I have been to three Encore locations and this is by far the best. Customer service here is second to none.

I personally don’t leave many reviews. But as a regular customer of this store I will gladly say they have one of the cleanest stores with some of the best products!!! not to mention the incredibly friendly staff that always welcomes me as soon as i walk in, and go above and beyond to accommodate my nicotine needs :) My fave smoke shop by far

My opinion might change if they fix what is messed up. I got charged for two cigarellos and I definitely dont smoke those and were not in the bag but I paid for them. All of the juice (3 bottles) are expired. I feel like I got got. First time experience is a ZERO.

Ren is such a sweet employee, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and helped me find something new that I’d never tried before and I love it! Definitely will come back for more!

Came in there today for the second time to look around and get something for a friend and they were so awesome. The young lady Emily I believe her name was working there was so nice and patient and pretty knowledgeable as well. I also told her I was interested in immediate work as I loved the atmosphere there and wanted to get back into retail management as I have done it my whole life and also highly knowledgeable about all the products and used to belong to the A.K.A as the congressional district leader. Hopefully Ill here from the owners as I gave them my number. Will definitely be back in there again. Oh and there prices are the cheapest I have ever seen but even though they have cheap prices they are still of the highest quality.

I dont smoke or vape, but my friend does. We visited this shop and it was clean, the staff was very nice and appeared to be very knowledgeable. If you vape and have not been, you should give it a try. They have all their products tested, and not every store does that. You can be sure that what you get here is safe and of high quality.

Currently, I have not been able go speak to the manager of this establishment, but I was told there was nothing that could be done for me when I was sold a bad vape. I had never had this experience, and thus did not know to check before leaving. But it is easily proven, as when you try to plug it in, the light does not even turn on.I spend hundreds of dollars here a month, and have been a faithful customer. I will gladly amend my review if they can make this right. However, I have no qualms ordering the same products I acquire here online if they refuse to do the ethical thing and replace the bad product they sold me. I suppose time will tell, but as of this moment, I do not recommend this shop unless they acknowledge that their policy is unethical due to them not notifying the customer of the potential for this to happen and asking them to check their vapes– because I assure you it was never mentioned, which is extremely unprofessional given that the employee there claimed this happens A LOT.

Love this shop. This is where I go in Lou and it has never let me down. They take great care of the store and customers. They try to make the best deal for their customers. Prices are the best in the city as well as the staff. Keep it up guys!

It is a great vape store, with a wide selection of products. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They also sell energy drinks and sodas for a cheap price. It earned five stars in my book. Its worth traveling out of your way to go to this store, rather than another one.

Went to this store to order Novo 4 pods. They gave me Novo 3 pods in a pack that was labeled Novo 4 pods. When i returned and told them they gave me the wrong items, they said there was nothing they could do since i had already opened the package. How was I supposed to figure that out if i didn’t open the package???? They told me i shouldve opened it while i was still in the store. Are you kidding me?????? Maybe they should tell you that when you purchase the items!!!! What kind of ridiculous policy is that? Worst customer experience I have ever had.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Theres a All Sales Are Final but they were willing to exchange the item my husband bought the day before, he bought the wrong sized replacement coil, if they had the correct item. Unfortunately, they did not have it, but I was thankful that they were willing to exchange it if they did.

I really want to give this place 10000million stars because of the employees, forgive me I’m awful with names but the gentleman with longish blonde hair is by far the nicest person I have met in a long time and deserves a raise. They really are amazing 🥺🥺🥺

Your all sales final policy is a joke when I’m sold the wrong item. The owner sold me an 18650 battery for my mod and I was not aware this battery would not work for my mod. So when I got home and tried to put the battery in, the battery was rattling around inside and my mod wouldn’t turn on, and it was then I realized it wasn’t registering the battery. So I went back to return it and explained that I couldn’t use it and that I understood the all sales final policy, and so I asked if I could just return it and get in store credit. I was told no, but if I were to make a purchase he’d give me a 10% discount. Giving me a 10% discount when I was sold the wrong battery by the OWNER and then acting like you’re doing me a favor isn’t cool. I would recommend you make sure the owner knows that 18650 batteries will not fit in all mods if you’re going to set an all sales final policy.

Great place large selection in glass, wraps 2 for 1$ on 99c packs, the staff is really nice and helpful definitely made sure my glass was protected for the bike ride home, will definitely be returning

Watch the expiration dates on the juice in there. Bought some today and didnt notice it expired the beginning of last year. Previous trip (2weeks ago) in there I ended up with a bottle that expired in 19! Maybe thats why its 2 for 30
