Massages absolutely horrible then they make you pay a $20 tip they have it posted all over their rooms. They have to pay a minimum of $20 massages just not worth it. They’re very passive aggressive. I would not recommend this place don’t waste your money.

Freaking horrible massage do not use the older lady she’s a terrible massage therapist.she insisted that I pay her a tip of minimum 20 dollars.

Great knowledgable therapists. Sasha takes time and relieves pain. Shes very good and knows her her stuff

I was not happy I called ahead of time and asked for a couples massage. I asked if we would be in the same room and she showed me that we would when we got there they didn’t even have space to do couple massages.When we arrived she asked that we pay for the massage ahead of time and then asked that we pay No less than $20 for the tip. I told her that we would tip after our massage. She ended our massage 10 minutes early and rushed us outThe massage itself was OK. I definitely would have never gone there had I known what we were going to experience.

The massage itself was just OK. Being a small business owner myself, I enjoy trying out other small businesses.I have always paid for my massages at the end of the service. The first thing the massage therapist asked for was the $70 for the massage. I thought this was a little odd, but was fine with that. She then said there is a 5% tax so the total would be $73. I was also fine with that. She then stated that there is a required tip of AT LEAST $20/hour massage. This is when I was a little irritated. There are signs all over her office that say RECOMMENDED TIP RATES. I told her that I pay my tips at the end based on the quality of service. $20 on a $70 massage is nearly 30%, well over the standard 20%. She then stated that I only give great massages, so you are not going to give me tip? I should have just left and went elsewhere at this point, but decided to give her a shot. As stated previously, the massage was just OK. I wont return here again, but wish her the best of luck. Definitely not worth the $20 Required tip.

It was okay. Therapist told me they were tired half way in the session. Would only recommend if you are desperate for some muscle relief. Expect to pay $20 tip for 1 hour massage. They tell you that you need to pay that after the massage. In all honesty, for $93 and you dont need something immediately, go else where. Atmosphere is not great.

It was ok,It was a 6 out of 10 at best. She cut it short by ten minutes and walked out at one point and left the door open while I was half naked so theres that.I paid for an hour and she didnt even complete the massage and rushed me out when she said the time was up.I paid for the hour and tipped her the mandatory 20 thats requested. I have no problem with spending the money but at least give me what I paid for.I wont be coming back here.

Customer service - amazing!! Called and made a reservation , got me in asap with no issues at all. Treated me like no other massage place has, which feels really good mentally. Will come back 100%.Massage - they ask how much pressure I need from 1 to 10 depending on how deep I wanted my massage, my pain tolerance is high so I went with a 10. Having knots in my back, Cindy took care of those bad boys right away. Deep tissue to the point where is was so close to perfect.I go to a lot of massage places but never leave reviews because theyre just good not like amazing but this place is amazing. Customer service + massage are both spot on, I highly recommend this place for a massage, I will def be setting up appoints every week to make sure Im in top health with my body.

This was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. My mother and I were visiting from out of town and it was just what we needed! Those HOT rocks were the BEST! I was worried because I’m just recovering from back surgery but she made it comfortable and hit just the right muscles!!! Thank you so much Mesquite Massage, we will be back!!!!

I have been to many different places and I would have to say that this one is awesome, the staff is always friendly and attentive making your experience amazing and relaxing. I would recommend Mesquite Massage to everyone that needs a relaxing massage.

One of my out of town clients comes here every visit. He really likes it.

Told us that we HAD to tip $20 minimum before they would start the massage. We explained that we tip based on how well they do and she wouldnt give massage if not paid in advance. We left.

Walked in to inquire. Door bell sound, a gal comes out, might have been with a client. She was abrupt, handed me a card and said to call. I didnt see a receptionist area. Negative vibe made me uncomfortable. I went to casablanca spa for the same price and much better atmosphere.

I do not recommend. Her nails or ring left me scratched all up. One big one on my leg, arm and back. My spine is hurting me so bad today. She left the session to go answer the phone then didn’t come back for at least 5 minutes….I do not recommend this place

Never again will I come here. The service was terrible and i paid for a 60 min massage and she only did 45 min. Dont waste your time or money.

Passing through and my neck and shoulders were killing! Got me in right away. 30 minutes. Water, soft collar, naproxen after. New woman by evening. My masseuse listened to what was wrong and did what I needed. Wow hot rocks.

I Came here last night, and I have had so many type of massage. And this is the best one I have it yet. I have constant pain on my neck and shoulders. They do have magic hands to fix my problem. !!!!

Nice relaxing massage. I had knots in my back and they were able to rub them out and relieve the pain until I could get into my chiropractor.

This is definitely best massage place in town,shop is beautiful and clean, super professional, great experience,strong recommend!
