Clayton sure loves sucking that lollipop. Couldn’t stop taking it out of his mouth during the transaction. Wasn’t interested in explaining the point system and just seemed over it bc he wanted to go back to his lollipop and talking about nothing with a worker. I have better interactions with the other workers but every time I have to check out with him, he’s always like that. Every time I greet him, he never greets back.This is an honest review. Not writing to earn points or badmouth but say my honest experience every time I would go. I stopped going to this location and go to the other one located in mesquite as well.
Went earlier for cheech & Chong products, which this location was out. I was told I could go to another location but was never offered another product. I eventually just chose at random(I should have just left and went to a familiar location) I go to check out the girl wouldn’t apply my 15% off VIP which I was told I could use at any location because it comes up with my phone number. She lied and said she couldn’t and that I needed a physical card?(Which I’ve never gotten) I’ve been to the Hutchins, Coppell and Forney locations which have all been GREAT! Much better customer service and Very helpful!

Great experience Great prices helpful employees. I will make this a go to spot and they are open till 11pm. They asked me to give a five-star review for a discount on my order, which is incredibly unethical.one of the workers very outwardly doesnt like me, after i told the (seemingly cool) GM that the aforementioned employee asked to use some of the delta product i bought on-the-clock ((i thought the stuff was legal tho??))its not enough hate to cause a scene, but a couple of others working behind the counter clearly treat me differently now, too.its definitely enough hate for me to never want to return.
