Mesquite Vapes

I purchased an E- cigarette from this place which did not work in the store due to I needed to take it home and charge it. Took it home put it on the charger for 4 hours without any change. I brought it back and was denied my money back or an exchange. The lady called the owner and he said to come back in 3 days. This is not a way to treat your customer. I come to this vape shop a of the time. This will definitely be my last and I suggest no one else come here either

Had the vape I was looking for in stock. They have good deals on vapes. Im from New Orleans, so I had to call around, and this one had a wide variety and great customer service. Highly recommend.

V was the most amazing host! He remembered my order from about 2 months ago, he is always with a smile and makes you feel welcomed. The products are amazing and they have good variety.

Hey guys I can’t tell you the last time I have left a review maybe once in my 40 years of living in I can’t remember that one. So I don’t leave reviews honestly ant all. Mesquite Vapes is a must visit store w/best deals. Liquid brand name “Naked”. Most stores are anywhere from $16-$20 bucks per bottle. At Mesquite Vapes $10.99/11.99 per bottle. Both employees a man and the woman are both awesome. Just can’t say enough about this Vape store and both employees that work there. I live on the other side of Mesquite and have 2 or 3 vapes stores within 1-3miles from my home. However I will drive to old Mesquite for this one and only mesquite vape store.

Overall, not bad. Its a little niche shop and even though the products offered isnt vast, what they do have is pretty good. Im definitely interested in those mystery bags and their clearance items. V was a very nice professional. Will be back next week

Great place, good prices,and many selections

We were just passing through but man the customer service was exceptional at this vape shop. Kaylen was super helpful and knowledgeable about the vapes that we were looking for. A message to the owner: keep hiring people like kaylen, because seriously if a tourist is making a review like this, she must be doing something right! Great place. Ive been coming here for a few years. All the employees really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. And if you dont know much about vaping, this is the place you should be. Got my latest vape here and the guy, I forget his name, even set it up for me since I cant read that small instruction booklet (can anyone?). This is the only place I go. 5 stars, baby.

**update**Every single time I come in, quite consistently I have the same wonderful experience, the people here at this store are so helpful and kind, I had a hard day today and the ladies there are always so pleasant, even if it’s a different person they have all been so kind and pleasant, I would like to contact the owner of this store and send them my compliments on the wonderful people there that give me a great experience every time I go there.Very pleasant experience, the older lady with white hair was extremely helpful and nice, Ive found my go-to vape shop! :)

Went in as 1st time and the cashier was busy with another customer and did inform us she would be with us asap as soon as she could ask what could she help up with the phone rings and they are telling her to check are hands because we are stealing now they have nothing on countertops where we stood and she is going back and forth with someone on the phone telling them we have nothing and that she is looking at our hands he still yelling as we can hear him on the phone she hangs up and tries to explain from his point of view what he can see I told her will not be buying from this store and left never have felt so uncomfortable she was respectful and nice and apologized and asked if we would give them another chance

They had what I wanted, at a fair price.They have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.I have enjoyed doing business with them for about 3 years now.I DO recommend them.

I have never been treated so poorly. bought it and got it home it didnt work. My mouth filled up with vape juice, not fun after paying $65.. I went back immediately and was told they dont do returns. The clerk called him and he was abusive on the phone to the clerk who sold it to me and myself. He hollered and screamed profanity at me and I screamed back in self defense I have never been talked to like this. He said leave it and he would look at it. I didnt feel comfortable after all that. There isnt a UPC code on box, first sign of a scam. The woman apologized profusely, she was embarrassed. DO NOT GO HERE. I was not asked to leave. I have already reported to the better buisness bureau.

I like the place and the customer service. However, Im sitting outside during normal business hours in which it should be open, it even says its an essential business but they are closed. There is a back in 5 sign too But Ive been out here for over 30 min.. nothing . Its really disappointing 😩

Huge selection and cheapest juice prices in town. I switched from another vape shop I was a regular at to this one 2 weeks ago. The lady who works in the evening is very sweet and helpful.
