Morning of 15/8:Maranda was great. Totally my best first experience. They hooked it up. Left very satisfied. I appreciate her and the manager both. And all apologies here, I would have asked her out any which way. However, have to keep it professional, right. Yet still, hands down. Thank you to the whole of the Joyology (Memphis, MI) team. Made our morning. Get at me next time.

First time visiting! Selena is the girl to get your bud from! Her energy and the vibe was amazing! Also was very honest about the product! Best experience in a dispensary yet!! Keep making people smile beautiful!

Selena was courteous and knowledgeable. I wanted 3 particular items, she knew what and where they were, and was quick. Its nice to go to any store and be in and out with exactly what you want with nice staff in 2 minutes or less. Love it!

It was my first time going in and it was amazing, it was really clean and spacious in there and didn’t reek of weed like a lot of dispensaries do. Selena helped recommend a brand of gummies that look amazing, I can’t wait to try them. She was great and I definitely recommend coming here, it wasn’t very busy at all for it being 1pm on a Monday

Best dispensary ever, no need to go to any others! Staff is amazing, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, products are high quality, very reasonably priced, and the deals are simply outstanding! I have never had a bad experience, would give them 10 stars if I could!

Website said lemon cherry gelato (looked grown longer in the photo /dark purps but milky not amber like pressure pack / which is key to good terps on this strain) was in stock for 90/oz but wasnt (they recommended calling first to check, seems a common issue with places) But the Budtender helped me find something in the same family tree, Rainbow Zoap (I like zoap anything GSC) and wow i think i got a new favorite strain and it was cheaper too. It has the Limonene and Linalool but a bit more pepper (β-Caryophyllene) which I like, it has strong grapefruit flavor with a hint of pepper notes. must be the Burmese in the crossing adding the more pepper flavor.5 stars for the selection/price/service and building. now the point of sale system not being linked to the website so when an item goes out of stock it gets removed is an issue. seems a tech guy could link the two easily but idk ill just call first next time to see if its in stock.

Youre updated website is TERRIBLE!!! Why have you made it so difficult to place an order? Youre losing money because of the awful user interface.This shop offers great prices on quality brands like Local Grove, making the small delivery fee worthwhile. However, my only issue arises when they substitute products during delivery orders. While I recognize this may not be a common concern, I prefer they either call me for approval or provide a refund for out-of-stock items. Overall, a friendly and knowledgeable service with room for a little improvement.

**Let me start by saying I visited the establishment across the street the day before.**As soon as I was called in I could tell I was going to get the help and advice I needed. Selena was so sweet! This past week was our second visit! Everyone is just doing their best to make sure that you get a great deal, and helping you find what you need. My friend and I have gluten intolerance/celiacs, so we’re limited on what we can get. And they are amazing at checking to make sure they’re safe for us. We got cute little pop sockets and other goodies. We used to drive down to the house of dank, but joyology is now our go to. So grateful our coworker helped us find them 🙌🏻

Best dispo I’ve ever been to , customer service here is A1 every time I come, the bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and it really makes such a difference. Today I had Selena, I’m pretty sure it was actually her break but she didn’t hesitate to help me right away which is rare these days. She was extremely educated and willing to share her knowledge she was also friendly and professional as well. I can’t remember the last bud tenders name but she was also great !! Because of amazing staff like Selena, I will only spend my money there. I have spent a lot of my life in hospitality and know what good service is and Selena was an all star. When I find a place like this with great staff great product and good location I make sure I spread the word and keep staying loyal to that company. Weve came here almost every week since youve opened on top of having deliveries! You mess our delivery up and you do nothing to make it right other than make us wait over an hour for your delivery guy to come pick the wrong order back up and give us our correct one. You say on the phone when called to inform you about this mishap if we drive it back to you, youll give us a free pre roll or edible. As if we didnt just pay for delivery!!! We will not be returning.

Ordered curbside took 30 minutes to receive and didn’t make it to curbside. Had to go in anyway and still wait. When I went in, employees were scrambling for food/ snacks because they were starved said employee. Safe to assume service sucks and would be better with fully fed staff. Bump your game up boss’s!!!!!

Great staff awesome product , however here us my issue. There are 6 dispensaries that I shop at. Out of these 6 joyology is the only one that requires a purchase to use your loyalty points! It also isnt even a cheap purchase, you have to spend $25 to use your points! That is outrageous and just tells me the owners are beyond greedy and why joyology will remain number 6 on the list of the 6 dispensaries I Shop at!

The best place I found so far I live in new have I have high society right down the road and I still drive the 20 minutes to go here very helpful and very very nice staff I recommend this place to everyone dont waste your time anywhere else just go here hands down the best place in Macomb county thank you joyology you guys rock

I have been visiting dispensaries since the medical marijuana program started in Michigan and I have to say I was impressed. The selection is great and so were the specials, but what stood out the most was the staff. Selena was the sweetest, most kind, and knowledgeable budtender I have ever encountered.
