I used to love this place until Rocky passed away. Now they are hardly open when they are supposed to be. Online will say open during store hours but no one is here. What a shame

Place is a joke... Prices are double and they ONLY take card payments. Wth kinda of business refuses to accept any form of currency. One that makes more money off of selling peoples info than they do selling actual products... Pathetic

Disregard the negative reviews talking about how hard it is to purchase things here, it says very clearly on the door. No cash, and no ID.The store is impeccably clean with every piece of glass for there cases so clean you cant see them. Selection in glassware, papers and all other goods need superb, pricing is where it should be for handmade glass, and the employee and owner that I met there were absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and helped me get what I need.I will be spreading the good word of this head shop to all my friends, and will be doing my best to support such a lovely woman owned business.

With my friend in Louisville we visited this shop. Very cool and interesting layout with glass cases in a maze of sorts. Products all seemed to be reasonably priced and the vashier was friendly and informative. My friend had been here before and used several of their products and highly recommends them to people who smoke or collect glassware. 👍

1st time customer & I was very happy with the variety of supplies here. Miss Harley was very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional & she really helped me narrow my options. And the glass items r absolutely beautiful! I have a new favorite shop that I plan to frequent regularly. Thanks Harley for being so sweet & helpful!

Stopped by the store during open hours doors were locked, after which I called the store and their was no answer.

This place is awesome!! Staff and Ive met the owners as well...I actually made the sign Puff Puff Pass, the 3 neon signs and installed the signs and the LED lights at the same time. This was my first sign at the sign company i worked for too. Pretty cool first assignment huh...lol.. i think we did a pretty good job... stands out and is flashy!!! Glad to see this business still striving!!

Have had several bad experiences with this smoke shop. I don’t intend to try again with this place. Firstly, there’s been multiple times that I’ve tried to stop in based on the hours of operation listed on google. The hours listed online aren’t accurate. The 1st time I ever went, I tried to open the door and it was locked. The young blond women who works there was inside. She ignored me completely. She could have indicated they were closed instead of leaving me standing there looking silly, waving nicely at her. I returned to my car, feeling silly. The next time, when I was able to actually go inside, the same blond women was working. She was extremely rude. I had just had my drivers license renewed and since they now mail ID’s instead of printing at the DMV, I had the temporary paper copy with me. She acted like I printed it myself or it was legit. “She hadn’t heard of them mailing IDs”Since she wouldn’t accept my temp ID, my boyfriend offered to provide his ID so that I could make my purchase. She stated that she wouldn’t sell him my items because she needed my ID as well. I understood that she had a job to do, so I didn’t make a fuss but one of the items I was getting was a scale. I am a cosmetologist and I also make resin jewelry and I use a scale to measure color and my resin. I wanted to purchase just the scale without my vapes. The women was extremely condescending and rude. She wouldn’t allow me to get just the scale. She also wouldn’t sell my boyfriend his items, which were separate to begin with because I “didn’t have a proper ID.” Oh, also, when I was shopping for my scale earlier during this experience, I wanted some advice on a scale to buy and she was unhelpful. He behavior during the whole thing was super inappropriate.I tried again to go to this shop because it’s located in walking distance to my house. Again, the same blond girl was working. I came in and was very friendly. I came prepared with my new Drivers license that had come in the mail… I thought.. the women stated that they don’t deal with cash. Which was strange but no big deal. I had my boyfriends debit card with me as he’d given it to me to run errands. She told me in an exasperated tone that the card had to match my ID. Her behavior is just so off putting and weird. If she was kind at all, I would be able to look past these rules completely but her delivery of the policies of her shop is just so strange and rude. I will not try to go in the shop again because I seriously can’t deal with her again.

Never open during hours. Have shown up at 10 and they didnt open until 10:30. Today I showed up at 12 and again is closed. Either adjust your business hours or stick to them. This is unacceptable. The only reason to go is for cheap delta 8 gummies.

Love this shop! It is the best if you are looking for THC products! They have the best prices Ive come across and Ive been to most shops on bardstown Rd.

I didnt end up making a purchase, however I still believe the rating is accurate. I went in the other day to look for something for a friend of mine as well as a few things for us at home. The woman behind the counter was very nice and helpful, but when I went to pay for everything she couldnt complete the sale because the credit card I had with me (which was my roommates card, he knew I had it, and I had permission, lol, but SHE didnt know that) didnt match my ID. She was extremely apologetic, and even offered to accept cash even though they normally dont, but I didnt have the debit card, just the credit card, so I walked out empty handed. Why five stars? I know for a fact that the purchases at this store are secure, and I respect that 100%

Very beautiful displays and glass pieces!! Dustin who worked there was super nice, helpful and made sure we where taken care of. He explained everything to us and made our visit fun! I definitely recommend this store!!

Never know when this place is actually open. Dont bet on the business hours actually being when theyre open. 7:30pm on a Saturday and says open and lights on but doors locked. This place doesnt need your business obviously.

Stopped by here twice while visiting. Both times the doors were locked, despite them being open. At least put a sign up if youre going to be closed or update your website to the appropriate hours.

Wonderful selection on glass pieces. The owner was very polite and held up conversation greatly. Although me and my boyfriend only came in to look around, he was still kind enough to treat us like we were buying something. The customer service is great in this place.

My partner bought gummies for a family member who lives in a rural area (with no stores that sell them) bc delta 8/10 are the only things helping. He wanted to try some vegan ones. They only had a large bag, so she got them and came home. We live just down the road. The thing is, the large bag was $40, which is not what my family member intended at all. $78 altogether for his gummies instead of $50 max he was expecting. So i called to see if I could bring these back, considering it had been less than 10 mins since the purchase. No dice. They said once you leave the store they won’t accept returns. That’s the policy. Fyi for anyone who cares about these things like i do.

The young white blonde lady that works there is highly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The first time I went in there and had an interaction with her, I explained the cart I bought from them messed up and she proceeds to tell me that they wouldn’t have sold that because they don’t carry that brand. However, Rocky helped me buy my first pen and sold me that exact cart. Today she was unprofessional and defensive again. Never going back in there.

Came in here and I couldn’t pay because they (understandably) don’t take cash, but the super friendly employee helped me find a shop to fulfill my nicotine addiction that accepted cash. Good vibes, make sure you bring your card and ID kids :)

Way overpriced pieces. They are nice, not gonna lie. But most of them start around $200 and go up from there. Some even go as high as $15,000. Talk about highway robbery. I tried to explain what I was looking for and my budget,, and they immediately told me that they dont have anything that would be a good fit. Without even allowing me to look. I tried to look around at some of the more expensive pieces and even considered buying one, until they started getting attitude with me talking about, Oh you definitely cant afford these These people are just stuck up and after your money. They dont care about your experience with them, just whats in your wallet. Stay away!

Overall vibe is very nice. They have beautiful, large amethysts in this store as well as unique glass thats blown into typical styles as well as not-so-typical ones like glasswork shaped as creatures. Because they are artsy pieces, some of them are delicate. But I did overall like this store, it really depends on what you are looking for. Their bubblers are really well priced, I had gone to another smoke store on eastern parkway before this one and was glad I didnt spend my money there. I wish this place was larger or maybe had a better parking lot, accessibility is a huge motivator for me to purchase things so im unsure how often Ill stop here but the service was very good.

I drove pass and had to stop, just the name alone caught my eye. Met two very friendly and helpful employees ( Dustin and Mindy) while visiting from Hawaii. The service was excellent and the store was very clean and organized. Lots of selections of everything you would need. I will definitely return on my next visit to Louisville, Kentucky.

Visited this location by accident yesterday while visiting the area and it was a wonderful experience. The girl working was AWESOME. The store has a variety of pieces that are gorgeous. Prices are great. The stores presentation supersedes that of other shops in area. Its super clean! I purchased a few types of their Kynd Kratom and can say that Ill never go back to the others in area. Keep up the great all around shop!

Im a cancer patient from Oregon, new to Louisville by 3 weeks. I have been in hundreds of vape stores across this country, and this shop, blows them all out of the water. They have safety in mind first, and their displays are so professional and easy to navigate. The owner is so knowledgeable about all of the products he sells. You must visit this shop!

Pretty pricey shop, but honestly its not average glass. The stuff is high quality art. The owner sold me an Arizer vape at the price I found online like he said he would which is pretty generous given he barely made profit. He was a bit arrogant, but all-in-all Ive only had neutral-to-positive experiences.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff here will help you find anything you need from a massive assortment of glass. Many of which are highly ornamental and finely detailed. They also carry a good variety of Kratom and Delta 8 products.

Ive been to glass shops all over the country and this is by far the best one Ive ever been to and my favourite out of so the glass shops Ive been to in the country and always make a point to stop in if im in the area. Absolutely beautiful pieces American glass by American artists. I got to meet the owner last time I went in and he was a super cool dude definitely check this place out.

The place actually opens at 11AM glad I waited. Beautiful American made pieces not a bunch of Chinese catalog pipes. This is a great place to go if you actually appreciate the art of glass blowing and and looking for a quality pipe. I spent about 30 minutes in here at lest just looking at all the cool displays they had. If you looking to buy a nice pipe look to spend at least fifty bucks.

At this point Ive had several issues with this place. Most recently when I bought two disposable vape pens... the first did not hit and when I pulled the second out while still in my car on my way home (5 minutes later) I could see the battery was completely detached. I was told I wouldnt get a refund for either because I didnt test the product while walking out of the store and into the parking lot even though it had only been a few minutes and the packaging was still around the broken pen. I recommend going to Speedway across the street.

My boyfriend and I went here today, it’s honestly the best smoke shop we’ve been in! Dustin communicated very well with us, let us take our time, and look through each and every item. This shop is set up so well and the energy in this shop is amazing!

I came in a few weeks ago the and tried some of their brands of Kratom. They were exceptional and diverse. The manager is very informative and SO NICE. He was so knowledgeable based on customer experiences which is the most reliable type of advice. EveryonsaEveryone here loves this place due to the fun and kind employees. This place never seems to be open in accordance with the store hours they have posted on their business which is kind of frustrating for people who rely on that who take public transportation needless to say I personally am looking for a different vape shop in the area

The staff was very friendly and informative. This place is Veteran friendly; I received a 15% discount on my e-juice. I will be visiting again.

Ive been going to puff puff pass for years and yesterday I had bought a monq pen, and drove all the way to Indiana just to find out it didnt work. I called the same employee that sold it to me and have the receipt and asked to pick up a replacement because it was broke and she told me they tell us to try it in the parking lot. I have NEVER been told that. I was there yesterday so I know she knows she did not tell me this information and basically said tough luck. I will not be buying anymore of these. Most people own up to their mistakes and accommodate. I wasnt offered to talk to a manager or anything. Pretty disappointed.

In the 4 years Ive lived here. Never been inside until today. Harley EXCELLED (Literally) in making me feel welcomed and right at home. Her knowledge of items in store is absolutely immaculate and I would recommend this shop first before any other shop in all of Louisville!!

This place is very well put together. Everything is nicely displayed and easy to see. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell a lot of care is put into this place. They sell cbd products, and lots of beautiful glass. They have lots of vape options as well. I was extremely satisfied with my visit to this establishment.

Theres been a purple post-it on the inside of the door saying be right back:) for over an hour. Theyve lost at least 6 customers. I waited. And even left then came back. Still nothing. I drove an hour from Meade county to buy a nice rig from here. They have beautiful glass pieces. But whats the point if they dont even have the doors open during regular business hours?Electric Ladyland it is.

The shop and collection are excellent. The first several times Id been there the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful and I would have given them a 3 or 4 for that.However, the last time I was in there a girl working on staff I hadnt yet seen before who was exceptionally helpful and nice.

Dustin was super helpful and friendly! The pieces they have on display are GORGEOUS, and there are huge geode displays that are gorgeous as well! Friendly atmosphere, it smells good, and they have unique pieces.

I had an amazing experience with Puff Puff Pass. The staff (Dustin) was very kind and the selection of Kratom was great. The knowledge on a product like that is key to me as each brand is different. Not only is their Kratom higher than everyone elses its also not as good... almost like its being cut with something else. My girlfriend had negative effects from it and she knows her stuff on Kratom. The worker was nice but the way they do business seems very odd. We will not go back

Puff Puff Pass is the best store, I went to check out what kind of vapes they had, all the people there were so kind and helpful, they answered all the questions I had they helped me figure out what kind of vape to get and helped me pick out the flavors, and showed me how to refill the juices, I am definitely going back there again! I used to be a customer of this place until i was served by Mindy, i do feel they knowingly sold me broken equiptment & refused to give my money back the next day (in which she was 1 1/2 hours late in opening the store) with a receipt. She screamed at me like a banshee when i attempted to bring the broken equiptment into the store, & it couldnt have ever been used if it never worked in the 1st place but smilingly called me a liar to my face. I highly recommend no one shops here ever unless you would like to waste your time & money in a store where they refuse to stand behind their products. I will be telling everyone i meet to never do business with this place.

Young lady wasnt very informative about what cbd products would be best for certain health benefits. This shop is best for those who are recreational smokers and not for those seeking alternative holistic approaches for pain etc.

Three visits, first I was in my suit that i wear to work and was treated somewhat ok. The past two times including today I was approached with some kind of immediate rules of the store. Today its ninty something degrees and decided to walk to the store from across the street at the gas station but had a drink in my hands. The guy asked immediately if I would take it back to my car. The guy has said all three times, its not me its the owner who watches the cameras and I will get fired, now why would someone be at a job they are scared of getting fired from for over a year now. He is rude and discrimanted against me twice now. I have seen him discriminate to another customer as well. OWNERS. if you have to watch the camera for this guy all the time then get rid of him, i know i wont be back until he is gone. Its a shame because I really wanted multiple things the times i came in and would of spent $150-200 each of those times. Electric Ladyland is where i am going back to now. I assume he has had this said about him before. I guarantee it. You cant fix a jerk like that, he just is.

F this place. Seriously they sold me a bad epen and said it would work with any cartridge and I tried 3 different ones and none work. I go back 2 days later and wouldnt exchange it or anything. 22$ down the drain. Dont shop here cause they lie about products and bad customer service and OVERPRICED. Its too bad that there are no photos allowed but this place is a hidden gem. From when you walk in, youre surrounded by glass shelves filled with tobacco water pipes. But theyre not your run-of-the-mill bongs. These are bona-fide works of art with the price tag to match. Well worth a quick visit even if you dont plan to buy anything.

Prices range from super affordable to damn Id need to hit the lotto. Awesome products, very artistic and one of a kinds. They sell kratom, hemp containing products, cbd oil and cbd containing products. The female employee whonis always there is really helpful and knowledgeable. Been many times since theyve opened years ago. Always have the best products and match prices on vapes. Ive recently bought a dry leaf vape called the fire fly 2+ from Harlyee. She was a great help and made sure I had everything I needed.I also bought a portable concentrate rig called the Oura as well as the dry leaf desktop vaporizer called The Plenty. Both products are superb with the Oura having a lifetime warranty. The Plenty is amazing as well and the flavor is top notch. Dustin was really helpful as well and really knowledgeable about the products he carries. He even called the company for me when I had a question he didnt have the answer to. Great place to buy your smoking/vaping products. I highly recommend.

Went in for e-liquid only to later find out I was served a bad batch. I went back and the owner was nice enough to swap it out as it was only 10ml it wasnt a big deal. However theyre selling liquids or at least their labels say from 2015. It was the most disgusting thing Ive ever had in my vape by far. The worst part is all their liquid is old and under sold I wouldnt recommend this place for e-liquid if youre looking to get ripped off and pay too much for some glass or a vaporizer then youre in luck.

Ummmmmm not sure what was going on there today usually a good experience but we got carded and literally no one else that came in after us was carded he claimed a federal law for us to be carded. Apparently just for us. I wasnt helped at all and im fairly confident I wont go back based on this experience. I feel something shady was going down.-it wont let me respond the time was between 5:30 and 6:30 i didnt happen to glance at my watch. Im 49 years old since he scanned our ids into something without out permission im sure you can find us.

Dont go in with an out of state ID theyll refuse service. They refused my Tennessee drivers license and staid my veterans identification card didnt constitute an ID.Edit*Ive been called a liar by the owner and there is no way to respond directly. Your employee(male, older, bald) directly informed me that VA IDs were not accepted at the buisness. My drivers license was(and is) certainly valid and it was declinced, the employee placed a call to the owner and the owner told him not to accept me.

Despite the cliché “head shop“ name, this place is very professional. The store has a wonderful variety of CBD products and Kratom. A 30 g bag of Kratom is 15.00, Which is a much better deal than their competitor which is a much better deal than their competitor Up N Smoke. I have been waited on by two different ladies during my trips to the store, and they both are very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

Great selection of just about everything. I buy my cake 1.5 gram pens there. Cheaper than popular smoke and vape.

I bought vape liquid from this store and when I got in my car to fill up my vape the bottle cap came off and spilt all over my pants. I walked back inside and the owner said he can do nothing about and didn’t even apologize about what happened. Didn’t replace the bottle for me and proceeded to say it wasn’t his fault. Horrible customer service!!

I am really upset about the customer service that this place offered I mean I only bought a lighter for 5 dollars I was asked to show id but there where two customers that checked out before I did and they wasn’t asked for id and the lighter that I paid $5.40 for no longer works so I gave them a call and the guy that picked the phone up was being really rude in such a professional way I will not be going back to there establishment management need to think about investing in customer service training

Horrible place... the little girl that work d there is the rudest lady I have encountered since moving here too Louisville Kentucky. My dl had been stolen and I was just looking around with my son, she told me to leave the business said she could get fined and loose her job if I was remain in there with no id... Im 50!!!! I had a pic of me holding my dl on my phone....

Went and bought juice from this place, the juice was burning my throat every time I hit it. I went to another vape shop and realized the juice I was given at puff puff pass was old nicotine. No other juice I’ve used had burned my throat like that. I got new juice at vaper lab and it feels so much better to hit juice that doesn’t burn at all! Wouldn’t recommend getting juice from this shop. I’m sure their glass hitters are good but their vape juice stay away from!

This place is over priced and the service sucked. This dude straight lied to me to get a sale. Will never go back here again. Up in Smoke gained my loyalty by providing me with lots of info and no BS just for a buck.

This is my favorite smoke shop to visit in Louisville. The people who work there are very attentive and knowledgeable about their products, and they usually have some pretty good deals going on.

I like this place it just seems a bit overpriced for the quality of merchandise. They do have decent prices on good quality glass however the cheaper glass is overpriced for the value. The sign is the best part of the place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ppl were rude and rushed me out the door even before I got everything I came for. Then passively made me feel bad about it after I pointed out the rudeness. There are tons of smaller shops local to get the same items do yourself a solid and puff puff pass right on by..

Hilariously over priced. Bought detox from them in a pinch, paid $41.00 for it. Come home and look it up and its typically around $13.00 online. Dont waste your money with these clowns.

I stopped in to check out some local glass while on vacation. After asking about the price of a piece I was told I wasnt allowed to buy it with no real explanation as to why. All I was told was I dont know if I can sell that to you.

Closed all the time. Several other places that sell better glass for cheaper. Who needs to spend 3x as much for something lesser quality?

Rocky, the owner is a great guy. He always goes out of his way to help others and his staff is great with helping and very knowledgeable!

Its probably a good ideal to train the staff on what ids are accepted and which one arent... an id tht say commonwealth of Kentucky is government issued.
