Aly was amazing she was able to give me instant relief when I came in for 30 minutes! I also brought my new born and she was patient when he got upset he dropped his pacifier, she even put it back in his mouth for me. She made my first time going an amazing experience and I plan on going back to see her very soon!

Sheila made me feel very comfortable. I was very relaxed afterwards.The hot Himalayan stone massage is the best! Yes, it’s $30 more, but Well Worth It! I will definitely want to be seen by her again.The girls up front are always very helpful in booking my next appointment. Their Demeanor is great! Had my first massage ever by Jeremias. I was very unsure about getting one and get uncomfortable around people being in my bubble. My mother-in-law got me a gift card, so I figured that I would try it. He made me feel very comfortable and he was professional and so friendly. Would definitely recommend him!

The ambiance of the spa was also very relaxing and calming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I always enjoy my sessions at Massage Envy! Adriana is a fantastic massage therapist.Update as of 3/2024: I’ve always booked my appointments months in advance. At one point I was told by the manager I wasn’t allowed to book more than one session a month in order to allow other members the chance to book and that I was “lucky” to be getting one facial and massage per month (as if I weren’t paying for the service). As soon as my favorite therapist left, I did too.Every other location I’ve been to has been fantastic. The Midland location seems to be an outlier.

I have had many great experiences. Janet is a wonderful vibe. Not only does she give a great massage but you leave with an emotional lightness and an overwhelming feeling of positivity because of the great knowledge and wisdom she shares with you. I will continue definitely continue to be a customer. Thank you massage envy.

Diana listened to my “hurts” and sciatic issues. She showed me a stretch, advised my on add-ons that could help me and gave a lot of attention to areas causing my sciatic extreme pain. She is fantastic!

Con artists, simply put. Charge monthly for a service they cant even provide every month because they cant keep therapists on the payroll. Then of course theres no refund for a service youve already paid for (theft much?) BUT WAIT, THERES MORE! All those credits youve accumulated? Yeah forget about using those because now that youve refused to pay for a service they cant provide, your account is listed as inactive. The therapists they CAN keep arent great, and dont listen well... just run through whatever programmed massage theyve got in their head. Other locations have been okay, but Midland is hot garbage.

Ive been a regular here for over a year, and I intended to continue as such for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, thats no longer the case. Securing an appointment has turned into quite the ordeal, requiring bookings 1-2 months ahead. The scheduling complexity has grown, with many days and times simply off the table.Its disheartening to pay $90 a month and be locked in for a year with a hefty cancellation fee only to wait a whole month or more for an available slot. And those frequent appointment cancellations? Im sure youve encountered that frustration too. Just recently, my appointment got axed, and then I found myself being charged for a time slot I wasnt even present for, until I had to rectify the situation.Oh, and consider this a heads-up: steer clear of booking with Audrey. Even if youre running a tad late due to traffic while being two blocks away and you call ahead of time to inform them, theyll scrap your entire appointment and hit you with a hefty $90 fee. A more reasonable approach might have been shortening the session, dont you think?Adding to the disappointment, the front desk had declined to relay messages from me to the service provider. Its like playing a game of broken telephone. I couldve easily stayed on board for years, but now Im compelled to direct all those I know to explore other options. Luckily, there are far superior alternatives available.Ive made the decision to call it quits on my membership and have canceled many appointments spanning the next three months. To the management, this is your chance to demonstrate care for your dedicated clientele. The balls in your court.

Always good. Still like going there but still looking for right one for me. I prefer deep tissue and not a lot can do it. Or they can but not with their hands and need too. Masseuses need to use hands instead of fore arms and work on back. I used to have one there that was awesome. She worked on back and got out all the tension cuz she could feel them. That’s what I miss! Use hands more and work on back and lower back. And if a client gets there early maybe get them in and they can use all their time instead did finishing early because after all they are paying for the full 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Brynn did an excel job on my facial. She spent longer on going over my areas of concern, products I use at home, and prior appointments to see if I liked that regimen or needed to change things up. It really helped tailor the facial to something that was perfect for my skin! And I looked so glowy afterwards! Thank you girl!

Massage therapist talked a lot and talking so close to my face. Her spit went on my face. Not a good experience.

My therapist listens to what I need with the massage and then provides what I ask for. Thats why hes a regional massage therapist of the year! Front office staff are friendly, helpful and I am so grateful they call to offer an earlier time when Jeremias prior client cancelled.

I received my first massage from Tony on 12/3/2022. It was by far and away the best massage I’ve ever had. He was very thorough even though time did not permit in depth full body. The areas he concentrated on were definitely the most important. I will continue to schedule my future visits with him. In addition, the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Always a wonderful visit at Massage Envy. The front staff are friendly and helpful every time. I appreciate when they call to ask if I would like to fill a canceled appt or when the new schedule opens up.Jeremias is always attentive to how much pressure to place and conversation I want that day. He checks in with problem areas and if the pressure is right. Also some days I don’t feel like talking and other days I do but he always lets me initiate conversation which I appreciate.

Roxie was very attentive when I explained the pain issues I’m having, and focused on that area, above all else. I would not hesitate to ask for her again.My ONLY complaint is regarding the “Tranquility Room”. There was a young woman in there waiting for one of the clients (an elderly woman), and as she was waiting was watching videos on her phone. I ended up going out to the lobby to wait since her music & the tranquil music were competing. It made it difficult to relax and unwind. It should be common sense, but maybe a sign asking people to refrain from using phones in that room?

I usually see Brynn everytime for a facial, but she was sick so I booked with Audrey! She was AMAZING! I’m sad that I have to choose between them both for my facials. But it’s a great problem to have! Love them both and my skin feels and looks amazing!! 🩷

I have been coming here for years and have had a few different massage therapists. But let me tell you Janet is the absolute best. She is knowledgeable and professional. I will ONLY book my appointments with her and no one else. I felt so lucky to be able to squeeze my last appointment in that afterwards I booked out with her through the end of the year!Also the entire building is well maintained, it smells clean and you can tell it’s sanitized. My only feedback would be to bring back your water! The infused ones were so good!

Roxanne was amazing! She made my facial more than just a facial! She’s an absolute delight and I will definitely be purchasing a membership. I thought it would be hard to resist getting a massage once a month but my facial was amazing and she even did a neck, shoulder and hand massage which was a pretty awesome bonus!

I walked in with a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. As the massage was happening, it was the first time in awhile that I didnt hurt. That night, I actually could sleep for the first time in days. Going back until I get to be 100%, then going to maintain it. This was my first massage and I am hooked.

The reception was warm. I was offered to add services and into the quiet room I went. It was a good experience.

Jimmy is amazing at his job, he always makes me feel relaxed and I walk out of there feeling 100% better. There is a older ady manager thats always at the front desk that is not very friendly and does not have good costumer manners. Its like she hates her job and that is not a very good impression to start your experience at massage envy she would get a 1 star rating.

I hate giving reviews But here at massage envy there is just a very high turnover rate. They have the best employees and they do an amazing job that you fall in love with their services. BUT ITS ALWAYS HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT !! .

The few therapists Ive been able to see have been wonderful, however they have cancelled my last 3 prenatal appointments. I understand things happen but Im paying for a service Im not receiving. The manager had a HORRIBLE attitude and refused to offer any solutions other than rescheduling AGAIN, even though its been MONTHS since Ive been able to get a massage at this location. Avoid this place unless you just want to flush money down the toilet.

I’ve been going Massage Envy almost 4 to 5 years. I went for massage with Yolanda and she was really rude with me then I complain to the manager and manager even Rooter than her. This happened in Midland Texas. I really like Adriana she’s really really good and I really want to work with her but not with Massage Envy. Massage Envy service is so bad.

Have been a loyal customer for over five years. Therapist experience was varied but tended to be good if you found a quality massage therapist.Massage Envy clients should be aware that this clinics cancellation process is painfully clunky. First, it took them an entire business day to send me a single form. Then you have to fill out a multi-page legal document. In my case, they didnt bother to acknowledge receipt of the emailed document so I didnt know if the cancellation had been effected. Then, if your cancellation is within 10 days of a future scheduled monthly payment, they run the payment anyway. All in all, their cancellation process is painfully clunky. The staff are unresponsive to legal documents but quite prompt when a charge back is threatened. They also set up the cancellation process so there is a 33% chance they get to charge you for an additional month anyway. It is clear they care much more about revenue than their clients, which for a wellness-focused clinic is quite a jarring contrast.

I have used the same esthetician, Roxanne, for a long time. She stays booked though so I tried Chezare Sunday. I understand they are all different but I just didn’t feel like she cared much for her job or having a possible new client. Disappointing as I’ve been with massage envy for over 10 years between Houston and now Midland. Definitely appreciate Roxanne even more!

The ladies here really really try to get your appointments set up timely and effectively. They are very conscientious of their clientele and the appointments I would recommend this place to anyone however, you do need to be proactive with your appointments and not get frustrated that you can’t just walk in it is a one massage envy for the entire city with limited LMT’s. You do need to make appointments early on.

The quality of service is excellent every time from the owner/manager to the front staff to the masseuse. Clean location and usually on time. For what they have for this size city and lack of personnel, business is always full and schedules are 3 months out. Only desire is a better sound system, speakers are aged and cut out often during the required ME playlist. Its a small thing but can be annoying to listen to. All else is great!

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this place is, Brynn took such care of me and guided me with the skin care products that will work best for me, I highly recommend Massage Envy, you will not regret it. The awesome ladies at the front were very friendly and very helpful, thank you so much.

This was my first visit and I had Rebeca. I had told her that my neck and shoulders had been a trouble area for me for a while. I work construction and I am really hard on my back. She singled out every muscle that had been giving me trouble and worked it until it was soft and pliable! I could feel the knots soften. I felt better this morning with less pain getting out of bed then I have felt in a while. Thank you so much♡

I had my very first facial with Chezare and it was above and beyond anything I had expected. Chezare is talented and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed for my skin type ( because I don’t have a clue) . Ontop of that she was very personable and friendly. 10/10, 5 ✨, Highly recommend.

Roxanne is AMAZING!!!! I drive an hour just to have her do my eyebrows. She gets all of my hair, not just the stuff growing by the brow. She takes her time shaping them. She is great with facials. It’s soooo relaxing! Highly recommend her!

Do not use this place! Terrible customer service and they never have anyone to do the services you need! I tried to get a massage for over a year finally set up for a facial not what I wanted but I thought why not. I had a last minute emergency to Lubbock (yes same day) as if I knew I was going to have an emergency and they are going to charge me %50 of the service I never received! (I never saw this policy while setting the appointment online) yes I was frustrated but they need to take some training in empathy and customer service. If anyone wants a gift card I’ll happily give it to them I will never attempt to use this service again.

Went and got a massage for the first time in my life today. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much my wife and I both signed up for memberships!Scott and Benthany are amazing!

I do not recommend any sort of membership here. Pat as you go. I have no idea what is going on, but they cannot keep female massage therapists and you cannot get any sort of massage appointment. I havent been in since November of 2021 because I cannot get an appointment. You cannot cancel your membership without paying the thing out, and once your membership is canceled, youll have 60 days to use your credits, which I have a ton of now. If you ask for a corporate number, they will tell you corporate wont do anything for you and tell you to contact this Location. I feel like a lawyer should jump on board for a class action suit for breach of contract on Massage Envys side. I pay for a service that I cannot use. Just my opinion. Aftee my phone call up there,, I can say their customer service is terrible.

I have been several times and the massages are always fine. The front desk and scheduling staff, however, are not professional or organized. I have received gift cards, which for some reason you can only use for 120 days. Well, this particular location is always full and never has any availability for months at a time if you can come at 2 pm on a Wednesday. Today, they canceled my appointment mere hours before I am scheduled. They claim they cannot reschedule someone to fill the void. I understand things happen, but good lord, I’m working on a limited time frame and you can’t even get me in because of scheduling. What a waste of money.

Customer service was atrocious. My therapists have always been great( nothing to complain there), but the front staff is less than useful and the manager was very unprofessional. Had to give a star to give a review unfortunately.

Jimmy has provided the best massages I’ve ever had. He has identified areas that have been giving me problems for years and worked on those. I’ve never felt better.

I was expecting a very weak chemical peel, honestly. It was an INCREDIBLE peel. Her fun personality made it even better. She was really very personable, knowledgeable about the process and products, and just kind. I will be doing this again and will be trying the microderm treatment next!

Went in for microdermabrasion and came out 30 min later. Have a year membership but will not be using it anymore. Pay 70 a month for it and had to pay 60 on top of that. Spend more being a member than not.

I have gone a couple times, since it has opened a few years ago. First time the massage was good, but the front staff was beyond rude. All because I was not a member , and did not intend to become one. I went again a few years later, because I got gift cards I needed to use. The staff was way better and nice. But the massage was lacking. I need a strong massage and have issues with my back. Explained I wanted firm massage, and mostly on my back. She tried to push hard, but it felt like a light touch. And she spent most of the time on my lower body. I left feeling frustrated. She was nice and all, but not what I wanted.

There are appointments available and I was able to get in after only 2 days to help relieve some stress. Jeramias is the best. I will work my schedule around to be able to get in with him. So soothing and relaxing and he really listens to what I need for the session.

Ive been three times. I joined and havent had too much trouble getting appointments. Front desk is friendly and seems efficient. I wasnt able to go to the therapist I used to see, so its nice to have Massage Envy as an alternative. Its nice that even if you dont get your favorite therapist, they can usually get you in with someone who is OK within a short amount of time. I like Massage Envy pretty well.

The ladies at the reception desk are always kind and professional. My massage therapist , Shiela is prompt, caring, and she works on my problem spots. I have very few migraine headaches nows. I leave Massage Envy relaxed and my shoulder and neck muscles feel so much better!!! I go every week!!!!

Today was my first time going to Massage Envy and I had a fantastic experience. Melissa who was a front desk clerk was very nice in explaining to me all the different services and helping me get prepared for the massage. She explained to me exactly what would take place and asked me if I had any questions afterwards. The massage therapist I saw was Shelia (who was recommended by another review) and she was great. She listened to all of my concerns as I explained to her my problem areas and my focus for the visit. I was hesitant because of the reviews but my visit was well. I would recommend. Btw this was my first time so I got an awesome discount ($74.99) on my 1.5 hour session. You should at least try once. Even if only for an hour ($49.99). Thanks Massage Envy!

The massage from Scott was good. However, I felt shorted. I had shown up 5 minutes ahead of time, and was already in the system so check in was quick. I still was not on the table until 7 minutes after my hour massage started and he left the room 8 minuites before the hour was up. I feel that being charged for an hour massage I should get a whole hour. I would get 5 minutes or so of lost time due to other clients. However 25% of my hours massage wasted is unacceptable.Front desk staff abd Scott were friendly, so I felt uncomfortable about complaining to them in person right after.

My first massage here was with Keisha. She has a technique where she goes against the direction of muscle fibers and I was amazed at how my muscles relaxed without much effort at all. Amazing pressure and hip work was the best Ive ever had. If you must book in advance or wait a bit to see her do so. Top notch therapist.

I came here with a friend, she gifted me a facial. The customer service is on point! Its very serene as well, I think I could have fallen asleep in the lobby from how relaxing the vibes are. The esthetician that helped me was very nice and extremely knowledgeable which I liked.

Sheila is 5 stars!My gripe is that there are very young staff in the front of house that have no idea how to truly offer customer service. Calling four hours in advance to cancel due to illness has a cold response of well have to charge you. This is not the first time there has been clueless, insensitive responses. Fine, youve lost a dedicated customer! To bad the front of house cant support the talent of the massage therapists.

I have loved massages here, and I have had many massages at different establishments from various therapists over the years for a chronic pain condition. Janet in particular is very talented, dedicated, and an excellent massage therapist. She really finds the issues and works them out gently. Aly is also very good.I wish I could give them 5 stars, except that the lady at the front office (manager?) was very rude to me. I am a member and my credit card had just been replaced; I received a text the day before stating that my appt for the following morning would be canceled if I didnt call to update it. I didnt read the text in time (I have 2 young toddlers at home and cant always be attentive to my phone). I arrived for my appt and was rudely treated. I was very disappointed at the customer service, especially given that Im a member and I simply made a mistake. I do not want to go to massage establishment for the purpose of health betterment when the staff is not kind and customer-oriented.Massage envy: please call (not just text) if a members appt is going to be cancelled for any reason. That I would have gotten through to me. Or even call after its canceled as a courtesy to inform so that I could have resolved the issue immediately.The other front ladies have always been very kind and helpful.

I had a facial and massage scheduled. When I arrived I was informed that they would have to reschedule my massage because the lady was running behind. In order to make up for it they said they would give me an hour and a half massage. I was definitely okay with that even though its very hard to get an appointment here. I was in and out of my massage in less than 50 minutes (that included getting undressed, my massage and dressing again). When I notified the manager she told me she couldnt do anything about it and she would talk to the lady who did my massage.Not only did they not inform me before hand to see if I wanted to reschedule, they told me they were going to give me extra time and shorted me, and then the manager clearly has no customer service experience. Ive never had a horrible enough experience that made me never want to go back until I came to this place.

I greeted Scott the therapist for the first time ever . He said he was depressed and said he gets that way a couple weeks this time of year . Who says this to a client first visit??!! I was very uncomfortable getting a massage knowing already I just met my massage therapist and he is depressed. Ok now depression is something that is a honest feeling , and definitely needs more awareness. BUT, maybe keep that to your self and / or maybe a mental therapist, family and friends you trust and not a first client. That’s just my opinion.

Karli did exactly what I asked and covered every body part that needed attention, and there was plenty. She was able to time herself well in order to ensure what I requested was fulfilled. She cared about my comfort and pressure, which is extremely important to me, especially pressure!

Started going after my neck started giving me constant pain. First time ever having a massage. Staff was welcoming and very professional. I also have a torn rotator cuff that they worked on. My shoulder was better then the 10 physical therapy appts. My neck and shoulder are a work in progress. Scheduling is easy. Glad I’m a member because I use it religiously.

I had a chemical peel, and it was a great experience! Chezare was very attentive, and kept me as comfortable as possible. She also answered all my questions, and tailored the peel to help me reach my skincare goals.

I arrived on time but the front desk staff were so confused and inept that they took 15 minutes to check me in! So did this eat into my paid-for massage time? YEP!!!! My massage therapist did a good job but the rest of the staff should GO!Never going back!

I read all the reviews on here and i had already booked an appointment, but i made a special trip up there to get a feel for the atmosphere, the front desk, and the aesthetician, I asked them about the bad reviews, and aside from being one of the busiest stores, i couldnt determine what the negative fuss is about. I had my facial yesterday 5/19/15 and i had an excellent experience. Maggie was awesome, and the girls up front were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend it to family and/or friends. I recommend before you judge this store, to go talk to them and tell them why you are skeptical... just my 2 cents. Honesty about reading a bad review will likely get them to become a better store, and i couldnt find any faults. Go, experience, and im sure you will agree with me.... and really if your not able to deal with a busy store in Midland, TX right now, clearly you havent been in Midland very long... EVERYONE is busy :)

Janet is amazing and really takes the time to ask what needs to be looked at! When Janet’s schedule does not meet my crazy schedule, they always find me a spot with one of their professional therapists!

Adriana is the best therapist. I always feel like a new person when I leave there.

Ila is amazing! I suffer from migraines and she knew exactly which trigger points to focus on. I highly recommend her and Massage Envy. All staff are extremely professional and friendly.

Extremely dissapointed in the fact they continue to take members on but are 5-6 week out for a massage. Be truthful and let people know before they commit to a 12 month contract. I find this extremely unproffessional and will be cancelling my contract the second it hits 12 months. Shame on you Massage Envy!

Called in at 8am to book appointment for my daughter (it was her birthday). They had 3 appointments available. I told the lady Id call right back and let her know which one. When i called back a few minutes later, I received the voice message system. I left the message stating my name and number, her name, and appointment time. Asked them to please call me back that that had received message.45 min later they had not called back, so I called again. This time a man said that appointment was booked and that they were having trouble with their voice mail.Anyway Im not happy and going somewhere else.....

Been seeing Roxanne for over year and LOVE getting treatments from her. She switches the facial up to whatever my skin is needing and leaving feeling relaxed!

Not very happy right now. So I made an appointment for 10am today for a facial. I am in the front doing my paper work as I hear my aesthetician say her child was sick. She was trying to find someone to cover her shift so she could go to her child. I totally under stand having sick children, I have a young child myself. What I do not understand it that it took her to call all the front desk staff that were in front of me out so she could get one of them to cancel my appointment for her. It is now 9:59 when she decided to have them tell me she was going to have to leave. So why did she just not tell me herself and apologize to me herself. That is very unprofessional and I will not be having her do my facial next time. I do not want to give people my money if they do not respect me. I will say Itzel was very professional and thoughtful in this situation. Poor girl has to work with people that open off their dirty work on her. So much for a nice relaxing facial! 😡

Diana provided an amazing 👏 massage and made me feel like new 👍have scheduled many more massages 💆‍♀️ in the next 2 weeks and so forth!!!!

The only reason I am giving a one star is because I needed to cancel my membership which i only owed them 300 dollars and right now this is not a Priority in my life the only thing the manager said she could do for me was freeze my account for 6 months i wanted to work with them by they refused. They said they help people with April and may so that is good enough to them . Please do not get a membership with them.

I always get top notch massages by Rebecca or Sheila 💆‍♂️ there. This was the 1st time getting a facial and she did amazing. I almost fell asleep. Plan on getting more by Roxanne.

I do not recommend this business to anyone. Every time me or my wife call to schedule a appointment they are booked out. I asked them to let me out of my contract they said no even after I said I will pay them for any inconvenience. So now Im stuck with a bunch massages I cant use. They want even let me give the masses to someone else .

I have almost finished a year membership and I not rich but $65 a month is we worth every penny. Huge stress relief. They also have a massage chair that you can use for free while your waiting before and after if youd like.

Bought a package pre-covid, and after covid was over they were still requiring mask while getting a massage. They would not refund the massages I had left. Will not return.

I did not receive the massage I requested. I was there for a deep tissue massage snd thats not what I got. I kept asking Scott to provide deep tissue massage and use his elbows in the specified areas that he already knew about and never did. I am very disappointed and still got charged full cost. I still have the same tension knots in my neck and shoulders blades that are causing me tension headaches. I will never go back there again. And now Im stuck with a 12 month contract. SMH

Staff was friendly and the MT I had recently was new to me but will definitely request her in the future. Very knowledgeable, with comments at the end of the session regarding stretching, tension, etc.

Do not sign up for a membership. You have to book 3 months in advance, not when your body is sore and when you need the massage. A perk of being a member is you can transfer credits to others(for example: as a gift) but if they are not a member then Massage Envy has to set them up in their system in order to transfer it into their name. This has been an issue with me due to the fact that you dont always know which town the recipient wants to be set up in. The Midland locations staff is not very knowledgeable when asked specific questions. All around, not worth the headache, time, nor money.

Picked up a gift card for my husband for Christmas. He came back this afternoon, couldn’t speak highly enough of his therapist, said the massage was amazing... after spending ten minutes telling me how exasperated he was at the front desk for pushing the membership so hard and basically ruining that post-massage relaxation vibe. Obviously just looking for a way into our wallets. Despite the therapist being amazing, probably not a return visit. Tired of push for sales exceeding all else.

Ms Roxanne is an absolute master as a massage therapist. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very attentive. My favorite and highly recommended.

I was not happy with my massage. I was very specific that I was not there for sore muscles and wanted a relaxing massage. The majority of the massage was painful and the masseuse focused on using a single finger to apply pressure in certain spots. Not at all what I wanted and not enjoyable.

Every time I call this place EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE is so rude. It seems like anything I ask for they are booked for a month or the facial lady is on vacation every weekend. No one cares to even help assist in anyway possible. I work 8-5 and of course nothing is available after as usual. They are so short staffed and I am glad I am no longer a member. I have giftcards that I need to use and I almost just want to give them away to avoid this place........STAY AWAY...

This place is horrible! I’ve been a member since May and have yet been able to get what I’ve been paying for!! They never have anything available and when they do they cancel on me. The front desk girls are very rude and do not know what they are doing or how to communicate. I do not recommend this place at all. You will be losing your hard earned money.

I am ONLY giving these 2 stars because of an awesome, and i do mean awesome employee named Janet. She does/did the hot stone massage. I dont know if she is still there because I havent been there in many months. But I have lots of time collected for when i get to go to a REAL professional Massage Envy location. Rowlett tx is awesome and takes care of you if there is a problem. THIS MIDLAND LOCATION has awful mean girl mentality management. THEY GOSSIP. They try to embarrass you in front of other customers. The reason they do nothing is because the owners are not managed by Massage Envy and can do anything they want. I was going every 2 weeks for massage by Janet and booked my massages months in advance. The LAST time I set foot in this place I went there for my scheduled appointment and was told that I am now a Cash customer. This was yelled out across the room with several customers waiting. AND I was told that the cash would need to be paid BEFORE my massage. Well I missed my massage because of this.MIND YOU I HAVE NEVER GIVEN THEM A BAD CHECK OR NOT PAID!! But NOW I am a cash only customer?????? I was going 2 times per month for about a year at that time! Do the math! Thats alot of money! SHOLLDNT I BE A VALUED CUSTOMER. I guess not. AWFUL MANAGEMENT and they love to GOSSIP.

Have been a Message Envy member for 7 years now, my membership is in Arizona, we travel a lot due to my husbands job.The front staff was awsome, very friendly, facility is very clean, professional. HOWEVER...when I pay for an hour in a half message I expect to get at least an hour and twenty minutes! NOT and hour and 10 minutes...informed the front desk and no one seamed to want to do anything about it. What really sucks is the message was AWSOME...just dont think Ill go back because after a message you dont want stress!!! We watch the clock too!Oh and I do go to an awsome Spa in Florida if anyone is interested The Spa at The Riverview Hotel in New Smyrna Beach Florida...you will NEVER experience anything quite like this spa!!!! The best I have ever been to and I have been going there 18 years now. It is expensive...but...you get what you pay for!!!

Most of the masseuses arent any good. Not to mention that trying to get out of the automatic draft contract is impossible. The management there is horrible and refuses to work with customers and it took over 6 months of fighting with them to cancel my membership and even then they drafted the next month fee and then canceled my membership and refused to give me a refund stating that it was too late the membership was already canceled and there was nothing they could do. Huge scam DO NOT use this place.

I havent been to Massage Envy yet but I am scared to try. I moved from Utah to the area and I SHOCKED at the take it or leave attitude of business providers. The unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge and apathy is hard to digest sometimes. I am looking for a massage therapist but given the reviews I am hesitant.
