I was blown away with this place. The cleanliness was great.. I didn’t have an appointment and I needed my daughter to get her hair done. I was able to walk right in and was greeted by the sweetest concierge, Rosie. She assisted me right away and recommended the perfect hair dresser for my daughter. Walking into Salon by JC is the most magical experience. From the moment you walk in you get to meet Rosie who is absolutely fabulous and willing to help you meet the right hairdresser/nail tech and more. The location is super clean and my hairdresser experience with Ludy in suite 24 was spectacular. I’m so glad I found this place while shopping at hobby lobby next door! Definitely a win win!

Soon entering I did not know much about the services and operations and Rosie was so kind and helpful. I was a walk-in and she quickly assisted me to find someone available at the moment. I wish I could give this place more stars! I visited Salons By JC this past weekend for a massage and was impressed with the overall service. I was greeted by their concierge, Rosie who was so nice and professional. She welcomed me and guided me directly to suite 13. I enjoyed the massage very much and especially appreciated the cleanliness of the salon. I will definitely be returning soon!

Milagros Is an exceptional Haircut/Hairstylist for children of all ages and Moms and Dads as well💖👍 You can get everyone done at the same time and save!!! My twins and 16 year old have been going to her since her last location, she is very attentive loving and does amazing with her haircuts! She is like family and the salon suites is beautiful you feel as if you are at home with her amazing attention!!!! I recommend her 💯 % to anyone and their families even for the most picky child she’s the best and I never rate unless they are at the most top of the line!!!!!! I have to say that coming to JC Salon Suites was the best experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Rosie, who was friendly and willing to show me where my daughters appt was made (I’m new to this whole salon suite situation), to Melany who styled my daughters hair for her quinceñera! Realizing that this was a location that houses many small businesses, I still felt that upscale salon feel without the insane prices. I had to walk in and out a few times to grab hair decorations for my daughter and within the hour I witnessed Rosie sweeping and cleaning the entrance way doors 2 times 😁😁😁 Melany was amazing and I highly recommend coming here for any of your beauty needs 💅💈💇🏻‍♀️

I love coming to this establishment to get my hair cut by Mrs MILADY on n suite 10. She is an excellent hairstylist and very personable. This place is super clean it always smells great, the men’s bathroom is always clean as is this whole place and the manager Rosie is absolutely wonderful, if I need any other service she is there and directs me with the perfect service. I recommend this establishment to whoever needs to get everything in one day.

This was my first time at this Salon and I met Rosie the manager at the desk. She walked with me to the waiting area and explained their process. I found Rosie pleasant and professional. I have been working in Salons By JC Kendale Lakes location over a month and I love my new suite, very comfortable, salon overall is always clean and agreeable which is very important. I also love our receptionist Rosie which is always available for any questions or directory for clients who don’t know where to find a suite, she is the sweetest and most helpful person & welcoming once you walk in! Overall, this has been one of my favorite suites in Miami, amazing salon & experience!

I would love to share the experience I had visiting a new hairdresser that was highly recommend to me by family member.I went to see Belinda in suite 6 and explained the terrible experience with my past hairdresser.From the moment I came in I felt right at home The salon was very clean and atmosphere was what I was looking for. She took the time to explain what she was doing because I was having color done. I will highly recommend Belinda and the rest of her stuff which I have also done my manicure and pedicure with.Yudnaris .Her professionalism is top notch.

I went to see Adriana and she is the best hair stylish I have had. I really recommended her. She knows exactly what do you need to look perfect and how work in blond hair to maintain it healthy. She knows how work with highlights and make your hair hydrated and perfect.I want to express my gratitude to all the staff that was respectful and polite. I was recommended to try out the suites by a friend because I was in dire need of a pedicure super last minute. And the receptionist Rosie somehow found a way to link me up with one of the pedicurists. This place is a hidden treasure with so many options I was super happy with my service, suer happy with the way she bargained the slot for me. I called Rosie (Manager) and gave her my specific needs- …asked for a great stylist that could do my color, cut & style, and English speaking, and she began looking for someone suitable. I absolutely loved my experience with room #28, Adriana and Jensy. They were so welcome and accommodating and FUN!! Normally, I just plug my earbuds in and tune out on my phone, but we were talking the whole time! Not forced; genuine human connection. AND their work was amazing! I am a Suite owner at Salons by JC and I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made to move to this location. I love the decor, the ambiance and especially how clean everything is. One of the perks of this location is our concierge Rosie. She is always willing to help in anything that she can and is very easy to work with.

After re locating to Miami I had a hard time looking for a good barber in town not only wasted my money going to different barbershop not only in Kendall but in Miami till I found Angel. Hes been my go every other week and never disappointed, actually he always exceeded by far my expectations. He loves what he does and trust me you can tell, not only focuses on every single detail but also gives you advices about trending cuts or even personal, experienced, recommendations. Please do me a favor and do not waste your time and money going to another barbershop with fake or purchased reviews on social media and do yourself a favor going with this man. 5 stars its not even enough for what he does. I’ve been doing my hair with Nasha from Sparks of Beauty for over almost 7 years. She’s the best, my hair never gets damaged, she takes her time to make sure I get the color I love, and she’s a sweetheart. Rented a suite here and it has been one of the best decisions I have made in my barber career. Suites are clean and private all my customers love this place. Our concierge Rosie greets all customers and provides all suite owners with everything needed to make our day run smooth . From when I walked in the manager Rosie couldn’t be any nicer and was very helpful in what I was asking about. Nory the hairdresser was so professional and great knowledge about dry & frizzy hair gave me a lot of tips. Ana the lady that did my pedicure was great, I have ingrown toe nails when she finished no pain at all, first time in a long time this has happen. This was my first time here, but for sure not the last.

I am in love with my results!! I use to go to Cyndi but she’s no longer there and decided to see Leny. (Suite 15) I am absolutely blown away, I don’t know what to do with myself. From the moment I booked with her she’s been very professional very communicative. The location is always clean, from the suites to the bathrooms and Rosie is great she walked me to my suite asked if I needed anything else and I was in heaven. Leny knows what she is doing. Reyna’s work is remarkable. She’s been my hair stylist for six months now and has transformed my hair to look and feel healthier. My mother has been seeing her for over a year, and we just love her energy & enthusiasm. Belinda in salon #6 is amazing. I do color highlight’s cut and blow dry with her and everyone has something to say about my hair. I recommend her to everyone she is great and very friendly.

Absolutely horrible and uncomfortable experience with a hairdresser named Lenny. She started off by complaining about the clothing I had on which was a simple sweatshirt (no hood) and claimed I had to remove it (after I told her I had no shirt underneath) to wash my hair?!? Already off to an uncomfortable situation. She then made several comments about my face mask and eventually removed it from my face herself. I have a high risk medical condition brought on by a previous covid infection and have a right to wear one and protect myself! Then after we specifically instructed her to do simple layers and exactly what length to leave it at she then CHOPPED OFF ALL MY LONG HAIR and by the end what was left was a very unflattering BOB CUT that was exactly the opposite of what was instructed for her to do!!! This has completed derailed my entire style and sense of identity and has left me feeling a huge sense of regret that I ever stepped foot in this place. Also, salon room was TINY and very disorganized. Horrible experience!!! What a disaster!! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! BE RESPECTFUL!

Mens manicure is amazing. The place is very efficient and does a great job. I dont have much time with a busy work schedule and they always accomodate me. Doris is the lady to go to !!!! They also do hair as well . Highly recommend!

While some colleagues continued to be charged their monthly rent as usual, JC salons have waived our rents for the time we have been closed so we are worry free while following the social distance guidelines to avoid the COVID-19 spread. I love Salons by JC. I go to the one in Hollywood to get my brows done by Tink. So when I saw they opened one in Kendall I went to check it out, decor is beautiful. It really is a great concept. You can get all your beauty needs done in one place. I told all my friends that live in Kendall about it.

A few month ago I was looking for a great place for my clients ! When I arrived to this place Rosie was so kind to me that made feel so welcome. She showed me all the place and I loved it. Now I rent the suite 19 and my clients and myself are so happy !

Suite 22 with Elda the nail and wax tech is the best to for waxing and nail needs. She makes you feel very comfortable and i’m always satisfied with her services especially the waxes . I’ve been going to her for months now because I don’t think i could trust anyone else with my brows or bikini waxes

I have just started coming here and I have to say Elda in suite 22 has so far been the BEST nail technician I’ve gone to! She did my eyebrows and I’m usually very picky.. but she did AMAZING! Everyone and my friends loved the brows AND nails! The environment is a small room but Elda makes you feel at home.. Very relaxed environment..with relaxing soothing music and not to mention she gives clients refreshing drinks! I highly recommend you go to Elda in suite 22!!! With 2 locations and over 2 years of rental experience, I wouldn’t want to rent at any salon suite other than JC. Peter and Cyndi are the ideal landlords, allowing me freedom to design the business of my dream, while always being available to address any issues I’ve had. My clients are equally satisfied with plentiful parking, clean restrooms, upscale environment, and the convenient location. I had a full service salon for over a decade, never going back to that!

Barbarita and Cari are absolutely wonderful stylists, I had a bad experience before coming to this salon where they absolutely butchered my hair and Barbara saved me and left me looking fabulous. Ive tried near by salons and nothing compares to having a well seasoned stylist with years of experience. Barbarita took one look at my hair and immediately knew what to do and jumped into action. Cari is a fairy Godmother of waxing, my eyebrows were a hot mess and she shaped them to perfection without hesitation. These two wonderful ladies left me looking like one of the Shahs of Sunset! I will not go anywhere else. They took the upmost care in maintaining CDC guidelines and wore proper PPE and it did not affect thier artistry at all, upmost professionalism! Love Them! I was scheduled today for 12pm and i traveled from 3 hours away i never write any reviews but this is just so upsetting i sent her a deposit and she is not responding to any of my messages and on the other hand also gave me a wrong phone number. They have no receptionist at the entrance so no one could help me with my situation. Do not go here !!!!
