Spa Chi Massage

Easy to schedule, very nice and friendly, and gives a great massage. I came in hurting and left relaxed, with my knots all fixed. She was working alone, so she had to answer the phone and the door, but she this not make my massage subpar. It was still excellent! She’s a hard worker!

We had a couples massage for our anniversary. We did the deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Very friendly and wonderful atmosphere. We will definitely be going back!!!!

We took a chance getting a massage while on our lake trip. It was definitely worth it. This is a no frills spa, so don’t expect a resort feel. However, it is very clean and Laura was incredible. If you like deep tissue, she is your girl!

I have been coming here for a long time, and I have always had a world-class experience. Laura is able to relieve my shoulder tension and is one of the best massages I’ve had in the whole whole entire world. Highly recommend. The spa environment is clean and relaxing.

My husband and I go there often for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Cindy is the woman who has done the recent ones. She will really work hard on your neck and shoulders. Nice atmosphere and relaxing music. We both agree we will continue to go there. Cindy does not speak much English, but if you get a translation app on your phone and put it on Chinese Simplified, you will be fine communicating.

I called a day before asking how much for a massage and the lady said $120 for a couple massage and when we got there (05/26/2023) the lady said it was $130 we decided to stay since we had planned a massage for awhile. The massage was good, but it wasn’t AMAZING we paid with a card, and added a $5 tip but then added $5, in total it was $10 it was our first massage we didn’t know how to tip.. I signed the copy they keep and she stopped us from walking out and yelled at us, we couldn’t understand because she doesn’t speak English well. She was yelling at us to give her $10 more in total she wanted $20 worth of tip. Then she was showing us a book of tips and payments she has .. she was very rude. Never going back.

I have read the bad the reviews, but I decided to try it out. I had made a reservation on Tuesday, for five people, I told them I left work around four. And she gave me the reservation at FOUR. Then on Friday she called me to change my reservation to THREE. Which I did not understand if I re-told them that I left work at FOUR. She then said it was okay at four. I was on my way and she called me and I said I was ten minutes late because AGAIN I had told her I left at work at four. She said okay then, said “oh my god”. I got there and she said she had canceled the reservation. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF SHE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE I GOT THERE, I WASTED MY TIME GOING OVER THERE. She also told me that she had no appointment till after six which makes no sense to me. I think she was unprofessional. If I could I would give them zero stars. I would never consider this place ever again.

Laura was so nice and did an outstanding job! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the deep tissue massage. I felt much better leaving than I did going in. I will be back!

I called this place and they said they do couple massages but they only had one person there at the time, well we still decided to go we would do one at a time first off Ive never had a massage the lady didnt know any English at all I had no idea what to expect and then the massage I got hurt so bad and I woke up today hurting all down my back my muscles are so sore and as well as my shoulder blades, the entire massage hurt so bad like she was being extra rough then I went to pay and Ive never had a massage I didnt know what to tip or how much and she looked at me and my husband and said you *tip more thats not enough and looked at us like we are discusting and literally wouldnt even touch the payment for the service until we put more money on the table and then showed us in a book of other payments and tips and pointed to a number that she wanted us to tip her again Ive never been so I didnt know. I wont be coming back

I really enjoyed the massage. However, at one point she had to leave during the massage to answer the door. I didn’t really mind because I assumed she was the only person there but when she left she left the door wide open, with my rear end exposed completely. She sent someone to the room next to me. They had to walk by my room to get to that room. I had to pull the sheet up super fast so the man coming in didn’t see me naked. She left one other time to answer the phone. It made me pretty uncomfortable…

This was the best deep tissue massage I have EVER had. Highly recommend Laura. She made sure I was comfortable and very professional. I will definitely be back and tell my friends about her as well.

My wife and I were both having back problems from the cold weather. We walked out feeling 10 years younger and will be back every time we come out to the lake!!

Dont waste your money or your time. bad place, the masseuse leaves the room to serve other clients, she talks on the phone and writes text messages while she is in the room. I went for a massage because I had a pain in my neck and now my neck and back hurt, obviously the masseuse wants her tip

I got yelled at when I didn’t tip what she wanted. She yelled at me I had to tip $10, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish.

Left a $10 tip, but she ARGUED for $13. Left out the room several times during the massage..
