Love it. Mike and Usman worked together to find me the perfect vape and their juice recommendation was amazing! I love the fact that they always have PHIX, Juul, and Bo pods available. They’re awesome.

Everytime I come to this place they’re closed. There’s a clock on the door that says back in 15mins. I wait 1/2 hour and nobody comes.

They don’t stick to their hours.. always back in 15 mins.. and never on time. They don’t care about their customers

This location has exceptional service!The attendants are always so knowledgeable and they really do have one of the best selections, from juices, devices, accessories, refills and even incense selections.Their prices are astounding. They have specials for certain juices as well as a discount bin for juices they are trying to sell fast. I have really gotten some great selections from the bin so TRY IT.They have a points system, where the rewards are real monetary discounts on future purchases. Super easy to input your points while at check out as they have modern check out machines.The store is well decorated and laid out. For the most part, its always clean. The location is good but there isnt a lot of parking as it is situated in the midst of other stores and restaurants. When Im in town, I always stop by Rajas in Malden as their prices are unbeatable.

Clearly they cant find good workers they are literally never open on time... all fun and games until you got no customers

Normally a great shop but they closed early and I was just stared at like a crazy person in the window update your hours.

A pantheon of greatness. The place is phenomenal; perfect set up, extraordinary service, and most importantly some of the best stock around all at relatively understandable and cheap rate. At the shop the customer service is off the charts and you dont end up trading quality for quantity(💰💸💲). All in all everything is at a stand alone relatively cheap price, top that with the outstanding friendlessness of the personal there and you have a smoke shop at its finest!

This is one of the cleanest cigar shops that Ive been to in the area. They had a good selection of mild to full bodied cigars as well as a bunch of other things (hookahs, vaporizers, bongs, and cigarettes for pretty good prices). They have very good customer service and they just opened up down the street from my T-stop. This is going to be my usual spot for Tobacco.

If you value integrity in a business I would not suggest going here.I bought a $20 Vape battery which did no work/hold a charge. I brought it back two days later. From the moment I walked in, the woman (Jamie) behind the counter was unfriendly and unwilling to help, simply stating that the store policy of no refunds or exchanges was posted all around the store.But... you sold me a product that does not work. I cant have the same thing in exchange - but one that is functioning properly?No. We do not open the package of every product we sell and test it to make sure it works so I cannot offer you a replacement for this item.WTF?Before posting this review, I reached out to the email address on their website to give the management a chance to make things right. I received no response.

Incredible prices, they advice you to the right product not the most expensive product. We bought a bowl for our 200$ bong for 9 bucks everywhere else is 25$ for something way cheaper made. I was impressed by the customer service knowledge and it was an employee not even the owner. We got 300 raw papers for 5 bucks!

Saw a deal here on Mr salt e juice so I grabbed two bottles, they had no exp date on them so I couldnt tell that they were 100% expired. Horrible. Called to ask and they told me thats how they taste... Been here a few times and the employees had no knowledge of the juices or letting me smell them...if you go here know what you want and DO NOT buy any discounted pods or juices.

Normally I tend not to sing the praises of my competitors as its not the most sound business model but I gotta give it to these guys for being one of, if not the only vape shop in Malden open before 10 am. Theyve also got quite an impressive assortment of dry herb paraphernalia and tons of vape juice flavors to pick from. Worthy competition!

Ive been here dozens of times, their staff is always amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. The prices are really great to. I would highly recommend going here for any glass pieces, hookahs, rolling needs, or pipe needs. They also have JUUL refills and vape accessories.

This is a great place to stop and grab what you need for vape or smoking needs. Especially if you need a quick resupply, new battery, or glass piece. Very reasonable prices. Definitely worth it!

Great experience overall, the prices were all very fair. By Boston standards theyre very inexpensive and have a wide variety of products. I cant wait to go back again!

Ive been looking around for a decent smoke shop around Boston, havent seen any good ones until I came to Raja Smoke shack . The shop is very clean. Owner is great and friendly also. Prices are very fair. Definitely suggest to all !

Small shop but wide selection of pipes, bongs and other happy items for happy folks. I myself was only there to get directions on how to get away from there, as my employer urine test for happy people. Enjoy

The lady that helped us out tonight was super helpful and easy going. Unfortunately some underaged brat came in spouting how she knows the owner and is gonna get her fired because the kind lady politely told the brat that she could not sell her a juul pod.The brat started spouting off about how shes not the one buying it and how she brought her friend in for that very reason because he had a valid I.D. The lady told the brat that she wouldnt be able to help her after the brat started swearing at and yelling at the employee. And then the brat started calling her mommy to message the owner so that she could buy her juul.10/10 customer service and knowledge of the law but I really, sincerely hope the owner doesnt actually allow brats like this to buy juul pods illegally because theyre friends with their mothers.If the owner has any questions Id love to chat with you. The lady there is superb-but trashy brats like that girl shouldnt be able to be in the store causing a scene infront of and disturbing the experience of other customers. We hope to be back soon and hope the lady that was there doesnt get in trouble for doing the right thing!

Hands down the best vape shop I’ve ever been to. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They carry every flavor Juul pods out there. It’s the only shop I’ll ever go to now. Why waste your time at the rest when you can go to the best.

Lots of offerings for the casual smoker of sorts. Staff is very nice and ready to answer questions. They’re open up till 10 o’clock but sometimes the door may be closed to call ahead to check.

The girl that works there is a sweetheart! They have much to choose from and their prices are lower then most! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROJAS

This shop use to be a good place to buy juul pods. But today the lady told me the price for a pack of mango juul pods is $30. Thirty dollars!!! bad bad business practices. 16:48 04/05/19

BAD. Waste of Money. Purchased a battery Pen which did not work from the second I opened it. Reached out to them about it via their website and never heard back. Will not be purchasing from here again.

As far as what they have its Fair.. but evertime I go in there its 150 degrees and I dont feel welcomed at all.

Rajas Smoke Shop has by far the widest selection on anything vape or hookah and every accessory possible in case something breaks.The prices are out of this world affordable and Raja is the coolest owner and always hooks you up!Go check it out!

Nice smoke shop they have a nice assortment of glass pieces. They have lots of ejuice for ecigs and mods for ecigs and tobacco and tobacco products. Theyve started selling a few clothing items as well to use the full estate of the store i suppose.Theyve always been friendly since they opened and glad to answer any questions you may have.
