I went back yesterday and had Peter as my counter help. He was great! Can I always have him help me? His recommendation of ‘Green Caffeine’ in the Elevate category was spot on and a great high. 🤘😎🤘So far, all staff have great knowledge, customer service, and vibe. 💕I appreciate there is usually shake available at a very nice price to add to a purchase.The BEST thing about this dispensary is …1. how they rate the flower into categories of Elevate, Focus, Wind Down, etc.2. The little Integra ‘BOOST’ packet that is in every container of flower (2-way humidity control) to keep it fresh & tasty. 😋I see no reason to go to any other dispensary. Period. This is the best dispensary I’ve encountered in the Denver metro area.Cheers!

This is my favorite dispensary. They have the best selection of edibles and the best staff. They’re always there with a smile and very helpful. I pretty much only go here now. And the atmosphere is super comfortable inside. If you haven’t yet checked it out, give it a try!

Andres was great and helpful! I forgot what I got last visit but they keep record.so they can recommend other stuff if they dont have what you wanted before. Recommended great edibles too as I am usually a flower guy.I always send people here as they have THE best stuff around.

Was met with genuine kindness from Kevin. He listened to me, was knowledgeable in what he recommended and answered all my questions. My purpose for this visit was chronic pain relief. Kevin did not try to sell something he felt would not be of help or use. He was AMAZING!

Kaitlyn is the one who mostly helps me, but she’s very knowledgeable, super cool, her vibe is everything. The customer service here is unmatched it’s very welcoming if you don’t really know what you’re looking for they know exactly which direction to point you in. I will continue to go back week after week because it’s just unmatched 5 stars to all of you at Ajoya!

Edited from a 5 star ...reviewI just left starbuds with the worst customer experience Ive had in a long time, came over to AJOYA and walked into an amazing clean shop and was instantly greeted by a super friendly & helpful guy named ALEX at the front desk, I told him what I was looking for & he knew exactly what I was talking about & passed me off to a very nice lady named JADE who was just as friendly as Alex was! Jade was super quick to help me with my order & got me hooked up super fast! No lines, awesome employees, and an awesome clean store with 100s of things to choose from! As a veteran, I loved how easy and stress free everything is! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!Edit.. really disappointed the 2nd time going back, looked to grab an order online which they had in stock.. then decided to just go in the store & pick it up since I was close by, receptionist was nice, but the older lady that helped me out was pushy & rude.. not to mention when I went to get the same order that I placed online literally 10 mins later they were out.. she offered a different bud which was the same price but tested significantly lower than the bud I came to purchase.. (23.8%) compared to (15.4%) for the same price? It just rubbed me the wrong way.. honestly I buy 2-3 ounces a week & I think after this experience Ill take my business somewhere else which is really disappointing after the 1st time going there..

The inside is set up very nicely, and they do have a good product offering but I was not impressed with the quality at the price point. They only sell their top shelf in 8ths so to get an ounce works out to over $200, which I’d be fine with for top shelf product. I got a half ounce each of 2 different strains and the product is good, but very poorly cured and way over dried. I checked all 8 8th and they’re all the same, they do have the little humidor packs in them but something went wrong. It’s too dry to smoke, I will use it in the vaporizer but at that price it’s not what I was hoping for.

The people here are super knowledgeable and like to let you know that. We waited for a minute because of the over explaining of product. The guy being helped thought it was great customer service but we just wanted to be in and out. Plenty of selection no matter what youre looking for.

Been a great place forever - the staff is always amazing - without fail. Never ever ever had even close to a mediocre experience here. Today I went in to get some advice for terminal illness care, and Jaymie was amazing at providing the right direction and making the right recommendations. Between the staff, the selection, the specials, and the rewards program you cant go wrong. Been to many others over the years, but always return here, and when I do J or Kevin know me so well that they always recommend the perfect products to make my day(s).

Wonderful dispensary all around! Clean, aesthetically pleasing and the staff was very welcoming! Love the way they use categories rather than I/S/H, makes it much easier to choose the perfect product. Andres better known as “Pucci” is the budtender you want to not only to get you the best product for what you need because he will easily do that, but does it with a little educational information on the side and makes your daily stress melt away with conversation of ease. The online ordering was incredibly easy! First off, front door personnel was exceptionally friendly and invited me in with such exuberance. They even reminded me to let my budtender know I was first time medical for an extra discount. The store layout is amazing, it feels like an apple store for bud. Super sleek, not overcrowded, very pleasing to the eye. My budtender was very patient, super pleasant to talk to, and gave me some killer reviews on some products I will definitely be back to purchase. Will be a returning customer

They wont tell me why, but maybe because of this review.Original Review: Ajoya records your license data and visits. It is now a requirement to enter. If that doesnt bother you, these guys are pretty good, but if you dont want your visits to be tracked in a companys list of weed customers, you should go elsewhere.

3rd dispensary today that does not have stock of what their online menu shows. All pre packed bud, lacks smell and even the displays look dry. Skip Starbuds across the shopping center while you’re at it.

Chris always provides amazing client care. Not only does he remember his clients but he also is quick and efficient. I read other reviews and followed up on the bad ones. One guy had complained of a 10 min wait somewhere, gave one star. Another place five stars with the comment: waited an hour but worth it. 🤦 Loon. Ajoya was a great experience! ALL those rude employees mustve been off that day. Everyone was very nice (especially the gal at the front desk!), fun to be around, knowledgeable, mask-compliant...I often wonder what pleases a bad reviewer. The answer there? Usually ignorance.One last thing: Told Peter what I wanted out of an edible. His recommendation? Spot on! And priced very reasonably.ILL BE BACK!

The guy with the long hair he usually ties it back and works in the morning at the Louisville location. I feel awful that I cant remember his name. But he is so kind to me whenever I come in and has great customer service skills. This guy deserves a raise and recognition for all of his hard work and amazing knowledge of products. Its worth waiting for him to be available to ring me up because hes so awesome. I hope this reaches him, if we find out who it is. Sorry about the name! Always goes above and beyond. I live 20 min away and could go to many dispensaries closer to my house but I wont give my business to anyone else because this guy makes the store so its worth the long drive. I have shopped here occasionally throughout the past year. From my experience, what I noticed was how much they have improved from my first time at this location. They really do put the extra effort into improving customer experience and product quality. My first review was three stars, currently it is four, and Im sure in time it will be five stars.

Almost always a great experience coming to Ajoya! The flower is always primo and they have a nice variety of other products too! Location is clean and easily accessible! Also importantly the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! Plus they enjoy seeing my service dog Silas when he comes with me. Definitely a spot to come visit!

Then I asked for the best UNWIND cause I seem to get a lot done with that! Kinda an upper to me! Then I asked for gummies that would help with falling asleep. Ajoya has been my go to dispensary for years! They have high quality products and nice membership perks. Polly at the front was welcoming and very helpful in setting up my account. My only wish is for a wider medical selection or deeper discounts for med clients on the rec side. Definitely recommend!

Based on the owners response I am amending this review - the fact he bothered to reply is indicative of high professionalism. The staff on the whole are pretty cool. I guess my biggest take away is this: the staff are knowledgeable and professional but the set up is NOT laid back at all. These places should be fun! I was tagging along with a friend and we both showed our IDs, but I was asked “not to speak to him”...still not sure why. I get there are regulations. It’s how you apply them to make the customers experience as pleasant as possible. Overall though, good spot with good depending on the day of the week. Keep on truckin’ Ajoya!

From the moment I walked in the door I had a great experience. The woman at the front was very friendly and welcoming. The budtender was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Tbh I was having a real crummy day but his service went above and beyond, I left feeling better. He was so personable, not to mention the guality of the product! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Everything is top notch: staff and products! Only complaint is with the battery pen for cartridges. Barely holds a charge ended up throwing it away after having to charge multiple times per day. Not worth the $20.

Ive been here twice and both times were underwhelming. Ive always found interactions with budtenders to be educational and fun... but not here. These budtenders are neither passionate nor knowledgeable about their products. When I asked one how fast acting gummies worked, I got the deer in headlights look. In addition, I was charged $6 in fees for using my debit card for a $30 purchase. I didnt realize I was low on cash until it was rung up, and the budtender said nothing about the fees. I thought about walking out at this point (and wish I had because the product ended up being a dud), but it had already been rung up and I didnt want even more of a hassle.If you know EXACTLY what you want and are paying with cash, maybe this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would not recommend. There are much better options in close proximity!

The customer service has really gone down hill since the covid crisis. You should really be careful about who you have working your front desk. It’s hardly welcoming to have someone roll their eyes at you multiple times during a brief interaction. Been a customer for years, but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I visited ajoya for the first time recently and it was a great experience. I ended up going three times in the same day and every time was amazing. Cameron helped me everytime and was always very friendly and helpful.

Savannah AND before Brianna were fantastic. They were so into the education of and finding what was right for me. They took their time and didnt want to quickly turn to the next customer. They made it work so that I stayed within my budget. This is more than your regular dispensary this is top shelf.

Highly recommend!. Ajoya is a great store with great product. Unlike most dispensaries, Ajoya is clean, well designed, and well lit. It feels like an Apple store, and the prices are fairly competitive. Also Ive had great experiences with all of the budtenders - theyre super friendly and helpful.

We arrived in the Boulder area from out-of-state and Ajoya was one of the first places recommended for cannabis. Alex was friendly and extremely helpful. He mentioned available deals and even gave us tips on where to go while we are in town. We got a variety of products based upon our desired high.

Its never super busy, they have tons of strains, its always super clean and the staff is always at the top of their game ready to help you find exactly what you need. Most recently, Belle was my budtender, and even though I went in there with no real idea of what I wanted, she helped me find exactly what I needed, and was eager to answer any question I could come up with. This is one of the nicest dispensary weve been to and weve been to a lot! They have a great selection of pre-rolls and they actually burn and smoke. If you have ever bought pre-rolls Im sure you understand what Im saying as most of time they suck but thats not the case here. I highly recommend Ajoya. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! I’ve been here thrice. The last two experiences ended with poor customer service. Two stars instead of one, because the store itself is attractive and we organized. I won’t return, nor recommend it to others.

Very knowledgeable staff and when asked if I was military and responded with a yes but I have nothing than but my dog tag to prove (DD-214 is something I don’t carry with me and haven’t been asked to provide in years) he still gave me the discount and thanked me for my service! Have tried a lot of dispensaries around my area and if you’re within a 25-30 minute drive then Ajoya should be a serious consideration when it comes to your Medical and/or Recreational marijuana needs. A well trained, friendly staff are present to greet you on a daily basis. The deals are awesome and if you time your consumption right you can really cut down on your marijuana costs. (The weekend warrior deal is my favorite). But you can read this review all you want but in all honesty you should just check Ajoya out. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Prices might be higher but experience is fantastic.Its modern, professional and completely removes all of the old stigmas of the MJ industry.They have a system that removes all the technical jargon so you can find what you need without having to have a crash course in the ins and outs of the industry.People just want to get well.

This was my third dispensary experience in Colorado. As soon as we walked in the door Christine immediately demanded our IDs without so much as a welcome or any kind of greeting. I immediately felt unwelcome but tried to brush it off and enjoy the experience. Aesthetically the store is very pleasing and I really enjoyed the variety of products and clean, organized layout. My girlfriend was taking pictures/filming some of the products/store for our company so we could give a little bit of free publicity to Ajoya when she was rudely approached by Christine and asked if she was done filming and ready to buy product. This made us uncomfortable again and really dissuaded us from purchasing any product at this point. I then approached Christopher as he was explaining a product to another member of our group and proceeded to have a very informative convo about one of their products. Christopher had extensive product knowledge and talking with him really gave me good vibes. I probably wont return to this dispensary based on my experience but I really appreciate Christopher taking his time to educate our group. (If Christopher was the only employee we dealt with I would have left a 5 star review).

My boyfriend and I have been going into Ajoya once a week for a good little while now. Ive been to so many dispensaries since moving to Denver and this one is by far my favorite one for concentrates. Theyve got great prices, the product is always potent, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus its only like 15 minutes from my apartment! Definitely highly recommend this place if youre looking for great concentrate or some good edibles.
