I was in there with my friends just a few minutes ago and we were looking around for some new pipes to try with some new tobacco we had and after purchasing our items my boyfriend was looking around for something he wanted to get and the man at the counter told us that if we sit in there any longer it would look bad and he would get in trouble which I dont understand. Especially since we bought something and somebody else was attempting to buy something. Great prices and great items but terrible customer service on your night shift tonight.

I love coming here. Karisma is freaking awesome! They are always fast and friendly. They answer any and all questions. And the 1 time I had to return my vape. They quickly did an exchange and were very polite about it. Even apologized! I tell everyone I know to come here!
