Elements Massage

Unfortunately I have had two poor experiences with Elements as a chain - one here and one in Broomfield- which is cause enough for me to cancel my membership and stop patronage. The first time, during a 90-minute massage, my therapist had to stop after 60 minutes because he “ate too much candy and his stomach hurt.” I understand this may have been an acute incident explained by something not as embarrassing, but my husband had the appointment after me and they asked me to tell him he would need to reschedule and they never followed up with him to explain. Unprofessional.At the Broomfield location, my intended therapist “misread” her schedule, despite me booking days in advance. I waited thirty minutes and no one could get in touch with the therapist. The assistant manager was more than professional, but the solve from the therapist was for me to come back when it was convenient for the therapist. As a service, not only is this unacceptable but patrons should not be expected to move their schedules around twice because of a company error. Ultimately, this brand needs to work on their therapists’ professionalism and their customer service. The solution they are told to put forth is to reschedule you. Maybe that seems ok as a one off fix but two incidents indicates there is a huge lack of accountability. I would advise people to look elsewhere, and if you do choose to support this business, call before you leave for the appointment so they don’t waste your time like they have mine and my husbands.

Phil is hands down one of the most talented massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of helping me! I got a 90 minute prenatal & I feel worlds better!! Phil was super friendly, patient & has magic hands💙 If youre in pain or have any problem spots, he can definitely work wonders!!!

Just called to ask about the intro rate of $69 for an hr. Lauren says its not correct. Wrong info on website is no good for business.Update: owner called me to send her info on the rate and said she would honor it. I did. They changed it and said they didnt see it. No honor on the price and a cya action happened on their side. Really too bad.

This is a great place to get a massage. Very nice place its clean and good energy there. I had a therapist named Shelia she was awesome I highly recommend Shelia. I felt comfortable there. Elements Massage is the place to go.

Massages are supposed to be relaxing experiences, but Elements Massage (Louisville, CO location in my case) really make it a hassle and an overpriced ripoff. Here’s my story:I received a gift card for a one-hour massage ($119 value) as a holiday gift in December 2023. I was excited to get a massage but I thought, I am really busy and stressed right now with work, so I will wait until I get a break with work and then I can really enjoy the massage.It was not until the end of June that I had the time to book a massage. Here’s where the hassle began…Registering Online Doesn’t Work (and you have to speak to a receptionist who upsells you):I went through a lengthy process of filling out detailed personal information (just to book a massage??) including health, contact, emergency contact, billing, and 7 pages of consent forms. When I finally got to the submit page, I was greeted with an error message that said my email address was already in use for another account, and that I would need to call them on the phone to schedule the massage.When I got home from a long, busy day of work, I called and was able to schedule the massage. I explained that I had a gift card for a one-hour massage, but the receptionist encouraged me to upgrade to a 90-minute massage. “Whatever, fine” I thought. So, I went along with the upsell. Then, the receptionist told me she would send me some forms for me to fill out before my appointment. She texted me the 7-page consent form again and another invasive questionnaire that asked things like my occupation. (what does that have to do with me getting a relaxing massage?)Daily Spam Marketing Emails (that you can’t remove yourself from):Ever since I registered for my massage appointment, I have received daily marketing emails from Elements Massage. I have unsubscribed 3 times and responded and told them I did not want to receive any more communication. To this day, I continue to receive daily spam emails from Elements Massage. I have had no choice but to block them from my email account.The appointment:Finally, my appointment day arrived, and I was pleased to be greeted by friendly staff and a clean, peaceful environment. The massage was very relaxing and my therapist, Amy, was skilled and professional. After the massage, blissed-out and relaxed, I went to pay…Deceptive Charging Practices:When I handed the gift card to the cashier, she informed me that it was no longer worth the full price of the $119 one-hour massage and that the value of the card was now $59.50. When I asked why, I was told that the full value of the gift card was only valid for 6-months from the date of issue, and that my gift card had expired days earlier, and therefore it was only worth half-value. When I said, “That is really lame.” The cashier said, “Yes, it is.” And, to her credit, she gave me a $20 dollar “new customer” discount (which she really should have given to me anyways because it was my first time as a customer at Elements Massage). The receptionists also said they tried calling the owner, but he wasnt picking up, so there was nothing they could do. So, I ended up having to pay $40 extra because of their deceitful fine-print gift-card tactics.Furious and frustrated, I left Elements Massage with more tension in my body than when I went in. To add insult to injury, two days later, I received a call from Elements Massage. When I listened to the voicemail, I expected it to be the manager/owner apologizing to me for the gift-card ripoff. No, it was just one of the receptionists with a follow-up sales call to see if I was ready to schedule another appointment. What a joke. For the amount I was ripped off ($40), I could go to any number of massage spas in the area and receive a comparable massage (without having to fill out 7-pages of legaleese in triplicate) and without feeling like I was ripped off.Conclusion:Let me be clear… I will NEVER patronize Elements Massage ever again. What a horrible experience.

I had a wonderful two-hour massage, pressure level 3-4, with Justin. Oh, mylanta! My stress from moving was through the roof when I walked in... and now I feel like a totally new person! Sure wish I had found Justin before my last day in Colorado. Very talented and experienced young man who knows what hes doing. Thank you, Justin.

Have had great massages here- just make sure to request based on pressure preference. Chris is particularly awesome for accupressure.

A one hour massage is 50 minutes, but I didn’t even get that. I was on the table at 3:22 PM, the masseuse walked in at 3:24 PM and walked out of the room said she was done with my massage at 4:10 PM. Do not go here they cut corners and their marketing materials are not real.

Dina is unbelievable!! Very gentle yet powerful touch. I left feeling like a new man. Targeted my hurting muscles while helping me reach a truly relaxed state. Just an awesome experience. I will be back. Highly recommend the hot-stone & CBD treatment

Ive never had a massage with so many nice little extra touches that I didnt even have to request. Hot cloths, foot energy release, energy flow techniques. My whole body was tingling with electric energy. Thank you Amy!

I love the variety of therapists and my ability to pick and choose who I want, depending on what my body is feeling like. I love the optional add ons like hot stones! Big thank you and shout out to Ellis who does great deep tissue work. XO

The staff is always friendly. My Massage Therapist is EXCELLENT. She does an amazing job and knows my key areas of soreness. My sessions are very theraputic, meditative and beneficial.

Elements Massage is my new go-to place, its affordable, professional and the staff are awesome.

I had a 90 minute massage courtesy of a friend who gifted me with this. I made my appointment online and received several messages via text and email to request completing paperwork and reminding me of my appointment as well as a call the week of. The staff was very good about calling the Boulder location as I didnt realize that the gift cards were location specific. Thankfully the Boulder location was very gracious about letting me transfer my massage and at full price. Apparently if the card is expired (which I think is a silly policy for most businesses to have since they got the money) then the card amount decreases on a monthly basis. So, I was very fortunate to get my full value!My therapist, Amy, was great. She was very thorough and the pressure was good, firm and harder like I prefer. I would definitely recommend Amy.The rooms are nice and have adjustable heated tables. Amy also used a hot towel to rub off the massage oil used so I appreciated that. I have a membership at another nice massage place that is a little less expensive with a few more amenities or I would consider a monthly one here because its conveniently located and I really liked Amy.

Booked an appointment, got a call back to re-schedule.Rescheduled appointment, scheduled babysitter, showed up to find out that wed been removed from the schedule.Requested refund and was told that we werent eligible for a refund because we used a third party site. We used the link from Elements Massage Louisvilles own website, but somehow they arent able to handle refunds from a site they link to for their payments??Disappointing at best.

Pretty frustrating that I was not allowed to purchase a gift card for a one-hour massage at the $99 introductory rate for a friend who had never been to Elements before. Even though she could walk in the door and pay $99 herself – a $20 savings for a first-time client — I could not purchase a gift card for $99 and give it to her and allow her to do the same thing. They insisted I had to pay the regular $119 price to get her a one-hour massage. So I decided to find another option for a gift massage, since there is no logic behind this — why would they ding me an extra $20 when I wanted to bring them a new client? This is not a great policy from a marketing standpoint.

This was my first time at Elements - conveniently located, reasonably priced and excellent therapist, Dina was communicative, knowledgeable and pleasant. I had the CBD 90 minute massage. It’s a membership place yet they were not pushy at all. I did not join but may next time. Highly recommend Dina,

The therapist at this location are fantastic, especially Deena and Michele. However, their cutthroat business policy gives them a one-star review. I have been a member for almost two years, and I’m sitting on eight, 90 min credits. I had a 10:30 appointment today, but I woke up with a very mild sore throat. Since we all just lived through a global pandemic, I decided to do the right thing and disclose this to element massage and cancel my appointment for the health and safety of their employees. I could’ve shown up and said nothing, and they would never have known as I’m showing no symptoms. For my honesty, I was charged a $60 cancelation fee. I hope other customers find this information helpful.In response, it would be impossible for me to cancel before the 2 hour late cancellation policy. I called at canceled at 9am when you open my appointment was at 10:30.

I went in for a 90 minute massage with my fiance. We had two 90 minute gift cards we bought a year or so ago ($152 and $164 respectively on each one) and when we go in, they tell us that we need to pay an extra 20 dollars each if we want the 90 minute massage because the price went up.The guy at the front desk calls his manager, which CANCELS our appointments and re-schedules us for two basic 60 minute massages instead using our two gift cards ($172 dollar value before tax, because its $86 each for non members) and takes both my gift cards. So I lose over $100. I say nothing.After my massage the guy at the front desk says he is going to use the extra credit from the gift cards for gratuity, to which I say: I wouldve rather added on some extra features to our massages instead of leaving over $150 in tips, but okay. Have a good dayI received a call today from some lady at the store asking me if I want to tip and I can do it over the phone with a credit card and Im really disappointed in their lack of communication, customer support and providing the appropriate services.Why sell a 90 minute gift card if you have to pay the difference?

Amazing massage - one of the best Ive had in years. Michael, the receptionist, also provided the most kind hearted conversation. Truly a sweet kid. Would recommend to anyone looking for a massage place. Again, bravo to you all (especially Michael for his outstanding service)

Ive gone here on and off for a year or so and Ive seen different therapists here ranging from fine to great; Im not sure I would ever really rate a business on an individual massage therapists as that could be a combination of personal preference and sort of natural variation.I give this place one star because they need to grow up a little bit in terms of business practices. The membership is difficult to cancel in that familiar how do I get out of my gym plan kind of way, and pushed heavily down to the signs in the windows. Similarly gift cards, no doubt for hope that you buy and/or gift it and never quite use it. And frankly any review on here that says positive things about the decor or atmosphere I feel is probably made up/by an employee, its really kinda... strip mall? Which it is.For the prices they charge and with the weight of the chain behind them (which is no doubt the actual source of some of these sales tactics), it seems to me they should be able to settle into a more vibe more resembling what you want to feel after a massage.Also the website is near useless, apparently not updated with availabilities.

Leah is my current massage therapist, and she is absolutely amazing. I’ve had others here in the past who were also really great. I think it’s just a great team of massage therapists and a well-run business. Never had any issues with them, and I’ve been going there monthly for about 10 months. Highly recommend!

If I could do no stars I would. Due to a city mask mandate I am not allowed to put my account on hold again nor am I able to cancel without a fee. When calling other locations they are accommodating. Its a shame because the therapists here are wonderful, management not so much. Asked to speak to someone I was told they are in a meeting, never got a call back. I will continue support other locations while fighting to try my money back for a role they are imposing and not the state. Funny how they are willing to sign you up, take your money in advance and change the rules without your consent!**The owner did call me and fixed all issues. No complaints any longer!

I dont like leaving a poor review but I think Ive had just about enough of the front desk staff. I have been using the membership program since last summer and have thoroughly enjoyed getting massages from Melody. She talks through ways to improve flexibility and tightness and works with the client on their individual needs. She has made a tremendous difference for me in relaxing stressed upper back muscles. However, I have struggled at times with the front desk staff, especially in terms of scheduling. While they havent been perfect, they are almost always flexible and friendly. That changed today. I have been waiting for my next massage which was scheduled for Tuesday. I scheduled it specifically after my last appointment and was very specific about it being on a Tuesday, which is the best day of the week for me to get to this location. I had a voicemail waiting for me after work today telling me that they had the day and time wrong and that I needed to return their call. After touching base with them, it became very clear that it was my fault they had the appointment details incorrect and they expected me to come in anyway. They made zero effort to admit mistake, apologize or fix the problem. To really show they don’t care about customer service, they didn’t attempt to fix the problem after I asked immediately to end my membership and I even wrote on the form that it was because of the front desk staff. What a shame - finally found the a great masseuse!Update: I appreciated the owner reaching out directly after posting this review. Had there been any concern or sincerity from the front desk for the mix up, this probably wouldn’t have happened. She was also meant to email me so I could send her the details of the person who was rude to me and didn’t notice the reason for cancellation but has not. Updating from 1 to 3 stars for the effort to correct it anyway.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP!I have reviewed individual masseuses before, but I have avoided commenting on the business itself. I cancelled my membership because the back office is incompetent. There is not a month or two that went by where they did not enter new credit card information or cancel an appointment or something else that made my time there anything that was relaxing as a whole. They need to embody their own values of sanctuary and service and rewind their systems and reboot.Do not expect any competent service on the front or back end. Some of the practitioners are lovely and real decent. But certainly not worth the time and energy when other locations and other businesses that provide the same service are much more competent and accomodating.

Received the best massage of my life from Brittany. She listened intently to what I was looking for then actually addressed the issues. She performed some sort of magic on my neck and shoulders, and was so professional yet personable. I would highly recommend Brittany to anyone looking for a world class massage. Looking forward to continuing the progress she made at my next session! The rest of the Elements experience was nice too, but its clearly an establishment set up to maximize all the add-ons and you definitely get that vibe from the front desk - as long as youre prepared for that going in and know your boundaries, they have great therapists and are happy to accommodate schedules.

My wife and I generally buy massages for each other a couple times a year. She works in Denver Public Schools and was really looking forward to a relaxing massage after a particularly stressful school year. Unfortunately, her experience was anything but relaxing.When she showed up she was told that she had agreed via text message to a 90 minute massage instead of an hour. (We always get 90 minute massages) Instead of accommodating my wife regardless of the misunderstanding, the manager was very confrontational with her, and told her she had to do the 90 minutes and pay an extra $50.Eventually, they agreed to just do a 60 minute massage but the quality of the massage was very bad, and the stress of the situation I am sure didnt help any.

From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed. Welcomed by the furniture, the atmosphere and the staff. I was seen by Randy, and he was amazing. Ensuring that I was comfortable, listened to my concerns and continued to check on me while the deep massage was going on. He gave me pointers on new ways to stretch some very tight muscles and also areas that he noticed that I had been neglecting. There was no pressure to sign up for packages, although I did sign up for a couples massage for me and the hubby. Look, we all need a little pampering, and this is a great way to do it.

Fantastic service, cleanliness and great range of services. This is a great a place to get a massage and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend signing up for a membership since I was able to transfer extra sessions to an associate member when I was not able to go.It is so nice to be able to call into the front desk and describe my needs (relaxation, stretching, or deep tissue) and they would find the right therapist to meet my goals.

Two stars for the friendly receptionist, but a pretty awful massage experience at Elements. Thats the first time Ive ever been able to say that about a massage after 15 years of getting them all around the country. Drive an hour to Hands Down in Estes Park and you wont be disappointed. They blew my mind in the best way with the best body work Ive ever had anywhere.

**Follow-up 3 weeks later...my cancellation form submitted via email was never processed. I was charged another monthly subscription. Now Im waiting for a refund.My messages are great - the scheduling and management at this location are not - moving my account to Elements Broomfield as they have been wonderful. This loaction = Difficulty scheduling, constant calls about moving 60 minute to 90 minute, not bringing back the couples messages, canceling appointments the day prior even though it takes me a month to get an appointment with my preferred therapist (this happened twice). I never speak to the same front desk person twice. I cancelled my subscription and was told I need to use all of my accumulated sessions within 60 days. Im over it.

Massage is very good. This review is for the management. The online system does not work. When booking a 1 hour slot, they almost always call you telling you it is 1.5 hours. Either you need to accept or rebook for a week or two later for a one hour. The problem has been going on for almost 2 years now.Bizarre thing is when I checked in for massage for the last three times by multiple receptionists, I was asked how much tip?. The only place where they ask you for tip before the service has even started let alone completed.

Elements obviously treats their massage therapists well because they attract and retain the best ones in the county! I have been treated by more than 7 of them and have NEVER had a bad or even mediocre experience. The reception staff does a great job of matching your needs with the right therapists. Highly recommend the monthly membership program too.

I got a 1 hour massage here as a gift from a family member. Thanks mom!! $100 dollar massage is no joke and they do a good job.The only problem I had is 100 apparently isnt enough because they try to up-sell you two or three times during the experience, even trying to up-sell you while youre trying to relax DURING the massage. Afterwords, they ask for a $20.00 tip, which isnt unreasonable, but what, are you not paying your therapists enough? Just received my second courtesy call from them, trying to book another appointment, and its just a little much.The next time I get a massage Im definitely going to a place less corporate, and a little more subtle towards their bottom line.

I can’t say enough about elements massage. I love how comfortable they make you feel, whether it’s your first time or 20th time. The environment is warm and welcoming. I’ve had several different therapists and they are all wonderful and have their own technique. I would love to give a shout out to Jenae, Gabby and Jen! You ladies are amazing! They all take their time, really focusing on areas of need and communicate really well about pressure. 5 ⭐️ for Elements massage and their whole team!

I cancelled a monthly subscription when covid first closed anything. Now, the owner says I cant come back, because of the way that went down. Naturally I was upset when they told me this. It was an absolute shocker. I guess its OK, as I have not found anybody at the facility that knows how to do deep tissue. The last therapist I had was abhorrent, and was singly one of the worst massages I have ever had.Do not do business with these people.In Janines reply, she stated that You have been unkind to my staff and swearing at them. However, she invited me back to get a massage today (9/23/21) at 2:30pm. She further stipulated that I have to pay full rates, and would not extend the subscription price to me and my wife. I said to the person that called, why should I pay full price, if there is no issue with me coming back in. She said it was the owners preference. At hearing this, I was livid, and I responded with a colorful language conveying my response quite adequately.To Janine: if you were afraid that I was going to be unkind to your staff, why did you want me to come in and pay full price? I guess this is the part where you will rewrite your response, and you look and sound pretty ridiculous with the response you first have given:--------- Janines Original Response --------------David, We worked with every client during the difficult covid closure time and canceled many monthly memberships, as that was the right thing to do. That is not why you are not welcome back. You have been unkind to my staff and swearing at them is not acceptable behavior to get what you want. While I appreciate that you wanted to return, I must also make tough decisions on clients that behave poorly, such as yourself. We truly have some amazing massage therapists. Beware! I had a massage scheduled for this morning (10:45), and both my daughter and husband woke up with sore throats - bad enough that they both stayed home from work/school. I called Elements Massage first thing in the morning (7:30) to let them know I had been in close contact with people exhibiting potential symptoms of Covid (pending Covid tests), and I was told unless someone else booked in my spot, I would be charged a cancellation fee. Their website clearly states that they do not want you to come in if you have been around ill people, and I did not know my family was ill until THIS MORNING when they woke up. When asked if she would prefer I had been dishonest and come in anyways and put her staff/customers at risk, the manager said that technically they didnt KNOW it was Covid, so I could still come in. Didnt bother to ask if we had been exposed (which my daughter has at school). Seemed more concerned with the $35 cancellation fee, than with making sure to keep staff and other customers safe. I was really looking forward to my massage, but will not be using ANY Elements Massage in the future, as I do not feel I would be AT ALL relaxed, after seeing the level of care they exhibit for their customers/staff.

What an amazing experience!! As soon as I walked into the door I felt like royalty! They made sure from the time I walked in to the time I left it was an amazing experience! I asked for a deep tissue massage and she made sure that i got what i asked for but also what I needed in that hour. She made me feel at ease the entire time. Thank for such a great experience!! Couldn’t be more happy! I would recommend them to anyone!

I’m the fiancé.. massages were great but management hung up on us multiple times during this “gratuity situation” after asking for district manger or store owner. Even if they said I couldn’t come back for “not paying gratuity and being argumentative over the phone” (and they did)I will not go back anyways

LOVE! Finally found a place to call home. All the therapists I have had so far have been fabulous. I have been going once a month for a year now and I love this place. We are going to be moving soon and I am sad to leave! They really take care of their members! Highly recommend!

Very punctual location with the reception. Taking precautions with the current difficult times seriously which was pleasing to witness. I had Connie as a my massage therapist, who listened to my problem areas with great detail and addressed them just fine. Rescheduled for a follow up. Only thing is, I didnt receive a confirmation email or follow-up apt card. They have an APP to download which I did just see confirmed my follow up appt. But, would of liked an email instead.

Locally owned and not franchised is my preference, but I am happy that I had the opportunity to try this place out. Sarah did a great job and covered all the sore muscles I told her about. I do not give this place five stars because it did not have a spa feel when you went back for the massage. From the waiting room you go directly to the massage room which gives it a sterile feel to start. I can’t complain about the massage though, I would return.

The guest advisors and therapists are highly professional and friendly. I always leave feeling my healthiest! Janene is a fantastic manager and delivers exceptional customer service. I’ve been a member for over a year and I highly recommend!

Clean, relaxing and the front staff are so delightful. But most of all my massage was dreamy. Michele S. had the perfect firm pressure and hit the spots in my shoulder I requested. I would 100% recommend Elements in Louisville, and I’ll be returning soon!

The front desk staff was friendly, inviting, and very informative. My massage therapist made me feel comfortable and was periodically checking to see if the pressure was satisfactory. It was clear that the staff wanted me to enjoy my experience was I was there.

I came in for a massage with Katrina. I had a pulled muscle in my back and hip, and some irritated trigger points. She was fantastic! I have never had such a successful result with one massage! While my skin was a bit tender, I came home and did what she recommended (warm bath, tons of water and ice). I woke up the next day and my pain was completely gone. I cannot recommend her enough....thanks Katrina!

I actually had a pretty good massage. The reason for my 1 star is I got completely screwed over and paid $150 for a massage. Total rip off. I had a coupon for $99 so I did a 90 min massage. They tack on a charge for being pregnant, which honestly I dont understand because I get less pressure and less full massage than I would not laying on my side. Thanks for making me pay more just because Im carrying a baby. Fine. Then I tipped my therapist 20%. The total came to almost $150 and I didnt get anything extra- scents etc. There are much better places that dont rip you off. I will never be back

Dani is the best! Had a 90 minute session with her a few days after moving into our new home. I left feeling very relaxed and energized. The reception staff are warm and hospitable, and the facilities are clean and cozy. Highly recommend this place.

Elements Massge in Louisville, CO was a great choice for me. So much that I booked a 2nd appointment for next week.The employees were professional and friendly. The atmosphere is clean, inviting and calm.My Massuese, Caitlin, earned an A+ with her skills and knowledge. She was interested in knowing the type of massage I wanted as well as what I didn’t want. She gave me just the amount of pressure to relieve my pain and not add pain. All in all, Element’s Massage was an excellent experience!

Great experience overall. First time in a longtime I had a massage and the staff and my therapist Melody were very welcoming, accommodating, and understanding. I even received a hand written note after my first visit! Looking forward to my next visit!

Im sure the rest of the staff is just as great but if you ask me for my recommendation, request Rashad for all appointments you make! Fantastic service from the entire staff, loved Ting-Ting, and it was a very relaxed environment ,not just because of the music and lighting but with the entire staff! the massage was absolutely wonderful and I love that they offer extras that you can add to your packages. They really focus on areas that you request or have extra pain in and I loved rashaad showing me stretches I could do to help with my problem areas. very excited that I am now a member with elements and I will be going in every other week!

I came here for a massage and it was very basic. The reason I didnt give a higher rating is because during my massage my therapist stopped for a long pause and I am sure she was texting or checking her phone she had her back to me so I couldnt tell, anyway I felt was unprofessional since I am paying for her time on my massage. The place is nice and clean and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming.

I’ve been seeing Randy here on a regular basis for over a year and it’s been great! I really appreciate his thoroughness and attention to what my current needs are. I also really appreciate how friendly and professional the staff has always been, and their ability to make me feel safe in the check-in process.

I have been coming here for prenatal and postpartum massage sessions. Good quality, good value, all the staff has a professional attitude and skill. They do care that every client receives a great experience!

Lots of options and usually good availability. Friendly and helpful reception. Great variety of therapists. Very clean rooms and waiting area. Love the follow up after each session as I get a writeup of what the therapist worked on.

I recently visited this salon for the first time. The salon is very tastefully decorated and very clean. The front office staff were professional and friendly. I had a 90 min massage...one of the very best massages I have ever had! I highly recommend this salon and will be returning on a regular basis.

Relaxing, clean, professional atmosphere. I have the pleasure of the same massage therapist every month; she is attentive to my issues and puts special attention on whatever is bothering me. Complimented with a relaxing touch, I have always walked out content.

Staff was friendly and treatment was good enough, but received approx 45 minutes of actual massage during 60 minute session. Unlikely to return for that reason.

Worst experience!! Was given a gift card and not told it was location specifice. Then after my massage, they say they want me to pay for my service!! Manage is going to get an earful in he morning!!! Dont come to this location!! A total scam!!!

Massage therapist I saw was very good. Problems I experienced are with the business manager. She is rude and would rather hand me a contract termination form than say ‘that was my error and I am sorry ‘. I can’t support this business anymore, with good conscious.

I had Rashad for my massage and it was fantastic! He had mentioned that he just graduated from school, which was hard to believe! Seem like he has been doing it forever! Front desk was also very helpful and sweet.

I can vouch for Sheila, massage therapist at Elements Massage. Im a nurse, and overused my shoulders and wrists during a particular CPR resuscitation. The work she did on my shoulders and back not only increased my range of motion and improved my shoulder flexibility but provided super effective and lasting pain relief.

Great customer service and the therapists have been good as well. I am a therapist myself so I have a pretty high standard. I would recommend elements over any chain massage company for sure!

Recommend this place. I went for shoulder and neck tightness and pain, and they massaged it away. A little bit pricey but better to spend a little more and make it worth your time. Ill be going back!

Samantha is an artist at her craft. Her disposition is perfect for a relaxing experience. I also like that their membership is month-to-month. Peoples circumstances change and its nice not to feel stuck.

Ridiculously overpriced. Not only can you easily find a massage for half of what they charge, you can also find far better masseuses with more experience and earnestness towards their craft. Keep looking, this isnt the place.
