I would say, I got lucky to be able to enter. A friend of a friend of mine owe him. So he helped us get in. They say that the ticket cost a lot. We get in and enjoy a round of drinks. They don’t have a lot of options which is sad. And We enter the dance floor and I would say that the place looks great. Sadly we were too tired from the flight and to sober to enjoy the music. As it is mostly techno and wouldn’t be able to enjoy it as much with our circumstances at that time. I would say, this place is overrated
Overall experience wasn’t bad, we arrived to the lobby full of people & asked security where we can purchase tickets and they let us in immediately despite the crowd. Drinks are pricey but you definitely get what you pay for(super strong)! Security wasn’t an issue unless you made it an issue, they tried to keep stairways open which is reasonable. It gets packed fast so I can see why people wait outside for hours to get in. Nobody tried to steal from us either. Don’t come if you are on a budget.
Music was okay 2/5. If you are going to see a performer for example Rick Ross. They won’t be on until 2 or 3 am. There is no reentry. No need to show up too early as this place is expensive. Pre game at the house. Drinks are about $25 each. This place is built for sections. If you are going as 2-4 people be ready to be packed in the smallest dance floor. Security thinks they run the world. The bartenders are nice and are doing their best.
Definitely an experience. It’s fun to say you’ve been, especially if you’re only doing general admission. The dance floor can get so packed that you can’t move and you are very restricted. It was a vibe an atmosphere unlike any I’ve experienced before though! For me it’s a “check, I did it” one and done. But could be fun for others, especially on vacation.
I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews but decided to try it regardless. I am so glad I did. Its an amazing venue. Entry was a breeze, the bartenders were quick to take orders, the bouncers were friendly, and the music was awesome. They want to uphold their standard of quality, so dress appropriately. I went solo, and as a single female, I felt very comfortable.
We were the only ones with drinks besides VIP because they were $55 a drink and the souvenir cups broke the same night. They put limes inside the enclosed drink, so it tasted like hands and cut limes more then my drink. After 2 drinks I was up to $120 and a broken cup with my contents on the inside of the double cheap plastic cup. There was more VIP then dance floor area. Just not what I was expecting from the best club in Miami. Definitely have had way better cups from concerts and comedy clubs. The dancers were the only thing elite. The bathroom was clean and attender was also elite. There are far better bars and clubs in Miami. The main suggestion for this club would be, teach bartenders to not put items that DONT GO INSIDE the glass, INSIDE YOUR DRINK, yuck. And invest in better souvenir cups of youre going to call them that.
Liv Night Club is definitely a hotspot for nightlife enthusiasts, offering an experience that’s hard to forget. The ambiance is stylish and upscale, with a modern design that immediately sets the mood for a night of fun. The music is one of the highlights, with top DJs playing the latest hits, ensuring that the energy on the dance floor never dips. The crowd is lively, and the overall vibe is electric, making it a great place to let loose and enjoy yourself. However, it’s important to note that Liv can get extremely crowded, especially on weekends. The club’s popularity means that there’s often a long wait to get in, and once inside, it can feel a bit too packed for comfort. Finding space to dance or even just move around can be a challenge, which might dampen the experience for some.Another point to consider is the cost. Liv is on the expensive side, with both tickets and drinks priced higher than what you might expect at other clubs. While this isn’t an issue if you’re prepared to spend, it can make the night out quite costly, particularly for those on a budget.Overall, Liv Night Club is a great spot for those who can afford it and don’t mind the crowds. It offers a premium experience that’s worth trying at least once, but it may not be the best fit for everyone. If you’re looking for something more laid-back and budget-friendly, you might want to explore other options. However, for a high-energy night out in a trendy setting, Liv delivers.
Went to LIV Nightclub with my girlfriend and had the best club experience of my life. The energy, the atmosphere and the professionalism of the bouncers combined with fantastic music made it so much fun to dance and have a great time. A big shoutout to Pablo for ensuring we had a safe space to dance without getting bumped. He is a true professional and he was a big part of us having an amazing experience on Friday night. Christie was also so kind and helpful letting us know when to come to the club before it got very busy for the special guest performer later. Respect goes a long way in these places so if your respectful and understanding you will receive it in return and likely have a great time. Our experience was unforgettable and I just wanted to say thank you for having us and making our first experience in Miami something to never forget!
Have been in this club many times over the years. Recently visited Miami for Formula 1 Grand Prix and bought tickets online through LIV website for Black Coffee who was preforming there on May 2nd. Upon arrival, we have been told that we cannot get in as the club was at the capacity even though we have tickets purchased. Apparently, the fine print on the tickets failed to mention that they can sell more tickets than they have space for. Classic. No biggie, right? We had five other fabulous plans lined up that night, so we left. The next day, I had the pleasure of calling their customer service to request a refund for a service that was, you know, not provided. Surprise, surprise—they dont do refunds! Tried disputing the charge through my bank, but LIV management is fighting it. Hilarious.Consider this your warning: this place is a scam. Avoid this crooked establishment unless you enjoy being swindled. Miami is full of true luxury and trendy spots that actually deliver on their promises. LIV club died a long time ago—dont waste your time or money on this sketchy joint.
We live here. Been often. Lounge Bar area is cool. Easy to meet people. All drinks are redicoulos priced. 4 drinks with added gratuity 128$ F that! Club LIV Tickets $100 on line 200$ at the door. Valet wanted 100$ as they say it was full. 😂 No way. Parking is 2 blocks away.Just to fake going on for us. Woman are either rachet or rude. Hard to find class and respect in a place like that. Super crowded inside.I will say the Bouncers door people were nice to us. Rare in Miami.Think we done with LIV. Stick to the lounge bar of you have to be on the property.
Get a taste of Miami nightlife here. See & be seen to the sound of your favorite DJ among the lights & lasers. The 2nd floor is mostly VIP booths, while the 1st floor has VIP tables around the somewhat smaller than expected dance floor. It can get crowded & cramped, just go with the flow & have fun. Headliner usually plays around 1am-1:30am for at least a couple of hours. Line to enter is pretty seamless, guys get patted down, girls get bag check only. Valet is $20, drinks run about $30.
Avoid this club. Bouncers and security extremely rude and aggressive for no reason. They shoved guys and girls without caring. A bouncer shoved me, hitting a girl in the head causing her to hit her head on the floor and did not care. I saw this happen to others as well. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. We spent a lot of money at this place and I expected to get the treatment other clubs in Miami and Florida would have given us. Never coming back here again, and I will make sure anyone I know never comes back here. Absolutely ridiculous. No excuses for this type of behaviour and service in 2024.
Super discriminatory towards gays, which is NOT something you want to be known for in this political climate. It was insane. Literallly all of my girls in our Bach party were let into the vip and the man looked at me and said “no not him” which would be fine if we hadn’t PAID FOR ALL OF IT. We had bottle service etc, reserved and the man took one looke at me and said “no”😂 which is crazy cause ima New York gay, chic, slim, and pretty lol. But whatever… don’t go here. The music is sub and the crowd is sub, and the people are tourists lololol. Literall clowns, terrible service. I just couldn’t imagine treating someone the way I was treated here, it’s incredible! Save yourself the time and effort, no need to attend… oh well!!
Paid expensive tickets to go see Loud Luxury, got out 5 minutes to get fresh air outside and the staff didn’t want to let me back in when I came back. No one wanted to listen to me when I tried explaining to them that I just got out. They dismissed me and were super rude for no reason. Right after, they let another group in by sheer favouritism. After trying to talk to them for a good 30 minutes, they said that we just arrived and didn’t believe us that we were inside. The show was good but I wouldn’t go with the staff they employ.
Solid experience if you are into the night club scene. If you are planning a weekend in Miami with free friends and you love to go out and experience nightlife and great music, Liv located in the Fontainebleau hotel is a must visit. My recommendation might be to pregame a bit or be ready to spend a good amount as the drinks are not cheap, but if you already know you are paying a premium for the experience then its worth it
Hands down the best night life experience of my life! The music, lights, atmosphere, service, presentation, everything was top notch! The service was amazing, every time we went to make a drink at our booth, the wait staff was ready to pour us a cocktail! Also they made sure to kick people out of our booth that were not with our party. Also worth mentioning, I appreciate how seriously security took their jobs upon entry, I felt very safe inside.
LIV Nightclub in Miami offers an electrifying experience, embodying the essence of Miami nightlife. Stepping into this vibrant venue, youre immediately immersed in a world of pulsating lights, booming beats, and the energetic atmosphere that defines the citys party scene. With your favorite DJ on deck, the stage is set for an unforgettable night of music, dancing, and mingling. The nightclubs layout cleverly caters to both VIP patrons and those looking to dance the night away. The second floor boasts exclusive VIP booths, providing a luxurious retreat for those seeking a more private experience. Meanwhile, the first floor features VIP tables surrounding a dance floor that, while somewhat smaller than expected, still offers plenty of space to let loose and groove to the rhythm.Be prepared for the crowds, as LIV can get packed and bustling, but embracing the energy only adds to the excitement. The headliner typically takes the stage around 1am, treating guests to a sensational performance that keeps the party going well into the early hours of the morning.Getting into the club is a breeze, with a seamless entry process that includes a quick pat-down for guys and a simple bag check for girls. Valet parking is available for convenience, albeit at a cost of $20. As for drinks, expect to pay around $30 per beverage, but the experience is well worth it for the top-notch service and electrifying ambiance. In summary, LIV Nightclub offers a quintessential Miami nightlife experience, where seeing and being seen merge seamlessly with pulsating music and dazzling lights. Whether youre looking to relax in VIP luxury or hit the dance floor with abandon, LIV promises a night to remember. Just go with the flow, embrace the energy, and let the good times roll.
Beautiful place, amazing lights, great music. But the dance floor is so tiny, definitely too small! The staff is rude, they did not let me record a video between floors, shouting: you gotta go! Thats really weird. Never saw this kind attitude from clubs staff.Paid $150 per person just for the entrance.Overall not happy with this experience. Not coming again.
There are only 2 restroom stalls.About 36 private VIP areas, but only an area of 5x50 to dance, making it impossible to move. The team is super on top of moving everyone around and not letting anyone hang out in the walk way, however the whole club is made up of walkways. Its not worth $110.Perhaps $20.
Way too crowded if you’re in general admission. Literally nowhere to stand, as every bouncer is telling you to move out of the way. Considering general admission is still anywhere from 50-200, they should at least try to appeal to their customers. There’s nowhere to sit, drinks are overpriced, and songs are replayed. Also kodak was the reason why we went and he didn’t even have a mic, and they played his trash new songs. Honestly this club is soo overrated, and unless you’re willing to drop thousands to get into VIP, which is so dumb for one night, do not go. There’s VIP sections everywhere, yet nowhere to stand as general admission. I was born and raised in miami, and this was one of the worst club experiences I’ve ever had. Also, the little dance floor section that was available for general admission was so crowded, everyone kept pushing and bumping you, and the bouncer kept pushing us back because “we were too close to VIP”.
Avoid this club at all costs! They exploit artists by not paying them for their performances. Even if you have bought a ticket, they wont let you in. I waited in line for hours, spent $160 on a ticket, and still couldnt get in. They prioritize people who are willing to pay extra over those who have already paid. This establishment is absolutely awful.
This club is just crazy !It’s one of the biggest on South Beach and one of the most beautiful too. There is different level with tables overlooking the pit where the DJ is. We went there and saw Rick Ross which was even more crazy !!The only thing is that it gets crowded really fast and at some points it was nearly impossible to move around the club or dance at all.
I recently went to LIV Miami for a bachelorette party and was extremely disappointed in the overall experience. After already dropping over $3k on a table, I was approached by a security guard who said that for an “extra tip,” he would make sure that our table would be secure. I had brushed off the comment but in hindsight, should’ve taken it more seriously because 2 of the girls at our table had gotten our phones stolen out of our purses. Another girl had seen 2 strange guys lurking around our table with bandanas to cover their hands and while she shooed them off, it didn’t help as we were still victims of theft. You would think that after purchasing a table, you wouldn’t have to worry as much about getting your belongings stolen without being propositioned for an “extra tip.” After the experience, I tried calling the nightclub to gets some help and the security manager assigned to my case was less than forthcoming and I had to repeatedly reach out to get any information about the investigation he was supposedly conducting about the incident.
This place is really high on there horse.carma is a b...daughter n law and 6 friends tried to get in and was denied.really this is not even close to the old days of studio 54 NY.Wana be place in Miami that thinks who they are.keep on welcoming your fake $$ clients and ur luck will run out eventually!!will be happy to stay in ftlauderdale where our real hard earned money is welcome !!
This is the biggest scam in Miami. It is ridiculously expensive. $60 to get in, then $30 for a shot. The only way to enjoy this place is if you have money so you can actually get drunk to have a good time. The music was terrible and the bouncers were incredibly rude. We were trying to dance on the little dance floor there is, and the bouncer pushed us and told us we couldn’t be dancing here and we went where he told us to go, just for him to yell at us again because apparently that spot he pushed us to wasn’t good enough either. There are so many other better and cheaper nightclubs in Miami than this. Save your money and ignore the many advertisements you see for this place…
Maybe I am too used to the Vegas club scene, but this is nowhere close to the west coast partying vibe. The club could have been happening maybe 10-15 years ago, but over the years its become a tired small version of a glorious place it may have used to be.Drinks are overpriced ($60 for two regular cocktails) and $100 per person entrance fee (not outrageous and we got in pretty quickly). The table service (we didnt get it but we observed many) was fun and with a good amount of hype, but I assume that is also relatively more expensive than Vegas. I know I am not making a fair comparison between this one and the casino resorts, but still the difference is widely visible. Music was ok I guess.
This weekend, Friday night I took a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party. We pre paid for a table. We are not from Miami and so I was concerned about safety and theft. But I was pleasantly surprised when, The security team and our servers were on top of it all. All the girls felt extremely safe and had a blast. Top notch customer service and security. I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and clean environment.
Nowhere to dance if youre not allowed on the dance floor, which is a very small fenced off area. No where to stand or sit around either if youre not allowed on the dance floor or dont have a VIP table... Get pushed by all the bouncers to go somewhere else, but nowhere else to go... The main reason to go to a club is to go and dance... Yet have such a small area for people to actually dance and only allow a limited amount of people to do so and charge $27 for a small 10 oz drink... Definitely wasnt worth it.
Worst experience if you’re going general admission. Anywhere we tried to go we were told to turn around and if we tried to ask where we could go we were ignored and just pointed to another area with horrible attitude from all of the bouncers. It’s like watching a club from the outside the whole time and not actually being in one. I’m sure it’s great if you spend the money on the vip sections but otherwise it’s not worth the time. Waste of the $100 admission.
Liv Miami isnt just a nightclub; its an unforgettable experience. From the electric atmosphere to the top-notch music and attentive staff, every moment is magical. Whether youre dancing in the main room or chilling in VIP, Liv delivers. Its where memories are made and friendships are forged. Five stars for an epic night out!
Had my bachelor party here. Walked out to get one of the groomsmen and tried to get back in. The lady at the front that checks you in proceeded to lecture me and speak down to me. The customer service at this place is lacking. The dance floor also is very small inside and its surrounded by private tables to maximize profits instead of making a good dance floor for people to have fun on. This club is highly disappointing and not worth your time. I ended up having my bachelor party elsewhere.
I bought two tickets for John summit for me and my girlfriend. We got there around 1:20-1:40 and there was a line out the door and they were not letting anyone in even if you bought tickets, with no help from any of the staff who actively ignored the people waiting with tickets. the only people they let in was those who had a table we waited or if you were a promoter that just drove up you got to walk straight in. We waited 40 minutes and they didn’t let anyone with tickets in(2:40). They people in line next to us had waited 45 minutes longer than us and they had tickets as well. Moral of the story liv is extremely unprofessional and don’t waste your money buying a ticket you will be standing outside the club for an hour or 2 or won’t even be let in at all
Came to LIV for the first time on Friday, 04/12/24, for Ty Dolla Signs birthday. To give some context, went to Floyd the night prior, and E11EVEN the night after. LIV was by far the most beautiful, well kept, and best time of them all. Our group of four ended up opting for a table with bottle service, and everyone from security, to the servers, and anyone else was nothing short of incredible. Want to give a short shoutout to Shelby and her entire team. Not only was she caring and respectful (was emphasizing the importance of staying hydrated by bringing us bottles of water all night, combined with our bottles), but she really made our experience great. While I did not get the names of everyone else who works with her, they all introduced themselves, shook our hands, ensured we had a spectacular time, and would not allow us to pour our own drinks. I cannot wait to come back here and get another table. Theres a reason this is one of if not the most well known club in Miami. The reputation is well deserved. On a side note, pricing for a table was fairly reasonable compared to other clubs in NYC and Miami. Cannot recommend enough!
Классный звук и свет, очень красиво! Было весело.Но катастрофически мало места. На танцполе невозможно танцевать очень много людей.Я не понимаю зачем они продают билеты за 150$ если там даже стоять негде)(Translated by Google)Cool sound and light, very beautiful! It was fun.But there is catastrophically little space. It is impossible for too many people to dance on the dance floor.I don’t understand why they sell tickets for $150 if there’s even nowhere to stand)
Candice and Will were so incredibly compassionate and considerate. When I was hurt, they took care of me so well. Their service and care was excellent. Thank you so much for them. Superstars and the best at what they do!
I saw all the negative reviews, and figured I should formulate my own opinion. Here lies my stars. I chose this club because it was listed as the best club in Miami. And I had one night to experience the Miami nightlife. I did not have to wait in line or have much contact with bouncers, so I cannot comment on that but I did see long lines and the bouncers having to deal with that situation. I would recommend using a service to get you into this club. I used a service to get into the club. Should you wish to Get into the club without having to wait. My negative stars are for this club actually calling itself a dance club. Not one person was dancing because of the very small dance floor. People were standing next to each other watching a concert. I would say that this place is a social gathering location for higher class people to be looked at as they drink their bottle service. If you’re a regular person looking for a night out of dancing at a club, this isn’t it. I understand the club wants a certain look of people to attend, but if you’re going to require women to wear heels, then perhaps there should be a spot to sit down in said heels. The only people who are allowed to sit down are VIP table service people who WANT to shell out $1500 for this club. I have spent money on VIP and bottle service and places like Montreal, Canada and Denver Colorado but I would not shell out that kind of money at this particular club. I typically wait to buy bottle service at a booth until I enter the club. It’s not that I can’t or our group couldn’t afford a VIP booth. It just was not worth the money for this particular establishment.
The worst place I’ve been in my life. Crowded, you can’t dance or even get close to the dance floor. Rude “security” kicking you out of the main floor like you haven’t paid to be there. I came to see Alan Walker, and it was the worst performance I’ve seen. Horrible, long bathroom lines, terrible experience
Be extremely wary when buying drinks here. There is no set menu with prices listed. They will try to change the prices on you when buying the same drink. I paid $16 initially for a vodka redbull and then next time I went to order one I was charged $24… The club manager tried to kick me out for calmly disputing the charges… I am a woman and was sober but the club manager was being extremely aggressive and defensive with my inquiry.
Worst place Ive ever been in my life. I paid to see ArtBat yesterday, I only managed to stay there for 45 minutes. I was treated poorly by the attendants and security guards from start to finish. I was pushed by a 2 m tall security guard and I flew far, I just didnt fall because I was held by a person. The drink is ridiculously expensive. I will never go back to this place again, and I dont recommend it to anyone.
LIV night club in Miami Beach is probably the worst clubbing experience I’ve experienced ever, place is filled with lounges, almost no floor to dance, everybody packed like sardines, security very rude, constantly tells you’re in the wrong spot, through the night you could definitely feel that all the club cares about are the money generating lounges, they don’t seem to care about regular folks trying to have fun, folks who don’t have thousands of dollars for a lounge, drinks were literally small plastics cups that you normally drink water from for $27, the only bright spot is the world class DJ or artist you go there to see, other then that I would never recommend anybody to go there
No wonder this is the hardest club to get into in Miami! It was everything I hoped it would be! The Dancers on the stage were super cool, the music was amazing! Everyone was having an amazing time dancing and singing. I really enjoyed the crowd, everyone looked great and was dressed to impress. Some bouncers inside are alittle aggressive while others were firm but respectful. This is definitely my favorite club in Miami so far. Getting in a little tough, I would suggest finding a promoter or someone who can get you in.
The night we went was terrible. Firstly it is ridiculously expensive to get in and get an area. The entire night all they played was Spanish music - read the room, people weren’t enjoying it. Half the people in there were tourists and all we wanted was some RnB, Hip Hop etc. terrible dj. Venue was nice. But music ruined the night
This is the biggest scam I have ever experienced.I had a ticket to see Alok. It’s not really set up like a concert because it’s nearly impossible to see unless you’re on the floor in a very crowded area or have a VIP section in which you would have to spend several thousand dollars and bottle services. I’m just trying to enjoy some music and have a good time and not go bankrupt.
Was on artist guest list for John summit and didn’t manage to make it past the final boss (Patrick). Service is a joke. Guest list doesn’t mean a thing there. They are in the business of making money - if you’re not prepared to drop thousands at a table don’t expect to see any big title.Hilarious.
Spent $300 getting 2 of us in just to get told to keep moving. The dance floor allows like 20 people. This is the worse club I’ve seen in a long time. It’s made for bottle service only. Horrible
Apart from the ridiculous price for a night out, this is one of my favourite clubs in Miami. The night I went which was a Friday night had some good music and good vibes. Lots of confetti and glow sticks around. Was a great atmosphere and I did enjoy it. The only downfall was the price and our hotel was close by so it was a good distance.
Really cool club right inside of the Fontainebleau Hotel. Although it is in the hotel people come from allover to check this place out. Definitely gets packed here but still enough room to have a good time and feel comfertable. They also have tons of extra seating in the main lobby of the Fontainebleau Hotel which is were a lot of people like to hang out.
Bouncers have terrible attitude shove people girls and guys there was a lot of unhappy people getting pushed for no reason. Music was good but u can not move in the bar bouncers also block off the dance floor and only let people with bottle service in after it gets busy overall was a cool place but would not go back because of the service bouncers are looking for fight or to kick u out
You will stay if - you stand around awkwardly not dancing and making women uncomfortable. You will get warnings and kicked out for dancing with your friends and naturally getting the floor more lit.Bouncers are degens, crowd is degen, the hogs don’t know how to act, the music was good at first then the dj burnt himself out. Ty dollar sign “performed” just for the chance to prey on vulnerable fans.
Went on a Saturday night. It was somewhat busy. The vibe was good we had a good night. Drinks are about 25 dollars so perhaps get a bottle if it make sense financially. We bought tickets online because DJ Diablo was playing. I think alot of people did not pay so explore all options if you are looking to come here and you are on a budget.
The reviews had me worried, but I had a great time! Amazing dance floor and very fancy—almost felt like a celebrity haha. Did not have any problems with security in my experience. 100% worth coming.I was one of the first to make it in the night we went (Thurs night) which helped the experience because this club gets seriously crowded within an hour!! Purchasing a ticket in advance helps. Line started forming at around exactly the ticket time (11pm). I wouldn’t advise getting there any later or you may not get in and it can get too crowded to dance after a certain point.Only con is drinks are unjustifiably expensive ($16 for a canned seltzer), which is the reason for 4 stars.
After reading several reviews of LIV I wanted to share my experience after attending their event for Alesso. Im an avid raver so nightclubs are not generally my forte but I had quite a bit of fun for the event. I think the biggest takeaway I would give to someone who has not attended LIV before is that they should expect this is not a typical club in that you are paying for a performance, not merely a door cover so set your expectations around that.I purchased tickets in advance for my fiancé and I to see Alesso which cost $300+. They had a line at the entrance for ticket holders and getting into the venue was very quick and very easy. They do a security check, ID check, scan your tickets and boom youre in.After spending some time in the crowd the vibe (at least for an EDM artist) is somewhere between a rave/live concert and a clubbing event. However, I was surprised at the lack of PLUR. There was a lot of people who didnt know the performer and a lot of shoving to get to the front. The production didnt wow me compared to certain other venues in Miami (think events held at Mana Wynwood or Soho Studios) but it is very professional and precise. It mainly consists of LED video walls, and moving head stage lighting. Also expect the festival/live event standards of confetti, streamers, and glowing foam tubes. The main feature that is unique is the spider which is a large sprawling video wall structure which extends around the club but I honestly dont remember noticing it much when youre spending time on the dance floor. The floor is a bit packed, it was hard to dance once it got full. It is worth noting Alesso was sold out but it was still very easy to see him near the front where the DJ booth / stage is located. The sound system is good but it does have its drawbacks. Its an Infinite point source sound system which is high quality however, during the show you can hear slight distortion since they are pushing the amount of bass output. The venue could add some subwoofers for low-end reinforcement to add depth to the music without sacrificing sound clarity.I would attend another event here.
Had a fair amount of anxiety before going to the Zedd show at LIV after reading some of these reviews, however, after a great night, I gotta say, LIV was great, and we had a big time.Pros:- staff was professional and super friendly all night, from the doormen to the bouncers to security to waitstaff- the club was kept at a great temp all night- the sound and video were greatCons:- hella expensive water, which, I know, Im moaning- the dance floor is ludicrously small, and since people out there are herded inward away from the VIP tables, it makes it challenging to enjoy oneself out thereOnce we found a comfy place to hang, we enjoyed ourselves, and the night. Thanks all!
WORST CLUB IVE BEEN TO!! DO NOT GO. I’ve partied around the world in various clubs but this has to be the worst experience. I read other reviews before going and thought I would give it a chance but I wish I stayed in and never went!! They literally only care about you if you have bottle service and that’s it. Everyone else is just a body to them and won’t even care for you. I’m shocked this place is even open. Save your money and time.
0 star to this place. We had ridiculous experience at this club. We bought 5 tickets in advance (Order ID - SUZX3NE2E ) for Dj Khaled event on 29th May, 2022 at LIV fontainebleau, Miami FL. As per the event time we were at the location from 12 am to 3:30 am waiting to get in. We requested multiple times to security/support people to let us in since we bought tickets in advance but for all this duration they just kept giving us excuses that they did not have any more space inside. We noticed that they were giving priority to only people who knew someone inside and they didn’t allow us for this whole time. Even with all this extortion we waited quietly for all this duration. We were not expecting this kind of behavior when we bought our tickets. The entire event was poorly managed and there was no line. Horrible!!! Do not go there!!
Headliner for ticket was different than the actual. Make you pay for a famous headliner and later on the day of the event some random DJ performs.
Misleading and the worst club Ive been to in 5 continents. Would avoid. Paid $200 for Lil Wayne ticket, only to see him smoke 4 blunts and run off without ever touching a mic.Liv responded saying that I had only paid for his appearance, which was not stated on the ticket. This is the second time I paid for an artist who didnt perform at Liv.
Went with my wife, $100 General admission each.. too much, not worth. 2 drinks that are really small, $50 with service charge included.. way too much. Can’t go anywhere to get a good view of the Djs or dance really and if you try you’ll get told you can’t stand here. Happened to us 4 times.. annoying. Only go if you’re willing to do table or booth service cause that’s what takes up the majority of the club. Music and vibes were good.
It was lit, music go through the floors, nice led light setup, big celebs show up ! Drinks are a lil pricey but it’s worth the good time
Waited 3 hours in line to see David Guetta even though our tickets were prepaid and then the bouncer inside the club pushed me super hard. What is wrong with you people. This is how you treat people that spend 100-200 dollars per tickets plus alcohol inside.
Listen to all the bad reviews!!! They are all true!Went here last weekend for Cedric event, got tickets online same day for $75 each (I guess that’s what you pay for a nightclub in Miami?) … there was a line for people without tickets so we got in easily.Place is nice but as others say unless you have a table there’s no chance you can even be on the dance floor! Even tho we got in before the main dj, place gets so crowded and everyone is pushing you, also security will push you away from the vips tables, yes very disrespectful people on these tables and trashy! One guy push me and threw my drink didn’t even look or say anything, I know he did it on purpose as we were by the vip area, security man saw and didn’t do anything either!Decided to go behind by the bar and stayed the the whole night, can’t sit anywhere either, drinks expensive, really trashy people (maña-if you know what I mean), very negative people, muy pesado el ambiente!Won’t be back ever again, don’t go!
I wasn’t allowed in because i was ”wet”, it was raining outside lmao. Next time i tried to get in, they said i wasn’t allowed for the night. Do not come here if you want to have a good time. Felt more like a scout camp than a nightclub.
Overrated! your better off going to smaller venues in the area.If you do come be prepared to be a sardine in a sea of smelly armpits and watered down over priced drinks.
This place is overpriced and horrible if you are not getting vip. 100 each person to get in, the dance floor is as small as possible because they have vip tables on the main floor and push everyone off to make room. They treat vip like royalty at the cost of everyone else. If you want to dance, find somewhere else. If you want to spend hundreds on drinks, you found a gem
The security guards appear to be on drugs. They are extremely abusive and aggressive. One of them spoke to me only because I was standing on the stairs taking out my cell phone, acting as if I were a dog. Im very scared even now, its not a safe place. I think they can do whatever they want with you in there and it wont come to anything. Not even in Rio de Janeiro do I feel as insecure as I do in this place. It’s a trash place!!!
First and last time in this club! Too many people! You can see they want to make a lot of money and dont care about the comfort of the customer who doesnt have space to enjoy themselves! I do not recommend it.
First time going and whenever went to buy 1st bottle of water only for $10 dollars , bartender Katherine attempted to swipe “$4K” in the card . It got declined of course, she asked for another card and I showed the value she tried to charge for one freakin water . It just shows the character of people working there. Good luck for those who wants to go there and stay away for the wise ones
Music was actually decent, but the bouncers were too strict for no reason! And over priced for everything at the bar!!! INSANE
Will not come back. Tiny dancefloor, rude staff, overpriced ticket and they only care if you are a VIP.
My iPhone was stolen from my purse at this club and security did not do anything. They did not even seem fazed at all. Police didn’t look surprised. Terrible ambience and customer service. Too packed. I thought liv was a good club but apparently is theft phone central,
Had a ticket for sunday bad bunny afterparty and when I got there they were not letting more people in. It was a line of people with tickets that could not get in.
Im not sure if I had enough fun :) My expectations were high because of what we did to access the interior. No less expensive, dress code “for women no flat”
I felt like we got robbed, paid over $500 for 3 of us, and the venue was very small, poor lay out and totally sectioned in booths and tables for services up to $10K, leaving no room for general admission goers to dance or even enjoy seeing the artist. After waiting and wondering around trying to find a spot to just stand after hours we left. I’d recommend saving your money go to Hakksan club in Vegas, it’s way better there.
Really great artists at a cool venue…buy tix online before the concert!
LIV is a beautiful #nightclub. The people are on point and the music is banging. The drinks are not cheap with $18 well cocktails. They have VIP areas available and bottle service. The ceiling is hypnotic with small articulated video screens. I would recommend pregaming to save money and then dance your face off.
I enjoyed my time with friends but it wasn’t worth it here at LIV. For the money being spent you’d expect a way better experience. Club layout was odd, there isn’t really a true dance floor because it’s sectioned. You are almost always blocked by a pillar or part of building. Drinks are 26-50$ per person for basic drinks. Even with drinks and goodies, If you aren’t buying a section you will feel out of the way. It would make more sense going to another club then hitting the tt bar after
If you wanna get disrespected and traumatized go. I was now there 2 times the last 2 weeks and had the worst experience ever. We were there with a promoter i was just sitting by the table the whole night when suddenly a man aggressively threw me out of the lounge from behind no warning. then i talked to another security he told me they said i pushed a girl or something when i just was sitting there. the promoters are not trustworthy and very aggressive and will yell at you for no reason. you cant trust no one there. very negative energy.,Saw a lot of drugs probably there was in the drinks too. the artists only play 2-3 songs at 4am so its not worth it.
Despite lots of negative reviews which had me very doubtful, I had an excellent night and I went alone even! Dont let the negative reviews deter you; I paid $0 extra at the door (only the pre-paid online ticket) and went through security in 2 mins, and thats with a foreign ID. Ticket said 11pm, I arrived 1am and still all good. The security inside were kind & attentive, took care of me all night making sure I stood where I wanted & had enough space (bearing in mind I didnt pay for any special/table service).Music was great, did feel like more of a concert vibe as we waited for Bryson Tiller, who came on around 3:30am after, naturally, the club filled up more. Everyone was friendly; staff and people attending.I rarely write long reviews but given the multitude of bad ones for LIV Miami, I had to counter those - was a fabulous night!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
LIV is such a great venue. If you wanna see top artists and DJs, this is the best option in Miami nightlife.I’ve been there a few times. One night having Steve Aoki as headline DJ, it was a truly remarkable show, because of sound system, ladies, lights and so forth. In general a nice atmosphere!
Miami Beach Native here: DO NOT BUY TICKETS. See artist somewhere else. Paid $180 to see Tiesto and was not able to physically see Tiesto. Sound in areas I was In allowed was bad. Tables surround DJ, they cost $5000-&20,000 USD. If you do not buy a table do not come here. If you buy a table it is not worth it u less it’s not your money. This place is bad vibes please avoid. Drinks are $30 each.
I have had the pleasure of attending LIV on two occasions. My first time was several years ago during the winter holiday season. I must mention the the club was quite selective and if you’re not on a guest list, you will most definitely have a challenging time getting in.The second time I came was this past weekend and it was completely a different experience. First off the club was closed to the public and was rented out for us where we were attending BPAMA’s afterparty. The sound is incredible the alcohol is premium. You can find yourself having a blast here after minutes of walking in.
Ordered are tickets online for Alan Walker. We were extremely tired from partying the night before that we didn’t stick around for him. Leaving review for line up purposes and actually venue space. We went for 11 pm. They didn’t start letting people in till maybe 11:20 pm. The line moved very quickly probably took us 15 mins to get in. They scanned the tickets and it was a breeze. Inside: lots of light show stuff and those fog machines which are super loud. I had to cover my ears if I walked by them. Space: It def has a lounge set up more then a club. I would not call it a club at all if I’m being honest. There are booths literally everywhere with narrow “hallways” used to walk by or to head to the bar or bathroom.I could see people being asked to move if they are in those “hallway” spaces trying to dance. We walked around the venue in like ten minutes and then left. It’s a very small venue and kind of surprising as they host big artists and DJs. As for online purchase, the tickets were cheaper. If you buy two weeks in advance they were 50 usd when I first checked. I however waited till afew days before the date and they increased to 75 usd. I got two tickets so they charged 151 usd and my card charged me exactly 200 cdn or 208 cdn. I read online at the door is 100 usd so it’s def cheaper to buy online considering the exchange rate and my experience with card fees. My girl stayed for the entire night and she informed that she had fun. Dress code: I saw people in jeans and running shoes go in. In the short time I was in there, it didn’t appear to be insanely pretentious to me. It’s located in the hotel, and so there is nothing around if you don’t get in but Uber was 11 usd from main strip of ocean drive. If I wasn’t extremely tired I would have stuck around to actually hear Alan Walker. Last thoughts: I didn’t feel as though the security team was rude or aggressive but keep in mind I was in there early and didn’t stick around for more then 15 min. If you have money, can afford a booth I guess it’s worth it, as you have your designated area with view points of the DJ booth. Otherwise, you would likely have little space for dancing.
Worst club I’ve been to hands down. If you not buying a table don’t even bother unless you want to have your view blocked and 0 areas to enjoy and view the show. Out of all the clubs I’ve been to in Miami this place takes the cake. Just don’t it’s really not worth it.
LIV totally sucks the worst experience I ever had. The bouncers at the entrance were the ONLY ones who were nice, the ones inside the club all rude and have an attitude. They kept pushing people away when they were just trying to take a video or a picture of Tiesto performing. I know they receive orders to do that to patrons, The owner of this club most be a total jackass. You only get a nice treatment if you buy a table.Place was overcrowded, if a fire happens there people wouldn’t be able to exit, there aren’t enough exits at this club. Not sure how they got permission from the city…@11miami is WAY BETTER atmosphere and more lay back. Bouncers are polite and treat everyone with respect.I will never go back to LIV AGAIN. Stayed there for 1h and left, not worth my time. Place for low self esteem people who accept to pay to be disrespected!
Its not worth the hype. Ive been to many other clubs that are better. The drink options all suck and are over 20 dollars. The only drink options are similar to a college house party, name your liquor and mixer. Would appreciate a menu of actual cocktails at a place like this. Place is tiny and they overfill the dance floor, so people can only stand. I regret choosing this as the main club we went to in Miami, and wish we wouldve gone elsewhere. Only pro was how well stocked the bathroom, had anything you could need, and how friendly and professional the bathroom staff were.
Drove 10 hours to see Steve Aoki, wish it was advertised that if you don’t pay the 3k for a table you won’t see the concert at all. Never been to a venue that forces people to not be included on the dance floor when they have pay a lot to see a a show in general. Ran by Very money hungry people obviously, they don’t care about the people coming to have fun unless you buy the table. Also, 4 shots was $130 and we were never told gratuity was included so ofcourse we tipped on top and found out on Google review there was gratuity on every tab (one person saying someone would of been cool, went to different bars up stairs and down). For this event, the prices went up more than normal from what locals said. Since they don’t clarify on their website: All vip tables frame the whole view all the way around the establishment, both upstairs and down. You’re forced to stand at a bar the entire time because there’s not even a tiny ledge or a small opening to stand, upstairs nor down. Never paid over $100 to be at a bar in reality and not see a concert I drove from another state for. Artist that respect their fans shouldn’t book here, probably won’t try to ever see Steve aoki again since that’s who backs his career as well as he residency’s for LIV. This place is not a night club. A night club has access to the dance floor for the entire establishment, not the ones who paid for a table. That makes that dance floor entirely a VIP section and should be specified on their website and that the only view of a show from upstairs is with a table reservation as well.
Pretty good environment but drink and service for general public so poor even though when you pay 80$ to get in and 30$ per drink.
If you like to be squished on a hot humid dance floor then this club is for you. Girls are so nasty here and rude. Not worth the hype.
The security guards inside the club are extremely aggressive. i’m a girl and they shoved me multiple times, talked extremely nasty to me, and looked down on me the entire time. to the point where i have MARKS on my arm. my crime? being on the dance floor. as well as my friends. the drinks are stupid expensive and very tiny with very little liquor. do not waste your time here.
Might be one of the most annoying/worst layouts for a club I’ve ever been to. If you don’t have a table- then expect the huge security guards to push you around like peasants. Dance floor is tiny. Security is rude. Drinks are unbelievably expensive- $110 for 2 tiny vodka sprites. Honestly not worth your time or money unless your a cloud chaser or just want a cool picture of the lights.
Do not go to this place if you over 25 years old. The women are required to wear heels, but they have nowhere to sit anywhere. The only tables they have are all reserved so you have to stand in your heels all night long without sitting down, the bouncers were absolute jerks and were just mean and were yelling at all the people there all the time, and telling you to move and screaming at you. The staff and waitresses are really rude. I ordered two drinks and they were $58 not including tip. I only went to this place for a friend’s birthday and I will never go back again. I do not see why anyone would go there. Ocean Drive and other places have a lot of fun bars to hang out at I would recommend that you do that instead of going to this god awful place.
I would rate it zero stars if possible. The drinks were ridiculously expensive at $25 each and tasted terrible. The venue was overcrowded, and I felt fear for my safety due to the excessive number of people& the possibility of being crushed to death. Adding to the negative experience, my friend was physically assaulted by a security guard. Even the bathroom attendant was unpleasant, particularly the big lady with dark hair who cornered me to demand money on Venmo for providing a band-aid. Overall, it was a truly terrible time.
Went out to LIV one late night did the Gunna performance. We got a VIP section with players from LA Rams and Denver Broncos. We had a few bottles of Don Julio 1942 and Clase Azul. Everything was cool except being told to stop smoking every 5 minutes after spending thousands in their club and the performer was smoking himself. Service was amazing none the less.
Just awful. Complete waste of time and money to come here. The employees are a joke (no one does their jobs), drinks are ridiculously expensive, and the vibes are trash.
Had a great night. The security guard Chris for the booth made the experience fantastic. He was very caring and ensured that we had a good time.
Spent 300+ per head for this experience. The music was good! Everything else sucks! The club was packed, could barely move on the dance floor, having the security yell and push you around. The rude guy looking after the servers acted like his father owned the club. He needs to be fired or, at least to get some training in the hospitality industry! Management, thats not how you treat people who bring money into your business.SELL TICKETS BASED ON YOUR CAPACITY!
Personally, I love this club. I’ve heard of people having trouble get in but every time I get in within 5-10 minutes of arriving and I’m not famous. Maybe that’s because I’m female or maybe it’s because my attire is always on point. I don’t know. But I looveeee LIV. Love the DJs, the lights, the atmosphere, confetti, the people I meet. All of it 😍. it’s expensive yes. But it’s in the Fountainebleau so don’t expect cheap.
If you want bad music, disrespectful staff, and feeling packed like sardines, then this is your place. Get ready for a $25 single rum and coke as well.
Security is absolutely garbage, bathroom attendant is more worried about attending to her friends than customers. Go to literally any other night club than this
Their new years Eve event is a massive rip off. No food, just a DJ and low class artist for music, and the included open bar is extremely limited and you cant even get any wine or a captain and coke. You cant even buy a bag of chips. Horrible. Dont come here ever. Ooohhh its Miami... No, its a tourist trap x100
Had a blast!!! The setup was very nice. The club was well ventilated and the atmosphere was poppin! But if you don’t have a section or VIP…whew. You will not find anywhere to rest your tired feet for a second for sure. The dance floors, don’t even try it’s so packed. I’d definitely recommend getting a promoter for access to this club, especially when there’s an event going on. Because realistically you may NOT get in even after spending hours in the line. I did witness some discrimination from the bouncers against others. They were literally cherry-picking women who they deemed to be attractive enough to enter. When the club was a couple hours from being over, I saw that they started letting the people who were still in the line from the lobby enter at that time 🙄 Although my party did gain entry early on, I didn’t like that cherry picking thing, especially for the price of admission on that night. But it was a great experience other than that.
Nice venue in a nice hotel in a great part of Miami but horrible place for actually seeing events you spend $80+++ to see. The general admission floor is so small compared to the amount of tickets the venue sells. The entire borders of first and second floors are made of VIP tables - people stand up on the benches, crowd around, and make it hard for non-vip guests to see. There are also a lot of structural obstructions to actually having a view. On top of that security is so freaking rude and power trippy. And management WILL oversell the venue for big acts to the point where some will not be able to stand on the general admission floor and will NOT be able to see. I do NOT recommend this place UNLESS you have VIP or table service - OR youre willing to get there early and stay in the same place in the front of the floor for 6+++ hours so you dont lose your spot if you leave to go to the restroom or whatever else. I paid $87 to see Armin Van Buuren last night and left after 45 minutes because of everything I just mentioned.
Experience was great! A lot of beautiful people both men and women. Drinks were very expensive, but for LIV its understandable.
The guards were really (really) rude. If you are not in the lounge, they are pushing you all the time to fit in a small space. The DJ (Audien) was not able to enjoy the people (beside the drunk ones). Its an overrated and expensive place!!! The entrance fee was 80 dolars per person if you didnt purchase online (50 dolars)
Generally a good time. Male attendants were amazing. We got a table for my bachelorette in October 2023. However, at the end of the night, one of the bottle girls who called herself “Barbie” wouldn’t let us leave until we gave her $500+. Gratuity was supposed to be included, which I learned later from our promoter. Shame on her for taking advantage of tipsy/drunk girls celebrating a bachelorette. That is what we call a trash person. Do NOT listen to this Barbie chick or ANY bottle girl there. Just interact with the male attendants who are MUCH better. Shame on her. Awful trash person.
I had a good time, SPL (sound pressure level) was awesome, the beats hit hard here without distortion. Dancefloor was big enough to get on and move around (Friday in November, other times may vary). DJ and Music was good, a variety of genres played. Staff kept the floors clean and were friendly. I stayed till the end when the escorts were trying to score their pay day with the drunk rich guys, an amusing site in its self. Oh and the Drinks are super expensive hence no 5 star rating.
Went there at spring break time. Club was nice ambiance, decor, lighting. Staff adequate and professional. Entry was a breeze as we had purchased tickets for the cover ahead of time for two people for $350. Party people were well dressed and nice. Ordered a drink which was the smallest plastic cup with minimal Tito’s booze for $26 with gratuity already included to make it $30. The club was completely full with no place to stand or walk. We are out in about 20 min. Money feels worthless here. Return customer? Probably not.
Sucked tbh the dance floor is so small, the guards are rude, and it’s hella overpriced. Skip!
Only come here if you want to be verbally abused by male staff! This place is a horrendous environment for women, and the culture is clearly driven by the people who run it at night. We were told to meet a promoter at a certain time/location, and when we showed up and let someone know, he went from 0 to 100–took his life’s worth of anger out on a group of us 8 young women. He raised his voice to a full on yell, puffed out his chest, and got WAY too close. He was outwardly aggressive and threatening. The fact that he felt comfortable verbally assaulting us in front of his other male colleague was also disgusting. It speaks to the acceptance and even promotion of physical displays of violence against women in this club. And if that’s how the STAFF treat women then I can only imagine how they let paying guests treat them too. I will be taking this to the manager to hopefully prevent this from happening to another group in the future and will report back on how the situation is handled.
LIVin it up! One of my absolute favorite clubs here in miami especially to have a good time! A bit pricey but it’s miami every thing has gone up and definitely worth it! money comes and goes you need to enjoy life! will definitely return i spent a good amount but this club deserves it the hospitality is great! and the interior of this club is nice!
So busy and it smelled horrible, small dance floor
Nice design, but very average party. Music is so so, security pushes the crowd to open space for bottle service. No respect to other guests. With the price you pay for this club, you get absolutely nothing!
Tiësto was freaking awesome. The club overall was pretty great. The dance floor was much smaller than I was expecting, and no one was really dancing on it anyway. I think we were the only group actually dancing.Everyone else just seemed to stand around on their phones.Speakers had this static sound every now and then. Bouncers were bouncers, but I found if you follow the dress code, you are polite, respectful and listen to them, they’re pretty nice back. Also, people, pick up after yourselves! It’s amazing how many people just dump their drinks and trash everywhere. Walk five steps and put it in a trash can. I had 2-3 staff actually say “thank you for throwing that away” which was nice to hear, but something I think is just common sense and the right thing to do.Was a great night with friends, happy to have experienced it.
Worst experience ever! I’d rate it with 0 stars if I could. I was on vacation in January 2020 and went there for Steve Aoki. The club was too crowded and overfilled with people, you can’t move, you almost can’t breath. Securities were very unprofessional and rude to all people who’s not in VIP zone, they were pushing and treating everybody like sh.t. You can go to this club if you want to be treated like an animal or a piece of sh.t, but if you have a respect about yourself, so don’t go there ever!
Extremely entertaining with great djs and music artists, dancers, and colorful interior which lights up sometimes! The club maintained an exciting atmosphere, playing a good variety of music and there was enough room for the crowd to dance. There are two bars to grab drinks to enjoy throughout the night!
THIS IS THE WORSE CLUB IN THE WORLD!!! (From Australia)I wish I could give this venue negative 5 stars.Ive traveled the world and this is hands down the worse club Ive been too / experienced. From when we got there we were treated like second class citizens, snatching out passports out of our hands and blue lighting them like we were being integrated by the CIA. Once we finally got into the club there was no where to stand, sit or breathe. The club was over sold by 200x its assumed legal limit and better still the security guards egos were larger than the club with the ambition to leave a free gap between the booths and the dance floor - they couldnt achieve this so therefore had to flex their overweight guts to force this matter. One security guard in between man handling the crowd thought he was Chris Brown and was happy to throw down some dance moves in his forced freed up space..... I have no other words to describe this place other than awful, outdated and careless. I havent touched on the $30 USD house vodkas and the primary act not showing up to after 4am (I didnt stay to this time as I couldnt take being there any longer than 1 hour). There are much better clubs / bars in Miami - please save your time and money and try something else!!!!
Horrible rude stupid guards! the guy who checked the passport in the hall does not know how to use Google or how use his brain! he decided that my passport was not real because I was a foreigner and the passport of another country looked a little different and didn’t let me into the club! although I said that I could show the ticket with my name written on it or how, in his opinion, did I fly here? but he said that this is not proof!! that is, everyone at the airport is stupid and let me in with a fake passport but he is the smartest and decided that it was a fake? WtfffI really ask management to keep an eye on what kind of people they hire! I have never met so many stupid people in my life like this man!
Definitely won’t be our last time here! Thank you Arteen for such a fun night!
I had a terrible experience here. The security can overstep their boundaries without any consequences, drinks are overpriced and disgusting, crowd is a bunch of wannabes trying to prove a point, music is mediocre, let’s not forget the owner of this place couldn’t even stay open during the pandemic despite making $100,000 a night. Says a lot about the company and how much they care about the business.
Rude staff. Expensive. Cant even get close to the music. Do something else.
LIV definitely LIVes up to its expectations. We always grab a VIP table and have the best time!
I spoke with a women named Tracy. She told me there was no one who worked there and or promoted for this specific nightclub that worked there. One of my friends were already inside the club and I had expressed that to her and she straight up lied to me. I showed the text thread to her from my friend who she also knows and denied the fact she knows him. So not only did she lie I also know what this was about. This was about me not looking the way she wanted all of the girls to look in the club. I am sorry but I dress very nice to go to clubs. But clearly I did not look the part. Very judgemental and racist club. I had seen four other folks be treated with other disrespect because of shorts! Really? It’s shorts. And I’m sorry but for anyone who has ever been to a club, it can get quite hot while being inside. She made me pay 150 to get in. My experience was extremely poor and never have I ever been treated in such a manner at any other club on south beach. Will never return
Outdated club model. They take the spotlight off a famous DJ to project it on the bottle girls holding signs with the face of dudes who pay for that - who cares about this?! How is that more important than a world famous DJ. Also they are very fake, they state that smoking is prohibited and that ladies can’t wear flat shoes, yet they sell vapes and Flipflops in the ladies bathroom. Also nobody is dancing there, the dance floor is so full that nobody can move and maybe 3 out of all the tables could even barely see the DJ. Very drunk people in there stumbling and puking several times, which you wouldn’t expect from such a „fancy“ club. Never again.
The staff are very professional. If you buy a ticket before getting in, you’ll be admitted very fast. The drinks were pretty expensive ( 16 dollars for a corona) and the dance floor fills up to the point of being undancable after 2 hours. Overall good experience but the club’s popularity is both a blessing and a curse
I had a great time. The music was great, the staff were very professional, the bathrooms were loaded with mints, colognes, and many more amenities. My only complaint is the prices: $24 for a tiny gin tonic and the tickets were $65 on a Wednesday. Ill definitely return occasionally, but wont become one of my regular spots
IPhone stolen out of purse. Woman at the door told us to be careful of pickpocketing, so we were vigilant. Ordered two drinks (one non-alcoholic) and the bartender told us it was $68 so we asked for a receipt and it was significantly less. Crammed dance floor. Not even worth it for high-profile artists. Avoid at all costs.
This spot has the best vibes, amazing staff, and welcoming atmosphere. Hands down the best night club in Miami. Their summer line up last year was off the charts, cant wait to see what they do this summer. Tip pre-game before you go drinks are over priced and small.. Bottle service is terrible. However the club is lit lit.
Don’t come here - if you’re not paying for a table then you’re just going to stand around while security just keeps pushing you forward and away from the tables. There’s no where to actually dance or have fun. These types of clubs are the reason that club culture/fun is dying out. SMH.
Hi tech large nightclub/danceclub/concert venue. Great space, light show, sound system.
Good club but don’t come here for celebrities. They don’t show up until 5 am
This is my first ever Google review and I think it’s much needed. This place is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to. Bouncers don’t have any sense of decency. My friend and I were trying to get into the dance space (which is extremely small by the way) which is exactly what you go to a club for I guess? And this bouncer literally pushed me away and put his hands on my chest. As a woman, in a club where bouncers are supposed to be hired for security and safety, I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. We also saw a couple of bouncers swat away girls by slapping their butts. Where I come from, i have never seen women being treated like that. Bouncers are also extremely rude for no reason and don’t have any manners when it comes to talking. From reading other reviews, it’s evident that I am not the only one who has experienced this. I don’t think any woman should be touched like that without her consent. Don’t go there unless you want to be assaulted and feel violated because that’s exactly how I feel right now. I don’t know why everyone calls it “the best club in Miami” because i would never come back here again. The crowd is not filtered at all, as there were a lot of creepy men there as well. I’d not recommend this place to anyone, the hype is completely unfounded. The worst club ever.
Worst club Ive been to. It only took half an hour for the staff to completely destroy my mood at my own expense.
Bruh Rick Ross didnt show until 3:30 am thats wack
Absolutely terrible. Spend a bunch of money to be treated like a regular patron almost like a barcode. Don’t spend more than 100$ for this place. Terrible customer service after spending 30k will never come back here. I’ve been to plenty of “high end” clubs and this should not be rated higher then 2 or 3 stars. Go somewhere that values you spending your hard earned money. If you want to be treated like poop, then come here!
Flew in from Moscow early morning and was told to definitely check out LIV on Saturday. After traveling for 10 years around europe, asia, and usa, I must say that I have never seen such disgust, confidence and hatred towards people by LIV staff. Every single one of them picked and selected the crowd they wanted to let into the club. None of the staff answered any of the questions about who is performing, who is playing or what the cover is!? Because they told different information to different people and were unable to keep up with it. After two hours of standing aside the club and observing everything that goes on and how despirate people plead and beg for doormen to let them in, i can 100% confirm that they only let easy girls in, who dont even end up spending a cent in there. LIV YOU HAVE A LOT TO WORK ON AND YOU MAY START WITH FIRING ALL OF YOUR MARKETING RECRUITER BOYS AT THE ENTRANCE OR WHATEVER THEIR ACTUAL WORK TITLE IS. People who are willing to spend money DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS!
I think this place is one BIG scam. Make sure you get your credit card or debit card back from the bartenders in a timely fashion. If you want to sit down you’ll have to buy a section because I don’t believe there were any first come/first serve type of seating so wear comfortable shoes if you want to have a good time without a section. The energy was pretty nice but I guess I went on the wrong night because the crowd was a little young.
The venue was like any other normal club, except the staff were aggressive. They pushed my friend out of our booth because she wanted to sit down. It’s very superficial in that way, which takes away from the fun. May as well go somewhere else and enjoy your night!
Absolutely worst venue i’ve ever been to. Do NOT go here for concerts. Not worth the money to stand behind pillars blocking the whole view. Way too many people and not enough space. Over priced and seriously not worth your time.
Make a favorite for yourself and stay away from this ridiculous place. The entire club built for the scam people. They don’t even let you dance on the dance floor because dance floor occupied by people who bought bottle lol. One of worse club i went to
This Place is ok to have a little fun. But what makes it worst is the valet parking area those guys make my driver move from the ramp for no reason making it hard to get a ride. You guys want our money but the service is horrible and you guys has no education at all you better fix and hire better people there.
Like many attendees Im sure, Ive been to clubs around the world. Ive worked in the industry for almost 20 years but I was visiting for fun and not for work! LIV is was a wonderful experience. Its expensive, expect that if you hadnt already. Know going in youre paying a significantly inflated price, but its all for the experience, and in my opinion, worth every dollar. I was with a group of 10 guys for a bachelor party, we did not have a table we just wanted to see the show, but I can honestly say the highlight was how engaging and friendly the security team was from the beginning. It really set the tone for a wonderful evening. I never realized how much of a difference that can make.
Mediocre and felt like secret services was lurking the whole time. The VIP section was the whole dance floor and you paid thousands of dollars just to get booted out ! Everyone else had to stand near the bars
I was there with friends for Tiesto show. Place was really fun, sound was ok, I was expecting it to be better. Drinks were crazy expansive.
If you arent a person of status or have a table dont even bother going unless you want to feel like a peasant. Theres literally no room to stand, so forget it if you plan to dance. No night here is complete without one getting pushed by the bouncers who are busy guarding tables. One more thing, they could care less about reviews.
Worked in nightclubs for 8 years, could not believe the audacity of the manager sticking our 13-person party in a tiny 4-seater couch that we had to SHARE with another group. We specifically requested a table on the mezzanine and when we told them we were unhappy they refused to accommodate and said 3sq feet would cost an additional $1500. In addition, the overflow of our table was in a high traffic isle so we had nowhere to stand or dance without other guests walking through. Overall thoroughly disappointed. Do not book a VIP table here.
Biggest scam of life....They promote an event saying the artist is going to be there, but dont tell you that they dont go on until late hours of the night (3 or 4am) so youre let into the club at 11:30, and need to wait hours in the hopes of seeing the artist you bought tickets for. On top of that two vodka sodas cost $50. No thanks. Never going here again. The hotel is beautiful and the lobby bar was a fun time, but thats all you need to do. Dont waste your time going inside LIV especially if youre over 30.
We went there on a Thursday night. Great athmosphere, service was quick and efficient, bathrooms are clean, and we had enough space to enjoy the night. Prices include a service charge, was not particularly cheap but it was ok for the experience. We will come back.
Underwhelming night at a visually impressive venue. Most of the crowd was dressed to impress however there were dozens of guests clearly in violation of dress code wearing flip flops, T- shirts, athletic wear, sneakers and ballet flats which distracted from the lux vibe. On a more positive note, the male-heavy crowd included a wide age range with a large showing from the 50+ crowd in addition to the usual 20-30 somethings and even a few guests in leg and knee braces! The evenings headliner (Cedric Gervais) seemed to be having an off night with several Spotify-quality transitions and a very predictable tracklist that could have been labelled 2000-2010s Top 40 EDM Hits. The crowd as a result seemed disengaged with a guest streaming football on his iPad, others smoking up a storm in the club and generally people being more interested in chatting than dancing.Bar staff were efficient and pleasant, regularly IDing guests throughout the night to match names to credit cards. Bottles of water are charged out at Ibiza super club prices so stay well hydrated before going to limit the sticker shock and to use the cash for impressive pours of hard spirits, the staff definitely do not short pour.Overall, it all felt a bit small town nightclub. If LIV is among the best that Miami has to offer, it is several leagues below what would be considered acceptable in New York, Vegas, Berlin, London or Ibiza. If looking for a big club night in Miami, recommend looking elsewhere.
ProsGreat sound system and lighting. The place is huge. Professional employees.ConsVery hard to move around. If you make your way to the front which is pretty impossible, you won’t be able to go back get a drink or use the bathrooms easily. There is only one entrance to the main dance floor which gets very crowded. The place is expensive. It’s Miami Beach. Expect to spend a lot of money. If you don’t want to spend money don’t go there. Dress formal. Don’t wear shorts because you won’t get in.I prefer Story Nightclub over LIV any day.
3 words to describe this place: boring, pretentious, and a rip-off. Ive been in enough clubs to have an opinion. If you want to spend $75 (online) or $80 (at the entrance) to watch few groups of people seating at tables on couch backrests chatting/looking at their phones, thinking that that makes them cool, and you also think that that is the definition of cool, while very few people dance and try to have fun and many other just watch, then by all means go ahead and waste your money/time. Moreover, the main artist for which we paid didnt show up even till 3am, at which point we decided to leave, very disappointed. From a club within the Fontainebleu we were not expecting such level of BS. Its a shame for a place like this.
Felt pressured by the security. Dancing area is small and had a line to get in. After you spend too much time in the first row in that area they kick you out for enjoying that for too long.70% of the space are private areas. Only parts that are not private are halls and that dancing area. You are hanging out in the hallways if you are not in the dancing or private area.Past 4am some people would start throwing up.Security is fast as a lighting to appear and a ascort the person out but nobody would care to clean up.You get a contrast of a high level treatment in the bathroom with guys giving you towels and soap but at the same time people dancing in human wastes like in a hog pan.Girls in dresses half my monthly salary slipping on puke. Let’s go…I’m happy that our headliner (Martin Garrix) got there considerably early (1:30am)Prices are whatever, it’s a club in Miami Beach, so not complaining.
Legendary experience. I will try to break it down. If you got table reservation/bottle service you will get in just fine. Now I will speak for the people who buy tickets. If you want to buy tickets, go right ahead and make sure you do that when the event comes out, prices skyrocket, i got my tickets for $100 and thats generous. You will feel better because you never know how $$$$$ that cover charge can be if you try to walk in without a ticket. Come on time (11pm), and be patient. If you are patient, respectful and conduct yourself professionally, the doorman will assist you and let you in. There you will show ID, scan your ticket, go through security and get in just fine. Amazing experiences, but be ready to spend a lot on drinks. At the end of the day, if you are respectful and professional you will get in fine, if you are impatient and immature, you will wait all day. Also dress very nice.
Liv did not Liv up to the hype. Paying $100 cover at the door I expected a unique experience, however the Club was no better, maybe worse than a college bar. Visually, the Club is beautiful, however it contains a Tiny dance floor that is difficult to navigate through. Bouncers are constantly pushing people in and out of the dance area, which takes up less area than VIP. The music is typical for a Bar, the lights are great with many Lazors and strobes. Many guests are left out of the Dance area, taking up space by the bar. Drinks at the bar are unreasonable priced, $108 for 4 shots. Realistically, to enjoy this venue you must have a VIP booth ready to spend at least 5 figures to enjoy the venue. If your a casual tourist looking to party in Miami, don’t waste your time and money at Liv.
The atmosphere was ecstatic to say the least. We loved this place. We felt the drinks were a little expensive but overall it was a great experience. We will definitely come back again.
Was recommended this club by my sister & her friends. Spent nearly $300 for admission. Drinks are costly despite being basic. Have to buy bottled water @$10. Bouncers were extremely rude & condescending, also creeps. Whats the point of it being a club with little dance space!? The space is unsuitable small. People packed in like sardines. Only VIP tables which are not worth the $2000 price tag. Dont bother going here.
Ive been to Miami many times a didnt make it to LIV...BIG MISTAKE! I was down there over the weekend for a wedding and decided I couldnt leave Miami again without going to LIV. Went there around 1am and it was a mob scene of people waiting to get in, no organization, no line just a mess. Long story short I got in for FREE (saved $160, thanks MBPD) and my fiancée and I had a GREAT time. Migos performed and there were a bunch of NFL players in there.
After spending around $200 on a round of shots for our group, they immediately proceeded to arbitrarily kick out three of us for being too drunk. One of us who was kicked out is a strict Muslim who has never had a sip of alcohol in his entire life. Beware if you go as a group - they will kick you out once they get your money as soon as they can. Theres a reason this place doesnt even have 3.5 stars.
Horrible experience. Paid $50 for tickets a week early only to find out that general admission is a small sardine-packed area in the middle. Bouncers are a**-holes and continue to push you away from the “vip” areas on the side that aren’t even marked off. Go to E11even or any other club for a much better experience!!
The rudest security guards I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I was there for the Tiesto show yesterday and it bothered me a lot that they don’t let people to take pictures and record videos but they feel okay filming videos on their own even if they are not the ones paying for the hefty ticket fee. You’ll be pushed around and yelled at unless you have a table. I’ve also seen many people being physically pushed for only taking pictures. I don’t understand how these people treat the audience like this. As if the place was run by security guards not a proper management team. It was the worst night club I’ve ever been and definitely I will never spend a dime on this business ever again! I recommend everyone to not to spend a dollar on such businesses run by cave man!
Flew from Virginia to Miami to take my girlfriend to her favorite artist Porter Robinson for her Birthday but was denied entry because she was limping. Not only was the staff rude and uncaring but also refused to let us speak to the manager in order to refund our tickets forcing us to charge back. Go to club space or MAPS Backlot they are better in every possible way.
No point in selling tickets without tables. As there is zero space for the cattle. If its a tables only club, say that. Dont charge me $100 to have no where to stand and constantly be moved around by door staff. Totally over capacity. Very much your lucky to be here, shut up. Avoid! (unless you have a table)
Has two levels but barely any dance floor. You basically have to buy a table if you want a view of the performer. Cocktails at the bar are around $25-30 each.
Went there to see a specific celebrity and they didn’t show until 3AM. Complete waste of time and money. My lady’s feet hurt the entire night because they wouldn’t even let people without sections lean against the couches. Drinks were extremely overpriced. Once the celebrity did come we could barely see them because they sat down in one spot the entire time. Men in there were sketchy. The one good thing was there’s a parking deck right down the street so you don’t have to pay too much to park.
If i could give 0 I would! Very bad disrespectful place.I was there with friends for my birthday and the staff treat people very poorly if you don’t have a table. One of the security guys pushed me Because i was close to the table It was very packed! He could just tell me to move but he just pushed me. And the place have no smoking 🚭 but they let people on tables to smoke but not to others. When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me that he will not even listen to me because I don’t have a table. They think they are the best club in Miami but they’re so far from it. Very rude disrespectful place.
All the bouncers are black and there is this slim guy lol he is the hero and zeroDon’t come to this planePlease don’tIt is fake and bad
Be careful, people steal mobile phones here. Every night several phones are being stolen so be extra cautious here.
Great club my third time being there. It was Jaden Smith‘s birthday. So I saw him in person it was nice and the music was great too. Will always recommend this club to anybody. But it gets really packed quickly so you should book tickets in advance.
I booked a table here 9/3 for my birthday and my experience was amazing. I booked my table through Cristian V. the VIP operations host and his service was impeccable.Great customer service skills and very personable. Hes amazing and I recommend dealing with him. He will ensure youre taken care of.
Awful!!! Went to see souja boy, stayed until 3:30 am and he never showed up. drinks are OUTRAGEOUS!!! $65 for a well vodka and Red Bull plus $65 to get in. Just absolutely not worth your time, go to literally any other bar. Security was also super rude and kept shoving us. Will never go back. Such a waste of money.
An ok club but music events here are a total scam.DO NOT SEE DJs/Artists here, it is a scam. They are paid to turn up for 10 minutes at 3am ONLY.We bought $100 tickets to see Tiesto and Maluma, was presented as starting at 11pm, turned up for 10 minutes at 3am.
If you are in Miami you have to try this club to complete your experience. The dance floor is huge with a variety of music and the drinks do their job. Weekdays are very crowed and the weekends are even more packed.
They tried to charge me twenty dollars for a tap water - enough said. Rick Ross didn’t even show up. They used to be great, now they’re beat as hell
HOTSPOT FOR PETTY THEFT. Went in on the courtesy of a friend, with a group of 8 girls. Within the first hour that we were there, TWO of us had wallets and a phone stolen our of our purses. While filing a report with the club, three more girls walked in the door with the same problem, all coming from the dance floor area. I asked the bouncer if this was common & he lied to me saying no. Read other google reviews and trip advisor--this happens frequently. There are professionals that lurk every night with the intent only to rob you. They are swift. My friend felt them, but they were gone by the time she turned around. I didnt feel a thing. Neither of us were drunk by any means. The LIV staff were not helpful at all, and do not help in any way. I filed an actual police report myself. For a place so expensive that is supposed to be upscale, it was one of the most uncomfortable places I have ever been. There are other nightclubs in Miami that you can have a better experience for less $$$$. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
WARNING! Club is a scam ..if they promote an artist they dont show up until 3am or 4am....may perform one song and thats it. Its an appearance, not a performance. Dont get confused .Youre there all night just waiting for the artist to show up. You can have a better time at a different club!!
This is an iconic place in Miami. Amazing music, amazing vibes. Exceptional drinks menu. Great staff. Incredibly attentive Staff on bottle service. Great selection of DJs and great dance floor vibes. And the music is amazing and you can visit here once twice three times or more or however often do you like to during one visit.
Packed floor, no air to breathe. They don’t clean up spills on the floor. Bathroom reeked atrocious. From all the hours I was there it was mostly Spanish music. Counted 5 English songs. This is Miami, not Mexico. $100 overpriced cover charge for a unsatisfactory experience.
Genuinely the worst club I’ve ever been to. Poorly planned. I feel sorry for anyone who pays for a ticket to enter this club. People dressed poorly for an exclusive club. No where to sit at all, very over priced drinks and poor service. They let far too many people in with no dance floor or area to be unless you have bottle service. You are much better off going to any other club in Miami.
