Vapor Loft Chinden

I would have giving a 4 or 5 star but when I came in last night. (7-26-24) I came in looking for coils for my RDA(rebuildable deck attachment) neither of the 2 employees working really knew what I was looking for. Its crazy how much of a lost art building your own stuff is.

Amazing shop! I love that they can sell individual coils! Sometimes i dont have enough for a whole pack Very knowledgeable staff and so many choices to choose from!

I am not one to give reviews in respect to actually doing so in the form as this one is. Matter fact, this is my first time doing so. THANKYOU to the employees that are rockstar awesome in every aspect of being outstanding, friendly, product knowledgeable, and absolutely genuine in the amazing way they do their jobs!!!!! I am new to vaping and to being a customer to your store. Both times I have stopped in have been fantastic beginning to end. Disposable vape is still brand new even fully powered on or fully charged. It will stop working brought it into them. Only used it twice and they’re responses. Sorry but I can sell you a brand new one.

I do curbside pickup for my husband as I dont want to bring my child inside which is a great service they provide. They are always super friendly and helpful! My husband says their prices are fantastic and they are quite knowledgeable as well.

It was a good little vape shop. Professional. Mellow. No over the top service but certainly nothing offensive. Always room for improvement but hey were great. Really good deals also.

I got conned. Bought a vape disposable from the female clerk who also hates coconut after a long talk about that I decided to go with the glazed donut they said it was like a pastry and creamy. I should have opened it in front of them I guess but it doesn’t matter they don’t guarantee their products or have any customer satisfaction guarantee. Anyways the Viho Glazed donut which is double the price at the vapor loft then it is online tastes just like coconut. Only coconut. They won’t take it back. The guy who was there when I bought it was there and said tough basically. The lady who sold it to me sucks because it’s 30$ in store and $16 online and I feel ripped off. There are plenty of vape shops in town so I’d say choose another which cares about their customers more. Check online to see the price of the disposable vape they are about to sell you. Even with shipping it’s cheaper. And don’t buy the glazed donut one if you dont like coconut.

Stays open late. Which is great for someone who is a night owl and prefers to spend my evenings with my wife instead of having to rush out and grab what I need. Biggest selling point is they are very consistent with their juice selection. Nothing worse than finding a flavor you like only for it never to be seen again within a month or two. Havent had that issue here yet. Workers are always polite and the place is always clean.

Great and friendly staff that is very knowledgeable. Helped me get everything I needed and always has what I need in stock. They have a very large selection of products, and have some of the best prices that Ive seen around the valley. Definitely would recommend Vaporloft Chinden for all of your needs.

Every time I come in Bree is usually the one to help me out, she’s super helpful and knows what juices to guide me too. She’s never seem to disappoint me and is great at her job. I had not been in this store for the last few months because of incident that occurred. I decided to give them another shot and I’m glad I did. The store was able to explain certain policies in a kind and honest manor and in a way that I can understand. The store went out of their way to correct the issue which made a huge impact on my decision to rewrite this post. The last two employees that have helped me have been very kind and wonderful. I love the selection of juices they have and I love having a local option.

Everyone is super helpful when I go in there. Bree is an amazing person and always helps me find what I need when I am there alone with Dakota. Both super friendly helpful employees. To the young lady that is out on maternity leave I wish you the best. You also were super helpful and super friendly to me everything I was in. Even if I am across town and need a vape I always wait to shop here because of the employees.

Great items great prices amazing services

I shop here regularly and I love this vape shop. I bought a Cloudflask vape here for a very reasonable price and Ive been coming back ever since to buy coils for it and juice as well. Very friendly staff and never understaffed. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to get what I need and check out. For the most part the prices are some of the best compared to other local vape shops.

I started coming here like 3-4 months ago and compared to the other vape shops around town this one is the best. I really enjoy this place. The vibe is so relaxed. The people that work there are awesome. They are always fully stocked w product that I need.

The girl that works weekday evenings is awesome! She helped me troubleshoot my vape. Super helpful, very friendly, and knowledgeable! Ive been a loyal customer to VAPE for many years. Ill never go back there now. She definitely won my business!

Mipods are packaged and sold in boxes of two, they aren’t even packaged for individual sale. These facts won’t prevent them from charging you $4.99/pod however and not saying anything until afterwards. Oh well, I won’t be back.

Came in the other day and they were out of the product I wanted, Nathan was able to reccomend a different product which I actually now Prefer! Will come back again thank you:)

The best selection I’ve ever seen for disposables. Nathan was awesome-so kind from the second we walked in the door!

I went in to get a replacement vape and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about all their products. Had an issue a few days later and they were able to help solve the issue right away. ( I cooked the coil before letting the juice fully soak in)Also the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.

I have been in here 3 TIMES TODAY for a simple glass replacement. The first time, I got a glass... it was the wrong size. Second time, went back to exchange it for a new one, still the wrong size. THIRD TIME, went back to exchange.. thought it was the right one, the worker put it on for me(free of charge) then it fell off & broke, then I was charged. Not sure what the issue is with getting a glass replacement. But this store have already been pretty difficult as to helping with my needs except for juice and coils.

Amazing staff and selection. I always make sure to stop there when I am in town. The only place that carries Hyde Cinnamon Banana. Wish they had a location here!! Highly recommend checking it out for yourself!!

Horrible customer service by Alicia! I came in today and bought some juice and several coils. Went out to my car and took the juice out of the box only to notice that it was WAY darker than usual so I checked the bottom of the bottle to find that it had been expired for over 4 months. I immediately went back in store (the juice was still unopened) and told her about it. She looked and said that there was nothing she could do for me and that their return policy was printed on the receipt (of which she never gave me) and when I brought up the fact that I never got a receipt she said that I never asked for one. She also said that its not their fault if the juice is expired because they dont check the dates and that thats the responsibility of the customer to check that before they leave the store. I have never had such a rude experience in a vape shop. DONT GO HERE, THEY SELL EXPIRED PRODUCTS AND DONT CARE!Edit: go to the vapor loft on overland. They replaced my juice no problem and were equally confused and surprised at this stores behavior and policy. Thanks to Jack and his manager for taking care of me and they have definitely redeemed the Vapor Loft brand for me.

Very clean store with good prices and great products. Awesome affordable juices and they will talk you through your builds if you need help. Very helpful and nice staff. I love this store! :)

Worst experience, I was sold a coil and a Nexxus vape, and they both were broken and no good. When I went back they said they could process a refund, and the next day when I called and made sure I could get a refund, the Sales person “Alicia” said she can’t process a refund. I called the other store and they were more than happy too! It really sucks that some people are too lazy to do their job ! :)

Joey was super helpful.. I was having trouble getting my vape to work. They were the only place that had coils and pods for my lyra (I called every Nampa vape store and they were my last call for Meridian). I had to come back inside when my vape still wouldnt work with the new stuff and he helped me get it working and made suggestions. He is fantastic and the amount of options in the store for parts and juice was great! I live in Nampa but the Chinden location is now the only vape store I will be doing business with. Thank you for everything! You rock!

Worst experience ever. Bought rpm80 pods, got the rpm not the rgc. Never left the counter and asked to switch or return when I paid and they handed to me and they said no that because I paid its final. No returns. Literally had not even left the counter. Worst customer service of any store Ive ever been too. Go to any other shop and you will have a better experience.

Always have super friendly service. Bethany is the reason I go in simply because shes so helpful and knowledgable. She always knows everything about what I need plus she is super friendly and always able to answer my questions.

I bought a $9 disposable vape pen, paid, walked to my car that was parked directly in front of the shop, opened the item and noticed immediately that it was leaking and obviously broken. I walked right back into the shop and showed the woman that sold it to me (no more than 3 minutes prior) that it was broken, at which point her, another worker, and 2 other people just sitting there all in unison told me that in no way was it their policy to do anything about it. No refund, no new product, no discount, no I am sorry about that, just you are SOL! Needless to say they lost my business👎

So its been a minute sense I last Vaped. I knew and still know nothing upon entering the store, but this place was quick, clean and professional. Bethany helped me pick out my unit and the juice, she never tried to upsell me, just asked a few questions and helped me decide what I needed most to fit my lifestyle. Vapor Loft Chinden is the best vape store in the valley. The entire staff is very knowledgeable on all the products and devices they have in stock.They are constantly bringing in new products to keep up with the growing vape customers. Its the store to be buying all your vape supplies.

Usually I have a decent experience here but today I bought smok v8 q4 atomizer. The problem was it was faulty and didnt work. When I returned to the shop a couple hours later I was told that 1 in 5 v8s from smok are faulty and if have to buy a new one. She wasnt nice about it and had a thats how it is deal with it attitude. She didnt explain anything or offer 50% off like the vapor loft on overland did. I went here often and spent plenty here but this kind of service isnt worth my time or money. Only out of desperation will I ever step foot in here again. They need to inform their customers of this policy before they sell faulty products to customers.

Been a regular here for months and one experience will ruin it all. Bought a 5 pack of coils from one of their “new hires” and was given the wrong ones. When I called and spoke to the manager she blamed me for not being specific enough for her new hire and would do nothing to fix the problem. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Beyond pissed! Ive never had an establishment piss me off as bad as this vape shop! My bestfriends family owns a vape shop as well and I’m always there even with my 5 year old nephew! With that said I walked in today with my mom and nephew and before even greeting us the young girl there says he can’t be in here! Now I can understand if he was getting into stuff and touching things but that wasn’t the case..you are aloud to take your child into the liquor store as long as they stay right by their guardian and don’t touch anything! Same with vape shops/smoke shops! She made him stand outside the door since I refused to keep him inside a hot car! I will never go back there and really want to make sure they are aware that children are aloud in as long as they’re not in any harm or touching stuff or getting into things!

By far the best vape shop. They are always so newest and helpful and there prices are some of the best around. I moved 15 minutes in the opposite direction and its still the location I go to.
