Do not buy a membership here. I was a member for about 2 years. The massages are good not great. I only found two therapists that I really liked but they both left Massage envy. Prices of membership increased dramatically to $70 and there additional costs that I do not agree with. For example, if you want a facial INSTEAD of a massage for that month it is an additional $10. Mind you, youre picking one or the other and still paying $10. If you want to gift one of your already paid massages to a friend it is an additional $10. I cancelled my membership in January but they were still charging me and it was April. I went to the office on April 4th to question the charges and I was assured I would be refunded my money. It is now April 21st and I have yet to receive a refund. Do not go!!!

Do not sign up here! I was told I could cancel anytime then when I go to cancel they say I have to fulfill a years worth of massages. Not to mention that my hour massage was usually 40 minutes. They are misleading and I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find a professional masseuse that practices on their own and help them out instead of giving your money to these crooks. Just read the rest of the online reviews. These people do not know how to treat a customer.

Horrible establishment!!! Few months after I cancelled my contract, I found out that they were still getting money from my bank. Upon knowing, I tried to schedule for an appointment just for them to make up for the fundings they took (i did not allow anymore), and could not even get me one! So now, I have to call my bank and make sure they’re not gonna be lurking for 70$ a month without my authorization. Their excuse??? “Ohh, it was the previous manager’s fault”.

Worst place ever! They will hook you into getting a yearly contract which they will NEVER honor.... youd call and schedule an appointment and when you show up they just say that your appointment is not in the system and would ask you to reschedule.... which never happens.as they will come with that same lame story... on top of that they will make it impossible for you to cancel the contract.. long story short, they will suckered 600+ dollars out of you and find a way to avoid giving you aNY single service...Please be very careful if you dont want to be frustrated with their service ...
