I have come to this facility often & every time it has been a great experience. The staff is really nice & friendly. The therapists are very professional & know exactly the target points for best results. My therapist today was Claudia, she was excellent. 🙏

I must share a review about this location. First, the staff is always so kind and making sure I am pleased with all of their services. And Last, I usually make my appointments on the same day or the day before which causes me to receive therapy from a variety of their great massage therapists at this location, but Yanileimy is wonderful. She always leaves me feeling better and I feel she always gives her best no matter what. Whether I’m her last late client or maybe she’s not feeling her best, she always has given her best to make me feel awesome.

Been a member for as long as I can remember! This location is truly exceptional. Their therapists know what they’re doing and always do a terrific job in loosening my tight muscles! The front desk staff is also always very sweet and knowledgeable. I recommend 100%.

I transferred from the one in Kendal and 137. My experience here on this location tamiami has been phenomenal for the last 2 yrs. I have tried a few of their therapists and no one has disappoint me yet. The front desk in the front are all very professional and attentive to you. Highly recommend this location.

I just got my massage at the Massage Envy Clinic located in Tamiami. The front desk staff were very professional and extremely friendly! I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. They were so accommodating of all my requests for my massage. I received the best deep tissue massage I have ever gotten from my therapist. They were so experienced and professional and knew exactly how to target the areas I was having pain in. I was asking for specific attention on the areas I was having pain and discomfort and now I am feeling better than I have in a long time. I will be recommending this massage envy location to all my family and friends. They were the best!!

I went to Yunaivy for the first time and let me tell you she does an amazing job with deep tissue massages. I suffer from a lot of back pain and shoulder tension and when she finished with my back I felt a huge difference. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage

The staff at this location completely disregarded our requests and we were charged for something we didnt wan. First and foremost we requested deep tissues massages, we recieved very lazy swedish massages that didnt address any of of our issues. Secondly, I request for my face not to be massaged, its the first thing they did when they started. Thirdly, my wifes provider did not speak English so she cannot communicate with her - so spots of pain or focus were ignored because the provider couldnt understand her.Upon check out they were trying to upsell us over and over, I understand presenting your monthly membership and explaining its benefits to us once - but after I said I wasnt interested, they kept on and on - I had to turn it down 6 or 7 times, with endless explanations that dragged on before they finally checked us out. That in itself was pushing me away from having any interest in this monthly membership she was insisting I get.

I’ve been coming to this location for over 13 years. I’ve had an amazing experience. From the front desk to their massage therapist and their facial therapist. I recommend this location 100 percent.

This place is absolutely disgusting. All of the employees, especially Katie were extremely rude and disrespectful. Could not help me without giving an attitude. They lie to you about your membership, even if you have points, which most people do and don’t know about, they won’t tell you so that you can spend more of your own money. If you have to go to ME Tamiami, reconsider the location.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. The massage wasn’t deep tissue which is what I requested. Was very unbalanced and not doing the same thing to both sides. Seemed afraid to even touch and massage and was very lazy massage. On top of that was massaging my bones and not my muscles and now I have pain from that. Please stop hiring people without proper training or experience to massage people. Also the pushy sales pitch at the end with telling everyone “your therapist wants to see you in two weeks” and not letting people just say no and drop it is more annoying than last time.

I’ve had the monthly membership for almost a year now. I was hesitant at first, but I’ve enjoyed it so much every time and I really appreciate having the monthly reminder to book an hour for myself ❤️I most recently had an hour and a half Himalayan Salt hot stones massage and it was amazinggg.Magaly was so nice and professional, I’ll definitely book my next massage with her. It was medium to deep pressure and it was very relaxing.Eduardo is also great if you like the deeper pressure massages. It’s nice that he has chiropractic experience.If you’re hesitant about going, don’t think twice - you deserve it!

Love this location that I’ve been going to for 3 years now. Professional and welcoming front desk team, clean environment, and great price. Best part of this location is the masseuse, kerry. In my opinion he is the best at that location. Great technique, great pressure, and you can tell he has tons of experience… ready to work, good attitude, friendly, and exceptional massage.

Had the most amazing experience and massage with Tania as a prenatal client. She was very knowledgeable in her expertise, and her hands are amazing ! I highly recommend her for Anyone looking for a great prenatal massage. Also let’s not forget the front desk staff. All of them were very welcoming, and made you feel at home. Im never the type to write reviews but All i can say about this place is WOW! this place feels like HOME! The Therapist Marianela is knowledgeable, she does the best deep tissue in Miami!! I used to go to The Standard Hotel to get my massages which costed me over $150 and you still don’t get the same treatment that you get here for only $70!!!!When you walk into this facility all the receptionists treat you like family! and you don’t get that not even at the most luxurious hotel!!Not only that but my schedule is crazy because I own a business and they open everyyy single day from 8 am sometimes until 10 pm!! Im a pain because of my schedule and they ALWAYS try to accommodate me no matter what!!!Huge props to whoever runs this business!! Way to go!!! Tmmmbd

DAMARIS is amazing! I am recovering from a neck injury and she has been a big part of me feeling better over time. She takes the time to understand whats going on with how Im feeling and always makes sure Im ok. THE BEST massage therapist Ive ever seen and I wont trust anyone other than her with my massages. #shesanangel

Great customer service, fabulous massages!

The place is nice and relaxing. The massage therapist was very kind and I loved the massage, but at time of checkout the supervisor spent around 20 minutes trying to convince me of paying a 12 months membership with no cancellation possibilities. I felt very pressured and she stressed me out. Thanks to that lady I am not coming back to that place. I was planning on gifting my dad a massage therapy for fathers day but forget it, Ill find another place for him. Her method of attracting clients is very far from effective.

I LOVE this place. The front desk staff is always pleasant and prepare me for my relaxing massage session. Andres is the BEST massage therapist. Hell give you what you want. Want to relax, prepare to fall asleep. Have pain? Hell take those knots out, even the ones you didnt know you had.

Hey guys for those of you that are interested in starting a membership ship don’t to be honest they hook you with there best masseuse and then give you an appointment for months later and then cancel and not call you so considerate Right. Meanwhile you’re waiting months for your actual masseuse meanwhile they’re giving you these mediocre masseuses that wind up hurting your body instead of helping you honestly I froze my account I’m done with these people I’m actually going to professionals. The manager Paola here was extremely unhelpful honestly I don’t see what her position between a regular employee and her position is. Don’t say no one warned you. :)

Massage was great, the therapist was wonderful and I felt very refreshed afterwards. Check in went smoothly too, and I was treated well.The reason I gave it three stars is because after your wonderful massage the receptionists will try to pressure you to purchase the membership (12 month contract). Seriously, Ive seen less high pressure sales tactics in used car dealerships. Three time I declined the membership.Sales tactics aside, it was an enjoyable massage.

I absolutely love coming here. The girls at the front desk are amazing and so are the therapist. It’s so relaxing I always fall asleep. The best way to a good nights rest :)

I called and scheduled a prenatal massage. I am 39 weeks pregnant and looking to jump start labor. The girl scheduling me recommended a foot exfoliation/massage enhancement as that massage would focus on pressure points. I agreed to it since I’ve heard foot massages focused on pressure points can induce labor. The day of my massage, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled 4:30 massage time and called from car due to covid 19 parameters in place. I was told to come in, and I was greeted by the receptionist wearing a mask but it wasn’t covering her nose. She took 10 minutes to go over paperwork. Around 4:25pm, the masseuse said to give her a couple of minutes to prep the room because she had no idea she was doing a prenatal massage...this was a little concerning for me because I specifically asked for a massage therapist who specializes in prenatal massages. She came back to get me around 4:35pm...we spent about 5 minutes talking about my enhancement package and what I was looking for..she was apprehensive to massage my feet and focus on pressure points because she felt I shouldn’t rush labor—the advice was unsolicited....the massage started at approximately 4:45pm and ended at 6;00pm. I paid for a 90 minute massage. The massage therapist was great but mostly focused on back and shoulder even though I asked for focus on legs and feet as well. Once all was over I told the reception that I paid for a 90 minute massage but only received a 75 minute massage...I was given a weird answer along the lines of “oh the time starts running the minute you walk into the room.” Considering I’m 39 weeks pregnant I did not want to waste my energy arguing. I paid and left. All in all the massage itself was great, but the service and professionalism needs improvement...especially when it comes to clarity of time and when the clock starts running and massaging the areas requested.

I dont get massages here, my wife does and she always mentions that it is a great experience, masssage therapists are experienced and she is always relaxed afterward. Also, when I have been their the front desk is nice and always offers water or tea. The only gripe that I have is that sometimes she misses an appointment and does not receive a refund. I do understand this but for being in the business of alleviating stress; they should come up with a better system for appointment reminders, such as, text prompts or rescheduling with less of a penalty. Overall though 4 stars with little improvement here and there.

DO NOT DO A CONTRACT WITH MASSAGE ENVY!!!1- Massages are non-transferable!!!2- if you freeze the account Because you’re paying for services you have not used… BECAUSE LIFE HAPPENS… You cannot use services YOU ALREADY PAID FOR… while the account is frozen3- When you cancel the account - you ONLY have 8 weeks time to use what you have paid for….. 7 MONTHS OF SERVICES!!! This is $500 of your money that they have and you have to book in their terms?!?!Massage Envy does not have a problem taking your money but they have HORRIBLE CLAUSES IN THEIR CONTRACTS in place which does not allow any flexibility when it comes to booking appointments they have already charged you for…. Oh and don’t expect a refund of your money not used either,,,,, BE AWARE!!!!

All in all the massage was wonderful. However, the front desk staff were a tad bit professional. Making it an unpleasant visit given the fact that it was my first time. I was FORCED rather than asking for a membership by the assistant manager. She spent roughly about 20-25mins of convincing me of why I needed to get a membership, even going down the list of possible things that could go entirely wrong with my body, ensuring that a massage once or twice a month is beneficial. Lastly, they made almost impossible to cancel the membership, even giving 3 days after the start date to cancel. MORAL OF THE STORY: they are not to to be trusted.

For the past year, I’ve been coming to this massage envy location and they never disappoint. My massages have always been good thanks to Samira. Would recommend this location and Samira as a massage therapist. :)

I cant complain about the massages but the experience with the administrative staff is awful. I became a member because it came across as an agreement not a contract and I was promised I could cancel it when I didnt want it anymore. Turns out I was stuck for a year!! Since august when my contract was over they have made it impossible for me to cancel it, there are so many restrictions to when and how I can cancel. They make you sign paperwork without being clear on their intentions. The girls are not equip to explain these memberships, and if you dont pay they report it on your credit. My advice is dont do it! Groupon is the way to go, this place is a hit or miss anyway. ALL of this just to save $10.00 a month? way to pricey for crappy service.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I have been using massage envy for at least 8 years —-this location is the worst.I went in to purchase a gift card for my husband. I knew he had an old account and i didn’t know if he was active anymore or behind or what the case was with his account.I specifically asked the girl behind the counter. Here is his name and birthday. Will he have any problem coming in for his treatment. She said no. He’ll start at the new customer price or he’ll get the members price.Ok sounds great. He shows up for his 1 hour and a half hot stone. They tell him when he pays for the missing four months he can have his birthday treatment?????? Embarrassing and he really needed that. I was furious and embarrassed. I had to go down personally and see what happened??? Asked girls to have the manager to call me and better explain this to me. Of course she couldn’t be bothered. No missed calls from them. No voicemails.All my family lives in this area and friends. I will make sure they all go elsewhere.

I came here many years ago and the massage was great. However I came back for a facial recently and this is the ONLY damn place Ive ever hear of that they refuse to give you a facial if youve had laser hair removal within the last 6 months. My sister goes to the massage envy in Miami Beach & Sunset and she does facials on a monthly basis. I also called the laser hair removal location to ask if I can do a facial and I was told this place was ...ridiculous & they have no idea what they are talking about. Rule no. 1 is no facials for 24-48 hours its been a month since I got my laser. Also they should have told me about this over the phone not minutes before my damn appointment. Horrible!

I only come here for the facials. I must say that I thoroughly enjoy my facials here. They are 50 minute facials and they are very, very detailed in their limited time. I always feel like Ive been there for longer because they really make you feel relaxed and refreshed after. If you arrive on time, they will see you on time as they are very good about being finished and starting on time. Nothing I hate more than having an appointment at 5 and not being seen until 5:15 for anything so this is definitely a plus. The downside is that if you are late, they will not go over their time (which I am totally okay with but Miamians have a hard time dealing with it as I hear about it just about every time that I am there).The only reason that I do not give it a full 5 stars is because the receptionists are so inconsistent that they tend to ruin the mood for your entire visit. There is one receptionist (whose name escapes me) who is absolutely wonderful. She always greets you with a smile on her face and calls everyone her friend. She always takes everyone in order and any time she has to go out of order she tells the next customer why and makes everyone feel welcome.There are 2 others on the other hand who truly make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by coming in. Although I cannot recall the name of the first girl who was less than pleasant, I do recall the second because I literally just left the business. Her name was Gretter. She was rude but in the nicest way possible.What happened? My facial was absolutely wonderful and it was time for checkout. There was one woman in front of me so I waited patiently for my turn. Gretter saw me waiting and knew I was checking out. Just before the woman in front of me was done, another customer came out from her appointment. Rather than wait, she jumped in front of me and Gretter immediately helped check her out without question. Stunned I waited to see if maybe Gretter would offer an apology or explanation as to why I was set aside to be helped. Instead, Gretter then turned to another customer waiting to check in. Gretter then turned to me and said give me a moment while I check her in and Ill be right with you. The woman was checking in but also had a lot of questions. After waiting about 5 minutes between the lovely line skipper and the woman who had many questions, I was frustrated. I checked out and left the tip on the card for my wonderful esthetician and then very politely asked why the other woman was helped before me when she clearly came out after me (hoping that a valid reason would be given). Gretter basically just said that the woman was running late and had to be rushed through the line. Realizing that the answer sounded as ridiculous to me as it did to her, she gave an insincere apology and I walked out.Being that many of the negative reviews is regarding the receptionists, Massage Envy needs to offer better training.

Had good experience with service and front desk but management please remind therapists to wear masks if they have a cough or if too sick to come in to stay home. Its very uncomfortable for the client, and you run the risk of getting sick.

Massage envy @ tamiami is my go-to location. Always get facials with Laura and massages with Daisy. They are simply the best!!! Would not switch them for any other therapist!

Great place, tons of locations and services, they have a special rate for teachers, $55 a month and u get 1 service a month (1 hr massage, facial, etc) at any location, and if u dont use your service one month it rolls over

They are thiefs. They even charge you for your breath. I dont recommend it to anyone because they mess you up with a membership, they give you some prices and then every time you go they charge you more and more. I had to wait a year to cancel the membership and on the last day all the money I had already given them was not enough and they charged me 30 dollars more for a service that I had already paid for. They look very bad with customers, its not worth it. You pay for the very expensive massage and before you leave the place they stress you out again.

I do not recommend this place, it has no smell, the sheets and everything smell like rancid oil. The boring and unprofessional massage. Im not coming back. They are very interested in the tip. Disenchanted.

For me they are the worst, I made an appointment and when I arrive they say that they had canceled it the day before, without notifying you they cancel the appointment, and waste your time. I never go to that place again, I dont recommend it, thats a lack of ethics.
