For Mother’s Day my hubby purchased two 1 hour Swedish Massages for both myself and my daughter. We went on Saturday to have our massages. My appt was at 10am and my daughter’s was at 11 with LMT Kattia Helton. A Swedish massage is about relaxation. The Salon and Spa was very neat and clean and Kattia did a great job with my massage. I had a little pain in my left shoulder that I never mentioned to her, but during the massage she picked up on it. She said this shoulder has some inflammation in it. She concentrated on that area. Afterwards she recommended I put ice on the area and follow up with some heat to help with the inflammation. I will definitely book with her again. It was an enjoyable experience.

Logan is an absolute treasure. She goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and to give you the best experience possible. She asks questions to get your desired result and I love my new haircut. Mary is awesome too. They both worked together to give me a very precise haircut that I wanted. I give Logan and Tribe Salon my highest recommendation.

Tribe Salon & Spa is the place for hair & spa services! I could not have found a better stylist than Brittany G. ! She is beyond talented & makes every visit a great one. So happy this is my salon!

Very disappointing, will not go back. Had an appointment set up, took time off work. 5hrs before my appointment the stylist, Brittany, cancels.I understand emergencies happen but as a customer Im expected to give a days notice to cancel?. Nobody ever contacted me back to apologize or reschedule. I lost $$ & still need my hair done.Lol. You still have a business to run. Brittany said she would reach out later & didnt. I have the screen shots as well. Yes, I had no other time because I took time off work, losing my own money. Your emergency is not my concern.

Had a great experience with Logan! Got my haircut. Looks great love how it looks and feels. Will definitely be back.

As always we had a WONDERFUL time. Lena Thompson is awesome. Ive been going to Lena for almost or right at 20 years. I drive right at 2 hrs to get to Macon but I wouldnt go anywhere else.

You’re not going to find a better salon with better stylist in the middle GA area! I’m always happy with my hair when I leave here :)

I cannot say enough great things about Tribe Salon. From hair to facials to massages, everything is amazing. All of the staff is so welcoming and pleasant.

Only went to the spa side, not the haircut side, and Had a great experience! I highly recommend Kattia, super professional and knows what shes doing! I will be going again.

Christine cuts my hair and she’s awesome. She works with my very difficult to cut hair and has helped me figure out exactly how to get my hair cut so that I can manage my cow licks and thick hair.I don’t think I can ever have someone else cut my hair!

Joy Howard gave me the best pedicure of my life!! She was so sweet, welcoming and relaxing. My feet have never looked this good. I now have feet ready for sandal weather. I’m not sure what magic she worked on my callously heels, but they are smooth as a baby’s bottom. I will be going here as long as Joy is working at tribe salon. Oh, and the salon is really beautiful and everyone is so nice and welcoming. Thank y’all so much!!!

Love love love this place!! Super cute atmosphere for starters, they offer you a coke or water when you get there, which is nice. Joy did a fantastic job on my manicure and recommended Mary for a curly hair cut. I have curly, slightly thick hair and needed someone that knew curly hair. Mary did a marvelous job with layering and giving me the curly cut of my dreams. 100+ grade. Love it.

They are a tribe full of high quality skills and customer service. I love everyone I have encountered at this salon. The owner goes above and beyond for her clients as well as her employers. If you are new to Macon, traveling through, or just needing a new salon you should definitely give this salon a try because you won’t be disappointed!

I highly recommend Tribe Salon! The energy and atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful to be in. All of the stylist greet all costumers with a smile and ensure that everyone sitting at their station is happy before leaving their chair! I personally see Amber, and would trust any of the girls at Tribe with any coloring, cutting or styling needs!

Dont get any messages here! I did not feel relaxed at all. Its like she gave up on her job or something. The spa room was next to the bathroom and you can hear people doing their business and you can also here the hair stylists talking and blow dryers. The only good thing was the skin care and hair cut. But that in itself wasnt impressive.

Great energy from everyone in the building. I have been getting my hair colored by Kiersten for a few years and she never disappoints! A couple different girls have also cut my boys hair and done great considering how much they constantly move! You can’t go wrong with any chair you sit in at this salon!

The manicurist is good, but the hairdresser, Christine, is the worst. She cared nothing for what I needed. She did not even want to fix my bangs. The owner/ manager is uncaring about her customers. Don’t pay good money for your hair to not be done as one would expect of such a nice looking environment.

Best salon on the planet! All the stylists are very talented and super nice. Ive been getting my hair cut exclusively by them since about 2008, and I wouldnt even consider getting a cut from anyone else.

Tribe Salon & Spa is an amazing experience! The stylists are the best and knowledgeable on hair care. They have a wonderful massage therapist and nail tech. I have never been disappointed and I’ve been a regular customer since they opened.Highly Recommend!!!

For my birthday this year I wanted peace and relaxation! I booked myself a 90 min deep tissue massage! I needed it so badly. I arrived promptly, was greeted and given a cold beverage. I met the masseuse Katya, she fulfilled all my request. It was a very soothing experience. She told me I had lots of inflammation and immensely tense. This was one of the least abrasive massages Ive ever had. Lol. Typically you can roll a steam roller machine over me and that does the trick! Id like to return and make this part of my regular routine. Even add a facial if I have the time. A decent price for a 90 min massage as well. Ive always wanted to try this place out and I am glad I did! Katya even wished me a Happy Birthday! Thank you so much.

Tribe is not only my go to salon for getting my hair done, it is a place I can relax and get pampered while being around the best stylist in town. I enjoy my experience every time I walk in the door!

My stylist who cut and colored my hair was super nice and a great conversationalist which is always nice, but my haircut looks terrible. I brought in a photo of the haircut I wanted and said many times throughout I want it long on top like in photo and shorter on sides and back. I even kept the photo out for her to see as she was cutting my hair. The hair on top is so short it just sticks up. There’s not much to do now, I can’t make it look better or doctor it up. I’ll just wait many months before getting it cut again. Now my color is beautiful😊so my visit wasn’t entirely a bust.

Came here on a whim because I was in town seeing a family member and needed an eyebrow wax badly. I called and they had an opening so I figured I would give it a shot since the salon I typically frequented when I used to live in town didnt have availability. The inside was cute, and the girl at the desk was pleasant. I wouldnt say she was super friendly, but thats not a deal breaker. The deal breaker was that clients were just straight up NOT wearing masks while getting their hair done and I also saw stylists with the masks pulled under their noses! This made me really uncomfortable and I was *this* close to just walking out. Luckily the area where my eyebrows were being waxed wasnt close by to these people, and the girl that did my eyebrows was wearing a mask. I was only there for about 10 minutes, paid, and got out. When I got home, I noticed I still had lots of stray hairs that were not waxed at all, along with tiny pieces of dried wax still on my skin. Very disappointed and felt like a total waste of money. I live out of town now, but would not return or recommend to my friends that live in Macon still.

This salon is so beautiful, clean and welcoming! The girls are very professional and very accommodating. I absolutely love my hair and the pampering service I received from Kristen and Joy. Can’t wait to go back!
