.. It was time for my eyebrow to get done . I’m so glad I called M&W Majestic Wellness Spa. Thank you beautiful Zigryds Infante for great work on my eyebrow . You did an amazing job exactly what I want and no pain 😂

Loved, loved, loved this spa!!!! You cant beat the prices, I literally walked in and got my feet done, then gel mani while getting a MASSAGE and then washed and blowdry my hair. The masseuse Krist is incredible. The lady Wendy was always checking in on me to see if I needed anything offered wine and water. Cant wait to go back. They are super safe with masks and hand sanitizers and making everything as safe as possible for both you and their employees.

This is a great spa! The service here is fantastic and the facility is clean and cozy! Wanda at the front desk always makes me feel like I’m at home. I’ve recently noticed a lot of one star reviews for this spa from people who have never reviewed anyplace before (seems pretty suspicious, like a rival spa). As you will notice this spa only has five star reviews or one star reviews, no 3’s or 4’s? Obviously the one star reviews from people who have only ever reviewed one place are typically fake and have never even stepped foot in the store. It is a shame that some people will try and ruin a business with fake negative reviews so they can take their costumers. Take it from me (a Level 8 Local Guide who has written over 400 reviews all over the world - check my stats if you want), you won’t regret coming here, I promise 😊👍

I purchased a gift card over ago for $150 and when I was ready to use the gift card and book a service the owner did not honor the gift card. He said the gift card was purchased when it was a previous owner, even though the name of the business is still the same. This is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I had my eyebrows by Xigrid and a plasma facial by Elizabeth and both were very well done, very happy with the results of both . The place is clean and cozy and the staff super friendly and profesional. The prizes are reasonable and the service first class. Highly recommend the Spa , I will definitely continue to use their services.

Such a cute, clean and nice spa place! I had an appointment with Lizette and she was absolutely amazing. The service and the employees were the sweetest and really ensures you had a great time. My experience at M&W was great! It’s hard to find a place which makes you feel relaxed, great service and at a good price! And they definitely do. Once you walk into the spa you will begin to relax as you are greeted from the staff.I workout regularly and am considered a “weekend warrior”, I’ve had many massages in the past, but their massage therapist gave the best deep tissue I’ve ever had. The quality of the service is amazing, and the price is fantastic, highly recommend!!!

The new management exceeds expectation. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the personalized attentions keeps me coming back. The prices are competitive, and the services excellent. My experience with the manicure, pedicure lady, whom I known for many years, has always been very positive. Her professionalism is always outstanding. She has great recommendations and cares about her clients! I would recommend this place and Aida to anyone. You can’t beat the outstanding service, excellent prices and relaxing environment.

Arrived 30m prior to scheduled appointment. Sat in the waiting area, where the ambience and music were calming. This didn’t last long though. Another client sitting adjacent to me decided to listen to a video on high volume totally killing the calm. Reception didn’t event bother to ask the other customer to quiet her phone. To make matters worst I got called in for the service to only be informed that the service I requested was all wrong. They had scheduled an hour of massage when I scheduled a massage for 90m and even confirmed with reception when I reserved my appointment. They then proceed to tell me that they only had an hour as they had another client after me in 50m. Not only was massage all wrong, but now they were running late and only had blocked 60m. Unbelievable! Then the receptionist decides that it’s proper business etiquette to argue with me, the customer, telling me that I was all confused. I work in customer service and never would I treat a customer this way. Make sure if you decide to book services here that you get someone that speaks proper English and that can explain what the services are. I would think twice about reserving here again.

Most amazing customer service. Everyone is so sweet and helpful! The massages that they offer are absolutely incredible. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The time passes so quickly and by the time they are finished, your a new person. :) Will be returning soon!

I came across M&W and my experience was great, personel was very nice and they offer o glass of wine or coffee, it felt really nice like a princess day!!, I got a manicure Gel, and a pedicure with Aida for for $28 dollar... yeah!!! Great deal... and i love my nails 😀😉 I also got a massage with Martha she was very professional and the massage was really needed I enjoyed 😉😀 defenetly coming back!!

Not impressed at all with the service. I went to check them out because I was a regular at the spa with previous owners. The same therapist as before is still there. Pricing and the way spa is run was way better with the previous owners. Front desk personnel, not sure if she is the owner does not speak any English so it was hard to communicate with her. I did a gel mani/pedi with a new woman by the name of Aida, it was ok, it seem like she was being rushed. The massage which i had done in the past was a bit disappointing, the therapist was the whole time on the phone texting and deducted about 10 minutes out of my massage, not sure what was going on with her this day as I have massage with Martha in the past. Specials where always run before and it was always busy, when I got there it was like a ghost town, will not be coming back as I can probably get a better deal, with better service and with individuals that speak English somewhere else.

The new management is amazing! The whole environment is fantastic, I had and incredible time and I’m definitely coming back! The facilities are spot on, everything is clean and organized! I received a facial and got my nails done, both serviced were great! Totally recommend!

I cant say enough great things about Lisette, I called to get some information on massages she was so informative gave me an appointment for the same day. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Had an appointment to do my nails at 10 am, I wanted to try this place. Lady in the front said they were late 20-30 min. I told her they should’ve call to let me know and explained to her that i had a busy schedule an a call would’ve help. She said they don’t call for nails appointment because is not worth it. She then said they were not going to do my nails.Response to the owner’s reply:The delay was not because a client wanted to change the nail polish color. It was because the nail technician arrived late and another didn’t show up, additionally the lady (hostess) didn’t like I expressed my discontent for not calling to let the customer know about the delay, stating “we only call for messages because for nails is not worth it” and assure you are no longer going to accept appointments but leave it only as walk ins. She was rude, most likely is the owner, and did not care about a customer. If it was an employee I’m sure she/he would’ve shown respect and concern about the customer.

I honestly love this place . It has a lovely vibe . Customer service is 10/10 . And don’t even get me started on the massages because wow !!! Their facials are great as well , you can really tell they know what they’re doing . You won’t regret the experience!

I am very disappointed with the previous owner, Kassandra. I was promised various free services for my membership and I was not informed to receive my services before they switched owners.Although thoroughly dissapointed (how can you not inform loyal members of the switch? You took the money of the membership and now i am out of well deserved services).New owner was very kind and understanding. My spa treatments were superb. Definitely will be back for more.

Very disappointing experience. I came back to this place because I was a previous client/spa member at Indulge. Now the place is called M&W Majestic Spa. Not impressed with new girl they have there doing nails, some blonde woman which I believe her name is Aida. I came for a special they sent out on gel mani/pedi. The nail tech did a very rushed and horrible job. When I went to complain to the front desk, the new owner had a puzzle look on her face when I realized she does not even speak English. How do you run a business without speaking English.. After looking at some of their reviews, it looks like I am not the only person that has had these issues in this place. With so many salons I do not recommend the sloppy work from the nail tech and the inexperienced management. I always had a great experience at the old spa, the old owner was always so welcoming and resolve issues on the spot. She really cared about her clients and their needs. The spa was run with professionalism and that is why I was a member for years until I lost my job and could not come as often as I wanted to. I am 100% sure that the new owner is using a bunch of her idiot family members to boost up her reviews by bad mouthing previous owners. This place is a real DUMP!!! People should really keep their mouth shut about things they know nothing about!! Hope the old owner got good money on the sale of this place because it will never be what it was before..

I went for the $28 gel mani/pedi special. The nail lady (blonde Spanish speaking woman) was very rushed. She did a horrid job on my nails, i could have done them way better myself. I asked her to clean up the edges a bit as there was polish ON MY SKIN and she tried to clean it up in a angrily way then told me if i don’t like them to come back in 2 days. The owner asked me about my experience and i showed her and the front desk lady my nails, both agreed that my 2 year old could’ve painted them better than she did. Even though the owner agreed that my nails looked terrible she told the front desk lady to “just charge her” she obviously did not care that i was an unsatisfied client/customer. I am very easy to please and i am not super picky with my nails either just so you all know. I also don’t like leaving bad reviews but i don’t want anyone to have to deal with what i dealt with and stuck with ugly painted nails. Needless to say I will NEVER return here again for anything EVER AGAIN.

Went to have a deep tissue massage and I was very disappointed with my results. I asked for a deep tissue and what I got was bruising on my body from the therapist which did not have a License posted on the wall and when I asked the owner she gave me an excuse that she was updating the license. When I called the next day and spoke to the owner Wendy and explained what happened she did not know what I was talking about. She was totally clueless on what I was talking about. Before I made the appointment I asked for a licensed massage therapist plus someone with experience as I had a bad experience before. If I wanted to get beat up I would have had someone do it for free! this was a horrible experience. The place Sucks and the management is worse than the employee no Customer service at all! Terrible!

Elizabeth was so patient and empathic with my situation, giving very bad shoulders. She took her time, very peaceful and clean environment. I would recommend this to anyone just looking for a day off.

Trying to find spa in my area, came across these people- I called several times and no one picked up the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone, the lady did not speak very good English. She was agitated on the phone, had very little patience as I asked a couple of questions on their services and quite frankly was rude. My Spanish is not that great so I tried my best to communicate with her no speaking English. They need to have someone with better communication answering the phones, when they decide to answer their calls. To many spas in Miami to waste my time with this one.

I went in for a deep Swedish massage with Cristian and a mani pedi with Xygrids. Christian worked wonders with my tensed and knotted neck/shoulders and Xygrids left my nails looking amazing. Very friendly and professional staff and owner Wendy makes you feel at home.

I visited for 1 hr deep tissue massage today Sat. 12/01/2018 @ 9 am.The masseuse started massage 9:11 and ended 9:48 ! I only got 38 min. massage.I complained, but the masseuse and front clerk both says including time to get ready/changing clothes. Still, 38 min!?I was not happy and felt very unfair for the service and advertisement.

A few weeks ago I received some specials via text from this spa. I didn’t recognize the place and called to inquire about the place and specials. The person who picked up the phone did not understand my questions and put me on hold. Kept me waiting for a long time and I hung up. I called back again and they kept hanging up on me. When they finally picked up I realized the receptionist didn’t speak English. They need better customer service especially in the front desk. Will look for another place.

As a man that likes to look sharp I was in need of a manicure ( been told that women like mans hands) it was my first time so I wanted to look great before my dinner date with my Princess....Staff very professional, knowledgeable friendly and super nice! This has been hands down one of the best experiences of my life. Everyone within the facility really worked to give me a pleasurable experience. From the technicians, to the management, it was phenomenal service. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Did not have the experience I thought I would have. When I called to try to make an appointment, I had to call a couple of times before anyone got the phone. When someone finally got the phone, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes where I had to hang up and call again. The girl on the other side of the phone was not very pleasant. After reading some of their reviews, you have some good ones and some bad ones but after reviewing the bad ones I am not surprise as I was treated very poorly over the phone. What I find hilarious is some dude by the name of Patrick Prentice giving his 2 senses on everyone else review. Dude, if someone gives a 1 star, is none of your freaking business. Everyone has different experiences where they go, maybe yours was fine, that is, if is not FAKE as you claim everyone elses is, but I guess you are the only truthful person here as I see someone else with the same last name as you giving this place a 5 star review, what crock of s---! HOW SUSPICIOUS THAT THIS MAN SPEAKS NOTHING ON THE SERVICES HE DID BUT GOES STRAIGHT INTO BASHING 1 STAR REVIEWS, WHY ISNT YOUR REVIEW A 3 OR 4 HUH? AND WHO GOES INTO A SUPPOSED BUSINESS YOU VISIT AND POSTS PICTURES OF THE INSIDE, HUH, SUSPICIOUS. MAYBE SOMEONE GAVE YOU THE PICTURES. I AM A CHICK AND I DONT TAKE PICTURES OF THE INSIDE OF A SPA WHEN I GO THERE TO RELAX, LOL. Amazing attention and care for the guest, the best prices I’ve seen, if you live in the area or nearby this will be by far your best option to take care of yourself and have a spa day.

Worst service ever!! My appointment was at 11am , waited 40 minutes and still the technician was not done. The appointment scheduler Maria Ramos does not know how to tell time. An apology does not cut it!! Stay away from this place. More than obvious that this salon does not run on time.

The masseuse (who is duly certified) is incredible and with extensive knowledge of her work, I recommend this place 100% because it also has the best prices you can find for this type of service.
