I move make you LA next year I will be making that 30 minute drive when I need supplies.

Going into The Vape Shop has always been a pleasant experience! All of the workers are so accommodating and make me feel welcome. Shoutout Wren, always making my day/store experience brighter! Highly recommend with their large variety they have to offer .

These guys are legitly buying their reviews or something. Every time I call in to ask a simple question about stock availability, the rudest guy will give me the most condescending answers ever.If you want to be belittled and feel less than when you ask questions, come here. If you want to be treated with respect and professionally helped, go to another vape shop.

I was very impressed with this place. The selection is great and the service was even better. I had gone in to buy pods for my Orion DNA and when I opened the box in my car there was only one pod. I went back and let them know and they replaced my box no problem. Real stoked on that kind of service because they didnt need to do that! 10/10 would recommend and am going back from now on to re-up.

Wren is extremely helpful And knowledgeable. His focus on customer service is exceptional. Every experience I’ve had is quick and easy. I have been going here for 6 years, they have an unmatchable selection and e-liquids and vapes. Everything I want is always in stock. They treat all their customers with kindness. Thanks Wren!

The guys (theres may be girls but I havent encountered any lol) are ALWAYS so helpful, friendly, and super accommodating. the store has been stocked with all the things I need (or at least another one within a few blocks is) and their in entry is the newest stuff. I dont ever feel like they are trying to pad the sale, which is great for me because I like to just buy things and that also lets me trust them. for me, #1 in retail vape stores in LA.

I love this place! They’re one of the only shops that carries my favorite flavor. I recently moved further away and still drive all the way across town just to go to this shop. Every employee is extremely nice, knowledgeable and provides great customer service. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Been here with my buddies recently and it is only fair to highlight that the staff was a charm. They were super friendly and managed to take my experience as a customer to the next level. Top notch service. We were helped by Nikki mostly, who not only was a dream assistant but also one of the nicest gals in LA, but everyone else would also go the extra mile to cater to your needs. Wide variety of products and cool vibes around; definitely a stop de rigueur in a vapers map! ;)

Fortunately, The Vape Shop was closer to me, which is open until 11 PM. These guys are awesome. They kindly helped me to choose suitable and quality box+tank. Staff is friendly and smart people, with an excellent knowledge of what they are selling. It was my spontaneous decision after 16 years of regular cigarette user. Then, I went to The Vape Shop, giving a lot of questions. The given information was so good after web research, that at this moment, I am finding myself writing this review with a smile. I walked in on a Saturday morning looking for a specific juice for a semi-emergency situation and was quickly greeted with good news. Not only did they have what I needed, the prices were extremely competitive with many Ive seen online, let alone brick and mortar. The impressive variety of juices and devices is beautifully presented and obviously cared for with pride. The selection is only outshone by the friendly employees who turned a would-be stressful Saturday into a productive weekend.

My go-to vape shop. Very welcoming staff. Very informative and answer any and all questions with patience, and try to accommodate their costumers the best of their abilities. Great selection of products and parts, and you can test all their juice flavors in-store. Prices are decent, little higher than other mediocre stores, but excellent service and selections make up for it. I’m all about quality of products and service over cheaper prices, and this place it top notch! Keep up the great job guys!

This store is a little gym that is perfectly tucked away in Koreatown Los Angeles. I needed a 510 vaporizer, and buy your luck, they had to laugh. Not only was the product decent quality , but the representative was quite hospitable and had great customer service skills. After he checked my ID, I was able to purchase the vaporizer with no issues.

Staff is always really friendly, seems like they want to help you find what you need. They always make sure they let me taste the flavor of any ejuice I want to buy before, to make sure I like it. I bought my first 2 vapes at this store and they always gave me so much information on what I get. Cant say it in any other words but LOVE THIS PLACE.

AS ALWAYS, the friendly gentleman behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. As usual, I vaguely described the flavor profile & strength of vape juice I was looking for and BOOM! The Vape Shop always has the coils I need and the staff is super helpful. I was having issues taking my vape apart and the gentleman behind the counter helped me to replace the coil that was stuck.It would be great if cinnamon funnel cake, beard no. 32 was in stock at the stores. It is never available for purchase

Kristen is very knowledgeable in all their products, Jack is very helpful in teaching you how to use a new vape & can suggest the perfect juices that fit ones taste, & Colin is quick & efficient in coil changes! I purchased a custom Made Vape. I was pleased with the display and the prices too.I came into the store a little green and unfamiliar with the way to build a custom mod and tank and I walked out a pro.This is where I will go when I need juice or other accessories. This spot always has what I need ! They’re so knowledgeable & helped me out w/ every question I had. This is my go to b/c of the customer service & the info I learn frm there. That one star 🌟 rating is a joke!! The only complaint with this place is the parking lot, and thats still not that bad cuz theres plenty of parking close by. Huge variety, very helpful, they dont make feel rushed, and to top it all off the prices are phenomenal!!!! Ive been going to this shop for about 8 months now and ever experience is pleasant. I found this store on accident, one dayI burned my cotton and this was the only shop I could find that was close. Went in, bought some cotton, 10 mins later I had re-wicked and was on my way. I even decided to buy some juice because the service was so nice. Animal crackers was recommended and it was FIRE!! (The good kind). All in all my favorite shop thus far. Its worth me driving 10 miles/30 mins to get there. The other shops in the area pretend that you have a hearing 👂 problem, and tend to get bothered when you ask more than 2 questions (Im exaggerating). Cant say much else.

Very nice Vape shop, one of the only places Ive been to in LA were they still have RDAs and RDTAs for sell. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and will help you find what you want no matter how long it takes. On top of that they have more than 300 different flavors !!! Just my favorite shop in LA.

Went there on the quick as one of my glass tanks cracked whilst on holiday. The gentleman behind the counter supplied me with a new tank which was reasonably priced and also offered some advice and an additional part for free! Great service!

So this review goes out to Johnny and also Wren and the rest of the team. I’ve been meaning to write a review for quite a while, but today just reminded me how awesome The Vape Shop is. I’ve been coming here for a while and Wren took care of me when I first started going there and always gave great customer service. However, usually when I go in, Johnny is there and he is also 5 Stars. I’ve been vaping Stimulus Blu-Yo-Mind for a while now and my last visit I purchased a different kind of packaging. It didn’t taste the same and the nicotine was lighter. I went in to let them know and see what they could do (fully expecting to pay full price for another bottle), but Johnny said “it’s okay, here’s a full bottle plus a small bottle on the house.” I just wanted to say thank you guys and always being a 5 Star vape shop. Been a customer probably since they opened and i would be coming in depending on my usage of vaping, great staff and when im feeling a craving of certain flavors they recommend personal preference that i quite enjoy myself. Grateful TheVapeShop is still up and running with locals and loyal customers still coming in like myself oh and dont forget that tip! Cause that service is 5 out of 5.

Shop has a decent selection, wish they would bring in more nasty juice flavors dont understand why they would only have the mango when almost all their flavors are bomb. The prices arent the best when youre used to 20$ plus tax on a 60m bottle but for the LA area I guess theyre good. Said a 3.5 - 4, bring in more Cushman flavors or melon nasty juice hate having to drive to orange to get the flavors, expand on some of your brands the mango/banana mango/grape and the mango/strawberry Cushman flavors are bomb and Im sure would sale well. Everyone I let try it falls in love with them.

I’ve been coming here ever since they opened about 4 years ago. I am compelled to write this review that’s been overdue for the longest time.After visiting numerous of other vape shops throughout La and the OC area, The Vale Shop is the most complete vape shop imo.Product selection is superb. Newest hardware and over 500 Ejuice flavors to choose from. All at very reasonable prices.Clean atmosphere. Always see at least one staff cleaning something whenever I’m there lolDeals, deals on deals! Love their daily sales and the five star rewards program is an added perk.Most importantly, the customer service here is amazing. Every staff here is friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Really excellent store. Clean, huge selection, tons of demo units, tons of flavors, and helpful staff. In addition they had some unique Vapes I hadnt seen elsewhere. Prices were a tad on the high side but not outrageous.

ABSOLUTELY BEST VAPE SPOT! So glad I found this shop. First thing I noticed is staff that make you feel like a valued customer. This is usually severely lacking at other vape shops. Then I saw a product (eLeaf iCare) marked at $20 cheaper then I got at The Vapor Lounge on Wilshire. Upon more comparisons this place beats out like everyone on price. Its a small place but they have like everything. They have a lot of obscure coils that other place dont have (thats what brought me here in the first place) and they have other cheap accessories. They sell the good brown LG HG2 batteries. Just love everything about this place. I bought the Jaybo Mini mod and last time we went in my girlfriend bought the Smok Alien here. They have a point system that gives you a point for every dollar you spend and you can use that to get bonuses and they were changing the point system but they took the time to grandfather me in to the old point system as they knew i was trying to get to 500 points (had 390). Little things like that make you feel like a valued customer and I will now go out of my way to go here!!! And there house juice is great. I am puffing on their vanilla custard right now and my girl love the strawberry milk! Keep up the good work guys!!! - Mark

I used to live a block away, but even though there is now a different vape shop across the streeet, I’ll still take the half mile trek to the true “The Vape Shop”. The staff here is the most helpful, most attentive, most loyal and appreciative of customers that you’ll find out of any vape shop in LA. If you have a question about and mechanical issues or want insight into a purchase, your best bet is to take the trip from wherever you are to the Vape Shop on Western. Ren, Justin, the entire crew, they’re the most down to earth folks you could meet. You’ll be wasting your time, energy and especially money, going anywhere else.

Quit smoking a couple months ago, recently began getting urges to pick up a cigarette. Figured I’d try a vape. Just went in looking for a basic cheap tank for a battery I have already for CBD. Quickly realized I’d much rather enjoy a new device. The girl working was unbelievably helpful. Walked me through picking out a device that fit me perfectly and told me pros and cons of the couple I was interested in. After purchasing she found out it was my first device and taught me how to set it up. Step by step. She was incredible and 10/10 will be back just because of her.

This is a high end vape shop experience. Speaking as an anomalous living fossil hailing from an ancient geological era, I declare the staff to be more than cogent, always coherent and almost entirely unprone to resorting to left coast vernacular and contemporary colloquialisms that are present in every other vape store I have ever been to. Tucked away in a little strip mall on Western just north of 1st in Koreatown, this place is a real find!!! Looks like about 50 different e-cig brands - with refills.The first place Ive found in town that always has a variety of JUUL pods in stock, at around the same price I pay online with auto ship. The woman who helped me was happy, helpful and kind.I have found my regular vape shop in Los Angeles!!!!

The e juice is good for vape but they sell fake coils I was using there coils from that shop and I went through all 3 coils less than a week and I was using them at factory recommend settings.

Wish I could give negative stars. Sent me fake tracking information, trying to extort 300 more dollars from me for insurance after Ive paid for everything already.
