This place needs to hire some adults. VAPER-US was my first experience with a B&M store and did not leave a good impression. The store resembles a dilapidated rave mixed with someones run down apartment. The people working the counter were friendly enough but, all looked like they spent their lunch break out back getting lit. Jeremy was very helpful & knowledgeable. It definitely was one of my best shopping experiences Ive had in a long time. Its great being able to shop without being pressured and parking was super easy. I will recommend Vape R Us to anyone who asks me!!!! Oh yeah Donald is really awesome too. Great place & awesome staff!!!

Dan was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful. He explained each vape and coil and the pros and cons to each as well. Hes very informative and such a cool guy to hang with too. Jax is also very adorable! 10/10 would definitely go again!

Worst vape shop ever!! I wasted over $300, I bought a new vape 1 week later it broke and they made me buy a new one! Then sold me the green batteries 4 of them with a charger and now they die after a day without using it. I dont know why but they told me they were the best and now I know they screwed me over. DO BOT GO THERE!!!

Run by a group of amazing people who know what they are doing and know how to serve the customer in the best, convenient, and most educational way possible. I have never ever gone wrong going to Vaper-Us and neither will you.

Ive been vaping since 2008, so its hard for me to gauge the eliteness level that a lot of people complain about. But from what I have seen, they are able to talk to you on all levels, and do so with ease.They have a fine juice selection, and for a reason: they make some of their own!Before I knew this, I think I accidentally insulted one of the employees by saying I thought this juice (Icing on the Flake) was good until my friend said it tasted like popcorn jellybeans. Thats when the person behind the desk says I made that.Oh well, we both seemingly brushed it off. And I bought a bunch of stuff (this is my second visit)

Ok so check it out. I was in Malden yesterday and went into a vape shop a block down from Vaper Us. The guy was clueless and had no idea what I needed or how to help, so I got nothing accomplished but wasting my time! I didnt even know another vape shop was up ahead past the light in Maplewood Square. So, I took a chance and walked into Vaper Us. I walk in and was instantly greeted by Mikey with a smile, a welcome and, what can I do for you? Right then and there I knew I was in the right place. Mikey was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about different vapes, coils, tanks, juices etc. I had a vape a friend gave me brand new still in the package but wasnt working to my liking. Unbeknownst to me it was a couple years old! I did not frett bc Mikey knows his stuff and knew exactly what to do! He helped me with a new tank, the proper coil, along with the selection of a great juice, Dat Sugar Cookie Doe!!! I found my new vape spot and I owe it all to Mikey Portelle. If you live in Malden or any surrounding town, I highly suggest you come see Mikey and check out Vaper US. This place is awful. My boyfriend recently switched over to vaping from ciggarettes and not knowing much about what kind of vape he would like, he bought a new rig that wasnt what he was looking for. So he came to this place to find some help and that was the last thing they did. They set him up with a vape that worked for a good two minutes in the store, but as soon as he got to the car it was already overheating and spewing juice everywhere. So he brought the piece back and explained the situation and theyre response was youre just not doing it right. Being new to vaping, this could be an obvious solution, but hes vaped before numerous times, he knows how to smoke out if one. After explaining this to them theyre response was still youre just not smoking it right. And instead of teaching him how to use the vape, they insisted on calling the store owner who then proceeded to flip out and kick them out of the store. I get it, hes new to vaping, but they didnt have to treat him like he was completely stupid. And to kick him out? No voices were raised, they just did not want to give him a refund for something he bought THAT WAS DEFECTIVE 5 minutes prior.EDIT TO THE OWNER : Where you there ????? No, your employees called you. As did my boyfriend. Your employees DID NOT teach him anything about the device. Knowing it couldnt be returned.. After being kicked out of your store, they went elsewhere and was told your employees did some things WRONG and that was half of why the device was not working. They set him up with pieces that were never meant to be paired. Your employees set the device up incorrectly and when he went back to return the device, they literally said to him, it cant be broken, you just bought it they were rude about it, and didnt even think to ask if they could take a look to see what the problem is. And guess the other reasoning of it not working... IT WAS DEFECTIVE.. it is literally spewing juice everywhere and the whole battery system died. After a couple Google searches, turns out the broken system your employees set him up with is one of the worst out there. $140 FOR NOTHING. He literally just bought a broken vape, received no help, and then was kicked out of your store for trying to return one of YOUR DEFECTIVE products.

Great guys working here, they are helpful and let you take your time. Cool to chill with other vapers. Good prices, beautiful rigs and more flavors of juice than anyone could imagine. To my fellow women..... start vaping and stop smoking . Deff the best vape store around !!!!!!LYN

This place was absolutely awesome. I went there to figure out what was wrong with my mech and got a greater understanding of how it works and great deals. These guys went above and beyond especially Dan.

Great guy in there helped me out alot. Met the maker of North shore vapor there as well I bought a great vape. A great juice and hopefully met some new good people. Shop vape us worth the time.....

These guys are absolutely top of the line. Anything from Fitteds to Vapes to Js, they got it. Had an awesome time hanging out and getting to know them. Great guys, fair prices and amazing atmosphere that made for a chill relaxing experience.

Somehow (Andrew) behind the counter had the patience to answer the hundreds of questions I was throwing at him with a friendly smile and great advice without making me feel like a fool for my ignorance on the subject,and with honest n understanding advice I ended up walking out a converted vape-from-ciggs customer and will only return to the VAPER-US store for there great additude, great selections, and humble and helpful behavior.

I really like this place I think its overrated though they always try to force a higher price bottle of juice or mod or whatever the case may be on you the staff is outstanding the store is outstanding but the prices are there juice ridiculous what theyre doing it so I guess keep up the good work

Miss my favorite vape store!! Quit cigs 6 years ago and started vaping. Visit my doc for an annual once a year and no issues. Dont let big tobacco win..fight for vaping
