Worst experience and I will never to the death of me shop there again. I purchased a product I returned within the same timeframe I brought the item as I changed my mind the the Arabic guy behind the counter proceeded with issuing a refund but instead he charged me twice claiming that it was a refund. i waited 2 weeks and came back with bank receipts showing him he charged me twice i had to drive to the store 3 times before giving up and calling my bank never again. there was no resolution they are horrible at customer service. Fraud

By far the best smoke shop n all of middle ga Ive been 2 several smoke shops and never been so informed by an employee its nice to actually have someone who cares and puts forth effort this woman (Alexis) should b the standard for all customer service related jobs excellent communicator and a beautiful face to go with it. Store owner you got lucky when u hired her!!!!!!!!!!!! Best Smoke shop n GA

I always come and get the exact same brand and flavor, but for some reason the price is different every single time! I prefer the location on Tom Hill because prices are consistent! I only like this shop because they are the only ones that carry the flavor I like other than that the workers need to learn their products and prices!

Me & my wife tried the leaf there & for the first time & wouldn’t recommend Thca after we both experienced stomach sickness 3-10!!.

Better than Macon Tobacco and Vape by Walmart on Eisenhower. At least this place actually gets the coils I ask for without lying to your face like that other place. Prices are a bit higher but worth it considering they get what you ask for.

I had a great experience the young guy and young lady Amanda was such great help ,she gave me such great knowledge on vapes and let me tests them , I will definitely be coming back 🤩💯and it’s close to home the hours are awesome

The first day I walked into the store I fell in love a the lady behind the desk her name is Amanda she’s the best, she gave great customer service an it felt like I was very welcomed into the store. Keep goin Smoke City!!!
