Love this Vapor 9. Great atmosphere, excellent music, super clean with comfy couches. Love being able to try before you buy because I have bought some outright nasty flavors without being able to even smell them. The entire staff is very friendly but Cathy is the reason I always come back. I have a vape shop right down the road which I love as well. I have been vaping for almost 2 years and love learning about all the different mods and devices. Every time I talk to Cathy I learn something new. She takes the time with every customer and treats everyone equally, that is amazing in the times we live. Businesses all need something special to survive and customer service so important. Thank you Vapor 9 for carrying my favorite e-juice and for having an amazing staff.

Great Shop, Great employees, Great products. I usually take their word for their products and havent been disappointed. Great variety of juices and their home brew stuff is awesome aswell. Definitely a great vape shop, you go in and the leather couches and good conversation make it hard to leave. Take a strangers word for it. They rock socks.

Very pleasant shopping experience. Nice clean store and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the products and even though they didnt carry a flavor I was looking for the woman at the counter looked up a product I could get online. She was also helpful in selecting one of their house blend products that I am really enjoying.They do carry a limited stock of mods. Tanks and coils. I am not sure if they have more variety not on display but what they do have in the display casts are top quality products.Very happy to have found the store. I have been ordering my stuff online because the other stores I have been to in town havent really met my expectations.

Ever since vape shops started popping up everywhere a couple of years ago, everyone seems to have their shop that they are loyal to. Well, Vapor 9 is mine. Their selection is second to none. They have hundreds of choices, and you can sample any one of them. The staff is absolutely incredible. There dedication they have to their job is admirable, any employer would be lucky to have such passionate people working for them. They can pinpoint the exact flavor you have in your mind with the most vague description you can think of. All of that being said, they do close surprisingly early (7pm), AND they arent open on Sundays.

Very knowledgeable staff thanks to Parker for helping me with my purchase and giving me an understanding of how vaping works. If any flavor Lucky Bastard is by far the best flavor I tried thank you for your patience =)... May 9th stopped in again for some items and thanks to the gracious hospitality from Cathy and John once again its always a pleasure to stop in and feel the good vibes :)

1st time in Vapor 9 and loved it. Lots of juice selection and the workers there are really nice. I will be a repeat customer for sure. -1 star because i wish they would have a larger selection on 100 ml bottles and up.

Love this place. Staff is super friendly and most of all the popular vape brands. Plus they make and sell there own liquid at a great price. This is the only place I go, and they are super close to my house. Which is convenient.

I got so much help here! The two people who work there now are amazingly wonderful! Im a newbie to vaping and they really helped me and taught me things about my vape and vaping itself. 4 stars because they dont carry 100% VG juice and do not take back juice that was never opened and still sealed. Other than that, really cool place and super nice people.

Verify friendly and cozy environment with a great selection of vape juice with a very reasonable price range.Parker was the sales person when i visited the store. He is very knowledgeable and was a great help too.

Cathy is always helpful and friendly everyone at Vapor 9 is amazing! Their selection is awsome. They have everything anyone would need and they are always will to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.

Vapor 9 is the coolest shop. I love that they are a growing small business in CT. They carry tons of new products and tasty vape flavors. Everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful as well, especially if your just getting into vaping and dont know much. You can go in and try flavors so you know you like them first. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I came to the location on east center street for a whole new rig. They had nothing in stock to sell me the shelfs were completely empty and the woman behind the counter could not care less she was more worried about talking to another customer than she was to taking care of me and my fiancee. She was badmouthing her workers saying if they werent using so many drugs and other bad things about their personal life that they would have things to sell us which made my fiancee very uncomfortable hearing the stories she was telling and I will not go back there the shop near byemaybe over priced but at least they have things to sell and people who care

Smoking cigarettes 80% less now because of this Vapor 9!! Tons of options and flavors. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Great prices too.

The staff couldnt be any better! Helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Can not say enough about this place for all things vape. A pleasure going there.

My wife is trying to quit smoking and bought a vape here. The staff was very good at helping her pick one out and when she has had a problem taking it apart and cleaning and putting it back together they always have been helpful and patient.
