UPDATED REVIEW: Karen was absolutely wonderful in getting me rescheduled with another prenatal massage with another massage therapist, Abby—I had a wonderful experience this time with no complaints and will definitely be coming back! I feel much more relief this session and I’m super thankful for their effort to make my experience better :)ORIGINAL REVIEW: Booked a 60 minute prenatal massage but only received roughly 45 minutes of the service. I was the last appointment of the day and felt as though I was shorted the service I paid for—still leaving a generous tip even though I am disappointed. I also expected a prenatal massage table (the one with the area to make it possible lay on your stomach) but instead they had me lying on one side for the focused areas I have had severe pains with (hips and lower back). I enjoyed the head to toe massage but was never asked to turn to focus on the opposite side. These pains being the primary reason and focus areas I vocalized for me booking in the first place. I do not feel I got the full experience of the service I paid for. I’ve had a difficult pregnancy (32 weeks currently) and was really hoping for some relief. The time I was being massaged felt wonderful and the staff was very kind—I just feel disappointed over all by this experience.

My wife and I did a couples massage for our anniversary . Very professional staff and the massage therapists we had did a wonderful job. Very relaxing.

My daughter was crying over leg pain for about four days straight. She hit a pretty big growth spurt and had just recently increased sport activities such as softball and physical Ed classes at school. I called Soluna, Lindsay was so nice and helpful! She was able to get us worked in the very next morning with Sherrie. Sherrie was absolutely amazing! My daughter was so excited but nervous because she had never had a massive. My daughter absolutely loved everything about her experience there! I did as well! They explained everything so well, the atmosphere instantly made you relaxed and everyone was so friendly! Thank you to Sherrie and Lindsay! We will absolutely be back! I am going to refer my mom here who has always suffered with back and hip pain. So glad we found a forever massage place!

We love coming here for couples massages. My husband is a paraplegic and they always help me get him on and off the table safely. I highly recommend them!

Last week I got a massage with Abby because I had hurt my back. She is an extraordinary massage therapist and my back felt 100% better. I was so incredibly thankful. I have had several massages at Soluna with different massage therapist over the past several months and each have been wonderful. I highly recommend Soluna.

I have been to several massage places over the years and Valentina is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She has a background in physical therapy, and it shows! She was super kind, professional, and perfect for a deep massage. Also, I’ve had a lot better luck getting in quickly here than other massage places that require you to book months out in advance. I definitely will be back regularly! Run don’t walk :)

I can’t say enough about this place. Best massage I have ever had! Abby was phenomenal and took a genuine interest in my experience. She worked on problematic areas with great care and I feel better than I have in a long time. My sister got a prenatal massage by Donna and my mom got a facial by Jeni and they absolutely loved their experience as well. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and welcoming and the rooms are very spacious and clean. So thrilled with my experience!

Easy to make an appointment. The ambience was great from the door. The relaxing music & smells throughout was wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Mrs Donna was my Head to Toe treatment giver & she was great😇 It was a great 1st time experience. I will return & keep pampering myself here.🙂

This is my first time at Soluna massage. Lindsay at the front desk was fabulous. There was a glitch on my Spa Finder card which she diligently worked out until the problem was resolved (with a smile and positive attitude!) I had Donna as a masseuse, and she was wonderful. My body feels 10 years younger! She was great at communicating with me so that my experience was comfortable and suited my needs. She also explained why some of my tension areas were that way, and made suggestions. She addressed all my problem areas, and I feel great! I loved the heating pads she used! I’m going to order one today!

Soluna Massage is next to Extra Storage/Auto Zone on Bardstown Rd. in Fern Creek.Treated myself to an hour targeted massage for back/hip pain. Sherrie immediately hit the areas of pain. Also added on SINUS SAVER, which I definitely recommend for anyone with allergies.Left relaxed, being able to walk with no stabbing pain, and breathing clearer.Soluna Massage OFFERS VERY REASONABLE PRICES, AND VARIOUS SERVICES! My mother also highly recommends Lita for your massage as well.

It really is my favorite massage place. All their therapists are very professional and the attention is exceptional. each one has its way of working, but they are all magnificent, I recommend it.

Karen was able to squeeze me in on a short notice. She is very nice and respectful. Abby did not disappoint with the hot stone massage. Which I highly recommended!!! They do take HSA/FSA if you have it.

Ive been to almost every spa in town and Soluna is hands down my favorite! The masseuses there are so professional and top notch. I usually see Sherrie, who is fantastic, but I booked a last minute massage today with Lita and was far from disappointed. She was phenomenal! Her leg and feet work is the best Ive ever experienced.

So I decided at 2 am to schedule a same day massage at Soluna and was able to snag the last appointment available. Im a first time customer and I had no issues scheduling online. Everyone was warm and friendly when I arrived. My masseuse, Abby, was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. She explained what she was doing. In addition to the full body massage, she spent a lot of time on the areas of tension that I pointed out in my questionnaire and really worked out the tightness and knots. Ive never had the hot/cold stone treatment before, and it was relaxing (the cold was a shock initially, but I grew to like it on my face). Ill have to add those to future massages since Ill be back for more.

So happy with my first experience here, after searching over 15 locations (including the downtown hotel spas) nobody had availability to work my husband in. He was complaining about a stiff back the night before (Tuesday) and was leaving for work tomorrow (Thursday). So I was on the hunt to find someone to make it better before his work week started (he’s a class A driver and was leaving out for the week). I first placed many calls in regards to a couples massage. This was the ONLY place to even hold a conversation with me besides “nope, sorry we’re booked”. The receptionist took down my name and number just in case someone were to cancel for the day. I was still on the hunt though but nobody had availability. Then I start thinking if I can just get him in, he’s the priority anyway and I’d be very happy if I can just find a single massage (it was also his very first massage). So I call around again and call this place back thinking what the heck, might as well because the receptionist was so nice from before. She was able to work me in for a single massage and my husband was so happy and felt 100000 times better afterwards! Thank you so much to the receptionist and the massage therapist who made it happen and anyone else involved. I’m very thankful to you both for doing that. If I’m not mistaken I believe the massage therapist might have even stayed late just to work my husband in, either that or went on a very late lunch and again, I’m very grateful!!! I saw the extra steps everyone took and we didn’t feel rushed at all. He said it was fantastic and wants to get another massage. ❤️

I have been to so many massage places in Louisville, and I can truly say that this place is one of my very top favorites!! Great customer service, atmosphere is soooo relaxing, and the masseuses are very professional! I have been to places where the masseuse cant stop talking while I am trying to relax, but at Soluna, they all are so nice and and truly understand that massages are quiet time for the client. So I appreciate that, and I would come back here every single week if I could. Highly recommend!

Cant say enough about Soluna Massage....warm, quaint, and inviting the minute you step through the door. Karen and her staff are fabulous! Every massage Ive gotten has been tailored to the needs of my body. Just went last week and had CBD cream added to my massage...boy did I sleep like a baby that night. Soluna Massage has done wonders for my overall health.Ive had several therapists,and all have been great,but Jessica (special attention to tightIT bands),and Abby have been especially helpful.I had a bilateral mastectomy in November,and Abby has been phenomenal working on the scar tissue from that surgery.I would encourage any breast cancer patient to make an appointment with her! The results have been amazing!!!My husband is also a client and is extremely pleased with them as well.

Amazing place! So relaxing. Jessica is hands down amazing! She helped me work out my sciatic nerve & get me some relief after weeks of being in pain! My chiropractor couldn’t even get me relief! She also taught me some stretches for the future to help release so of that pain myself! 10/10 recommend this place!

Jeni Cleary is the best Massage Therapist I have ever had work on me. I have been getting massages on a regular basis for about 8 years and Jeni by far exceeds expectations. She used long deep slow strokes and she identified trouble areas and worked them out. If I lived in Louisville I would book her out a year at a time. She is amazing.

Treats long time customers like thieves. Ive been coming here forever. Due to an unexpected medical bill I had to cancel less than 24 hours before. They told me about the cancellation fee and still having to pay half. No problem, I texted back asking if I just had to pay before my next appointment or I could just pay after I got paid in 4 days. I got no response, instead they billed the card I had on file immediately. As a long term paying and tipping customer I was a little upset that they didnt even tell me. I expressed this and the owner called me. She then explained that they thought I was going to cancel my bank account!! to get out of paying because I guess maybe theyve had that happen before? Okay but I know everyone there and come in once or twice a month, theres small talk and details about these peoples lives Im not just gonna sever that relationship for $50! I felt betrayed and told them they should have just explained that it had to be taken out that day then I would have tried to make it work. Honestly Im happy I had enough in that account that leta got paid but a relationship with a client is gone because I just felt I was done dirty.If you do choose to go, Abby is the best and the front desk lady is so sweet. But stay away from the owner

I just had one of the best massages! Shellie did an awesome job! I have lots of problem areas & she worked on them all & helped loosen tightness & spasms. I left feeling so good! I would highly recommend. I gone there for years. This first time with this therapist.

Scheduling online was a little tricky for me, and I am a person that would rather talk to a real person anyway. I initially booked my appointment for a couples massage online, but due to my husbands preferences, wanted to request 2 female therapists. I called and messaged this business on Facebook and they were prompt with their response. I was able to get my appointment changed with no problem.Day of the massage, the receptionist was new and wasnt able to answer general questions we had about different services offered. I dont hold that against him. We all have to have a first or second day of work. Marrissa did my massage and she was terrific. She found knots and kinks I didnt know I had, and the hand and neck massage were wonderful. She obviously knows her stuff. Elizabeth did my husbands massage and he said it was just okay. Her touch was too light for his liking.Overall, it was a positive enough experience that I would go back and get another massage there. However, it was very no frills and it didnt feel particularly romantic if that is what you are after for a couples massage though.

Got a couples massage. Staff was very friendly. The place looked a bit odd like they were trying to make do with what they have, it was clean and smelled nice though. The actual massage itself felt fine at the time but hours later and now (the next day) Im in a LOT of pain. Like my entire upper back is bruised. I did like that she messaged me from head to toe though. I liked that she gave every part of my body attention. My bf requested that she focus on his back since he was having back pain and he said it was alright but expected something else but didnt have anything to base it off of since it was his first time receiving a professional massage. Im not sure Id consider going back although prices are nice.

This place is wonderful! It has a calming atmosphere and very professional therapists, who can vary the amount of pressure according to your preference. The entire establishment is set up to provide maximum comfort and privacy, while still being able to accommodate couples massages. I dont think you will find a better massage experience anywhere in Louisville, and their prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend it!

Below average experience. Jenie did mine and my husbands massage. It was not what we expected. The backache and muscle pain is still there and it was not relieving at all. She didnt use any deep massage technique and no work on the muscles. Very disappointed!!!

I had Sherrie. I guess shes new at Soluna but my guess is that she isnt new to massage therapy because she gave me the most intense massage Ive ever received. I like really deep pressure and she kicked my butt!!!!! The staff was very friendly. I went right in and right out. No complaints here!!

Great place for a massage at a reasonable price. For newbies make sure you communicate clearly to your masseuse, let them know what you prefer, what areas to focus, and feel free to speak up during the session if theyre doing something you dont like or if they need to adjust pressure or anything.

Great place for a relaxing massage! The lights are dim music is soft. The people running it are helpful and friendly. The masseuses are great even for a beginner this place is great. Great place to literally relax and enjoy a real massage. Couple massages are great here too and they can open up two rooms to have you and your partner together.

I’ve been going to Soluna Massage for about 2 years now and man has it been a life saver! I’m a guy in my 20s, pretty healthy, and go to the gym 3-5 days/ week but I started having lower back and upper shoulder pain that progressed after working in an office and sitting at a desk for long periods of time. It was to the point I could barely get out of bed in the morning and I have a pretty high pain tolerance.I tried everything I could find but wanted to take an alternative route instead of taking medication for the pain. This is when I remembered Soluna massage. I had gone there once in the past but alway considered getting a massage a “luxury”. After a couple sessions with the therapists I knew I had to make this a regimen. I started going two times per month and have continued ever since. Throughout our sessions we worked on targeting tense muscles, stretching exercises, and loosing up muscles I never even knew were tight. It seems I was experiencing Piriformis Syndrome.All the staff are very friendly and each therapist has their own special technique when treating their client. I’ve pretty much cycled through them all throughout the years and they are all wonderful. A special shoutout to Emily, Karen, and Kristian. You guys changed my life! Thanks for all the tips, tricks, and great customer service.If you’re looking for an affordable, life changing massage by staff who care look no further than Soluna!

Kountiss is amazing! I hadn’t had a professional massage in about 4 years so I decided to give Soluna a try and it was amazing! Kountiss applied the perfect amount of pressure and made my experience extremely pleasant. The environment is very relaxing. I will definitely be going back.

I recently had a 90 minute massage from Marrisa. It was amazing. Her fingers found every tight muscle in my back and shoulders and got them to release. So much more than just a nice relaxing massage. This was therapy at its finest. I will definitely be returning.

Made a reservation way ahead of time, drove 30 mins to the place, only to have them say that our reservation was never actually put into their system. They were also booked 2 weeks out so rescheduling that far out didnt make me happy. Probably wont come back.

I have nothing against people with disabilities what so ever, but Marissa is blind. Theres dog hair all over the floor. I told her where I was having problems and pains and it was in my lower back. She didnt massage my lower back at all. She felt around on my body to feel where she was at and it was honestly uncomfortable. This was my first experience getting a professional massage and Im very disappointed. I completely waisted a hour of my time.

Booking is a little confusing sometimes. We usually end up calling instead of doing it online. The massages are really good, though.They offer a wide variety of services as well.My only wish is that theyd keep personal records of what I like. I have been maybe 6 times now and have had a different masseuse each time. Theyre all quite skilled but it would be nice to not repeat myself when nothing has changed.

Tranquil. Not too costly. Money well spent to feel better. Each masseuse is very different but each brings a professional and caring experience. I had a frozen shoulder and Abigail literally helped cure it!

Maybe they dont get black customers often but I felt uncomfortable. I actually came on the wrong day and they worked to get a massage in just had to wait. Eric did the massage and I explained lower back and shoulder massage needs. He touched my lower back for 3 seconds and Im not exaggerating. The bed and room were cold and it was uncomfortable, after I was half way through I had to ask if the ac was on and thats when he decided to turn on the bed warmer. Wasnt worth the money but still gave a tip. Definetely wil never go back or send anyone there!

This is a great place to go and get the stress of the day, week or month out of your body. There is friendly service. They focus on the needs you have by asking questions about what problems you are having (such as tightness in your shoulders, neck, etc.) and are very professional. This is the best place I have found to help relieve my chronic pain. I cant give them enough kudos. AMAZING

Soluna ia very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. I had pain and tingling going down my left arm due to my improper sitting position. Magen did an excellent job zeroing in on the problem areas of origin. Thank you SO MUCH! 🙂
