Diana did an amazing job on my gel manicure!! She took a great deal of care and time on nails…very professional! This was my first time here and I’ll definitely be coming back :)

Diane did a beautiful job on my nails - I had a difficult custom design picked out and have injuries that make my nails difficult to shape - she was gentle with my natural nails and worked on the design nail until it was just right (which took a while because she cares very much about the final result)Five star service all the way around and I’m so happy to have found a new regular nail artist I can count on and trust since my friend stopped doing nails!Highly recommend!!I don’t know how to attach a picture but if I can figure it out, I will!!

Cant remember who did my nails but she did pretty good. She asked me if I liked the nails and if I wanted anything fixed before she put polish on. Very nice.My polish (purple nails) was a little lumpy/uneven when she finished but overall looked good. She didnt paint the ends of my nails either which I just noticed.My sister-in-law had Hailey do her nails (french nails) and they looked amazing. However, she wanted a clear french manicure and got a brown nude polish instead. I will be looking elsewhere for nail artists. Overpriced for the quality.

We walked into the store and had a great experience. They are a little short staffed so next time we will try to make an appointment. They took extra detail to attend to everything within the pedicure. It’s hard to find a good price anywhere but their non gel rate is $35 which is honestly quite reasonable these days. They did a great job and had wonderful customer service.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I was visiting my daughter in Meridian and needed a mani/pedi. They were close by so I thought I would try it- and they were amazing!!! Very attentive and did not rush through it. I will be back every time I come visit. 5 stars!!!!

Diana always gives the best pedicures! Customer service is top notch! And, she is always very gentle and very detailed in her work. My toes always look great afterwards. I highly recommend!

Im so happy I found this place, what luck! I happened to pop in after taking my son to the DMV and by far this is my favorite Mani Pedi place to go. I love my sassy Kristen, she is a perfect 10! Ive never been much of a regular anywhere, but I always make a back up appointment here.

I went here first for a gel nail with Haley, she was absolutely amazing and super quick! Very fun to talk with also. Next, I went to Jennie and she was fabulous too! Really cared for my thin nails and made sure she gave me the most popular cute color. Also, got a lovely hand massage! These women are both so talented. Like most of us I tried many different salons before I found Diana about 3 years ago and she has ALWAYS done an excellent job for me. We all also know how hard it is to find and hire good techs, but Diana wants to provide the best possible service for her shop. Give her new shop a try.

New owner! Newly remodeled! I moved to the area about 8 months ago. I found Diana based on a google review for another salon she worked at. This is my third appointment with her. Haley is absolutely Fabulous!!! She is awesome with nail art!!! I have been going there since Debbie purchased it. They are making wonderful strides at trying to make it that perfect place to go and just have some fun with other women. I would say they are still growing and learning so be patient. My wife has gone here several times. They do walk-ins but making an appointment helps speed up the process so you dont have to wait long.The staff is very nice and loves to chat 😊.

Angie is AMAZING! I’ve been going to her every two weeks for the last several months. She is so friendly and sweet and always makes me feel welcome. And her work? It’s outstanding! She pays such close attention to detail. As a general rule, I never know what I want to get when I go in. She always chooses for me and I’m never unhappy. My nails always look flawless. I never have breaking or chipping issues unless it’s my own fault! Even then, I know Angie would fix any issue I had before my normal appointment time if I needed her. She’s just the best!

Kat is the best! She is not only a great nail tech, but an amazing artist. She can paint literally anything you ask for on your nails. Service was great! My friend and I got 2 pedis, they got us in pretty last minute. Everyone was so friendly and nice and Daniel gives the BEST massages.

My husband and I went on date night to get a pedicure. We arrive around 5:55 and were greeted by two very young girls. Both claimed to not be taking anymore apt for the day. They closed at 7, and no one was in the salon. I asked if they knew a place that would do walk-ins. One girl told us about Posh nails, but made it seam like it was not a nice place...... well we went to Posh nails, not only was the place beautiful, the girls went above and beyond to give us a great pedicure! The gloss girls lost out on a forever client, and big tippers! (Posh girls got a $20 tip!)

The nail tec. My daughter had (Diana) was wonderful. Mine not so much. She was late, which I was fine with, but she did a very half the effort job. She cut corners and did not give me my moneys worth ($50). I will go back, but will request a different person next time. Diana fixed everything! Other nail tec no longer working there.

I got my nails done a week ago and Ive had 1 nail pop off already and a few others start to lift. The acrylic was pretty bumpy and the tech was rough with my fingers and made me bleed. I decided to rip all my nails off cause Im not going to walk around with nails missing and they all came off pretty easy as if they were press on nails. Poor quality of product and from other reviews it seems to be this tech has had many issues with other clients nails doing the same thing. I called for a refund and she told me they dont do refunds but will do a new set and I said I dont want to go back and have the same thing happen so decided I guess Ill leave a review. Hope this tech learns to do a better job and learns from her reviews. No one wants to pay alot to get their nails done and have them start to fall off within a week.

Natalie went out of her way to book us short notice, she then went up and above providing an extra service. Jenny was equally amazing. Both of them are very skilled & provide a great experience! Highly recommend.

We called a few different places to find time to get my names and my daughters nails done. They had availability. Not only did they have the time immediately but they did amazing. They make my girls feel very good and didnt make us feel rushed. I dont like thick nails and I absolutely love how my nails are not thick by any means.

Gloss Nails is exceptional. Calm, clean, professional, and welcoming. Diana did my nails, a removal of previous acrylics and a new full set, and she was friendly, warm, thorough, and precise. I recommend this studio 100%.

This place is INCREDIBLE!!! Ive had acrylics done for YEARS and have never left as happy as I was today with Angie!!! My nails are LITERALLY perfect! She checked and rechecked to make sure every little detail was just so. I couldnt be more delighted! SO happy to have found such a gem of a nail salon!!!

I went and got my nails done and I wanted to get the coffin shaped ones and also orange to black ombre feel to it.Well, that didnt happen. My nails werent even shaped properly, the color was not what it looked liked (I had a picture), so when I got home I went repainted them. Now, its been 4-5 days and both my pinky nails came off and it wasnt cheap either 😶😶Besides that, they were really friendly and the place had a good vibe.😊

I would like to say I got some real nice nails done for my photo shoot. I showed the nail artist a pic of what I wanted and they looked JUST like the picture! However I’m severely disappointed in the quality of the nails. After about 5 days one of my nails had popped off. Okay that’s alright, but by 7 days every single one of them had popped off and ripped off the top layer of all of my natural nails; leaving them super thin and flimsy. I couldn’t do anything without my nails hurting really bad. For 60 dollars including tip I kinda expect the nails to at least stay on for two weeks like they’re supposed to. It has been about 2 weeks since they all fell off and my natural nails are still pretty destroyed.

Diana is awesome! She does a great job on my nails and feet. Keeps in grown toe nails under control and she is so nice! Highly recommend!

I dont usually review, but this was a shabby experience. We were traveling & l guess the woman who did my nails considered me a one time customer. She didnt trim my nails to match in length. Within a week, I lost polish on one toe on each foot. I now have my large toenail digging into my foot as it wasnt clipped properly. All this for $45 plus $3 because I used a debit card. No thanks. I will never come back even tho I am frequently in Meridian.

I’m from out of town visiting and my friend and I decided to try Gloss because they could fit both of us in for a gel mani and pedi. They started both our manicures at the same time, but mine took around 2 hours while the gal who did my friend took around 30 minutes. My gal offered to do a 4th of July design on one nail on each hand but did 3 nails on each; she chose a color that didn’t match the red I requested, she kept messing up the star design on my thumbs she chose and kept using acetone on the white base color to correct the stars. When my nails were done she also had me use acetone to make the nails shine but I think it only damaged the top coat because my nails with designs started chipping within 4 hours. My friends manicurist didn’t even clean/trim her nails or cuticles which is probably why hers were completed much quicker and why 5 of her nails started chipping within 4 hours as well. Since they’re already chipping and I wasn’t really impressed with the design anyways I wanted a refund for the mani and to have them remove the polish since I can’t just take gel off at home, but the manager only refunded me $25 of the $75 I spent and said she’d only fix it tomorrow if I didn’t accept the refund. For the amount of money and the total 3 hour spent there I would have liked to see my mani atleast withstand 24 hours.

Natalie was amazing! She was very sweet, kind, gentle and social with us. She offered my friend and I something to drink and did an amazing job on our nails. I would go again to her and referral my friends.

I came in for my wedding nails with a specific request for ombré nails. The nail tech tried but couldn’t and ended up wasting all the time for my appointment. She then said that she didn’t have time to do my nails for my wedding and told me to go somewhere else. I finally settled for French tip. And she wouldn’t make them how I requested them and questioned me during the entire process. They do not look good. She kept me there from 10:00 in the morning until 1:00 and did a subpar job. I don’t recommend this salon. Especially for a special occasion.

Honestly, I had to go in 2 days later for nail repair. Then 4 days later the repairs were coming off. I didnt go back in a 3rd time for repairs because I dont have time to be sitting in a salon chair again. They were very polite though. Very nice women.

I saw Abby to get a set of acrylic nails done. I’m generally fairly picky about my stiletto nails because some people just don’t get the shape right. She did a great job. Two weeks in and I haven’t even broken one which is pretty abnormal for me

Had my nails done by Britin. 1st time at this shop. And my last. Asked for colored French tips, she informed me she doesnt like doing french tips. That should of been my 1st clue. Had a full set put on, asked for them to be rounded, their oval. Picked a burgundy color.She only put on 2 coats, nails look horrible.I have polish all over my fingers. She didnt even try cleaning them off. I work in the traveling industry and we recommend guests to all sorts of places. Ill never recommend this shop. And if asked about this shop Ill tell them to go somewhere else....

Went for my first time last week for a gel manicure during my lunch break since I work nearby, they took me in right away which was nice since I was a walk in, but I noticed the awkward atmosphere right away, it looked as though they had just opened and it was’t quite done. She said no, they had been there for about 7 years but they had just had a remodel (ok, makes sense)...a few months ago.Hrm...ok...If you say so. I started taking notice of things and nothing looked “remodeled”. Then as I was about finished another customer (who seemed like a longtime customer) noticed a cash machine and commented how that was odd, her tech then mentioned that they only accept cash now, over hearing this I asked my tech about the cash policy and she said that was correct, but told me it’s fine the owners installed an ATM (which of course charges a fee). Overall I would not say the tech was friendly (not rude either, just had a very monotone glum demeanor about her). I suppose I should have noticed the atm upon entering, and questioned it then, but it seems like that’s something that’s A) a bit shady (especially in this day in age), B) very inconvenient.Now onto my actual mani: I’ve been getting gels off and on for over 5 years now and they always last 3-4 weeks. I’m not even 2 weeks into my manicure and it’s already peeling away on most of my nails. Needless to say the hunt continues for a great nail salon and I will not be returning.

When I first found Gloss I was worried about the location because of previous owners but owners HAVE CHANGED and they do amazing now.I have been going to Gloss for a few years now and they all have been very nice and willing to work around with times! If there is a place that could charge more for their services it should be them! Great work for an amazing price, and I am no easy client!

I brought my friend to get a pedicure. The girl who did it seemed like she was pretty new. I am not even sure if she went to beauty school. She did not know how to use the cuticle clippers and kept saying how she didnt want to hurt my friend. You can use pedicure tools like they are supposed to be used without hurting someone. And then when she used the foot file she didnt put any elbow grease into it. The whole point is to get the dead skin off and that takes a little muscle. If not, then whats the point? I dont think anyone should be doing hair or nails without going to school and having a license. Im not even sure if that is legal to do without a license. Then ontop of it the girl doing my friends nails had a scheduled appointment thatbwalked in that she didnt even know she had. How do you not know you have an appointment coming in? That lady did not look happy and they did not start on her pedicure until 30 minutes after her scheduled time. I would have been very upset if that was me. Then what is the point of scheduling an appointment? The cost was $45 and we do not think the service or knowledge was worth the $45. Needless to say we will not return there and will search for a more professional nail salon closer to our new house. I am not trying to be rude or negative, I am just being honest about our experience.

I went in for a fill and it took an hour and 45 minutes. Attention to detail was evident but two nails have chipped off at the corners and I got them done yesterday afternoon. I won’t go back - aside from the time it took, the lack of conversation and the attitude with the front desk girl, there was a $3 charge to use a debit card.

Literally the best experience ever! They were done within 40 minutes, and the staff was incredible! My nails look amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back!XOXO Hannah💋

Not the best experience-Pros- my appointment was on time with in 5 mins, tech took the time to know what I wanted, techs were friendly, end result was nice ( not great not bad- in all reality could have gone to any salon for the same results and for less)Cons- Under quoted when appointment was made ( full set acrylic nails with gel polish and one small rhinestone on 1 finger each hand ), unclean- tech used the same equipment on my nails as the customer before with out being sterilized, tech next to us walked around salon barefoot. tech was on cell phone and made me feel like I was make her late or something.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Got my nails done lastnight, theyre uneven in length and thicknes, glue everywhere, the face nail tip and acrylic is digging into the sides of my thumbs causing bleeding and purple discoloration of the tips of my thumbs. The lady dropped a brush for the acrylic powder to shape on your nails on the floor then picked it up and proceeded to use it on my hands! When I called to see if they would fix it this morning I was told no because I went to urgent care and they filed them down (so I wasnt bleeding and so I wouldnt lost the tips of my thumbs)... this is by far the worst experience and customer service I have ever felt with. Please dont waste your money. I paid 60+ for a set with green polish and glitter on my ring finger, just to have bleeding and pain and an urgent care bill because they refuse to do whats right. I was told I should have left them bleeding and purple until they were open today by the manager/owner. And since I went to urgent care and they messed with them they wont do anything now. So what I was supposed to bleed and have purple fingers all night, no thanks I want to keep my fingers and thumbs!

Got a pedicure here and Jenny did a great job. Great attention to detail and made my toes look awesome. Definitely recommend!

Worst customer service ever. They refuse to fix a set I paid for yesterday. Theyre uneven in length and thickness, you can see the glue line under the polish, the fake nails arent filed and are causing bleeding and discoloration. Apparently the nail tech is and emt and nurse of some sort and says hospitals and urgent care wouldnt remove or file.fake nails down... then how the hell did the urgent care file them down for me so they werent in my nail bed or fingers. Just please dont waste your hard earned money. 60+ bucks to have to go to a dr to have them fixed. Fake nails shouldnt cause bleeding, and purple tips of your fingers. Please please dont get hurt do your research before going in somewhere. I trusted facebook reviews and spaced checking googles lesson learned.

Pretty disappointed with my polish. Pedi was great until polish time. Didnt see it until i got home but the polish on 1 of my big toes doesnt even go to the skin. Also, its only been nearly 3 hours and theres already a BIG chip in my polish.

She was absolutely amazing and we have good conversations, she did an amazing job and i have gotten so many compliments on my nails and i referred each on to this place. totally worth my money!

Wife went here for the first time came home and said her thumbs were hurting. I had to help her unglued her skin from the bottom side of the nail. All of her nails look lifted almost like the tech had no idea what they were doing. Second day and they are already chipping can just tell they were done poorly, over priced for subpar work will not be letting her go here again

They did a good job but they over charger and made my fingers bleed I got a very simple but it was $60 and and after I left my nails and fingers hurt so bad.
