2nd experience today! Im still a satisfied customer! Same guy, likely the owner was friendly. This time he helped me find a new product that will be a better fit for my lifestyle! Plus the new product isnt going to cost me anymore $ So far Im happy!I Recommend.1st experience: Top notch customer service, the guy was seemed pretty knowledgeable. Normally a very positive experience but today was an exception. Usually the folks in there really nice, perhaps owners. Today, August 16 about noon, I went in and only one salesperson there. The entire time I was in there while I told him what o wanted, while he looked and while I checked out, he was texting om his phone. Very rude and unprofessional. Not what I am used to at this establishment.

Have 1 employee , need more. Allowed another customer to cut in front of us and other customers. All I needed was vape juice. Will not be returning back to this store, unless I just have no other choice. Need better customer service.

Good vibes in here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even take feedback from customers to make decisions on what to order from their suppliers. If you haven’t already, I recommend giving them a visit.
