The staff is very kind & helpful. The products are of good quality & reasonably priced. Joe & Tina are fantastic, as well as the store manager, whom has a sweet little corgi (or corgi mix, I cant remember. The whole of experiences Ive had here are great. Once, they even completely replace a defective product, but Ive been in several times, before & after, and that was the only defective product Ive received. Great store!

A very nice girl helps me pick out a battery earlier today. Unfortunately she sold me the wrong kind as I was clueless to what I needed for my cartridge. I tried to take it back 2 hours later and the rude gentleman who has no sales skills or personality is very short. Said there are no refunds and sorry about my luck even though I was sold the wrong item by the store employee. Ive spent hundreds in this place but I will definitely be going out of my way to spread the word on their shady and immoral business practices. Stay away. They are crooks that mislead uninformed consumers to gain any dollar they can.

This is the worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to. Online & in the store window it says open til 2 am. I walk in at 11 & the guy behind the counter says “we’re closed,” & when I said “the sign says til 2” he said “I’m closing early.” Like what kind of unprofessional behavior is this? He randomly opens & closes when he wants. It’s completely unfriendly & user unfriendly. I’ll never be coming or recommending this place ever again. This person DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT. It’s rickety & rude & dilapidated. I’m surprised the ceiling is holding up.

One of the best smoke shops weve had the pleasure to visit. The woman working the store when I arrived Ms. B. was super friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. And the younger gentleman who took her place Nate. Was especially helpful when I had a hundred questions about devices and accessories. Thanks for your hospitality and for sharing a wealth of knowledge, it was a learning experience. I will be coming back anytime Im needing one of your many products.

The white lil boy is very rude and nasty. Smoking in shop while customers try to shop. You come out smelling like a pack of cigarettes. I felt like he didn’t like Hispanic or blacks from his rapid tantrum when we ask a question !!!!!!!!!!Don’t forget the ugly dog he has, he needs a beware of dog sign on front of door. That thing almost bit me, NO LEASH AT ALL !!!STAY AWAY PLEASE! THAT BOY IS VERY RUDE!

I frequent this business. The owner cares about his customers. He is kind and takes care of his friends and neighbors. Safe for foot traffic. Good cigar knowledge. I enjoy being able to visit and feel part of the re envisioned shopping experience downtown. Foot traffic is part of the experience. Its nice to share greetings and smiles. Open late night 2am nightly.

Great store, nice selection of cigars. Owner very nice even though I was an idiot asking if THC products were legal in Kentucky. Would definitely go back if ever in town again. Easy walk from 4th St Live / Hyatt Regency!

Very nice proprietor! Friendly, helpful, and sought to fully understand the types of cigars I needed as gifts! Wonderful ambience, I felt very welcomed. The humidor is small but has a delightful atmospheric balance and I was provided with detailed tasting notes.

I purchased a batter pen for my cartridges. When the pen died I plugged it in, when it said full battery it would die again. I called to see about getting a refund and the lady that answered said she didn’t really work there, so she had no idea if I could get a refund or not. I asked her to call the owner and ask if I could exchange it for a working one, she said she wasn’t going to call and try again tomorrow. Totally unprofessional, and if your going to over charge and charge 27$ for a simple pen, I would expect you sell something that works, and if it doesn’t; make it right.

We simply asked a question to the guy behind the desk and he acted extremely aggravated and raised his voice at us. they also have a blue lives matter sticker in their shop, it reeks of cigarettes inside the place, and they allow children in there. 0/10 do not recommend. do not give your money to this place.

Called to make sure they were open at 5:15p (and had what I was looking for - I even let them know I was on the way). I got down to the spot (5:45p) the open signs were blazing. I walked up to the door and was greeted by a closed sign and a dog yapping its head off. Doors were locked, no one in sight. This was to be my first visit and will definitely be my last. I wouldnt recommend.

This place is great!! The owner is wonderful and very helpful. The water pipe selection is impeccable and they have the cheapest prices on cigarettes and cigars. Also the dogs are wonderful you might want to take them home with you.

They are ripoff artists. No prices on cigars. Dont ask! Two times any comparable store.

A good little shop with nice variety and an entire room dedicated to cigars. Prices arent too bad for the various accessories youll find inside. Strict rules on behavior, but very easy to follow.

The owner is OK with customers. The other employees seem to be bothered while u wait at the counter. While they are watching TV or having a convo on their cell phones. I know its a laid back atmosphere but they need to be a lil more professional. I go on my breaks and dont have much time to sit and wait to be served.

The owner of the store has always been friendly with me. And the 2 doggos that hang out in the store are the cutest. Good selection of tobacco products, along with a section of: vapeable juices, smoking pipes, dab rigs, water bongs, hookah, and smoking accessories.

The fat guy was very DISRESPECTFUL and lied about prices. Refuse my services when I told him he told me a different price over the phone. They try to rip people off. NEVER GO TO THIS SMOKE SHOP. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE FAT LAZY CASHIER IS THERE

For smokers this is a great place to shop. The owner is a smoker and has also tried to quit using electronic cigarettes, and since hes tried these and other products, he will not try to hustle customers. Prices at the Smoke Shop are very reasonable too.

Friendly staff. The shop is geared more towards traditional smoking products. Not much selection a vape any thing. Still a good place just not great for vape supplies.

Wonderful place to get tobacco products dwntown instead of stopping at other dwntn stores where everyone ask you for change.The owner is the best and all his workers are just as nice.Cigs are a little higher than the stores but great selection and always stocked.Also has 2 dogs in the store that are the sweetest.

Went to buy a carton of cigarettes and they tried to charge me for each pack instead of for the carton. Went back to buy vapor oil and when I got home the top was already opened. Watch what you buy from these thieves....
