MR PUFF SMOKE AND VAPE SHOP

Ok so there is a tall skinny white dude that works there who is an encyclopedia of information. He kind of looks like a hippie. He knows literally everything about what this store sells. I’ve fact checked him multiple times and everything he says has been accurate. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking to try something new or if you just have questions. I wish I remembered his name.

Kc, A and Josh were the most excellent staff members I could ask for when coming into a smoke shop, they always know what’s really good and preferred when I asked questions, they seem to really know what they have behind the counters firsthand so they helped me to the max for what I was looking for. The upmost, kindest staff in Midland!! I absolutely refuse to take my business anywhere else, thank you to the teams they have; I assume the owner is fair to their workers also based on how great everything is ran. I am most satisfied each experience!!!

I’ve been coming to this store for awhile they always have great judgement, and have great sales!!

The service is not great. Just know what you want if you go, or bring a pretty girl. Otherwise, the 3 guys behind the counter really dont want you there.

This place is a complete joke.Super unprofessional and unwilling to help costomers...Twice now they have refused to help me unless I have my device with me.I was very specific as to what I was looking for.Both times were for separate devices and was told they make 3 different coils.They didnt look and said we probably dont have what you want.I asked to see what they did have knowing the others work for my device as well but they just said there are a lot and then proceeded to clean shelves and ignore me.On a separate occasion they refused to sell me the cheaper product I specifically asked for even though it was in stock.This is the only shop in Midland that treats people this way.Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere for your needs.

Me and my husband come every other week. Today we decided to buy a new piece and they were super helpful and informative. It’s always a nice atmosphere.

Caleb was very knowledgeable and honest. Got some Pluto gas house and some grape soda badder and some hemp wraps he recommended. Life changing 🤣🤣👍

Of all the smoke shops that have appeared around town over the last little while, Mr. Puff is by far my favorite. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is very comfortable recommending personal favorites.Ive been to this location many times and have every intention of going back again, really soon.

I think this may be my first negative review, and I really dont want to be leaving a review like this but people looking to purchase the 1 gram cookies flower or the 2 gram pack of Dazed flower are in for a shocking surprise as the girl at the counter very confidently stated that the price both products was increased $5 dollars OVERNIGHT. $21 A GRAM for cookies flower. The price of the 2 g packets of the Dazed flower are $16 a pack was one of the best deals in town at $8 a gram, but isnt worth $11 a gram for THCA flower! In addiction, the box of the flower clearly stated $14.99 and she refused to honor the marked price and wanted to charge me $21 for a GRAM OF COOKIES THCA FLOWER. I could have just paid the extra money as it would have earned me a $20 coupon but I refused. Stupid and ridiculous

Incredible spread of products!!! The expertise on the products wasnt quite on par with another tobacco shop in town, but they had a much wider varray of products including cbd which has become difficult to find. Overall, I was highly impressed, and Ive already returned multiple times!

I went In right before closing and a tall nice looking guy named Josh was sooo beyond helpful and kind and knowledgeable about everything. We ended up buying a vape he suggested and we love it.He also gave me a 10% discount because I was short on cash .so thank you josh.

The manager there named Geo is extremely knowledgeable of every single product there. Hes got great customer service, hes fun and polite to talk to, keeps the store open as long as people are in the parking lot, and just makes the overall experience there so much better. If yall can figure out how to clone him a few times and employ all of the little Geos, youd get more business than a gas pump I promise.
