I love this place! I have been here many times for the pedicure experience. So relaxing! They added a mini facial to the menu that I did today with my mani pedi. Highly recommend. Reasonable price and so relaxing!

Ive been seeing Dr. Trang for awhile now. While my specific concerns have not yet been fully resolved, it has been nice to feel supported and heard. Western medicine doctors certainly rush their care and throw out a standard bandaid treatment instead of finding the root of the problem. This office/spa is very clean and smells great! I have been comfortable and my acupuncture sessions have been relatively painless. I would recommend Dr Trang to anyone seeking an alternative care option.

The good: the owners customer service. A somewhat proficient facial.The bad: my entire experience. I desperately needed a massage and knew that my skin could use a facial, so after doing some research on local spas I decided to go with Organic Living & Wellness (I had driven by many times but never knew much about the place or what they offer). When I entered, I was greeted and the lobby was pretty dark and empty. It felt welcoming enough. I was guided to a changing room and given a locker with a robe inside it (it was too small--no one asked me what size robe I wanted), and told to put on slippers from the basket (the basket for slippers only had 2 slippers in it--and each one was a vastly different size). I was told to wait in the waiting room by the changing room and my aesthetician would come get me.The waiting room was dark and didnt feel warm and inviting. It wasnt the most calming, pleasant, relaxing place to wait for someone. As people kept on walking through, one of the staff members just dropped his keys on a coffee table and his sunglasses on a chair by it. It seemed like I was sitting in a thru-way instead of in a waiting area that was supposed to help me feel relaxed and calm before my appointments. Not cool.It felt like I was waiting forever. Many people walked by me and asked if I was different spa guests. Eventually, someone asked me if I was being taken care of, what services I had appointments for, And then eventually, the man from the front desk and my aesthetician came and found me. The aesthetician told me she was waiting for me up front as she guided me to my treatment room. She gave me another robe to put on, and it took her a while to understand that I was not going to change into that robe until she left the room and gave me space.During my facial, she didnt really talk or communicate with me. She just went through the steps of the massage and went through the motions. There was no examination of my pores, no blackhead extraction. First time in my life that this wasnt part of a facial.Afterwards, she did give me a chance to change back into my spa robe (Which was sort of stiff and matted instead of warm and fluffy, like I am used to...) and then told me that my massage would be in the room next door. An older middle-aged man was standing at the door waiting for me. When I scheduled my appointment, I had asked for a female massage therapist. I was confused why there was a man there to give me my massage.The aesthetician grabbed the owner who came and talked with me, but it felt more like she talked at me, or to me, instead of with me. At one point, she reached her hand out to touch me on the shoulder and it felt like she lightly pinched me close to my neck in her grasp.This was, to me, unacceptable. She wasnt greeting an old friend. She was greeting a new customer who was uncomfortable and who she had never met before. It didnt feel warm-yet-professional...it felt like an invasion of space. She kept on trying to tell me that she is a healer and that she reads people and that she hopes I will find a place where I am comfortable.To her credit, the owner did ask me if I would still like my massage--or if I just wanted to be done with my appointment, because the look on my face said that I was very uncomfortable. I told her that I was in fact uncomfortable, and that I would prefer to just put my clothes on and leave.When I returned to the front desk, the owner told the man who was helping out to only charge me for the facial. He told me that when I schedule online I can request a female massage therapist. I told him I did. He seemed awkward and unsure of what to say.My facial was, I guess, fine. Just not what I expected, and my skin afterwards feels really tight instead of well-nourished, hydrated, relaxed, and glowing.I will never go there again. Not a good experience, not even a great facial, and by the time I left to go about the rest of my day I felt more stressed and on edge than I had felt when I entered through the front doors.

This was a good experience. I got the Royal Spa package. Everything (manicure, pedicure, massage and facial) was so relaxing! It was my first time getting a facial so I didnt know what to expect and my skin was/is sensitive to some of the products that were used. I got another gift certificate for Christmas so Ill be visiting again soon.

Amazing Pedicure!! I received a super deluxe pedicure in a zero gravity chair and the entire experience was wonderful! My nail tech was attentive and thorough from start to finish. From the moment you walk through the door you instantly feel the positive vibes. I enjoyed it so much I booked a couples massage for me and the hubby. Cant wait!!

I’ve been looking forward to this opening and was able to make my first visit today. My friend and I had pedicures which we enjoyed very much. The facility was nice and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the pedicure was extremely relaxing and performed in a zero-gravity chair with spa music and non-toxic products. I feel relaxed and my toes are ready for spring ☺️. We will be back!

Hannah Tran is the best acupuncturist. She really knows her stuff. She helped me improve my overall health and she treated me while I was pregnant. She’s amicable, professional, patient. I cannot recommend her enough.

I received the best facial at this spa. My massage was also heavenly. I was able to relax, the spa was clean, and the staff had on masks which made me feel more comfortable. I enjoyed talking to Trang (provided my facial). She is super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to visit them!

This is hands down the best place to get a gel mani & pedi. Very professional and relaxing. Also, I saw Trang Tran for some skincare issues as well. She took her time with me, asked a lot of questions & came up with a treatment plan. My skin is so much better now. Can highly recommend!

I had therapeutic massage and pedicure from Dr. Tran. It was very relaxing. Afterward I felt much lighter energetically and emotionally. I am most impressed by her knowledge, experience and compassion. She is very good at finding places in my body where energy was trapped or not flowing properly, and releasing it. I am going back to her regularly from now on. Her help is a real blessing to me.

I’ve had a massage here and my mom, sister and I just had a pedicure here. I’ve loved every minute I’ve spent here! The owners and staff are so friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in until you leave you are taken care of. Both the massage and pedicure began with a soothing foot soak and Aromatherapy, then they use warm towels and play soothing music, dim the lights and talk in whispers for the whole spa effect. For the pedicure they cover your eyes and recline your super comfy chair-definitley the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had! I will be coming back for more massages and pedicures!! They also offer manicures and acupuncture and other holistic health options. I’m so happy this place opened by me!!

ACUPUNCTURE NIGHTMARE. This was my first acupuncture experience and I wished I had followed my gut upon entering this facility. Nobody came out to greet me. I walked around until finally bumping into someone. It just felt really odd and the place had an unwelcome energy. When the acupuncturist Hannah finally acknowledged me. I informed her it was my first visit and experience with acupuncture. There was no consideration made to ensure this would be a comforting experience. She promptly inserted the needles, which I told her were painful, and left the room. She never came back. After lying there in excruciating pain, I managed to get up from the table, with needles in legs, and advised I needed them removed because I could not continue due to the pain. She quickly removed them and asked how would I be paying...still no explanation of the process or why I was in so much pain. She seemed more concerned about the payment than the treatment. I paid and walked out in pain. Legs are still hurting as I type this review. What a disappointment. I wont be back and would not advise or recommend to those receiving acupuncture for first time. I so wanted this to be a pleasant and beneficial experience. Hannah, the acupuncturist here, ensured it was a nightmare. I still dont understand why I am still in so much pain.

From the moment you enter, you’re met with a relaxing environment, from the friendly staff to the calming music. I get terrible back pain from a desk job and yard work. I booked an hour therapeutic massage session with Young, and he melted away all the knots and tension built up. He asks where your pain is and focuses on the area until you’re fully relaxed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage.

I have been working with Hannah (acupuncturist) for over a year and a half on a weekly basis. She successfully helped get pregnant when other methods failed. Now I have the most beautiful daughter that I could’ve dreamt of. Ever since I met her I have noticed a significant improvement in my health, she cares for her patients and has been very responsive. She has truly made my life better and I could never thank her enough. I will be going to her forever, I can’t imagine life without her care anymore.

BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD. Wow. Just WOW. The whole experience from A-Z was incredible. It’s such a beautiful, clean, classy, and open space, and the customer service is amazing— Dr. Trang greeted me herself coming out from behind the desk to show me the paperwork and to direct me to the waiting room where I could fill it out. Now let’s discuss the reason you go get a massage in the first place; Dr. Trang is *highly skilled and gifted at what she does, not to mention super gracious and pleasant. I was SO impressed with her!! Shen knew exactly what my body needed and got to the source of my tight muscles without causing pain. I cannot say enough about recommending this place! Beautiful facility and kind staff. Chloe, their new anestietician does an outstanding, thorough job on eyelash extensions! They make me look years younger! I highly recommend going to her exclusively.

Relaxing and Best Pedicure and Manicure I have had in a long time. They use only organic ingredients and since I have been going I have my real nails back after 20 years of fake nails. Thank you Dr. Trang! 🤗❤

I enjoyed a relaxing pedicure, and I appreciate that this place is local and provides organic and healthier options, as I react easily to chemicals. Dr. Trang is helping me with some health-related difficulties too, which is great because she acts as an ally and keeps in touch and is very encouraging. I am trying to avoid prescriptions and get off of the few I am on, and she is very helpful in helping me try to find the root of issues so we can overcome them. So far she has helped me fix my hypothyroid issues without meds, and bring my liver enzymes way down in a short period of time. I am looking forward to more improvement.

Best mani and pedi ever! It’s what I envisioned a real mani and pedi should be! Trang was awesome. The atmosphere very relaxing. By appt. only which was great as we didn’t feel rushed!!! The pedi was in a zero gravity chair.Loved every second of it!!! Worth the 35 min drive!

Services Ive had: pedicures, therapeutic massage, and acupuncture. All are so enjoyable I just want a nap afterwards.

This place is so convenient, and the staff is friendly. Dr. Trang is very passionate about helping her clients, and I have had great results, and am continuing to see improvement. The facility is clean and well-lit too.
