Omar is the best! He is knowledgeable, kind and karasmatic. The store is clean and very organized. The prices are affordable and there are a large variety to choose from. I definitely recommend shoping with them for all your vape needs.

Omar is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have everything under the sun here. I live out of town and happened upon this place and they have products I cannot find anywhere in South Florida. Love this place.

The worst customer service! Bought a torch lighter 8 hrs ago, I flicked it and it didnt work, associate finally got it, so I just went with it, instead of exchanging for another one. Lighter never worked again!I went up there less than 12 hrs later and the rude associate said they wouldnt replace it, it didnt matter we were prior customers. She was rude and ridiculous.Extremely poor customer service over a $8 lighter! Never will return! Dont go there!

Omar was very helpful in selecting a low nicotine product. I had started using disposable vapes, which I really enjoy as they have a soft smoke and not harsh at all. I’ve always disliked regular vapes.I was hoping for a disposable vape with 0 nicotine. Omar directed me instead to a regular vape with voltage controls and refillable to use the low nicotine juices. Customer service was awesome and Omar did a great job at matching up the product to my needs. However, even on the lower setting, the vape is super uncomfortable/harsh and unenjoyable, with very little flavor. I guess I just still really do not like regular vapes. At all.My intention is to do a soft quit, but I guess this is another way to cold quit. Make it as awful as possible and then I don’t want to use it at all 🤪I did find some 0 nicotine options for elf bar, which I will order online.Thank you for being helpful, but I don’t like these types of vapes. Way too harsh, hot in your throat and awful. Disposables are not like this :))

This shop offers a wide range of products and customer service is top of the line. I had a problem getting bored with my vaping juice, Omar asked a couple questions and chose a excellent alternative (which I love). I was looking for a coil and he offered the right one (I also changed my tank). He installed both for me on-the-spot. He also researched a coil issue and resolved the problem, and had a great attitude! I used to buy products on line, not anymore as this will be my go-to store in the future.

Every time I buy from the shop, my vapes die quickly. They are also normally anywhere from four to $10 more expensive than other shops that I have found but after the hurricane my Vape was really dead and not a lot of shops are open. So I decided to go here anyways this particular Vape what’s four dollars more expensive than another one I had found over off of Sarno but I bought it anyways. He said to try it before I left when I hit it it didn’t work so he said let’s charge it for a minute and see if it works. I tried it again after a few minutes and it hit but I said it would be fine as I had to go. Within three days, it started to taste awful. I thought it was in my head two more days and it is for sure. Already burnt out vapes normally last me over a month. I don’t have much time to Vape I work two jobs and go to school. I called to see if we could have this rectified and was told that once I walked out of the shop that was the day that I chose. He said I should’ve come back later that day. But he was closing up shop as I left.

This business is being priced out by competitors. Now they are paying 10hr for employees. Which no worker in their right mind would accept. Due to their competition out pricing them employees are saying it’s due to other smoke shops selling fake products. Unfortunately that is not the case or stores would be closed and sued out of existence. Owner needs to rethink how he handles his smoke shop and customers. Overall it’s an ok smoke shop better options closer by around.

I wasnt offered my money back or a change of flavor once I realized the vape I just bought came already burnt. The young man at the counter even hit the vape I just put my mouth and wouldnt let me change out my flavor and back talked me on my way out of the store. Do not shop here! Take your hard earned money elsewhere. I was sold the wrong coils and the manager would not refund my money. He was not willing to take responsibility for the mistake. As a patron of this store, I had the most off putting experience today. I was told that my vaccination card was potentially fraudulent and because the staff is “immunocompromised“ that all customers need to wear a mask. The staff member was also masked and behind plexiglass. I frequent this store often, and I’ve always had a good rapport; I’ve collectively spent over $2,000 at this store. However, just because your staff refuses to get vaccinated, does not justify the people who have been fully vaccinated having to be punished into wearing one. Hence the PLEXIGLASS. Also, the store policy encourages you to try the products before you leave- which obviously involves removing your mask. I am not a “karen”, but IF the employee had just stated “it is our store policy”- that would have been the end of discussion. Instead, she said vaccine cards can be fake, her immune system is compromised, and launched into a discussion about how the vaccine works. Thanks for the guidance, but I’ll listen to the CDC before I listen to someone with purple hair. I will no longer be spending any more of my money at this tyrannical establishment.

Returned back to work, opened it, charged it. After work i Went to use it, and flashing lights...A contacting prong was stuck down??? I Contacted this place, hoping to get it exchanged right away, but it would have to be sent out to the factory. Not one thing they could do...but send it to the factoryWasted my time & money...
