OYO Hotel Midland

Do not book this room through Priceline. You will pay twice. They will tell you they dont care; it is not their problem. I have three receipts under three different names at two different price points for the exact same room. There is definitely something shady going on, and the corporate OYO will not take responsibility for this location. We never had a working key for the door. The room was dirty. We had no towels; we had to get some from the desk. The environment felt unsafe, and the door looked like it had been broken in at some point. Honestly, if I had not been driving for 18 hours to attend a funeral, I would not have stayed the single night that I did. OYO escalation will tell you there is no record of multiple payments and disregard all picture evidence that the transaction happened.

Advertising as the OYO Hotel. A mistake to say the least, No Hot water, the electric stove does not work , no microwave, no kitchenette utensils, nor towels or toilet paper. Room was dirty and the lock was defective. No help from staff and neighbors are roaming around and lurking around.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER CHECKED INTO THE DOORS WANT CLOSE IT TAKES 48 HOURS TO GET A REFUND POLICE ARE ALWAYS THERE CRACK HEADS ALL OVER THE BEDS WERNT MADE MATTERS WAS NASTY AS HELL YHIS PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THEY AVERTISE

By far the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. From the dirty sheets to no towels to standing in the lobby for a half an hour trying to find someone to get me a key a d open food in the fridge 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Disgusting. I checked in, went into the bathroom and found 5 cockroaches. Trash was everywhere outside. Wouldnt even recommend to enemies

The same as homewood no one at office had a reservation arrived at 1030 no one there and had to deal with moving reservation to other hotel

Terrible operation of the motel, they insist that you pay online before arriving and then keep you all day as if it were a favor to give you the keys to the room if you can call the bad-looking cubic piece a room. Once the payment is obtained, any situation existing in the place is ignored. Supposedly, third-party companies charge you, preventing you from refunding the money paid and thus forcing customers to stay in place due to lack of options because they simply do not refund the money once paid. To conclude if you have no option of where to stay whether for one night or longer ⏱️ do not stay in this place !!!!!!! Save yourself the trouble you caused me and other customers.
