OYO Hotel Coral Gables - Miami Airport

2 stars only because the front desk lady was so nice & it was not her fault. This place has got to do better. The rooms do NOT look as they are shown on the website!!! I can still smell the terrible stench left in the room when my daughter and I walked in. It was old and dingy looking, furniture beaten up and dusty. I didnt expect this at all since I am from Ohio!?! The lady at the check in window was very nice about everything. The sad part is a couple before me turned their key back in 5 minutes after checking into their room. The Booking.com customer service Renae was awesome helping me out. I will NEVER go by the pictures again!!!

We transferred here from a Hilton and we wished we wouldve stayed here the whole time. The rooms were clean. we had a jacuzzi in our room and it was all cheaper than our previous hotel. Customer service was excellent. Rafael at the front desk went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

This place should really be labeled a motel instead of hotel. Room was gross for lack of better word. Didnt look as nice as pictured, smelled of mildew, black mold in bathroom, thin black curtains, rust all over metal lighting fixtures, the jacuzzi tub was small about knee height and they gave bubble bath pour into a restaurant take out dip/salsa container. Felt like a bad neighborhood, extremely disappointed, luckily only booked 1 night. Find yourself a motel 6, itll be better than this.

Pictures very deceiving. Should really label themselves as “motel” instead of “hotel”. The remodels couldn’t hide the fact that it was an older building and the stench! OMG. The AC unit only worsened the smell. The sound of the street could be heard from inside which we definitely booked at a wrong time. It was a last minute booking but from now we will definitely read the reviews before any booking. Accurately said, you get what you pay for.

Clean room, clean sheets, clean fridge clean bathroom, quiet little spot. i do hotel and motel work so i have an eye for rooms being done properly. and i give this a 5 stars on being a clean room. The employees are very helpful. and housekeeping is really nice and helpful. Highly recommend

The place is pretty cool. Its right next to a very busy street. Alot of stores and eatery nearby but the sound from the street can be heard inside the rooms. The room we got had the AC dripping water. Reported it to the office, they gave us towels to place under the dripping water. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

Great hotel! The rooms are renovated and cleaned, the hotel on the outside is beautiful and colorful , amazing stuff and amazing service. Great prices and super close not just to the airport also to great shopping centers and close to the best restaurants in miami! Will definitely come back! Really recommend!!!

Nice place but not kept up with nicely, my room was dirty, there were also used drug needles in my room along with leftover burnt marijuana cigarettes.

The shower couldve used some work the rack was slightly broken the floor was dirty they had a wannabe bodhi ( however u spell it )

Place breaks of urine in the parking lot....yuck!!. And the name on the sign doesnt say OYO Hotel its a totally different name.

Car robbed within 10 minutes of arrival. ransacked. be careful, thieves staked out.

This place!!! Nothing to do with the photos shown on your page, the room they gave my family and me was very unpleasant, I paid 134 dollars per night and I wanted two nights but then when I saw the situation of the room I only stayed one At night, they gave me a dirty room, the bedclothes were white but had traces as if they had been on the floor, the lamp was super old and rusty and dusty, the mirror was completely dirty, the bathroom looked like a mousetrap, super small and not It looked like the photo they offer, the refrigerator and microwave are dirty and the door to the room is super hard and you have to push very hard to open, I dont know if that was the worst room they gave me, but it was on the second floor and there is no elevator available and if you have babies and you take a stroller the receptionist doesnt even care because the person who helped me saw that I had two children and didnt care, I told her that I wanted a room on the first floor and He looked at me from head to toe and told me no, there was only that one. ..but I had reserved it 3 days in advance, but I didnt even want to complain anymore, I just wanted to rest with my family, since they didnt even open the door for us while we were checking in, they kept us on the street talking through a window and the mosquitoes eating me and my children, this was worse than traveling the 11 hours it took me to get to Miami, I do not recommend this place, the main payment to pay was 74 dollars but I ended up paying 134 dollars,,,bad,,,bad This place is super bad

We stayed for 5 nights, the room was not good because we had rented it online, the back of the bed was badly scraped. After 3 days they told us that we had to change rooms because they were going to spoil the room and then they told us to stay there and there were noises in the next room. Greetings to the man at the reception, the bald man with the beard, treated us very well and the girls cleaning the rooms were also very friendly.

I made a reservation through Booking. Some time later they sent me a message to say that they couldnt accept my reservation, but it was still active on the website! So they forced me to go through the cancellation process. I also wrote to them to ask the reasons and they never responded. Very unprofessional.

It is not closed, it is simply used for something that is possibly illegal, it is used as a crinica
