Every once in a while I go into a business that makes feel really good inside . The owner n staff here are very special people ( I don’t know how else to describe them) and the store is always neat and stocked very well. Also if you bring in your dog they hook you up.🐶 I can’t recommend them enough, you’ll understand if you go. Love n light🤩

Very good place, very friendly staff and owner, Camilla especially is really friendly and attentive, you can trust that they know their products, and they will really recommend what is best for you according to your needs, and not just try to sell you anything just to make a sale, and in top of that, their prices are reasonable. One big plus about this business too is that they will really listen to any concerns and ideas of products the customers may have or want and they will try to order what you’re looking for. Such a great place and wonderful customer service. We got a great deal on their products, even signing up for their reward service (15% off after you spend a certain amount). Worker gave us a matt on top of our purchases.I also recommend their Incense manufactured by Wildberry which carries through the whole room!

Great local shop they act like real people and treat you the same unlike some of the other shops where I just feel like theyre trying to gauge how local you are and how much they can overcharge you. The guy at the counter was genuinely happy to help and excited for my new piece just as much as I was, it made me feel like a kid goin to the shop back when it was taboo and exciting.

On 2022 when I just moved to the neighborhood I would come here with my dog and we were greeted by this beautiful golden muscular female french doggy, my dog fell in love (love at first sight is real) so I would come here often to buy rolling paper or Incense. There prices are good… but the bond between these two dogs was amazing!!!!!!! but unfortunately the frenchie and the nice girl that would attend us no longer work there… it’s been hard on my dog cause when we walk that street he pulls me towards the entrance door of the smoke shop just to see his little friend…

Prices are good. And products too, but I usually need to go in the morning and it’s very rare to find them around 10:15/10:20 am

We had a wonderful experience here. Pedro helped us with excellent customer service. I was on a tight budget and this place had quite a few options in my small price range. Pedro showed me a few options as well as taught me some things I didnt know. He was very knowledgable and friendly and it felt very low pressure. Highly recommend this place.

People who works there are truly nice! The place also looks nice with different variety of products, but unfortunately the 4 stars because they did not have good packaged Kratom which is the product I was looking for. But I will go again.

A missed call during business hours is a customer lost. And when you’re out of a product, order more or local customers will go to your local competitors. This is basic business mngt 101. This is a great store with awesome staff but their just not responsive enough to product demand & are not customer service oriented. Just being honest.

We all know customer service goes a long way, especially when we all know these types of shops basically sell the same items... and I must say that Chris at this location is outstanding. Very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I had many questions and gripes about certain brand name, disposable vape modules, all made in China of course, and how they determine the size of each puff, in the puff count they claim to have. He patiently took me through all of them and ultimately that is what closed the sale, which was at his recommendation - HDQ (Nuts Tabacco) - which is amazing. I even mentioned I saw a disposable vape module completely made in Japan, including the juice, and he suggested I bring it in, including the box, so he could show it to ownership and possibly carry the product in the lineup. Ive been going to the competitors shop, Smokers World, simply because its right next to my house, and they dont even come close to the customer attention I received from Chris. I wont be going back to Smokers World.

Ive been to a few places, and this one is close to where I live and very friendly. Knowledgeable on their products, and will answer any question you have. I call to see if they have something in stock, and will order straight away if they dont.

This is the go to store in the North Miami Beach area. The staff is knowledgeable on everything they sell and are always willing to help and inform. I purchase the CBD oil from here because I know the best products are sold here. I actually drive from Doral to this store because its worth the drive to get the quality product and also to be helped by the friendly staff. Id go here always.

Rude girl sitting at bar couldnt tell she work there abruptly asked can I help you as if we disturbed her by walking in!? I replied Im here to purchase cigars and asked if there where open. Another gentlemen goes behind the counter to assist and when I turned back around to her she is in mid eye roll and mocking jesture!! Knows we see it and blames it on her contacts!!! Wow! Horrible horrible horrible customer service. There are three other smoke shops with in walking distance of this place and they clearly want you to go to anyone of those places because customers just disrupt their private hang out and be rude time.

Bad bussiness . Been coming here for over a year . I live in the area and i always get mundo tobacco and incense sticks here. Always pay $5.50 for 30 incense sticks. Today they tried to Charge now .25 cents per stick. And i got 30 of them so they tried to charge me $7.50 when they have the price sign up 30 for $5.50 . I dont mind paying the extra $2 but I dont like BAD BUSSINESS . IVe been shopping here for a year now but now I’m not coming back . Put up a sign NOTIFYING PRICE CHANGE AND TAKE THE OLD SIGN DOWN OR ELSE IT LOOKS LIKE YOURE STEALING FROM PEOPLES POCKETS. No worries won’t come back here 👋🏽✌🏽☝🏽

I was on vacation and I broke my electronic cigarette. So I asked the saleswoman for a little cigarette to tide me over during my vacation. She sold me a cigarette that didnt work. I tried it in front of her, she saw there was a problem, she gave me another cigarette which still didnt work. Results: 35 dollars for nothing because the saleswoman did not want to give me the product I wanted.
