Justin assisted me yesterday and was AMAZING.There is never high sales pressure because their products sell themselves. He was patient and really listened to what i was looking for. I have not been happy w Smok mods for quite some time due to 510 connector issues EVERY TIME.by no fault of smokers haven. Once listening to what specifications were important to me Justin just honed in on a few selections that were all suited to me so much i had a hard time deciding!!! He saw i already had my own tanks and didnt try to have me get the whole kit...but i did anyways. I have struggled with cigarettes and vaping so i got 2 bottles of 12 juice. I have not bought a pack of cigarettes since yesterday. I havent smoked one at all today. The coils on this mod have instant flavor unlike any other one ive used. I woke up excited to rave about my vape to my friends and share my new juice. I was so concerned with the bad publicity vapes have been getting that my freedom to vape would be compromised. I was assured the vaping age will be increased but the unfortunate news that weve been hearing is not in connection with their products or mods. I have wandered to other local shops but i know from experience no one can compete with the positive intelligent friendly professional staff and the clean well lit current up to date shop. I have such enthusiasm for this store because i never thought i could quit smoking. And now I do. Im already doing it. Check them out in one of their convenient locations...you wont regret it. The only thing youve got to lose is your smoking habit ;)

Eh. In knowledgeable on vapes and juices 95%. Could tell a juice was popular based off bottles not being pulled forward after the one in front was purchased. O.oEdit: this was the only poorish experience I’ve had here. Prior I’ve walked in. Got what I needed and was able to quickly exit and have been content. Didn’t have to speak much to anyone and wasn’t bothered.

Although I normally have a good experience with this chain of vape stores, the Rainbow flavor of the Hyde nicotine vapes is apparently being stored incorrectly at the warehouse providing to the Manchester, NH location. Although it feels entirely full, and Ive tried charging it twice, it already isnt working, unlike the mint ones I usually buy to keep awake, as-needed. I saw my ex-girlfriend and she had the same experience. We both modeled for them and recommend they return the box to the company.

This is my favorite vape store. They always seem to have new to the market disposables before any of their competitors. The staff here are also always helpful and friendly, especially Nicole and Anna! They always make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the store. Definitely the best here.

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Their rewards program is great for people who buy in bulk because you get points for over 20 dollars and get 15 off your purchase when you reach the point goal (i think its 15 points). Only thing I hate is the parking lot, but thats why dunkins moved from that location

Lily was absolutely amazing and patient lol 😂. I went in looking for something specific and she helped research on her own phone which brands accommodate what I was looking for and ended up finding the best product and one that is very fond of by other customers too. I don’t normally buy from this specific store and because of this experience I think it may sway me towards buying from your store so long as you keep Lily 😎 haha. No seriously. Awesome choices of vape juices. I just bought first mod and the ladies there were AMAZING. They were well informed and were wonderful with me took there time explaining me everything before I made my choice. Had an issue and had to come back twice to have help and they helped me patiently and took time didnt rush me in anyway or show any type of aggravation with being unknowledgeable..

Always a good selection and I guess a fair price. The guy behind the counter with the long hair and facial hair (I forget his name) is always friendly and knowledgeable. Has never sold me anything that I didnt like and I walk in and say to him just give me a good liquid and Im never disappointed. This guy should be teaching customer service seminars. Its nice to see a smile and a friendly face when you go into a place. I dont care what you are getting paid, dont work with the public if you cant be kind, polite and helpful.

The people that work in this location are so pleasant, patient, and helpful its hard to believe it. They take all the time you need to help you with your purchases, they never make you feel like youre being hurried even when theres other people waiting, and if youre one of the people waiting, you dont mind because they still acknowledge you and treat you with courtesy and respect. Other locations suffer from not having this group in their spot, but I certainly recommend coming here and checking for yourselves

Terrible Terrible Terrible return policy. A few months back I purchased a defective item. I was told Because I left the store with said item & I should have tested the item before leaving it couldnt be returned. My loss I guess. I eventually got over it and came back to shopping there. The other day I purchased another item. After checkout, I did a 180 and started walking towards the door. While in hand, I started unwrapping the item only to notice that it wasnt the item I had asked for. I turned back around and approached the counter. Told the employee that it was the wrong item and that I never left the store. I was asked for the receipt but was never given one. The store should provied a receipt each and every time. Its shouldnt be the responsibility of the customer to ask. Nevertheless, they again refused to return it because I opened it. So I beg to ask the question, WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

They literally have everything you need. I haven’t been asked for my ID in years so kudos to the business for keeping the youngings safe. Will return again! With my ID!

Always enjoyable experience, except when both workers are busy helping people with detailed orders/suggestions. In my opinion their should be someone who is always avaliable to check the people out who know exactly what they want. It sucks having to wait 20 minutes for someone to make up their mind about which vape to buy, when I just want a Hyde real quick. Ive seen the store packed with both people helping someone trying to pick out a vape. About 8 other customers in the store being literally ignored.

Every time I go there the employees are so awesome!! They are polite, patient & don’t mind answering all my stupid questions (without an attitude). I’ve called ahead of going a few times & when I got there they had what I called for ready & waiting. They have a huge selection & a beautiful, clean store!! We go there at least once a month, sometimes more & we’ve never once had a bad experience!

Whenever I have any questions about any type of smoke product I have, I ask my daughter Lily and she never ceases to know what I need. Whenever I go in with her; the two times I have been, she always knows where the items are, the prices, and what I could get to make it better. Not to mention the other employees there, they are always smiling and have excellent customer service.

Absolutely love these folks! The staff is always incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. Mike and Branden have always helped me out, through a variety of shenanigans. I have gone in here several times with my budget vape attitude, and I always leave happy. Even when I have had no juice, they hooked me up out of their OWN personal stuff. Solid five stars.

Branden and Mike were fantastic!I had purchased a glass water pipe from another store that wasnt smoke ready, I had called ahead and asked if I could bring a few clean parts in with me to make sure I got the right fit. These guys were so friendly and fun! They made sure to answer all my questions and explained how all the parts worked. I know there are several locations, but West is by far my favorite!

Easily the best shop In Manchester. Associates were very helpful and awesome. The store is much bigger than the S.H. On south willow. Seems like they have much more product. Definitely recommend people to come here if you have a chance and check out their inventory!

Rachel was so kind as to point me in the right direction, suggesting this device over that device based on my habits and occupation. She asked what flavors I liked, and was gracious enough to sit through my deliberations. I finally made a choice, with some guidance about nicotine levels and how certain ones taste better than others depending on the level; a very knowledgeable employee.I had an amazing first experience at this store, and will gladly be returning. My experiences at this location have always been good and spot on. Helpful, and trustworthy.However this morning I needed to return a broken rig that had leaked everywhere without even being on...??? I wanted the same model (its light weight and easy to carry in Scrubs) .... everything went super smooth until the employee started taking the new peices out of the new package ... ??? And told me if I needed these peices I would need to use the ones from the old broken rig ...???? Um. Im sorry, what. Im returning it because its broken. Why would I want any of the broken peices ? At being questioned, the young female employee got extremely cocky and rude. Im usually grateful for the help and assistance, especially when you guys are supposed to know more about vapes than I do... but the in your face slick smile additude is unwelcoming in the morning, and I will be using a different location from now on.

I wouldnt recommend shopping here whatsoever. Ever since I bought a vape pen with them I have had nothing but problems and they refuse to help me with my situation and refuse to exchange for a new one. Even when the manager tried to help. He just made matters worse and still refuse to see the problem. And this was all within the 7day warranty they had. If I could give them no stars I would. Honestly worst service ever.P.S. thanks Emmanuel for selling me a 100$ pen just for it not to work properly. And the manager for not having a brain. If you have to use a tool to open something then IT IS DEFECTIVE.

Everything is way overpriced. Staff is nice and educated in the products, but they should make people more aware of the no return policy before a purchase. Decent selection of products. Mostly cheap stuff from China just with a 200% or more mark up. Only time I go here is if Im in need of something asap. Unfortunately not many shops to choose from in this area.

They had torches that Ive bought at dollar general for 4 dollars selling at 14.99 scales double the price than anywhere else.. the female staff were overweight n dirty looking..ill never stop there again!

First time at this store and it was great. The attendant was super helpful. I just had a picture of a brand of disposable vape I tried before and she was able to locate it right away and even gave me some recommendations of other flavors they offer that I might like. There’s a lot of smoke shops in the area so it’s nice to find one that I know I can for sure go to when I’m in town.

Good selection of products. Morning staff wasnt very knowledgeable about the freebase nicotine products. I was attempting to find a high nicotine basic tobacco flavor freebase nicotine. Id like have the most pure experience, if thats possible. Is there anything that can get me close other than breaking down a tobacco leaf and extracting the nicotine myself?

I bought my mother a device and coils from this smoke shop, the device was difficult for her to use and she was unable to keep the top on while filling it up with juice, we never use the device or never tried to actually put anything in it. It was taken out of the box one time and put back in the box with all of the instructions and cords and everything in perfect new condition. I was told that if I came back within 7 days with the receipt if there was an issue with the device that I would be able to bring it back. Two different times I tried bringing it back the first time I was told I could trade it in for store credit so I can at least get more juice for a different device that we bought somewhere else but a manager would have to do it. So then I came back two days later and the manager who sold it to me was there, she then told me she could only take it back if it didnt work and that she could show me how to use it, and the only exchange she would do was for the same exact device or one like it, I would not be allowed to return it for extra bottles of juice for some reason so apparently the return is only good if you get the same exact item even if the device is not been used and you have all of your receipts and paperwork and card used to buy it. I had worked in retail for a lot of years and I understand the difficulty with customers but I also understand that youre unwillingness to help a customer who just wants to return for store credit something that was still brand new and only taken out of the box one time amazes me. I will never go here again and never buy anything from smokers Haven in general, it has been nothing but a headache and they havent even tried to do the right thing and help their customer, they talk to me like I was a child and were unwilling to budge in the slightest to help me at all. What a horrible experience.

My go-to for all my smoking needs. They are all friendly and knowledgeable, great selection and great value.Pro tip - go any other time then AM rush hour, when school lets out, and PM rush hour. The intersection they are at is a nightmare during those times. Other than that, super easy in and out. If you MUST go during these times, enjoy the light cycle delays 😀Oh, and since their hours are 9a-10p, pretty sure you can be flexible. Most people who shop at stores like this are 🤷‍♂️

Love this place. Came in with a bit of a chip on my shoulder from a couple previous attempts at trying vape shops around here and very specific interests I wasnt wanting to change. I absolutely love this place. Brittnee and Mike are awesome people to work with. I have anxiety and tend to have lots of questions before I buy something new. Mike is absolutely my favorite person to work with, and Brittnee is becoming one as well (I actually tend to not go in if one of them isnt working, and I can wait on my purchase). Mike is always willing to answer my questions, and help me figure out what would be best for me. Brittnee is awesome as well and really friendly. I have gone here on multiple occasions. Last resort type of deal. They have a good selection of merchandise. The staff is ok. Not to motivated. No bargaining. Prices are high and in some cases out of hand. If you are looking for a last ditch effort to find something this is your place. But become a regular somewhere else.

Bought a tiny grinder for $25, brought it home to use it, opened it up and it’s full of metal shavings! Went to return it the same day and they wouldn’t take it back!! :( wasted $25 and I’m not ever using a grinder that has metal pieces flaking off in it. An employee (Nicole) reached out to me and got me an upgrade as well

Kinda rude younger sales people at this location, quality of service all depends on who is working that day and for that reason Ill go out of my way a bit and drive to the South Willow location where I know the service is consistently professional. Sorry, but if I am spending upwards of 60+ a week at this establishment I dont want to deal with a snot nosed 20 something who comes across as too cool to be bothered to do their job - its a business not a high school social gathering after all.

I came in and only knew I wanted a new vape mod, no idea what kind/style etc. She made her suggestion, explained the mod, answered my questions, sold it and set it up, all in about 10 minutes. Was my go to, will not be going anymore since for some reason they cannot stay open until 10PM. Why not change your hours to closing at 9:50PM since I’ve tried going three different nights after getting out work and every time they are already closed with the open sign light off.Do all of them suck or is it just this one regarding closing time? What’s the purpose of closing early when you have set hours? The girl even looked at me in my car and completely ignored me. I’ll buy my products online if your employees can’t stick with the hours posted on your building. So unprofessional. I mean 1-3 mins early is fine by a full ten minutes? NAHHH I’LL GO ELSEWHERE

Called to see if new Voopoo mod was in awhile back. Was looking for specific color. The mods had just arrived that day. Employee rooted through yet unpacked shipping box and found the mod that I wanted. They only had ordered one of that color. Employee saved it for me 🙃.One friendly suggestion. The counter where the main set of ejuice is kept is so far forward that I cannot see in detail what most of the juice selection is. Sometimes I would just like to take a few mins to read what the boxes say and not to have to guess what ejuice is what and ask for each and every one to be brought over. I would set the counter back about a foot so (4 eyed) customers can clearly read the boxes.Noticed a reviewer mention Kratom. Hope they still carry it.

Not as large as Smokers Haven West, but they still have an excellent selections with staff that are either knowledgeable, or are willing to admit when they dont know and ask another staff member.Parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of.

Frequent go to smokers haven just to look on s willow st. Recently found out there was one on the west side so my friend and I went to look. The lady yelled at my friend for saying bong and said that if he said it again we would have to leave. Note that we said this with no disrespect and simply talking amongst ourselves. Go to the smokers haven on s willow st, they are respectful, helpful, and friendly. Ill make sure everyone else acknowledges this also!

What Ive come to expect from NH. Its a head shop with a better than normal vape equipment selection. Liquids are far away and not easy to smell or try. If you want a bong, sure. If you want some vape equipment, order online. Prices are higher and selection is worse for mods, coils, and tanks. No waiting for shipping though. Good battery selection all things considered.

Granite St. Is such a great store. The sales people are extremely knowledgeable and always friendly.

I needed to write something here bc the staff at this store are absolute rockstars! I work w a girl who is very anxious, especially in smaller stores, but every time we leave Smokers Haven West shes beaming from ear to ear.We both adore Jeff, Haleigh, and Jaiden, and they know so much! Haleigh and Jaiden have both taken the time to explain to her what different products do and how theyre used, going so far as to let her Google things on her phone and go over it with her with genuine care.Jeff, meanwhile, knows literally everything and will run all over the store pulling out different devices and juices and coils shes interested in, all while treating her with the kindness and respect she deserves.If youre in Manch and need to hit a smoke shop, its definitely worth it to head over to the west side and see these fine folks.

Its ok....but make sure you check the peice out good and is all working properly because some glass peices are either disformed cracked or the slide wont pull out so check everything out good is all I suggest .... Always take the reciept!

Seems like they have a large inventory. I dont smoke but my girlfriend vapes so she likes it. Not really my thing. But like I said they have a large inventory, what kind of variety I have no idea.

Person working there broke the chillum I wanted to buy he dropped it,and I asked for humidor packets and a few cigars I get home and I got charged for the humidor packets but he never put them in my bag ugg what a bad experience.never again.

Bought a Smok Mag and some coconut cream juice as an early bday present to myself. The associate was knowledgeable and friendly. I actually went in to replace an alien mod I bought from vaporworld aka wildside smokeshop (nightmare of an experience ....the mod was open/ as a slight newbie in the mod Dept. I didnt know they werent supposed to be open like that and come to find out the owner Dan had altered the mod previously which made it void for the warranty smdh) anyhow....once I showed my old mod that was held together with super glue he mentioned they had a new mag come in and it was out back. He brought it out and it was like it was made for me. SEALED PACKAGE w legit verification codes to register my product w smok. Came w extra coils and replacement glass charger cord etc. This mod fits perfectly in my hand...trigger button is perfect. Heats up quickly. No spitback from juice. No damage. Not too heavy not too lightweight. Its the perfect mod and is top notch so its worth the investment. I dont have an urge to upgrade anything on it. Also they have a membership club you can easily sign up with takes two mins just give email and name and get yourself a discount on discounted items. It doesnt get any better than this. Ive been a smoker for 18 years and thanks to vaping Ive been off of cigarettes for 4 weeks. If you are ready to invest in quality to improve your own personal quality of life then get in this store and upgrade your smoking experience. If you quit desserts for your new years resolution you can start smoking them instead. Before you know it a regular cigarette will turn your stomach.

I bought a vape pen here for $70, it stopped working after a week and was told I couldnt return it without the box even though I had a record of the transaction through my account at the store. Wasted $70 on a junk device and Ill go somewhere else for my next one.

Employees are not attentive to customers. I was in the store for approximately 15minutes, not one person even acknowledged I was there. They have locked displays, never offered to show me anything. Vaping is new to some people who I am sure have questions...well if you do go elsewhere.
