Smoking Valley HEMP VAPE SMOKE Shop at NOLANA

I heard about this place from a friend and this spot did not disappoint! I was fortunate enough to have a young man by the name of Julian help me out every time I have gone in and he has been such a great help every time. This young man is very knowledgeable and knows what’s he is talking about when it comes to the products he sells and recommends. This kid needs a raise 👏🏽 Julian was able to explain to me the difference between two different, but very similar, products and was able to help me come to a conclusion on what to purchase. Great prices around town and awesome customer service! Would definitely recommend for quality products! 🗣️ASK FOR JULIAN!! 👀

Was my very first time trying gummies and the young man that helped me. I think his name was Joaquin. He was very good at explaining to me how to take them. He has great customer service. And as I deal customers as well I love when I go places and get that great customer service. Makes you want to go back. Great place.

Never returning. Told the employee it was my first time in the store.. also new to trying any edible products. There was a chocolate bar that I was originally going to take and he said no that won’t work.. take these. He recommended gummies… told me to take one.. I nearly died. Had a very bad experience. I was out of mind for around 3 days.. would’ve called ambulance but I couldn’t even open my phone..

The associate was a tall skinny male. The guy was really rude to me. I was asking him if he knew any products for pain relief since my sister is having major back pain because of tumors in her spine and he said “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure” and was silent afterward. He didn’t utter a single word after asking him my question and he seemed unknowledgeable about the Hemp products that the store caries. He seemed like he didn’t want to help me at all. It was a horrible and terrible experience for me. I felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, unwanted as a customer. He was unfriendly and unprofessional overall. But worst of all, I was unable to help my sister find some pain relief before of major spine surgery.

I called them to ask if they had a certain vape type, and I went to both locations and they told me to go to their other location. (basically just trying to get money without actually checking stock.) No we dont got that at this store, but you can go to my other store for less ... Yeah the one we just went to and told us to come to you?
