Prices here are why I come here over GT Vapor. Brick and mortar stores have to mark up their prices to pay the bills but at least they keep their prices reasonable! Also this is one of the only brick and mortar stores ive seen that carries some DNA mods, Dotmod products, Squid Indistries, as well as all the usual Geekvape, Smok etc.. They mix their own juice as well!My preferred b&m store by a long shot. They also do awesome sales and discounts.

Ive been purchasing juice and coils from this location for a while. There has been a steady decline in stock which I understand can happen. However, my most recent experience will be the last. They did not have my usual juices in preferred nicotine strength in stock. The new manager recommended a separate flavor which I have tried and I declined, letting her know it wasnt up my alley.She then replied well, if you like tobacco so much, why dont you go smoke a real cigarette?.Really!? That is the type of response and customer service? Ever thought that maybe someone is trying NOT to smoke cigarettes? She then swapped out with a different associate to continue the sale who proceeded to ask me the same questions about what I am looking for (after prefacing again, that I come here often and know what I am looking for). I settled for what was in stock, getting a higher nicotine strength than normal and onto the purchase.Credit card machines are down so my card needs to be entered manually - annoying but acceptable. But, repeatedly asking me for my phone number and email because thats how our system works is not true. Again, I have been here 25+ times. I have an account and sometimes I just dont want to use it. A phone number is not necessary to complete the sale. After getting entered as a walk in and rung up, they asked for my email for a receipt. I asked for a printed receipt, only to be told that I must provide an email. Why? Because again, thats how things work now. No printed receipt, only the persistent need to collect customer information.Lost a long time customer here. Ill order online for 1/2 the price.

The employee went out of his way to find me a somewhat rare vape 510 connector I needed. The store was bright and clean and smelled really nice. The employee(I wish I caught his name) was so nice and friendly and offered me such wonderful customer service. I appreciate your help so much!

This is not just one of the best vape shops but one of the best stores I have ever been too. Jody is one of the best store managers I have ever met and has been a huge help over the last couple of years I have shopped here. Knowledgeable, clean and really friendly environment.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful! Selection is excellent, and you cant say no to their handcrafted juices made fresh in the store, to order, either.This store also appears to be very woman-friendly, which appears to be a rare quality in a lot of vape shops.

Great staff that actually know their stuff, unlike a lot of east side Milwaukee shops. Jody is not only extremely friendly but can answer almost any question you have. This shop will always be my go to place to shop for all of my vape needs. A significant plus is their house juice that is mixed fresh for you upon purchase!

Ty and Kody are so helpful. The shop is so clean they go out of their way every time we come in to shop! There’s so knowledgeable and so friendly I definitely recommend this shop.
