My new fav shop! Went to a few different places today looking for a specific flavor and although this shop didnt have the exact flavor I was looking for, I was able to find something similar.The customer service definitely sets them apart. I went to 4 different shops today and in all 4 I was either ignored, treated like a bother or dismissed altogether. Drae was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and even gave me some extra insight that I didnt get anywhere else.Easily my new favorite (and only) vape shop in MTX!Thank you Drae for going above and beyond helping me and making my first experience with Cloud City a great one. I will definitely be back!

This place has the best quality of THCA and such flower and vape products in town. Ive been to other stores and overall Cloud City has the better products. The customer service is outstanding. The only downside is they have no Sunday hours. So stock up on Saturday because no other place in town has the quality like Cloud City.

I went in today, with a very specific request in mind. I spoke to the man running the counter about nicotine vapes always having a slight cool flavor, even if they are not marked ice or mint. He explained different chemicals in typical disposable vapes and how they react. He was very knowledgeable about how the different flavors in his shop were blended. There’s nothing worse than going to seven different vape shops where they swear top to bottom that there is no “ice” only to spend $25 take one drag and realize it is too cold.I have lost more money on nicotine vapes due to sales associates that do not understand the specifics of their product. The prices in this shop are more affordable than other shops in the area. I am a longtime customer of a local shop up the road, but I will be making the switch today. Cloud city vape is where it’s at! Thank you!!!

This was my shop until I bought a pen and charger. Two weeks later the charger quit working. The shop would not give me another charger. Lost my business over a $6 charger.

Coming to this location as a first time vape user, and having no experience dealing with vapes. Mr.ever and mr.john was very knowledgeable,and informative about each product. They also explained in great detail about anything I was curious about. I felt welcomed, unrushed, and unpressured about purchasing a product. I left the store happy and highly recommend first timers to choose this location.

Went in there and was very happy with the help I received today. I never can decide what flavor of juice or even what kind I normally get for that matter and he was very patient with me and helped me find the flavor I might like and took his time to help me. My fiance needed coils for his vape and he was right on it. I really like this place cause they always have someone to help everyone and if your unsure they will guide you on what you would more than likely need vs getting you something just to spend more money.

I was very impressed with the customer service here. Selection is great. All juices that they sell are easily available for sampling. The model selection is pretty large as well. Midland shops and customer service are usually lacking but not as this place. Will defi8be visiting again.

I was surprised to hear they don’t even stand behind their own merchandise went in and spend a $100 with ease only to find out after purchase that if any of the products I brought doesn’t work I have 24 hours to return for in store exchange after that I would have to rely on factory warranty smh I wish I would’ve never stepped foot in their establishment

A nice looking shop with a good variety of brands, juices, and flavors. Unfortunately the customer service was a little shot. First off: the guy behind the counter told us “all of this juice” was his best seller. Second: he gave short rude answers to all of my questions. And third to top it all off: I intentionally walked in to buy something specific (which was in stock) and because of the way I was treated in this shop, I walked out empty handed. He looked like he didn’t really want to be there which made me feel the same so, I walked out and will be taking my business elsewhere. Which is a damn shame, but customer service is the face of every business.

We are weekly regulars here. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and how to make them work best for you. Chosing flavors from their massive selection can be overwhelming, but they are really good at helpingvyouvquickly narrow it down. Prices are not too crazy high and their rewards program is not bad. The location isnt great, can feel a little seedy, but not enough to cause us to look for a new vape shop.

Helped me buy my first mod. Very happy with my service. I am the gm of a fast food restaurant and always invite them in for food. I need a couple coils rebuilt and hope they will take care of me. Love the service and they helped me stop smoking!

Staff is so amazing & experts on all their merchandise & give wonderful suggestions for the flavors you describe to them you like! Sam is the best to go to & will even throw in some suggestions that have never steered us wrong or disappointed! Great atmosphere & recommend every chance we get to anyone looking to get some juice. Also its great that if they dont have the amount of nicotine youre looking for (like a 3mg for us) they actually will take a 0mg & add nicotine to give exactly what we always look for!! And make custom blends of their own which are amazing!!

I Came in and bought a device it was my 3rd unit because I messed up the other 2. When I got out to the car I notice it was not hitting right so I called back in and they told me to go ahead and give it A full charged. If that didnt work bring it back the next day, theyll do something for me. When I came back in they told me the device was hitting Properly and nothing was wrong with it. I told him that this is my 3rd unit I bought from them, And I and they told me I have 90 days to send it back to the manufacturer. The real good about taking your money and not trying to help you resolve the problem. Now Im stuck with the defective device And now I have to send the device to the manufacture. I am Irritated!! I was not being rude nor disrespectful so please dont say that. You are on 24hrs surveillance check ur camera and open your ears. We could do this back and fourth all day! Say what ever u want to make yourself looks good. As for me Im taking my business somewhere else.

The cbd slush is beyond amazing! The people there are so knowledgeable and friendly I had a horrible day and the light and joy they brought to my day meant more than any review could give. The energy is so chill And positive. If I could give a million stars I would. To the staff you have no idea how much you made me feel at home being yet so far from home. I would recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere else, I’ll even give a good recommendation at the end of this review. I was a loyal customer here for years and I kept coming back for their point system plus customer incentives for point accumulation i.e if you accumulated 2,000 points, you could pick a Mod of your choice. For spending reference, it’s $1 per point (roughly). They decided to walk back the incentives for the customer and on top of that, they lost over $1,000 worth of points from my account!I would recommend Premium vape company off Andrews highway. They have the same point accumulation system, but they only require 500 points for credit towards a new Mod (roughly $80 credit) the incentives continue to get better as you spend more money at Premium vape. Your money will go further with them.I hope that Cloud can work through whatever decision they decided to make, but until then, me and my friends who I recommend will be going down the street.

My friend’s boyfriend was fired from here two days before Christmas because a customer lied about the instructions they received about a product. He was robbed of the bonus he worked all year for and has a 2yo daughter and a newborn at home, his employers know this and proceeded to fire him based on false allegations. Do not buy from this store.

In response to the customer service... Until today the only rating I could leave concerned the products purchased. The customer service is outstanding. The juice needs improvement and the prices are far higher than Im accustomed to for both equipment and juice.

I just picked up a Sigelei 75W box mod to add to my collection. As usual, I recieved great service from the team at Cloud City. I told them what I was looking or and why, and they walked me through all my options until I settled on something I was happy with. Amber even walked me through all the functions and had me set up and vaping on my way out the door. This is just one of many great experiences. Their selection for beginners and seasoned vapors is excellent, and their ability to match the person with the right setup is second to none. BTW, their juice selection is top notch, too.

I just want to say that all tho this place is small,they are by far the best. They treat me and my wife with extreme respect and I thank them for it. They are not snobs or know it alls. They listen and acknowledge your thoughts and ideas. I recently bought a bottle of e-juice and got a 12 nic instead of a 6. They offered to drive all the way to my town which was 60 miles away just to correct the problem I mean who does that? I told them they didnt have to do that, so me and the wife drove all the way back to Midland the next day just to return the item and to thank them. Well they gave me a free bottle of 0 nic to mix with the 12 to make it a 6. Then I told them to give me another bottle so I could mix it some more.He gave it to me for a reduced price and also gave me another bottle of juice just to apologize for the inconvenience. These guys go waaay above and beyond what a company has to.. Anytime Im in Midland I will be stopping by. TY guys for the way you treated us. You have a customer for life..TY so much.

( which is honestly a MUST for any premium vape shop) Every person I have dealt with here is ultra friendly and talkative, and very passionate about vaping and helping people quit smoking.
