Did a couples massage and they both knew just where to work with our bodies. Very sweet people. Oleg worked on my husband and he got some hard spots where my husband hurts the most. Tatyana also knew just where my pressures were at. They were very respectful and knew just how to make this experience a great one.

I went to this business because I had a muscle in my shoulder that was so tight I could barely breathe without pain. I had never been here before so I chose them strictly off of reviews. My massage was with Oleg. He was fantastic! He asked about problem areas and made sure they were addressed, but he was great at loosening up muscles I didn’t realize were even tight! I would definitely recommend them!

Oleg and Tatyana are amazing. They are exceptional as masseuses and healers - but also wonderfully kind and professional. My wife and I have been twice for couples massages, and each time have immediately exclaimed that we need to see them more frequently. Oleg is able to work on areas and in ways that other massage therapists never seem to be able, and successfully relieved long-standing pains and aches that we had just accepted as part of aging!

Tatyana did a great job and was responsive, worked with me to adapt the massage to my needs, and did a great job with applying firm pressure! I left feeling much more light and free from tension. I will return and highly recommend them!

After seeing all the positive reviews, I booked a last minute appointment today. I was having a flare up of inflammation/pain between my shoulders and was in desperate need of help, so I was grateful to be seen by Oleg.Oleg was very thorough and professional with my session. Hes a great conversationalist and I enjoyed how he explained the hows and whys of what all he was doing.He was able to immediately pinpoint where the root of my pain was coming from, and was knowledgeable with his techniques hes developed over years of practice. He even showed me in the mirror how my posture was weakening specific muscles, and how I could improve this to prevent pain. Turns out my physical therapist showed me the wrong way all this time!!I left the session feeling much, much better, and more confident on doing the work necessary to keep the pain at bay. I have been going to Oleg for a few years now. I carry tons of tension in my neck and shoulders and I feel like a new woman for weeks after my visits with him. If you are looking for a bougie spa-like experience, this is not for you. Oleg gives more of a medical therapeutic type massage. He is extremely knowledgeable of the anatomy and can easily pinpoint my areas of tension. My husband and I have done several couples massages with Oleg and Tatyana. My husband says he doesn’t understand how her hands can be so soft and deliver such a firm massage. We will definitely keep coming back!

I don’t even know where to begin! I’m a certified personal trainer/fitness coach and realtor. I’m very active. I pulled my back out doing a Burpee two weeks ago at my gym. This massage was WONDERFUL!! i had Tatyana and all i had to tell her was that i’m a bartender so i stand on my feet/walk a lot. after that she knew exactly what to do & made sure i was comfortable with the pressure and just in general throughout the massage. i even fell asleep a couple of times cause i was so relaxed. i’ll most definitely be back!!

While they were nice, I’d prefer a quieter, more tranquil space. I could hear cars outside since it is next to a busy road. The stool next to table was loud as they moved around. He also talked often and breathed heavily asking questions throughout which kept it from being as relaxing. I’d prefer no carpet and room appeared cluttered to me. They did change bedding so I was glad to see that. Massage was 3/5.

I thought I had massages before, but I was wrong! This place is AMAZING! I just had an ACTUAL massage by a professional. After the long 4-day Louder than Life Festival, this massage experience was great and needed. We ended up with a 80-minute couples massage. Tatyana was attentive and responsive. Very thorough with focus on the most problematic areas for my wife. Aaron dug deep into my shoulder and back that had been brutally rocked out from the festival. Both therapist did awesome and made us feel comfortable.

I have had a migraine for 9 days.. I was miserable. But I explained my situation, and Oleg took time to get all the right pressure points. Not only that, he helped with the mobility in my shoulders and hips.24 hours later my migraine is gone and. Wow! Let me just say that this was one of the best, most focused and knowledgeable massages I have ever received. Oleg has so many years of experience and you can definitely tell. This is the kind of place you want to go if you need some really great deep tissue work. Keep in mind, it is not your standard, dark, massage room, with quiet, soothing, music playing, but I promise you will not regret it if you just expand your ideas of what a massage studio should look like. I have had the pleasure of experiencing boths Tatyanas and Olegs massages and I feel so incredibly grateful to have found them. I was having neck and back issues for months with little relief from chiropractor visits, since my massage Ive been pain free for 2 weeks! My partner and I came for a couples massage. Oleg asked me what aches I had and since I mostly felt overall tension in my back, he gave me a full body massage. He scanned my back and quickly identified a few areas that needed attention, and resolved the tension and knots there. He explained what he was going to do so there weren’t any surprises. Overall I felt very comfortable. The environment is relaxing and clean. Very pleased with my experience here and so was my partner who was worked on by Tatyana. Recommend this to anyone looking for a real massage, not one of those places that just gives gentle back rub which don’t provide any physical therapy. Body Integration is the real deal!

Called for directions, but Oleg said it was a waste of his time and hung up. I had scheduled an hour massage, but after a 28 minute delay he said he had somewhere else to be and took off. I was charged 50% for being late. He seems like a miserable person.

Ive had 3 massage at body integrations integrations since 2021. The first was a couples massage and the other two were solo. Each visit is better than the previous. I am an active person who regularly plays sports and I make daily visits to the gym. The deep tissue and sports massages are amazing, and have proven beneficial to recovery. Oleg and Tatiana are friendly and provide a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I went there for a couples massage and we were both amazed. They both did a really great job and were very professional and made sure that we were comfortable. We were skeptical about visiting after reading the reviews of how the owners talk too much but that was not the case at all. There was friendly chitchat at the start of the massage which we both enjoyed but they didn’t give us any kind of anatomy lesson like previous reviews have said. If you have questions that is the only time they inform you and teach you which is a very good thing. I definitely recommend this place 100 percent, we will be coming back!

Oleg is a knowledgeable massage therapist with great technique and patience. I walked in with neck and lower back issues. His explanation of how one sore spot influences the rest of the body’s movements was correct. He patiently worked on each part, checking in with me about pressure.It’s the following day, and my shoulders no longer feel like they are up around my ears. In addition, my neck pain and back pain has disappeared.

First time going to body integration, and it was amazing. Got me in same day for a nerve in my shoulder causing me so much pain I called off of work. I figured it would make me feel a little better. I felt so much better I left and did house work. And the next day was even better. My body/muscles haven’t felt that good in a long time since my car accident. If I could rate him 10 stars I would. Looking forward to my next visit.

What sets Body Integration apart in my opinion is first, their knowledge of anatomy and how the human body functions. To be frank, I’ve only ever received massages from females so that could have very likely been the reason but I did feel slightly uncomfortable at times. However, He was very informative and knowledgeable. My husband received a massage by his wife, Tatyana, and he felt like she wasn’t very friendly.

What a great experience! I was initially going for an hour massage while my partner waited patiently in the room. But Oleg invited my partner to participate by teaching him some massage techniques and at the same time loosened up my neck and shoulders. I would definitely recommend him. My review was deleted months ago. However my experience in September with Oleg was horrible. He made me very uncomfortable when he had a problem with my tank top being around my waist although my back was exposed. When most massage places have you undress to your comfortability. Because he asked me to take my top completely off I did. But he lifted the blanket while I was shirtless and in a thong . The massage was very rough and I felt a lot of friction. My back was in pain for days after. He did not speak to me at all. He pulled down my thong and I quickly lifted the blanket back up and told him not to touch my lower body. He rudely huffed after I refused for him to touch any other parts below my back after he pulled down my thong. After the massage was over he just left the room abruptly and didn’t say anything. I told the lady how he made me uncomfortable during the massage she offered a little money off my service but I felt completely violated. Please beware.

This was my first professional massage. The place is in a suite, you walk inside and upstairs and its down the hall and to the left. I had the honor of having Tatyana massage me today. It was excellent! Very professional, she asked what my areas were that were bothering me. She played some very relaxing music for me while she massaged me. Wasnt too hard or light with her touches. Everything was just right. They have two tables in there for couples massages too. My experience was great and Ill be coming back to this place. Highly recommend.

He is professional, caring and I appreciate the times and flexibility him and his wife offer for services. Oleg was phenomenal. Be informed that you are receiving much more than a massage. He was able to identify areas of consistent pain and not only work to correct them, but also show me how I can continue to prevent the injury while taking the time to explain the anatomy behind the injury. I left in less pain and more informed about my body and how my muscles are interconnected. I play tennis competitively and run approximately 15 miles a week, his guidance is essential to my physical well being and athletic performance.I saw a review where Oleg was referred to as a creep and shady, warning women not to go. That was not at all my experience. I felt safe and received professional, educated care the entire time I was there.

Oleg is a pro and a true healer. He has a whole philosophy of getting to the root of the problem. In just two visits he’s taught me some things that years of videos and reading about pain management has not. You can tell he is passionate about helping heal people. He’s very intentional with his approach and I intend on making my visits a regular occurrence. I see some other reviews that complain that he educates them too much but I have found immense added value in the information he’s shared with me.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Oleg! I had been experiencing horrible back and neck pain to where it was unbearable. Not only did he get me in the same day but I woke up feeling better than ever. The environment alone is very cozy and relaxing. Normally, I’m iffy about men giving me massages but Oleg made me feel very comfortable by educating me on everything he was doing. He started out by introducing himself and asked me which areas I was wanting to focus on. I went for a prenatal massage booked by my husband since I’ve been having terrible back pain. I arrived at the scheduled time and the masseuse wasn’t even there yet. When he arrived, no apology, no invitation into the studio, and he acted like he didn’t even realize I was there for a pregnancy massage (even though my husband specifically booked a prenatal massage online). He wanted me to undress fully and I didn’t feel comfortable but he went underneath my garments during the massage. The windows in the studio look out to shelbyville rd and were WIDE open the whole time, which was not relaxing or comforting. The masseuse talked the entire time and asked me about work and wanted free advice, talked about his own education/life, made some derogatory comments about different races, and asked me how much I spent for my degree. He worked on one side of my back for 45 minutes and then probably lost track of time due to his conversation about himself so only about 15 minutes was spent on the other side. He then abruptly cuts off the massage and said it’s now somebody else’s time and I can dress. When leaving, I tried giving a tip and he states my husband did not pay online but only put his card number in to reserve my spot. So I was torn (because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t paying him twice) but he made me Venmo him before leaving. As the day went on, my pain increased more and more. I feel more debilitated than prior to this experience. I have been laying with either heat or ice on my back this whole day. My job is very physical and I’m concerned I won’t even make it to work tomorrow. Very disappointed and would never recommend.**Update** The owners did contact me, refunded my massage, offered a free one to remedy the situation, and were apologetic.

This was the BEST deep tissue massage I have had! This was my first time coming. My daughter-in-love found the place for me based on the reviews. My GPS gave me the run around but I was finally able to locate it.Tatyana found every pressure point I had. She was very genuine and knowledgeable. You can tell she LOVES what she does and wants the best for the client. She was very detailed in the trigger point areas and the fact that she is an R.N. was just icing on the cake! Tatyana and Oleg did a fabulous job! I really like how they dont charge extra for certain types of massages:deep tissue, Swedish etc. and just take care of your body and the areas of concern with what type is needed. I was referred to Oleg by a friend who lifts weights. His word to describe Oleg was wizard. My experience confirms just that. I have been to his studio several times now. On a daily basis I experience pain from spinal stenosis, arthritis, and pretty serious inflammation in all joints, muscles, neck and back, and sometimes my day job can get pretty physical. When I leave the studio I feel rejuvenated for days with a lot less pain. This guy understands the neuromuscular system very well and he really knows how to hit trigger points, sending healing signals throughout the body. I have had hundreds of therapeutic massages and only 1 or 2 other therapists have come close to his talent. Not only that, I find him to be very respectful and generous with his time, and he immediately shows his own humanity and shares from this life, inviting me to share from mine. Massage is hard work, and I always hope that true healers can also somehow receive the same gift back.

Go to the right of the hotel, then youll see a building that says Health Spa. Walk in and up the stairs to the back. The business is upstairs, through a door to the right, in what appears to be a fitness museum (super old equipment).Also know they only take cash!
