I purchased my mom a gift card for Mother’s Day. I checked the website for prices before I purchased the gift card. When my mom called to schedule her massage she was told the price of the gift card was the member price for the massage and she would need to pay an additional $50! The website said nothing about it being a member price, only an intro price which my mom would have qualified for because she hasn’t been there in more than 6 months. When I called to clarify at 5:10 pm the store was closed and the call center couldn’t help me. So now I have to wait for them to call me back to get a refund on the gift card so I can actually get my mom a massage for Mother’s Day. I will never support this company ever again! I do not recommend purchasing gift cards from them at all!
I should have listened to all the reviews about how bad the management is here on top of the fact that I never hear anything good about massage envy. But despite it all, I wanted to give it a try because I am looking for a massage place since I’m new to the area. I typically get massages monthly and have never had a bad experience until now. The service was okay, but I’ve definitely had better. Their head rest is so uncomfortable and left my neck in more pain than when I arrived. The real issues was upon checking out when I realized I was shorted time (it was supposed to be 90 mins) and when discussing it with manager who was at the front, Jade, she made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. I understand they have to do their due diligence, check the cameras and everything to verify, and I am completely okay with that, but it’s the fact that she tried to downplay the situation as if a customer being shorted on a service that they are paying for is not a big deal. What kind of example are you setting? I was trying to explain to her the principle behind the issue and she still tried to argue me down.After speaking with her supervisor, she did call me back to rectify the situation, which I do appreciate. I still would never come back here given the experience and that it seems to be a common issue based on some of the reviews. The reason why I felt the need to still leave this review, despite her reaching back out is because I feel as though the manager still did not understand the principle on why being shorted on time is an issue, and that is an issue that needs to be addressed
Bianca was absolutely amazing and would never want to leave except for the fact that I had to move to a different city. But I warn each and every person and will post this as much as I can to be aware of trying to cancel your membership. After almost 6 months of trying to get it canceled this company is still charging my card without my approval, though My membership was supposed to have been canceled at my request at the beginning of the year. After multiple calls still nothing and yet they are trying to tell me that my account is suspended due to a payment that shouldn’t have occurred. It should never be this hard to cancel a membership has expired. If it wasn’t for my bank, letting me know that they are still charging my card. I wouldn’t have known and paid for absolutely nothing. At this point since all I keep doing is getting handed to manager after manager I am taking the direction of my bank And processing and going through small claims. Who would’ve thought something as calming as a massage place could cause so much stress that is unneeded if they just followed with the customer asked them to do.
This was my first time at Massage Envy Mesquite. Let me tell you, from the moment I walked in until the time I left, the hospitality was AMAZING! Grayson at check in exudes calmness and professionalism. Now let’s talk about my massage with Corrie! You guys. I almost wanted to cry because it was ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY AMAZING. Who knew Corrie was what I was missing in my life?! After today’s treatment, I am making this a monthly self-care routine. Can’t stop, won’t stop! Thank you to this amazing crew for exceptional service! Take allllll of my money!
I’ll say, this location has an extremely professional and welcoming staff. The establishment was clean and organized from what I saw. My service was outstanding and the customer service was even better! I will be recommending this location to anyone in need of an amazing massage, with a great customer service experience from start to finish. Prices can’t be beat either.
For facials, its always Bianca a kind spirit that offers excellent services. She does not miss. My skin has changes for the better. For massages, try Corrie or Niya. All 3 of these ladies are gifted in their specialty services.
The worst experience ever. The lady working with me was rude and kept making sassy comments. She went really hard on my back with her elbow and didnt ease up even when I told her it hurts. I actually have bruises on my back afterwards! Whod thought I end up worse then when I came. Id say I want my money back, but at this point, no amount of money will cover the unsatisfying experience Ive got.

We have been members at the Town East location since it opened. Historically the experience was wonderful and the therapist are great but lately the scheduling is horrible. We keep getting appointments only to find out they aren’t available. This has happened 3 times. When we ask to speak with a manager about the issue we are told there isn’t one available. This is very disappointing.
I’m not sure why this location has such a low rate… the staff and massage therapist are all amazing! I’ve always had great service and been going there since January 2024. Massage tech was excellent.Administration is terrible.Made an appointment but had to cancel for that day and reschedule for the next.Massage Envy billed me $80 for the cancelation. I brought it to their attention twice. They stated they would resolve it. 2 months later and still havent seen the $80.will not be booking with Massage Envy again.Still havent seen my $80.
They offer prenatal massages but don’t have a prenatal table so I wasn’t able to FULLY relax. You don’t get a full hour, I had to sign so much paperwork that by the time I was undressed it was 13 mins after my start time (2:13) When I got up to get dressed it was 3 mins before my end time (2:57) I got a foot scrub added on so in all I got about a 35 min body massage. My back actually hurt the next day when it wasn’t my issue to begin with. The masseuse Shannon was nice tho.
Nathan cut my 60 minute massage 11 mins short, my appointment was for 12:30 , i got there at 12:35, and was on the table by 12:45 for emt and rapid tension, i could be wrong but i was under the impression that the rtr is 15 mins added to my 60 but it wasn’t the case this time . terrible massage he only massaged ( barely) my legs and back while on my stomach and then only my neck, no arm massage no feet no glutes or hands at all. the only reason i noticed i was getting cheated is because once i was flipped over i took a peak at my timer and it had 13 mins left when i looked , 2 mins later he was done at 1:20. not even a full hour. i feel like i’ve been cheated and now i have to have another appointment because he made my condition worse. and also wasted time because i took off of work for my monthly massage. this is my second incident with massage since i’ve gotten my membership, i had a 90 minute massage cancelled 10 mins beforehand because a therapist didn’t show at the casa linda location as well . and i was already in a uber and i couldn’t be accommodated. the front desk girl also tried to charge my card for 20$ twice right after i left and she couldn’t give me a reason y
This is my go to place to get a massage! I absolute LOVE getting a massage from Tyna! I always pre-book her in advance. She gets all my knots out!! A MUST TO GET HER!!!! The only thing I noticed is that they do pressure and insist everyone to get a membership. This is more for Massage Envy in general, I only wish that there is a way to see how many credits a member has and more status details.
This was my first time at this location and I am so disappointed. HIPPA violation is at its max. They sat us in a waiting area in the back where assessments is done and everyone else and they are carrying out assessment in the same little space. I honestly was not suppose to know is the guy who came after me has high blood pressure or that the next person had chronic pain. I openly asked the lady doing the assessment if they usually carry out assessments in this manner and she said yes and continued asking the customer private questions openly. I am never ever going back there. Never
The worst massage experience ever at Massage Envy and I have been several times but at a different location.First of all the therapist feel asleep rubbing my feet. Secondly my back is in much more pain than before requested service.Not to mention I left and caught a spasm in my leg. I was tensed the entire service and didn’t fall asleep as I always do being that my body be so relaxed.I let the receptionist know and all she replied was she sorry would I like to tip with no accommodations to the terrible service.
Far from a zen journey, more like theft!Massage envy has drained our HSA account is holding our money hostage!I lived in Mesquite when I started my membership and then moved to Terrell (no massage envy there). I called back in the fall to say that we were having a hard time making time to take advantage of the membership. At this point we already about 18 credits between my husband and I. They gave us the option to pay $20/month each to use those credits (money we had already paid) in order not to continue to add additional credits we could not possibly use. But what person in their right mind does that?! The other option was to cancel and use all credits within 60 days. But if not used, we would forfit that money, they would keep over $1500!At that time we decided to make our best efforts to attempt to use it, because what person in their right mind opt for either of those?! Oh yes - they allowed us to transfer 2 credits with of course a fee.Fast forward to January ‘23 - my HSA card expired. I did not notice until they called me in February. At that time, I called my financial institution and they had to wait and clear the lost card and reissue. About 7-14 business days for each process. Meanwhile, I received about 10 calls and text messages from them, when I had already told them I would call when I had the card.Today, they called again - remember that at this time we are back to having 18 total credits. The collections efforts are way out of line! We do not owe them! We have 18 credits. I explain the situation and the lady that I initially talked to acted like a hard collections person - you owe us and have to pay now type of attitude. I request to speak to a manager and she dumps my call to someone else (much nicer) but still not a manager to only have me retell the issue.All in all - this is not a zen journey as they advertise. To clarify- when we go it is a decent experience, but with moving our elderly parents in (with health issues), 2 children, full time jobs (one traveling 90%) and grad school, this is far from our priority.Massage envy has drained our HSA account is holding our money hostage!I just want my money back and to cut ties with them.

The front desk staff was nice. My massage was mediocre. My masseuse seemed to be inexperienced. I understand that theyre supposed to focus on the requested areas. However, I didnt receive the FULL BODY massage that I paid for.She let me know that she wouldnt be able to get to other areas due to lack of time. But you didnt start until 10 minutes after my scheduled time. I was not pleased!Do Better!
Terrible customer service! They lied about 6 month membership auto renewing. The manager would not work something out with me so I had to get my bank involved. I still had sessions and made appointments for them. The last appointment I had to reschedule and everything seemed fine. Got to my appointment and The manager (who stopped me right when I got in the door) told me I would have to pay a non-membership price even though that session was already paid for. No one called me before hand to warn me about it. The manager said that the staff doesnt have access to certain information. She had me drive up there on purpose knowing my session was going to cost more. Should have known they were going to do something shady because no one called me to remind me I had an appointment.
I have been a member almost a year now but this place is a joke, i was seen once and as I walk out after my session, I was pushed to make my next appointment and was told that I will get reminder call a day before my appointment. so, I agreed and made my appointment. I was guaranteed a reminder call a day before, because I told them I will forget due to my work schedule being very busy.however I was called a day of my appointment 20 minute pass my appointment and told that they charged me because I didnt show up. when I ask for a manager, Andrea said she was assistant manager and she cant do anything but to charge me. also, mentioned that they dont have to make a reminder call and was my responsibility to remember. she was rude and did not show any willing to listen either. I will never, go back to this office, do not make an appointment at this office unless you are sure to remember it cause they pretty much want you to forget and charge you for it. will never renew my membership either.
The staff was friendly and professional. The massage was my first and it was great. However, I think I was over charged for a chemical peel. They charged me for a facial and chemical peel, but I didnt have a facial done. I was seen between other customers scheduled appointments , and I was happy to accept. I only did a chemical peel, no steam, no massage, no extractions, and all in all it took 20 minutes. When I asked why I was charged so much the manager explained that such appointments require an hour slot, lol.....i didnt have an hour appointment. Bottom line is I appreciated them trying to accommodate my request for the chemical peel, but that shouldnt mean I get over charged. I wouldve been a regular customer but seriously doubt it now. No one wants to walk away feeling over charged.
The massage was great! I was booked for an hour massage and showed up 5 minutes early to check in. Apparently your time starts when you walk in the door because I was only in the building for a total of 52 minutes which included checking in and about a five minute wait to go back for massage, get undressed, and actually get massage which again was GREAT! Only big complaint I had was the tech talked and asked me random questions throughout entire massage. Personally I prefer silence so I can relax. Also Apparently the tech could smell cigarette smoke in my hair and so I got a lecture on how I should quit smoking, how much she hates the smell of smoke, and her battle to try to get her mother to quit smoking. Personally I felt a little embarrassed and irritated 😕. I also felt a little ripped off since my Actual massage only lasted about 38 minutes when my husband paid for and gifted me a FULL HOUR massage. Im a clock watcher so I was surprised when I looked at my watch and realized I wasnt going to get the full hour even though I showed up early to ensure I had time to check in and receive the entire hour massage.
This location has been a dismal disappointment.. when you schedule and appointment your 50/50 that it’s set on the right day and/or time.When you ask for a manager you get the “ owner is busy can you come back at...”I have over 40 paid for sessions and I get zero help when they screw up.The service can be good at times but most of my experiences have been lackluster at best.I wanted to stop the auto draft and simply close my entire account, but that can’t be done at the facility either.... well it dang sure was easy enough to get signed up and get my money...Totally fed up with this company and I would like to be reimbursed for my paid for sessions but that’s NOT going to happen either is it ???Big rip off
This was my first massage EVER. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because I have a thing about being touched by others but nothing about my session was awkward. She made me feel comfortable and gave me advice as to how I can relieve stress in addition to getting a massage on the regular. The session was the perfect length (1hr). The room was clean with a soothing setting. Also, the young ladies at the front desk were very hopeful and polite. I will return for another session. I highly recommend.

All,First Id like to say that each time (2 or 3) that I have been the staff has been great! Ok now real stuff, just got this membership pre-pandemic and maintained an active account the whole duration. So I have a few hrs on hand however with a flexible it is extremely hard to schedule and keep an appt. Called to find out what my options were: wanted to cancel and transfer to a friend who really would benefit even become a member, the response was ridiculous in my opinion. Not able to cancel and transfer, can only freeze and use remaining hrs, if frozen then you can transfer with a fee, I have to pay again to transfer hrs already paid for. Wasnt looking to be reimbursed just transfer the unused hours. To make this short and not be an A hole, I ended up canceling, so Ive paid the over $1400 because I like giving money as if Im rich especially right now! So frustrated and thats putting it mild.Jerry

This place just ripped me off big time. I had a gift card for a 1.5 hour massage, 30 min facial and all tips included. But because I had been to one of their other locations years ago and she said because I was not a member I only got a 1 hr massage and that left a $10 tip. Janice gave was good but I could not get it across to her that I didnt want to be head lower than body and my neck bent backwards was killing me. So if she could have gotten me comfortable then she was really decent. The only good part was when she faced me up and worked my neck over. We were of like minds in many things. But I was still so ticked off about being ripped off by the front desk. This is also going to Yelp and anywhere else too.
Oh My Goodness! This was the BEST massage ever. I had the 60 Minute Full Body & 60 Minute Facial, thanks to my youngest son, Aaron. It was my birthday gift from him. The first 30 minutes the masseuse worked to get the knots out of my back and shoulder areas and the next 30 were very relaxing. Within the first 5 minutes of my facial I was asleep. It was so relaxing and well worth the price.
My fiance and I went in for a couples massage in August and after the massage were asked if we wanted to sign up for a membership. We were told that we could cancel anytime and never once was it mentioned that this was a 1 yr contract we were entering. We never received any paperwork regarding our membership either. Called yesterday to cancel the membership seeing as we were told when signing up that we could do this anytime, and were told we had entered a 12 month agreement and could not cancel if we did not pay the full year. I was SHOCKED! I would NEVER have signed up had I known this. I was told the best they could do is to charge us for the next 3 months and then cancel our membership in December. Just dont want the the next person to get duped so make sure before signing up.
Very bad experience. Wanted to give they a chance since they are closer to my house, I unfortunately regret this. Paid for a full body massage and did ok on my shoulders as I requested but the rest felt like my 7 year old daughter was giving me massage, very slow and inefficient. Massage lotion was cold. At the end asked to come back to basically do a full body massage for 90 min because it was recommended by therapist, how can she recommend that service if barely massaged me. Only nice thing about this place was the warm tables.
Im not one to go and leave bad reviews, but honestly this is the worst massage I had ever gotten. I woke up in bad back pain the next day cause the lady who did my massage was very rough. I kept telling her to do it softer and I guess she didnt know what that meant. Another thing was that she was very loud in the room, Ive been to get massages other places, and they always whisper or small talk. This lady was yelling the whole time to the other lady giving my husband a massage. She also didnt really give me a whole body massage. She just really massaged my back (I was in pain the whole time). She didnt get to my legs, thighs, feet, neck etc. Horrible experience I had... It was an anniversary gift and sad to say it was the worst.
Ok, let me start by saying I NEVER write a review for anything, Im very easy going and never complain about anything. With that said Ive also had an account here for about a year and a half. I had appointments today for a massage and a facial and I wake up to my daughter very sick, fever, throwing up everything so I called to cancel and will be taking my daughter to the doctor. Im told your policy is to charge me for one of my services because of same day cancellation. I get the point of policies, however I have never had to do this before and this is 100% outside my control but Im still getting charged $65 for cancellation due to my 4 year old daughter getting very sick. I find this very very sad and shows how u truly feel about ur customers. I will be cancelling my account.
Went for my first time and got a prenatal massage with Janice. It was amazing and she did such a fantastic job making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be going back and seeing her again!

I have had massages at other chain clinics (LaVida, Michigan) before but my experience at Massage Envy Mesquite was second to none. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and seated in a relaxing room to fill out my wellness chart and offered water. Before my massage the clinic administrator, who is actually a Physical Therapist looked over my paperwork with me and sat for a while and spoke to me about my problem areas, recommendations, ect. I could tell he sincerely cared about my wellness and not just about my money. My introductory session cost $49.99 and I opted for the Deep Muscle Therapy package which was an extra $12.99 and totally worth it. My therapist was Shannon and I enjoyed my experience with her. She was strong but gentle, I expected to be uncomfortable for a lot of my massage as I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders but although at some points I felt a twinge of pain here or there, after she was done I felt incredible! I have joined their membership program which offers great discounts for monthly sessions, Steven (Clinic Admin.) was very transparent when going though the paperwork with me and answered all my questions. Needless to say I will definitely be going back to Massage Envy Mesquite!
My partner and I decided to go get a massage, we made an appointment early sunday morning for that same night and we had the last appointment of the day since we wanted to go in together and it was the only slot available for 2. We were looking forward to it the entire day. When we got there the receptionist were very nice and helpful. They told us we could add on a rapid tension session and we thought it was a great idea. As we went in the room our masseuses were complaining about how they didnt really like to do the rapid tension because they would rather do it with their hands. They looked very tired and annoyed, and they were kind of at each others throats the entire time as if they were in competition. It really just ruined the mood and our massages.
I have been going to massage envy for over a year now and I feel that I have the best massage therapist because Chris listens to his clients. You tell him what you need, where you are having pain and he helps to easy the pain. He listens if you feel that the pressure is to heavy or to lite but you have to communicate with him because he is not a mind reader. Chris is very professional, well mannered and friendly. I love going there because I always go home relaxed and feeling better then when I arrived. Thank you Chris for you dedication and hard work.
I went in for a massage today, for my Valentine’s Day gift from my wife. After, completing my paperwork, I was escort to the massage waiting area. It was their when I realized that drop my wallet in the front lobby area. Before, I could go to get to my wallet the lady that register me in, brought my wallet to me in the massage waiting area and said one of the massage therapist had find my wallet. I did not realize that the woman that work took my $60.00 dollars out of my wallet and left me $3.00, until I got ready to pay for my massage service.Before, I going into the Me Massage I count my money and I had $63.00 dollars in the wallet. I ask for the surveillance video to be check. The lady said, that she will have her manager to check the surveillance video and call me about the surveillance video. This place has no intergy staff and no core values. Today, I got money back!!!
Very dissatisfied on multiple levels. First, Patty didn’t focus on the area that I spoke with the front desk personal about. Then, she stated she had allergies which was understandable but what irritated me is that she took her mask off twice to cough. That is so disrespectful and horrid, especially during a pandemic, that’s ridiculous. I’m happy I kept my mask on even though they stated it was an option. And lastly, she pretty much talked the whole session and I couldn’t relax and enjoy myself.
Asked to reschedule due to a medical emergency and was told that I would have had to call yesterday. How in the world would I have known I was going to have a medical emergency in advance?? NEVER, EVER will I use Massage Envy!!!!
Make sure and stay a member otherwise the communication and customer service goes downhill. I was a member and regretted having to stop (but with everything happening, it is what it is and you save a penny where possible) I had multiple credits and was advised I had until the end of the year...now being told sorry those already expired over a month ago. I really enjoyed this facility for the time when I had a membership, but disappointed how it turned out in the end.
Surprised my significant other with a massage and was greatly disappointed. He specifically told the masseuse to focus on his lower back and he did not. I paid for him to have an hour deep tissue full body massage and he came home stating that all they did was his back. We will not return. I should have considered the negative reviews but decided to give them a chance because they are close to home.The masseuse also said, “Sorry Im not going to get to anything else, I ran out of time.”
My complaint is with the membership and how the staff mislead me when they explained it. Also once i completed all my membership payments I had 3 massages left no one notified me i had 60 days to use them or they expire. I would recommend no one to join message envy with all their hidden fees. Your better off just going to Spa Castle.
Hello, I was in there yesterday. The lady that give me my massage was very ruff!!! I kept ask her can she be softer. But she continue to be ruff my back is in so much pain. This is the worst massage I have ever receive in my life!!!i cant even sleep because my back is burning!!
As far as massages go..its good but I have had horrible service regarding being able to use my message sessions that I have paid for with the membership plan. Every time I call the mesquite staff cannot find my membership or even state how many sessions I have paid for and have left, then I get put on hold aND nothing every resolves. Dealing with a place that promotes stress relief should not be so stressful to use already paid for sessions as part of the membership plan and I recently got in the mail information that message envy has a suit against them by other people who have paid for membership sessions who could not access them.
Had a massage by an older lady there with many years experience. She was AMAZING! Very experienced in deep tissue. I highly recommed her. Customer service was great and didn’t have any problems.
My massage therapist has magic hands. I wont disclose his or her name, because I want her all to myself, but I never had any MT who was not pleasant and fit your needs. Great location and atmosphere.
The masseuse was extremely heavy handed which was not disclosed at the time of service in order to differentiate what kind of pressure should be used. It made the massage very uncomfortable at times. When the company was contacted, they only provided the response that Chris was heavy handed and to drink plenty of water. I am completely sore after this massage as I should not be. Chris was very talkative and somewhat unfriendly. While I know that he wanted to prevent any exposure of nudity from happening, I feel like he went about it in the wrong manner. This is the 1st time that I have not been pleased with a massage from anywhere, nevertheless Massage Envy.
I had a bad experience recently. The managers were extremely apologetic and eager to fix the issue. I really appreciate the effort they put in and it really changed my opinion. My masseuse was great and knowledgeable.
That is possibly the worst massage place to go unless you are in for rude terrible people who have no training. They hire people who do not know what they are doing, they think a massage is poking people with their fingers & then telling the person the massage is done and to leave also tips are to be left at the front counter. So when you are lucky enough to leave after what they call a massage the people at the front hold their hand out for a tip. This happened in Texas, Georgia & another state so this is how they train their hand monkeys this name was given to me by a couple of friends.
Emily who did my facial is amazing very sweet and caring young girl however the front desk is a mess becasue my mother and I took my sister who is 15 to get a facial and were making a big deal because my mother could not stay with her to get the facial but I was going to stay. It is not like she was going to be by herself at all I understand the polices of a minor which states that she has to be with an adult I showed them my ID its not like I am 18 I am 25 for all that matter plus my mother athorized that is was fine I stayed with my sister. At the end when I go a membership for my sister their attitude completely changed because I became a member mmm very interesting attitude from begging to end.
I understand at this moment we are all being cautions of going out and if we do go out, minimize the amount of people around us. All i wanted to do was call ahead to ask very simple questions. Are you open? If the phone had gone directly to VM it would have made sense the office was closed. But the fact that i called, it was sent to VM after the 3 ring made me question myself. So i called again. Straight to VM, them one more time out of curiosity, surly enough It rings all the way. I stop calling for about a good 5 mins then try again. This time she picked up and hung up on me. Surly by now some one would get mad like i did. I called one last time and just as i was about to reach a VM, she picked up. I specifically asked for a manager, to which she said no manager was available and that she was the only one. I explained to her about the phone situation to which she responded all calls were being placed on hold. I explained to her that all my calls were being sent to VM or hung up on. She gave me no response, So I just simply asked for her name and said thank you.*** Yesenia, ( Only one working on Saturday 3/21, specifically during 4 pm) You handled that call very unprofessionally, all i wanted was a yes or no answer. This would have my first time scheduling a visit, but thanks to you, i dont think ill be going.
Christina was AMAZING!!! My ankle/foot doesnt bother me nearly as much. The entire staff were warm and attentive. I will definitely be back!
I have been experiencing untolerable sciatica pain. I went for my first deep tissue massage and I will definitely be returning. Liz was able to relax my muscles to allow proper therapy to relieve the pain. Thank you, Liz
I did everything I was asked to do to cancel my membership, I even have an email stating that I would not be charged again after July 15th. Here I sit today 08/15/17 with a $65.00 charge on my bank account as well as an overdraft fee. I called to dispute these charges and was advised they didnt know why it happened but the charge would be refunded when I asked about the $34.00 for the overdraft fee they stated that there was nothing else for them to do for me. What kind of customer service is this they take money that doesnt belong to them and leave you holding the bag

As always great service. Went in for my second chemical peel. Gail at the mesquite location was awesome. Gail gave me alot of information about bulldog the whole procedure. If you ever need a facial or chemical peel or micro abrasion use Gail
9 months pregnant Janice was simply amazing she relieved all the pressure off my back and feet i simply felt like i was in another world 💕 now hopefully i go in labor that would be even more amazing 🤩
Been trying to get in touch with them about a gift card I bought that was never received. Ive tried email and get no response. The says email them because they cant do anything about gift cards at the store.
I went here and the lady wouldnt stop talking about her personal life, so the next time I brought headphones just to let them know I dont want to talk I just want to relax..well I got the same lady again and at this point i am on the table headphones in my ears and she yells what are WE listening to? OMG seriously please leave me the hell alone! Just do ur job I am not your therapist I do not want to talk about ur problems or something funny that ur husband did. Needless to say I will NEVER return.
Great customer service. Very nice and quiet facility. Pricing is good considering all you get. Only negative is that not every masseuse that you get will be good so that goes a long way
I cant get them to stop charging my cc. I signed up & now I cant get out! Be aware of these tactics. My wife has already been to the facility in person & has not had success with this company.
Customer service was great from the beginning to the end! Tyson was great my body feels great and he gave me a lot of knowledge about how massages affect the body. I highly recommend this place!!
Patty at is great and newly added Ryan is doing very well. Im overall happy with the great customer service offered here. They are definitely worth the membership.
I know nothing of their competion but I like one of there locations allot due to their neighbor.And one of their massage therapist is the best I ever had.And I have had allot of all kinds of experiences

Do y’all do Prenatel massages and if so do you accept the insurance that covers those massages? I see you all are a pretty awesome place so I’d like to try you all out although I’ll be using my insurance as it does fully cover my Prenatel massages, you are close to me so just let me know how it all works so I know whether to schedule or not. I’m in such need of this service, thanks💜
The therapist did not focus on my feet arms or hands which was in my intake form. I took my mom and they forgot to add her exfoliating treatment which she can no longer use at the intro rate.
Set up an appointment only to show up and have them tell me they tried to call me back and let me know that the price would be higher. Once there i found out it was a receptionist problem and they were very indifferent on options or working with their problem. Third time i have had a problem with the place but never again. Lost this customer.
Would not recommend this place! Had a couples massage scheduled and they called me the day of the appointment to reschedule. This is the second time we have had an issue.
Nathan is a great RMT.I still have problems with neck muscles, after a car wreck 5yrs ago (cracked C2 & severe whiplash).He is able to get my neck to turn fully side to side. 😀
Not my favorite massage. The guy was patty caking my arms and I had to ask several times for him to apply more pressure, then he used his elbows. I plan to try them one more time with a different person.
I attempted to schedule a massage with this location. I was placed on hold for ten minutes. I hung up and called back and was placed on hold for an additional five minutes. I hung up and called back and the person said they were very busy. I am not impressed with the customer service at this location.
Thanks to Stephanie, the term massage drunk is now a part of my vocabulary. Everyone is SO NICE! I always feel better leaving there, but sad that I have to go.
Well at the front desk the environment was calm and very organized. The whole place was clean and the service was great. Although the restrooms were clean they are missing a coat hanger.

Im disappointed because the last time I came it was very bad, I came out worse and I also wanted to cancel and they didnt want to cancel until they spoke to the manager and 10 days pass and they would charge me another payment... so I cant really recommend it, how sad bad very bad Service. I am sad whit this company I will never go back again.
