My wife went to get a vape to cut back on cigarettes. She said the store and clerk was AMAZING!! The clerk was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. Their prices were very reasonable. She will be returning there!!

Always a great experience. very friendly and knowledgeable staff.The prices on vape products I use is lower than anyone else. In one case half the cost of another retailer down the st.. A Win win. Give em a shot .

Above and beyond! That is the best way to describe the staff and owners of Top Shelf! They were polite, and attentive to my needs, and answered EVERY question I had. I tried several different juices before I found the one I wanted, and the staff was right on with the flavor profile. Heath and Jeremy are very conscientious about making sure staff is well trained and helpful! They went over several options on new mods and helped me decide on which one fit my needs the best. I am so glad I found Top Shelf and will not use anyone else in town! I wish I could give you guys more than just five stars! Thank you for all you do!!

To the owner or manager.... the 2 ladies working tonight are drop down perfect! Helped me with my juice issue cause I always smoked red baron and thought I was out of luck but nope they took care of me and told me yall figured out the solution. Thank yall so much and their personality was awesome!!!!

Staff amazing, super nice. Happy they had coils for my mod , not happy they were the older style. Place is clean and quiet. Looks great inside . Only downside and its why I gave them 4 stars . Prices are a bit high , but nothing crazy. Great selections I will be going back.

I love this place. Ive been going here since I started vaping over 10 years ago. Ive followed them to different locations because they are always so helpful and kind and have patience for anyone getting started. They know what people need and they have it. Personally made liquids in more flavors than I can count. I went to a different place one time because I was out of town and now I know why I keep going back to Top Shelf. They are the best!

Top Shelf is the absolute BEST Ecigg shop, not only in Cedar Creek but even in other states! I’m not even joking, I’ve had to shop at other places while traveling and I have never found juice with the same quality as the ones they blend in store. Not to mention the superb customer service and great prices on mods and tanks. 10/10 shop right there! 😊

I moved from Dallas and have had the hardest time finding a good vape store here. Im SO BLESSED to have found this store. Every worker has been so kind and helpful. I bought a vape and had a problem with it, with no interrogation they replaced it. They have a customer for life with me!!!! Amazing customer service and integrity! ! This is how every company should treat their customers. Thank you so much Top Shelf!!!!! And to top it off, their juice is VERY Good!! Im one picky girl when it comes to my juice. Went into Top Shelf Vaping with absolutely no knowledge of anything in regards to vaping.The staff was fantastic they answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about all their products and juices. As a new comer to the world of vaping I can tell you it is a bit intimidating to get started. But, I am glad I choose Top Shelf Vaping.I will never go to another shop and highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Been using Top Shelf for years & ran into an issue with my vape juice. They accidentally added to much nicotine but fixed it for me. Gave me a free bottle of House juice because they were out of the Premium that I always buy & are also going to trade the bottle they messed up when they get mine in. Very cool that they hooked me up with some till they get mine in. A lot of places once you get the juice it’s yours. Top Shelf thanks for looking out for your customers. Christy is the lady that has more than tried to satisfy me & I dang sure appreciate it.

Top Shelf is by far my favorite Vape Shop. I refuse to go anywhere else . The people there are so kind and helpful. If they dont have something I need they always help me find an alternative or order what I need if it is available. If I could give them 10 stars I would !! The staff members are awesome!! Their juice is cheap in price but not in quality!!! I drove from Athens Tx all the way to Gun Barrel City just to get my juice from them! And they make it fresh right there!! My favorites were Watermelon Rancher and Strawberry Rancher!!! If I wanted it sweeter they made it sweeter, it I want less sweet, they made it less sweet!! I love that!!! Any other place is all pre-made!!

EXTREMELY good prices on mods and juice compared to most every store Ive been in in the Dfw area! Staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful and did not try selling us the most expensive mods when we went in. Their awesome attitude was the deciding factor in my purchases there! Definitely recommend trying this place out for all your vaping needs

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Will go above and beyond to help. Had a small hiccup with a mod, and they rectified the problem quickly without batting an eye. One of the most professional businesses around, and I mean better than big city vape shops. This is my go to place for all my vaping needs, and it should be yours as well. Plus theyre Dallas Stars fans which makes them even more badass. Go see these guys. Trust me, they are the best.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am new to vaping and they helped me pick juices, batteries, and other stuff. I had a million questions and they didnt make me feel embarrassed to ask. Absolutely wonderful People! This will be my go to place!

Great shop. I am working out of town which is Ennis. I ran out of my favorate pro Ejuice. these folks worked with me to replicate it. they got close enough to get me bye. Professional, friendly and customer oriented. You wont be disappointed by this shop. they also have a wide variety af rigs and tanks from starter to cloud master. give them a try. I have known Heath for a few years and when it came to my vape stuff Heath was always willing to help me in whatever way he could and the customer service is spectacular. If you are looking for a good Vape Shop that will not give you the turn around i highly recommend Heath at Top Shelf!

This place was the first vape shop that I ever went to and so far I havent found anywhere better. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, theyll help you find EXACTLY what you want or need instead of just pushing the most expensive products. The juice is well-mixed. Ive never gotten a flavour that wasnt really good, and they have a ton of options. Theyre also not crazy expensive.

All juices taste horrible. Every tropical flavorings come out harsh and with no flavor. The cherry in all the juices make the entire juice taste of exactly like kids cough syrup. Would not recommend, the drive to voltage in Athens is worth a good house juice. If i could give it a lower reveiw i would.

Love this place, my new and only vape shop! I brought in two tanks for replacement coils. They did everything for me! They were so detailed! Love it!!

My wife went here yesterday and got me some juices and a vape. And they accidentally gave her the wrong flavor of juice. Went back today and they were more than happy to replace the juice and coil in my vape. Very good service and people. 10/10

I have been going to the Gun Barrel location since it opened. They have a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. You have questions, they have the answers. I have never had a problem with a purchase. This is the only place I go to buy any and all of my vaping needs.

Good selection of juices and mods, but staff doesnt seem very enthusiastic nor seem to care.Update: Went back in after talking to the owner and the customer service has improved dramatically!

We went to this shop to get CBD for vaping because I already have the sublingual oil. We specified vape only and the female waiting on us said the flavor was strawberry guava. Well we took it home still sealed and opened it. It tasted like mowed grass and dirt. No flavoring. Went we took almost a full bottle back we were told they couldnt do any thing for us. Said we needed some juice to mix with it to vape it because it was actually sublingual, not for vaping. Then they didnt even offer the flavored juice since we were lied to. The wanted me to buy it!! They said it was not sealed and couldnt take it back. They were rude, didnt apologize and didnt care that their sales person lied to us. We wont go back again.

My favorite place to go, and the only shop that I prefer for my vape supplies. Especially their E-Juice!! Theirs is consistently very good.Better E-juice than alot of places!

Been going to Top Shelf since the beginning when they had a shop in Kemp I refuse to go anywhere else the staff know I change flavors weekly and I can go in and tell them to pick something for me and I am never disappointed in what they pick

They mix custom blends here. Really fantastic customer service! Everything you need for your Vaping, juice, mods, replacement parts. They have the nic salts here too.
