I will never be able to say enough good things about the customer service here. They are ALWAYS helpful and today they really went above and beyond for me when I was starting to freak out because my vape stopped working. HUGE GINORMOUS THANK YOU to the girl(Im terrible with names) working there for saving my life and possibly the lives of everyone around me because I get really mean and cranky without nicotine. 💜💜❤️❤️

It was what I expected, not top quality or great deals but also not junk and not overpriced, had a version of what I was looking for.

I love this vapor lab more than any of the others! There is a very special friend of mine that seems to float from sort of sport and is always exactly where I need her to be but I need her to be there. They also have way more stock than any other store have noticed and everybody is very willing to help its just so much Chiller laid-back Vapor lab than any of the others Ive seen!!

Have been here maybe 3 times, and the staff has always been very friendly. Theyve taken the time to explain things when I have questions, customize juices for me if I wasnt buying the premium brands. Store is clean, nice product selection, and just seemingly a group of knowledgeable & chill ppl. Idk what dude face down there in the other review is upset about but the gal I spoke with at this location was cool af and very helpful.

I’ve been to the store at this location a handful of times and had always found the service and store to be delightful, particularly back when the store had a setup for free flavor tasting before the pandemic, at least up until my most recent visit on June 10th around 7pm. The employees at the store had a handful friends hanging out with them at the small soda-bar area inside and seemed annoyed to have a customer come in. I had came in looking to grab some new coils and a few bottles of juices but felt uncomfortable and rushed to get through my transaction by the employees assisting me, and ended up leaving the store feeling disrespected for going to the store in person while having spent far more than I would’ve online for the same items.

Great place to get all your vape products. After miserable experiences at other stores I went there and they set me up with various vape devices and took the time to show me the right way to use them. They also took the time to make sure the pods and coils worked with the vapes I purchased elsewhere. They explained the various methods of vaping to match the experience I expected to replace cigarettes. They started me with an entry level unit to see if vaping was something I wanted to try. No high pressure over selling of $100 vapes for beginners.I went back a few months later to upgrade to a mid range device. They once again took the time to explain all the various options with coils and how to have a great vaping experience. Overall a great place to shop. If they dont have what you need (they carry a lot) they will recommend how to find it elsewhere. Their prices are competitive with other stores. The service really makes the difference and its why I keep going back.

Wife loves this place. I dont Vape.Update. Rude girl can go take a flying one. If we didnt have points to use still. We wouldnt go back.Waste of time and money here. No longer recommend.

Knowledgeable and very friendly staff! Their hardware is reasonably priced and they have a great selection, as well as juice made in-house. This is really what keeps me coming back, their juice. Hands down some of the best juice Ive ever had and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg for a bottle.

I have not personally been in this store myself. But I have about 10 friends of mine wont go anywhere else. Some live a hour a hour away. They say your shop is top notch.Friendly staff. Educated workers. Best Juice and accerious of any other vape store. Said its got a great Atmosphere and a feel of knowledge. Always leave feeling satisfied. Keep up the great work 👍...

The staff is absolutely top notch and have been extremely helpful. They mix all their own juices in the store and can mix up custom flavors on the spot. I was going out of town for a couple weeks and bought a spare coil and the guy gave me 4 of them as a gift just to make sure I had enough at no charge. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great experience !

Looking for an alternative to the main shop in town. Stopped in today and service was great. They were helpful, quick, and informative. They also mixed up some liquid based on what I liked from another provider, and I actually like their mix better. Will come back. Also - veteran/military discount.

Most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any shop Ive visited. Also best price on premium juices, including the ability to have them mix your own custom blends. Tell them what flavor youre going for and if they dont have the taste you like, theyll make you one!

After reading the reviews I am clearly posting this for the people that read reviews before they buy. I see no response from management or a customer service department not even so much as a Thank You. I have been a customer for approximately a year. After going in with issues yet again on an item that I purchased I am told it is past the 30 days and that I would need to send it to the manufacture to have it fixed. This is the 3rd item I have purchased from them for myself and the 7th device over the last year. I have had to go in and replace 2. I have had this device for a little under 2 months and they know so little about what they are selling they have never seen anything like what it is doing. They text their GM and he was willing to offer a 10% discount. I am not one of those people that breaks things to get new, I just wanted help fixing it or a replacement which clearly could not be done, willing to lose a good customer over essentially $30 cant even understand this. You will get friendly staff, and they seem very knowledgeable for the sale, beyond that I am not sure.

Have been in twice now and had very good experiences w/ this store. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have a great selection of juice, and can make anything you want to taste.The starter kit I bought there the 1st time I went is still hitting like a champ.

This is bar none the best! The house juice is A-1, the prices are amazing, and the staff is always super helpful, friendly, and never pushy. Jonathan Overstreet always gets me squared away and its just a good interaction all around.

I walked into this shop as a person who had never vaped before, and walked out with a bunch of knowledge about the topic. The staff was VERY helpful, especially a man named Andrew. He took the time to help me understand how everything works, and didnt treat me like a noob. Great guys in this shop that treat you like family rather than just an average customer. This will be the only shop I go to for my vaping needs! Highly recommended by me!

Jason was very attentive to my concerns of having a glass bottle for my upcoming flight that I had just briefly mentioned. After I left I realized he had put my juice in a plastic bottle for me. Thank you Jason! The prices are awesome too! I will most definitely be going back.

Used to like going here but after the experience I had at the Hurstbourne location.. I WONT be going back. The younger gentleman with dark hair acted as if I was supposed to magically know all the flavors they offered... was very rude when I simply asked what kind of cinnamon flavors they had... whatever..

Went to Vapor Lab with the intention of only looking around for the latest vap mods. Mentioned my favorite liquid Dragons Milk and thought it would taste better with wintergreen flavor in it. They built the liquid from scratch. It tastes wonderful. Now when I need a refill I just ask for Mr. Spice. Of course, now its 0 nicotine.

My favorite vape shop so far! Had everything I needed and the employees were very nice and very helpful and even tho it was time to close I never felt like they were trying to rush me out the door!!

This may be the only place custom mixing flavors in Louisville, I went in for high VG mellow flavor, left with a 90VG\10PG mix that was perfect. Staff was really helpful in picking a flavor, I told him a couple things I like, he recommended 3 to try, I left with 2 of the 3. That to me shows they know the product. I will be back when its time for a refill.

Great atmosphere and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Ive always had a great experience when I go in and Im always treated as a valued customer. This shop will continue to be my go to vape shop in town.I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped me pick out a new Genie Mod yesterday, 09/04/18 (Brandon or Michael maybe, sorry if thats wrong, lol).He helped me set everything up and was very kind to me. Came into town on a business trip and decided to partake in the local vape culture. I was not disappointed.The staff have a pleasant and customer oriented attitude and are very eager to help you find or (recreate with nearly 100% accuracy) your favorite flavors. Very helpful and pleasant staff.The ambiance is a novel idea. Combining a bar with a vape shop. This idea is genius. You can have a drag of your favorite flavors and attempt to match them with a bottle of your favorite brew.I travel all over the United States and regularly try juices from cities in whatever State I happen to be in. This is among the best for finding your perfect flavor.If you are ever in Louisville and a Vaper. You have to try this shop out. They really know their stuff!

If I could give a zero stars I would Chris Meyer was very rude when I came in the store. I asked a question nicely. He answered rude with his arms crossed. This is no way to run a business as long as he works there me and my car club will no longer give business this store.

Probably the best vape store in Louisville you can have pre-made In house or even design your own.

I’m from out of town and like a dummy, I forgot to bring extra coils. So driving all over town, I find vapor lab and call. They didn’t have the exact coils, but they darn sure had something that worked. And worked better than the original. When I came in they were quick to greet me and were super courteous. These guys literally jumped at the chance to help someone new! If I lived around here this would be my go to shop so I’m leaving this review so anyone looking for a great vape shop will stop in. This is coming from a 10 year experienced vaper! Stop in and see these guys!

Best juice flavors and quality of any Ive tried. Especially for the price. The customer service has always been top shelf and I look forward to my weekly trips to the lab.

The people are friendly, the clouds are immense, and the vapor lounge is the spot to chill! I truly love every experience at VaporLab, the recent cloud competition was such a great time, I cant possibly describe all the reasons I love this store!Its clean, the juices are incredible (dat Plume Potion tho) and best of all the prices are modest. The Vapor Lab guys are fabulous! Ian has the patience of a saint when it comes to answering all of my questions about rebuilding and the dont blink at our most outlandish mix requests (Honeysuckle-Marshmallow anyone?). Plus- Gaias Blessing. If you go for no other reason, you MUST try it! Its worth the trip across the bridge to get to the Hurstbourne shop. We are heading back today for another creative creation.

Ive been to a lot of vape shops here and there but this is by far one of the nicer shops around. Quality knowledgable service and fast too. The gentleman who helped me and my girlfriend couldnt have been nicer and they serve beer! Lol. 😋

I like that they have diy supplies but i feel the prices on them are far too high...And cant help but wonder if they are that way because ideally they want you to buy the more expensive hype juices rather than make your own. But its a clean store and friendly enough staff

Came in for a 510 thread, they sold me the cheapest one they had and it lasted me about 4 days. Go to a place where the staff actually considers your needs rather than just try to get you out of the door asap.

Super awful, doesn’t even know knowledge of vapes. Sells me the wrong coils twice. Horrible place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who knows nothing about vape. Go to Derb e cigs and you will be helped correctly by people who ACTUALLY know about e cigs. Won’t ever come back, couldn’t give me a refund on my coils so they compensated with more juice. Now I have two bottles of juice and nothing to vape with. Thanks a lot.

Have spent a lot of money with this place absolutely loved the place till today recently bought a rta tank Sat and less than a week its defective bought it at the etown location only store open available is the Louisville store late at night to fix the problem and refused to resolve my issue I now must wait till the weekend and do without my ecig very unhappy terry Burkehead

Either sold me a clone uwell crown or it was returned by someone else. Hasnt worked right from the first day. Wasnt even packaged at all no tape no plastic. Came with 3 .25s? Crowns dont come with 3 .25s. Way overpriced as well.
