JD Purity Day Spa, Nail and Hair Salon

I absolutely love this place!! I started coming to Darina in January and when I tell you she has done my nails justice!! My nails were super short and brittle when I started. I now have long healthy nails. I’ll never go back to a regular salon!! I recommend them to everyone I know!

I bought my mom a birthday spa day and this was a phenomenal experience. I didnt get anything done, but my mom did and from what I saw, how they treated her and even how she felt, it was top notch. I definitely will be coming back myself to get a massage and pedicure with my besties. Audra was amazing and just so kind and welcoming and gave my mom an amazing massage! Tiffany made us feel like family and Victoria did an awesome job on my moms pedicure! The entire building was spotless and so clean.

This is an amazing group of women! They are all so friendly and talented. I had the hard gel with the European Manicure. The detail is like no other manicure I have had! I highly recommend Victoria. She is meticulous and pays close attention to detail which I really appreciate. Thank you for your hard work Victoria. My nails are beautiful!

This is the AMAZING beauty place ever! The salon is always clean and tidy. The girls are kind and friendly. But I especially want to recommend Daryna. SHE IS THE BEST! . I am ready to sing her odes of love. She always does everything neatly, beautifully. The quality of her work is ABOVE THE SKY. Im even often asked if its really my natural nails because they cant believe how INCREDIBLE it can look. She’s so friendly, hardworking, amazing and wonderful girl. In general, Daryna is LOVE. I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Victoria did an amazing job on my gel pedicure and the owner, Julia, introduced herself to me and made me feel so welcome to be there. I appreciate how easy it is to book the service(s) youre interested in right through their website. I like being able to see what times/dates are available and appreciate their cancellation policy. The pricing is extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My nails have never looked better! I do hair and I have tried for years to keep nails on more than 9-10 days. Now my nails never lift or catch hair behind them even at 3 weeks when it’s time for a fill in. My cuticles are so cleaned up too and stay looking nice the entire time in between fill ins. Victoria is AMAZING!! 😍💅🏻

Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe this place! I started coming here around 3-ish months ago. I had been to countless Nail Salons around the city and was never pleased with my nails when I left (partially my fault, I never speak up. IYKYK). When I left here for the first time I was flabbergasted. My cuticles have never been so cared for. I am telling you Darina did not miss a beat with my nails! My polish was examined from up top, side ways, upside down. My hand was doing all kinds of moves and that polish was chefs kiss 👌🏻 I have yet to leave this place feeling unhappy. No going home and filing my nails or getting out my cuticle clippers (I shouldn’t be allowed to have those), complaining to my husband that I’m not happy. Everyone comments on how beautiful my nails look. I will drive the 37 minutes there for the rest of my life to get my nails done. I promise you it is worth every minute. I get the Premium European Gel Set. My nails have not cracked or chipped once. Trust me I am hard on them. I have three boys and these nails have held their own. Do yourself a favor and book your next appointment here. Attached is a picture of my most recent nails 😍 they also get new colors frequently which I LOVE! They are always trendy and always seem to have one to go with an upcoming Holiday. One more thing! They do designs that come out phenomenal as well. French is hand colored on with that same detail and attention. See I told you I couldn’t say enough amazing things about this place.

I am so grateful for finding Vika Morozenko. That girl is a true professional!! I have been dealing with dry feet for years and she helped me with getting my baby feet back!! I cannot stop touching them!!! My husband of 20 years who had never tried mani/pedi, is going to schedule an appointment with her after seeing my results! I have been trying different things for years at normal salons, fancy spas, taking tons of supplements to no avail. And only after 2 or 3 visits to Vika, I am no longer shy showing off my feet in public. She was respectful and professional and created a plan for me and it worked. Apparently, they were overdoing it at the other salons and it created a vicious cycle. Also, her manicure is outstanding. Thanks to her mastery of latest russian manicure techniques, my cuticles and nails in general look perfect for the entire month, the only reason I come back is because the nails grow out. I am obsessed with Vika :) Vika, if you are reading this review, thank you so much for what you do, for your kindness, for honesty, for taking time with me and FOR CARING. It must be hard for you to relocate to a different country due to war, to start a new life from scratch, to learn a completely new language, but I wish you all the best and feeling so blessed meeting you. JD Purity Day Spa greatly accommodated our small group of girls for a bachelorette trip! Their communication and service were both outstanding. The staff was kind and courteous and checked to make sure we were well taken care of throughout the day!

This is an amazing salon. Personal warm service and talented professionals. I do my European manicure every month and pedicure. Darina is a wonderful and so pretty master :)! Also, I highly recommend the facial with Mara. I always feel special when I go there. Thank you ladies for making me pretty!

It was my first time here and the entire experience was wonderful. I had a facial and a Swedish massage by Audra. She was amazing! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. My skin has never felt better! They are so friendly and welcoming. They were able to get me in day of too! That was very surprising! I highly recommend coming here. I will definitely be back!

Most meticulous, detailed, relaxing pedicure of my LIFE! ❤️ Not only did these incredible women go out of their way to schedule myself and 2 out of town friends for spa pedicures, but the quality of the pedicures was like nothing I had ever experienced before. I will definitely be back, and I will be spreading the word about the incredible quality of this place!

Everyone there is very professional. They go out of their way to make sure your experience is a positive one. I had only had two previous facials before my facial with them and there was just no comparison. I gave my sister a gift card for the European facial for her birthday and we went together (what are sisters for?) We both came out of there feeling so relaxed and the skin on our faces felt taut, yet so moisturized. We then had a pedicure and agreed (weve had SEVERAL of these) that hands-down it was the best wed ever had. They take their time and the results show it. I had my pedicure in early November (no gel, regular polish) and my toenails have grown out, but the polish is still PERFECT! I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Had my first experience at JDPurity today. I had a Swedish massage with aromatherapy followed by a European facial and derma-planing. Audra was wonderful. The space is clean, calming and professional. Would highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.

Ill start my review with my facials and my experiences there. Each time Ive been greeted warmly and shown to private, comfortable rooms for my service. The staff are very professional and courteous and inquire on my comfort throughout the visit. The tables are warm and I struggle not to fall asleep during my services. The facials themselves are very successfully the staff explain the process and provided explanations and samples for the products used/offered. To say they create a relaxing atmosphere is an under statement. It really is what I envisioned as a true spa experience with dim lights, gentle music and aroma therapy. My skin is always glowing after a facial and in the resulting weeks I have softer, smoother, healthier skin. Ive been complemented often and have been tracking through selfies the improvements. The serum they sell has created successful results with smoother skin and reduced pore visibility since I began using it and Im so happy with the product.

I had the most fantastic experience at this nail salon, all thanks to the incredible nail tech, Darina! She is an absolute gem and truly went above and beyond to ensure that my nails looked perfect. Darinas attention to detail and expertise are unmatched, and she made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted, resulting in nails that exceeded my expectations. Her friendly demeanor and passion for her craft made my visit even more enjoyable. I couldnt be happier with the results, and I will definitely be requesting Darina for all of my future appointments. Victoria was amazing! She was very detailed and completely transformed my nails and feet that are exposed to long hours on a production floor. The salon is nice, clean, and relaxing. This will be my new salon going forward.

Everything was amazing. Went for a cut an color with Tiffany. She was on time, personable, and made sure she did everything I asked in a timely manor. This is hands down the most wonderful Day Spa!! I booked a first time European facial with Mara. She took her time to get information in regards to my skin care needs and was professional, friendly and over all amazing. The staff welcome you when you first arrive and make you feel special from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. They are very knowledgeable in regards to their products and they are not pushy. The salon is extremely clean and inviting. I have already booked my next facial and I am looking forward to trying their other services.

I wanted same-day Balayage (unheard of) before the weekend and Tiffany changed some things around in order to fit me in! Her work was amazing. I love how my hair turned out and I’m grateful for her amazing customer service in trying to accommodate me so last minute. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best salon in Louisville! Ive gotten facials, waxing and nails done here so far and the care and quality they provided was just luxurious. Everyone who works here is so friendly and accommodating. So happy to have found JD! Definitely recommend.

Everyone was very friendly, but my particular aesthetician did not assess my skin or ask me any questions before starting the facial. Nor did she tell me about the products she was putting on my face. I felt pretty good at the end of the treatment (relaxed and moisturized) but within an hour, I noticed how thick the product was on my face. In fact, it was clumped near my ears so much that I could literally pick it off. I wasnt given any post-facial instructions, so im not sure if this was normal. Overall, this was a poor experience compared to resort and other day spa facials Ive had.

I’ve had multiples services at JD Purity salon.First- let me start by saying Audra gave the best facial I’ve ever had! First time in my life I left the spa with noticeably brighter skin. No pressure to buy products. I booked my next three facial appointments before leaving (in preparation for derby)Next- the body scrub with actual shower to rinse off was heaven. Did I mention the scrub and body butter are made by hand locally, smell DIVINE, and leave you with the silkiest skin - even my husband noticed how smooth my skin felt.Last- I booked a friend and I for pedicures. WOW. My feet felt so silky smooth I couldn’t stop touching them. The care and detail of the cuticles, nail bed and soles of my feet- just wow.Not only do they perform expected spa services- they are FULL SERVICE. Nails, skin, massages, hair, waxing- folks do yourself a favor- book a full day of pampering here. If the Spa is not your thing but need a gift for someone who loves the luxury- grab a gift card, or call to customize a package(I received no consideration or compensation for my review- it’s really just that good)

This place is a family owned salon and I cant believe I am just discovering this place after 15 years in Louisville. I have traveled the world and never has Louisville offered European manicures so I always had to have one while out of town but Darina was spectacular! As good as the ones Ive had in Europe. Detailed work on cuticles and proper placement and shape of gel. I will be booking here everytime. She was great about the health and integrity of the natural nail before the gel placement. This is a diamond. You wont find a better place for quality nails. No rush and it lasts 3 to 4 weeks so the price is worth it!

Beautiful salon, and seriously the best manicure I’ve ever had! Darina does an amazing job with my nails and is an incredible nail technician. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and uses the best products available - my nails look awesome, feel stronger, and the gel lasts 4-5 weeks! The quality is far superior to manicures I’ve received in the past and I’m delighted by the results :)

Got the exfoliating scrub treatment with Tiffany. AMAZING! My skin has never felt so smooth! The scrub is her own concoction and smells heavenly!Had such a great experience ~ I booked a whole days worth of treatments for next month! Cant wait! MY NEW GO TO SPA!!!

Absolutely amazing!! I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Tiffany with my hair whether it be color, style or cut! She did my hair for my wedding and it looked absolutely amazing. 12/10 would definitely recommend her! I promise you won’t find anyone better!!

Darina is the best! She does a great European Manicure and always takes special care with my cuticles. This is the first place Ive found that makes my nails look natural with or without gel polish.

Amazing! Ive had 2 appointments with Mackenzie--one for a Fire and Ice Facial and one for a Dermaplane. That girl is magic! For starters, the salon beautiful...and very easy to get to. Mackenzie welcomed me in and made me feel very comfortable. She was very attentive to my skin type and my needs (as I have aging skin). I was so relaxed while Mackenzie worked her magic! The treatments she has given me, as well as the advice and helpful hints for my skincare, have made a huge difference in my skin! I honestly have fewer wrinkles! 5 Stars to Mackenzie and JD Purity!

We had a wonderful Mother/Daughter manicure/pedicure with Dasha and Tiffany. It has been over 2 weeks and both of our manicures still look great. This is definitely the best manicure I have ever had!

Highly recommend getting pampered at this gorgeous salon. The salon offers everything you might want to pamper yourself. The express facial massage that I received was the best facial massage I’ve ever had. All the ladies are super sweet and a very warm environment. I hope to be back and bring along a friend!

This is a great shop. I followed my stylist here after she moved from a previous location and I couldnt be happier. They have a nice clean facility, friendly staff, and modern equipment. Scheduling is easy and pain free. I cant recommend JD Purity Day Spa & Salon more.
