Told them about the issues we were having with our apartment and they didnt do anything about it. We heard no electricity in our kitchen, 1 of the kitchen walls were falling apart due to the water heater(was in the kitchen) having to run hot water 24/7 due to the bathtub leaking hot water. Neighbors constantly threatening us. They shouldnt be landlords at all.

Veeery rude owner. Mr. Larry it is 2017 and the likes of us (african americans)are people who are ready able and aware. Very strange to scream at the top of your lungs. Unprofessional!! Please also know if you have tenants. It is not the old south.As an update I was actually purchasing a home in Macon. Larry was the person that I had to get the key from. He was extremely rude and when I sent my boyfriend in to get the key he literally screamed at him. Shame on you Larry for being so awful and rude. I have not forgotten your treatment though it is 2 years later.

They are very rude & racist don’t want to fix anything when you ask. They don’t wanna clean the bugs out & they are very are to get in touch with 1/10 I would never recommend

Repairs? They dont know what the definition of repair is I assume and very hard to communicate with.

I called to inquire about homes that are for rent and the guy which I think was Larry that answered the telephone was very rude. Therefore, I decided not to conduct business with Holt CO :)
