Stormys Vapor Cellar- Northside

Ive been shopping here since about 2014-2015. When I first started shopping there, they had a huge variety of different juices and you never had to worry about them running out of stock. Walking into the shop now is like looking at a graveyard. The variety of flavors has dropped dramatically and are often times out of a couple of flavors I love. Whats more worrying is the decline in customer service as well. One employee who i see rarely is always super friendly (not sure of her name) but the main employee there I see all the time is a younger guy who always has a dismissive and disinterested attitude. I only come in for my usual juice and coils. Today, for example, I stopped by after work for the juice I usually get and he said a shipment just came in but they havent stocked it on the shelves yet. I was fine with waiting but he just stared at me so I asked if he wanted me to wait or come back later and he told me to come back tomorrow. I will not come back tomorrow. Or the next day. This has happened before in the past with other employees who would just offer to grab the product from the back. Honestly, this dudes continued attitude issue is the main reason i wont shop here anymore and will just order what I need online or go to a shop thats closer. Its a little shocking because he used to be much friendlier and more willing to help.

Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews, always friendly, always has what I want, always has suggestions.Not sure if they get alot of Karen’s or something, or just people looking for free stuff, but I have no complaints and will return repeatedly.

Apparently I inconvenienced your two employees yesterday by coming in to shop. I obviously interrupted their couch time together. When I got to the counter it looked like the store was going out of business. Tried to to find out about how many more points I needed but the last three times Ive gotten attitude for asking. Wont be back.

Very small selection and what I did buy didnt even taste like the flavor. The lady didnt even offer to exchange it or refund it, never going back really disappointed in the downhill turn of this business in macon. If I need ANYTHING from stromys Ill got to Warner Robins.

About the only real Vape shop in Macon. They sell vape products and thats it. Its not a head shop or tobacco shop. Always good customer service and they have good house juices and some other name brands of juice. Decent choices of mods and tanks, just not a large quantity.

If the same lady is still manager then great management! great prices on vapes, good prices on coils, good liquids. An honest, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Love the point system. Love this place! Bring back the coffee plz!

As a previous vaporizer user I had lots of particular things I wanted with my mod box and tank. Emily went over about 6 different mod boxes and about 7 tanks based off of what I wanted. I used a good hour of her time in there while she assisting every customer who came in with expert precision. I walked out of there with exactly what I wanted at one of the best prices I could ask for. Thank you for excellent service and excellent price.

This is one of my favorite vape shops to go. The staff are always positive and willing to assist with whatever question or problems youre having with your vapes.

So I went to the Cherry St. location around noon today with the intention of buying a new, high-dollar tank. There was only one guy working, though unfortunately I dont remember his name. Regardless, after some conversation, he realized that this tank was not a good fit for my particular vaping needs, and would have essentially been a waste of money for me. So Rather than keeping quiet and earning his workplace more money, he did what was best for the customer and recommended against the purchase. To me this speaks volumes for this business, that its employees will put customers first, ahead of potential income for the business. Ive never had a single negative experience with this place, and will continue to support it as long as I can.

Wont help you unless youre what they consider to be a regular. I go in all the time, but I constantly wait behind people who came in after me that the staff seems to be friends with. Also, the last time I bought fluid, it tasted nothing like the stuff I tried in the store. It had a brown look to it (the fluid in the store was clear), but I didnt notice until I got home since it was in a bag. Dont bother asking for an exchange. I got a bad battery a while back, and even though it was within the two weeks period for a return, they refused to give me a new one even with my original receipt. My brown fluid? Yeah, I guess I pretty much ate that twenty bucks. Battery was around the same price. Extremely frustrated, now out of liquid from somewhere else that didnt taste terrible. Im left with an expensive bottle of brown fluid that neither tastes nor smells like anything youd want to pay for. Ever.

I went this morning to buy a vape for the first time in years. The lady was amazingly helpful and even set it up for me. Their selection of nicotine salts is larger than the website and I walked away with a Frozen Fruit Monster Banana Ice that is delicious! Prices were also very fair.

This store was nothing like I expected! I guess I sort of expected it to be more of a hooka type of store since I have never been to a vapor store before. But this was more like a coffee shop. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The guy that helped me was very patient since Im not that fast a learner...He helped me pick out a starter kit and then took me over to try all their flavors. There are lots of flavors and picking just one was hard..I ended up falling in love with Vape My Day. Ive been free of the smoke for 1 week now. This was the best decision I ever made...Thank you for helping me

Ii didnt personally go in. However when my wife came out she had nothing but praise for them! A lot of the vape shop is customer service. Excellent and Thanks to all involved!

The products I bought were fine, but the Obese woman behind the counter was very rude, did not know what she was talking about, and appears to have no sales knowledge what-so-ever. I spent 70$ there and the products are fine, but luckily I know what I am doing and dont get easily angered, but it was a joke of an interaction with this sales rep.

Kaleb, Lexis and Bri are awesome!! Along with everyone else that works there. I have always been taken care of very well. Lexis and Bri always change my coils for me and are always smiling! They have always been nice and have the best prices around. This has been my one and only vaping headquarters!!! I love them all like family!!

I know nothing about vaping. My friend asked me to pickup some juice for him. Needless to say I was clueless. The lady (I wish i remembered her name) explained what he was needing and even took the time to talk to him and make a suggestion on what he would like. He was very impressed with that level of service. It was just a great experience all together!

I scrolled through google to find the nearest vape shop and found them. The customer service was AMAZING! There disposable vape choices 😮‍💨 they have really good taste! Goodbye Hyde, Hello Elfbar! 😂 seriously though, they’re my new favorite vape shop, I highly recommend going their!

Love this place! Ive gone into the store about 3-4 times and each time they are nothing but helpful. I have been recommending Stormys to every vaper that I know. Decent prices for a physical store, great variety of products, and awesome customer service. Favorite liquid so far is Mini Mint in 16 mg. Tastes just like mint chocolate chip ice cream. Mmm!

I always have a wonderful experience at both the one in Downtown Macon and Northside drive. I went to see Amanda this morning at the one downtown and she was very plesent to talk to. Its obvious she is passionate about helping people find what will work best for them. The knowledge she has on her product is amazing. I will always recommend Stormys to my friends and family. This is strictly about the website, it hasnt been updated in two years. I tend to view a businesss website before I visit. I like to look at all the reviews, pictures of the business and the surrounding area. Since covid-19 I know future customers now look at websites first before venturing into a store. I just think that if the website hasnt been updated in two years, how am I supposed to know if the company is still in buisness, what products they have in stock, have they changed locations, owners, etc.

My boyfriend and I just left from here. We had awful service. Made sure to CLEARLY state we are new to vaping and still just let us try and figure out where to begin. Instead of suggested help we had to call a friend on phone and ask them. But the last thing that really bugged me was why not offer to help at least put them together? Damn u didnt help us with anything else. Im sorry but now Im at hone getting aggravated watching YouTube videos to explain what to do. I hardly leave reviews but I went to this Stormys specifically because I read the great reviews. I just dont understand why I couldnt get that same service. Not one other customer was in the store. And now I want to return this just because I have gotten aggravated.. never again. Dont waste your time at this Stormys they dont waste time for u

They texted me a VIP discount for yesterday and I was out of town. So I thought surly they would honor this being the next day since like I said I was not in the area. The young lady went behind the closed door to ask the cowardly manager who wouldnt come out just too tell me Im screwed. The absolute worst customer service ever in my 47 years. Thats NOT how you take OF A LOYAL CUSTOMER. NEVER GOING BACK. #KARMA

Best store in Macon. Its a safe haven to chill, distress from a long work day, and learn more about new products that hit the market. Been coming since Dec 2017 and havent touched a ciggy since. Nobodys perfect....but Stormys is as close as they come 👍

Had a problem with the battery with my vape the woman had the same one new in the box and told me I had to go to Warner Robbins store to get it. also when I first got my starter kit she didnt tell me that the juice I was getting was to much for it. waste of money and time.

Always higher priced goods than anywhere else I go for my vape needs. But lines are always shorter (probably because they over price things) and the staff are always polite and knowledgeable.

My local go to for vape products. Knowledgeable, friendly, good prices. I will visit again and recommend it to others. The location @ Northside could use an update in decor but that is just because it is the older store.

Stormys is GREAT if youre BUYING something. The guys there are very friendly and so willing to help you with all your buying questions.But the minute there is a problem with their product they dont know who the hell you are and at times dont even exist.I went in there for a problem and exact words never heard of that before...dont know what to tell you...SERIOUSLY. and then when I talked to another person behind the counter he came up with the lamest reason in the world like Im an idiot who never used these things before. Hello been vaping before your business even started selling on forums alone.Then I had another problem with the charger I just bought less than 2 weeks earlier. Called and left a message at their phone # that is NEVER answered. It has been almost a week and its like they dont exist..NOTHING. even though when you want to buy something they call you the next day. HORRIBLE.A friend of mine, who has been vaping even longer and makes his own liquid sometimes, wanted to try their perfect storm eliquid. Ok he is picky and only gets flavors from companies he has tried or have high rating. He sent a msg on the site to ask if they make it themselves or who actually makes the liquid. We know they sell innevape but who makes perfect storm. Wow got a reply next day b/c he indicated he wanted to buy but the reply was....we dont make it. it is from a very reputable lab here in the USA...SHADY at best. to us that just means they make it in house or get it from china.They must go through the customer is always wrong, an idiot, there is nothing ever wrong with our products training.If they do this to a local store customer, I can imagine what they do to online customers.I would give them a 1 star rating but I love their juice bar, and they are really nice and friendly to you when you have no problems. So if you are sure you will have no problem at all with ANY of their products or just dont care about wasting your money go shop there.However there are SO many other sites and new local stores opening everywhere.My suggestion go somewhere else b/c they dont give a crap about you or the problem with THEIR products.

Great vaping store. Came in to find a replacement core for my iClear X.I and my wifes iClear 30. While they didnt stock the core to my X.I, they helped me find a compatible core, the iClear 30b. Only complaint is that they only had one choice for the Olms, just 1.8. Would like to see more options as far as different levels of resistances.They also have a great tasting bar, found several new flavors that I love. A lot of the tanks for the flavor tasting tasted a bit burnt, which would probably be a big turn off for new users that are just starting out.All in all, had a great experience and loved the store, got what I needed and a bit more. Definitely planning to return and also shop on the website.

Best place in Macon for vaping and vaping products. Staff is well trained and very easy to talk with. The staff goes out of their way to help with everything from hardware choices to vaping products including various flavors. The lounge allows for people to vape while kicking back and socializing. The coffee and tea is free as is the bottled water. This is a very wonderful place and parking is adequate. The location is optimal and easy to find. Many locations to eat are in the area. One must be at least 18 to enter.

Best Vape shop in all of Middle GA. They have the best prices, staff is always on point, juice is good af, you literally cant find a better place for your vapor needs. Lexus is the bestest ever.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I purchased a new Smok Mag kit which stopped working within a week of purchasing it. I had a upcoming trip to Europe so I had to purchase a new mod just before catching my flight because of their defective merchandise. I returned to the store within a week and told them of the problem and they refused to refund the money spent on the mod. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars in the store and yet when I have a problem with a clearly defective mod they will not fix or replace the defective item. I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! IF YOU GET A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Ive been disappointed by stormys lack of selection, and customer service many times, but went in against my better judgement, and was not let down, the disappointed me again. Hardly any juice in 0 nic, and one sales girl was almost rude about it. Thats the last time that stormys will have the chance to let me down.

Their website always shows to have everything in stock the stores never have what I need and they never answer the phone when you do call them the selection seems very fast according to their site but when you go to the store they have little to nothing to choose from and try to force you to buy something else that they currently have in stock. I will not be going back to this vape shop Macon vape and vapor trail that much better service

Ive loved Stormys for a long time, but lately it seems like they get you hooked on a great product or accessory, and then they stop selling it and replace it with an inferior one. Color me not too happy with them lately.

This place is awesome. Great selection of juices, and there’s a tablet that lets you browse the selection. I’ve been to a couple of their other locations, but this one and downtown are solid.

I have used this store for years and every employee is knowledgeable on everything I ask about. They make sure every customer knows how to operate their products before they leave the store and are readily available for questions.

Caleb and Bree answered all my many crazy questions about vaping and they were both very helpful and attentive at teaching me how to start vaping, I will definitely be going to this location again and am looking forward to enjoying a new habit that may prove to slow me down on smoking cigarettes... I came in there after battling a horrible addiction was not experienced in the vape world and so I asked for a good battery charger and batteries not only do they tell me that trustfire is a top of the line charger but they also sell me a set of horrible batteries then rip me off with extremely high prices and then after probable two weeks my charger burns out and my batteries stop working completely I called and all they were willing to do was replace the charger with the exact same model charger that crapped out on me two days before I work very hard long hours say 6 am to 7 8 9. Pm at night 6 days a week so its very hard for me to get to the shop before they close as it is .Very disappointed with being cheated ripped off and lied to because of being inexperienced then I goto vaportrail off zebulon rd not only do they help me out completely .With everything I ask they then sale it to me at an unbelievable low price and they didnt stop there they continue to do excellent business with me still to this day VAPORTRAIL GREAT SERVICE FRIENDLY STAFF AND THEY HAVE THE TRULY LOWEST PRICES IN MACON I HAVE CHECKED EVERYWHERE THEY HONESTLY HAVE THE LOWEST PRICES AROUND ON EVERYTHING FOLKS IF YOU HAVENT BEEN GOTO VAPORTRAILS OFF ZEBULAN RD IN MACON THEY CAN NOT BE BEAT

Stormys vape shop is a great place to get what ever you need for vaping from mods to pods and about everything in between them and they have some great juices for a variety of reasons at a very good price.

They definitely have the best selection of of juice there its for me and their customer service is 99% their prices are better than most places in Macon on most items

Staff is either hit or a miss. Almost always a new employee so theres no real bonding with the employees. Owner can be rude. Testing station cost money.
