I’ve brought it to their attention multiple times the geek bar vapes are complete duds. I don’t know where they are getting them but over 5 times now I’ve gotten one that the flow stays open and drains the juice and battery within a day. They even start randomly hitting when not even being held or touched. I don’t do nothing crazy to them literally sits on my night stand or end table. I was told before I could get an exchange. Then was told they can’t do that once I leave this usually happens within hour or day of getting it. I will not be returning to this store and I’d advise you to do the same. Complete waste of money. Would upload the video proof but it doesn’t allow me to do so.
Redacted post: It’s amazing how quickly a situation can be resolved, when it is created due to miss understanding. Paul was unaware that this situation had played out how it did. He had a 3rd party handling the raffle and once this situation came to his knowledge, without a hesitation and with haste he reached out and rectified the situation. I’m genuinely taken back by how fast he handled it and owned it. Prior to this issue I was informed at how above the bar the customer service was, this represents that impression. Thank you. Happy holidays!Original post: Hosting a raffle on Christmas Eve and not allowing the individual an allocated time frame to return the call/message, especially on Christmas Eve, is bad practice. Especially when no time was given for the draw. Either the raffle was a scam in the first place, or a business owner has simply chosen to make an illogical, in human, decision. You gave the gift of disappointment, what a horrible thing to have to bring into the holiday. You should make amends and save a frequent customer that will easily bring you more profit in a year than simply forking out the funds to produce a secondary raffle prize. Redeem the situation, and move forward with respect.

UPDATE: The situation was resolved as I had received a phone call with a genuine apology from Paul -the owner of Vape Escape. He had assured me that he was going to solve this situation and he did just that by letting me know I would be receiving what I won.PAST: I had an issue earlier this morning during a raffle. I was really upset because I was working and couldn’t get to the phone because I was currently driving for my job. When I called back I was told that the raffle winning was giving to someone else within a 20 minute time frame.
All I can say is won’t be back terrible people.
