I dunno what it is about this shop but being that I live rather far away, I’ve been attempting to call numerous times to inquire on a certain item I am looking for, however they never seem to answer the phone very unprofessional no lie I have called about 10 times already in the last three days ridiculous

Best vape shop in Monterey County. Owner and family and staff are super friendly and helpful. Been a customer for over a year and this is by far the best place in the county for Vaping.

I have visited this store consistently for the last 3 years, and theres a reason that it was my only repeat shop in the local area. The folks here are always professional, helpful, and great at what they do. The only times I ever had to wait for service was when another customer was being shown the ropes on a new mod or something. Sad to be moving away from one of my favorite shops Ive been in across the country.

Maybe post that youre closing early online? Or send an email to folks woth pending orders? Kinda sucks to drive all the way out to find a sign telling me your closing early after Im already here. Like, the closed building keyed me in.....

Customer service is weakI a issue with a vape which I expressed politely to them I was then told to come back at 5pm. I was told the manager/owner would be there and could possibly work things out. Then when I arrive they are closed.I believe his name was Joshua or John.Go somewhere else

They have lots of selection to choose from and all different disposables and mods and coils that you need. All different juices. Its a small shop but good selection. Standard prices with a rewards program as well. All in all, I go back here regularly.

Ive purchased 3 devices from here, 2 Caliburn G and a Novo 4. The first Caliburn G stopped charging and lighting up within a month, and the second started leaking like crazy within 2 weeks. I thought Id try switching devices, but the Novo 4 I bought stopped working within HOURS. It reads ohms too low, and Ive tried everything to fix it myself to no avail. They have no return policy, best they can offer is a small discount on a new device. Juice selection is ok, but Id never recommend someone purchase a device from this shop

If anyone wants to buy a new vape or juices or whatever youre buying I highly recommend going there ! The guy that helped me out his name was Daniel ! He was very helpful, he was very nice an so funny ! He also helped me put my vape together an showed me how to correctly put my juice in ! Hes there on Saturdays , you all should go see him! 💜

Went in to get a new vape and some liquid cuz my last one broke. Didnt catch the names of the two guys that were there but they were both very helpful and offered lots of advice and recommendations. Definitely a great experience for my first time at a vape shop, will for sure be coming back.

Go here!! The prices here are the best in the area! I used to go to marina spirit for a family member and he’d get ripped off every time. Marina spirit charges atleast $10-20 more depending on the product.

I honestly didnt even notice this place was there until stuck at the light today, but I wish I had noticed it a long time ago. They have a great selection of juice mods accessories anything you need, and lower prices then smoke shops. Got a new vape mod for $20 less than I could have a smoke shop. But by far the most refreshing thing was having somebody who actually knows what theyre talking about help you out, and actually be able to tell you what something is when you ask or what flavor juices to recommend. Definitely going back to this place whenever I need anything for my vape

Great deal. Honest prices! Very helpful customer service! If you dont know anything about vaping, go to Vape3one they will take the time to explain how things work. They will also make several recommendation about what you are looking for and want and need.

The prices are pretty high for most items and the selection is just simply okay. And although the staff is friendly every time I visit, I found their knowledge of basic vaping related question to be limited. Not the best vape shop but overall not a bad shop.

I travel a lot and Ive been to a lot of vape shops in different states. Vape3one has the best selection and best quality/flavor in vape juice and the best price mods and coils. They replace your coil AND sonic clean your tank for $5. You cant beat that. Most other vape shops have low quality juice that really sucks. This place has the top notch juices.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, staff backed by a great selection of flavors and vapes makes this the only shop I use when Im in the area. My only complaint is the parking.

Everytime I go here the staff is knowledgeable, as well as, friendly and easy to talk. This is the only place I go on a regular basis for vape merch.
