I’ve been buying from this company for a few months now and have always had very easy/smooth transactions. I normally work with Leanna and she’s honestly the best! She actually remembers my name and texts me about my orders, unlike many other sellers I’ve bought from. Leanna has made me feel like more than just a customer, which is why I keep coming back! Also all of my orders came in carefully packed without anything missing or damaged!

I got to say we did have a rough start as their forms are outdated. the website tells you to call for a shipping quote but they cant give you one until they pulled the order. They wont pull the order unless they have your credit card authorization. The authorization form has things that dont even apply and are outdated. This whole system needs fixed.There were several items that I had in my cart that were not actually in stock. if its not in stock, I shouldnt be able to add it to my cart. I just received my order today and there was one discrepancy they sent me the wrong thing x 3Placed my second order and over half of the order was not in stock. I started out around $650 and it ended up around $180. Somebody needs to work on the inventory. On both orders the shipping price is intentionally being inflated. After placing my second order this one was also messed up. me aThey sent an item they dont even sell in place of what I actually ordered. Also I was charged for items that were not sent. My sales representative seems to have ignored me about resolving any issue with any orders so I call the main office. I asked them if they had the item that I ordered that they did not send me and they were not sure. After going back to the site you can still add items to your cart that they do not have in stock.Third order same thing. Most items ordered not in stock.After placing several orders I have decided these people are just incompetent. Nothing you order is ever in stock it’s pointless to even have a website.

I have had great a experience Lean with this company! They always have the stuff that I need and their website is easy to follow.My representative Leanna is awesome!She always goes the extra mile to take care of her customers. I would highly recommend these guys!

The employees here are really rude. They lack customer service skills. You could’ve been there like 2 minutes and they always start to rush you to order and expect you to know their inventory and pricing. Like chill! I’m about to buy over $2k. Sandra and that short Hispanic girl need a day off or something to be happy about. Or please hire someone pleasant who has customer service skills. I can’t wait for quarantine to be over so I can shop somewhere else.

Used to go there and spend an average of about $4,000 per month but lately their service is horrible! I will never go back again, the employees do not seem to care about their customers anymore. Good luck guys!! Hope you can continue treating customers the way you do and eventually you will have none. Anyway you will never get another penny from me.

I always order from them till recently all the last orders I have received have had missing items and when I call the shipping department they act like I’m lying. I do not recommend anyone to order from this company. All these years doing business doesn’t mean anything to them. Do not trust these people and do not do business with them.

My experience with US Global Imports was short lived. Half of my companys first order was broken and, I was credited with the items. My next order was bad right out of the gate with a item that was not ordered in replacement of the item I had ordered. I realized it and called back when I received my invoice via email. The lady I spoke to fixed it and added 2 items that, I thought, would make it to my order. Since, my order had just been made the day before. When I received my order, half of it was incorrect. I received two items of a color that was incorrect, all the way to the product number. I received one item that was close but, not at all what was pictured on the site or on the description, for that matter.My experience with the customer service is that they are not knowledgable of whether or not an item is in stock. They must go see! Also, they dont update the website. Last, they do not seem like they have the people skills to take orders over the phone. I experienced very rude undertones and more than subtle I dont want to sell to you. attitudes. If you wish to deal with the problems of bad shipping practices and bad customer service. This is the company for you!

This place is a joke! I wish I could have just given a 1/2 a star. First it took days for them to ship our order then when it was ready to ship they called and said we needed to pay shipping but their website said free shipping. The lady in the shipping dept said she couldnt honor that because its a glitch on their website. So I gave her my credit card info and she called back 1 hour later and said she lost the piece of paper with my credit card info on it then after a few minutes said never mind I found the paper and then just hung up on me without saying goodbye or anything. Then as I am typing this review she calls me back again to tell me they are just going to give me free shipping. This place is just all over the place. I will never order from them again. I will be taking my wholesale business somewhere else

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have parking for customers but they don’t allow me to park in the parking. They did extreme misbehave with me to keep their parking lot free. I am one of their regular customers have been going there for years! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Family owned business, great experience they carry many new brands. Employees are friendly and always open for questions, always willing to go over and beyond to meet customers needs.

This is the worst place for wholesale products. Problems starts from there name. On invoice it is “U.S. GLOBAL IMPORTS” and when you call they will say “Sonic Imports”. So far we order products from them few times, on first shipment many products was missing, even parts missing from the item, and damaged item. Most of the main item wasn’t ship. And Shipping was sky high. Call them and inform them, they said they are out of those main items and they will issue store credit for non shipped item. Next time we order same thing happen again. Product missing, wrong item, damaged item, and also poor quality of those products. Call customer service, after 30 min. later hold somebody there. Then agent said she can not do anything, somebody will call me with in 5 minutes. It’s been a week now no call yet. So now I am letting the World to know about them, this the WORST place for Wholesale products. I will not shop there anymore. Be careful shopper.

Watch your shipments from these people, Used to get good service, now I get an order from them and items are missing. When I called back to say my order was imcomplete (mind you already paid) the Mexican (Relita) tells me its impossible, and starts getting testy with me. They have lost a good customer over approx. $10.00.The owners of this Company would be wise to fire Relita as she has No Customer service skills and doubtful she ever will. I hope the Owners read this and call me, my phone # is in their records unless Relita deleted them. That Company sucks until she is gone.

Called to place an order and sales rep kept telling me he will call me back for the invoice and never called back. I tried calling back 2 times and he said he will call me back again and still never did. The sales rep didnt even know the prices of the products I was asking for. Its a terrible business. Go spend your money somewhere else.
