A very good massage. I did the 1 hour back PLUS the 30 minute foot combo all for just $100(not including tip) for $120 it’s worth it. I’m totally relaxed. Very good self care.

They switched therapists three times during my session. One of the therapists answered the phone and was having a conversation while massaging me. Then they messed up my card payment and over charged me $20

My wife and I visited for the first time today, and unfortunately we only decided to have a 30 minute massage...we should have asked for an hour! We were greeted with a smile, lead to our room, and given directions. The room felt a little warm, and they turned down the AC after we explained our discomfort. The massage was fantastic for both of us! The prices were reasonable, and we were told thank you several times.Other reviews mentioned the staff asking for a tip. We were never asked, but we did give a generous tip, as in the massage industry is expected.Make Pure Life Massage your #1 place to relax!EDIT: We have been back to Pure Life at least 5-6 times since my review. Still one of the best places in Mobile to get a relaxing massage. At the end of our session, the older woman with a smokers voice asked us for cash. I will be calling the owner as I feel like this is not the norm, as I have never seen her before.

Best foot massage you’ll ever get, worth every penny.

I really enjoyed my table massage! I didnt expect it to be as soothing as it was. The lady left me feeling slightly inebriated the massage was so good! I had to tip. The staff here work very hard and were even accommodating to my employer, who has some mobility issues, so they were quickly able to find work-arounds to accommodate her. The prices were extremely reasonable. $100 for our total services of back, foot, and table massages. Ill definitely be back!

I will NEVER visit the establishment again! Rude is an understatement! The service was rushed! I was asked over and over again to change the service I requested! I wanted one thing and I was asked over and over if I wanted something else even after I booked the appointment for the service I wanted! After paying the lady KEPT my change and said it’s their tip! I asked her to show me that in writing! I was prepared to tip, but don’t just keep my money! Then after I tipped the lady had the audacity to say “go home!”I will NEVER visit this place again!

Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. The staff that has given me massages and care were very well trained helping me to overcome problems that have persisted for sometime which has allowed me to return to normal functions. Thank you for a wonderful and continuing experience!

Yes! Go here. Skip all the rest. This is the place for the best price and excellent care. I waited less than 6 minutes as a walk in. I was offereda $ 50.00 one hour treatment: 30 minute shoulders and 30 minute foot massage. They have a menu of prices and services posted as well as a very nice brochure about services. It was incredible and I speak from experience with massage from coast to coast. I did not feel pressured about leaving a tip but of course left one because it was certainly earned. I only wish I had been before now. I will be back at least once a week.

This place does well; however, they have the nerve to request a tip and if you dont leave the amount they want, they let you know that they are not satisfied with your tip.Literally!! Leaving a tip and the amount is an option.The merchant should never tell the customer to his or her face that the their tip is not enough.The customer keeps this place in business. When the customer no longer feels comfortable, then the merchant loses sales!!! Im over this!! I will search for a new business who offers good customer service, and who doesnt feel entitled and rude over tips!!

They don’t change sheets over the bed in between clients, I saw that first hand after my massage was rushed to get two people waiting, I came out they went in. The massage was good won’t deny that but he had to stop a few times to answer the phone and whatever else he went out the room to do, This being my first time that made me uneasy, I wanted an hour I received roughly 40 minutes I know because I was timing. My foot massage was for 30 I got 19. The worst part is when I paid after signing he says NO TIP? in a very rude manner like I was obligated after being cheated out of my massage time, I explained to him why but he didn’t respond….the nerve of him. This was why my review is a two.

I enjoyed the massage. A few things that bothered 😕 me. I was not greeted upon entry or thanked when leaving. I wasn’t ask if I had any pressure points to work on or to be cautious of prior to massage. I’m not sure 🤔 if it was a language barrier. Host spoke English & attempted to pressure me into a tip. He never ask me how my experience was or there any issues. I don’t disagree in giving tip, but customer service 1st.

I am an avid runner and cyclist and my feet hurt every day! Went for a 1 hour foot massage and I can honestly say that when I left there, my feet actually felt like I was walking on clouds! No stiffness, no soreness, just totally refreshed and relaxed! They definitely know their stuff and I will be back on a regular basis! I cant wait to try their full body massages as well.

I have tried most of the other massage places but this one hands down Is the best so far. I wish I would have got the ladles name but she did a amazing job! I recommend this place for sure!

Really good massage - I tipped her well. Im happy to recommend them. Only issue I had was that papsan kept sticking his head in the room - sure killed the relaxing mood each time. Ill be back, but next time Ill demand my privacy.

Clean facilities and good work but I can’t stand the fact they beg for a tip after I’ve paid for my services. I feel it’s up to customers to decide if they want to tip and not to be asked. That’s rude and make me not return even though I enjoy my treatment. And after I tipped they were not pleased as if it’s a certain amount they look to be paid. Unappreciative!!!!

Friendly. Very professional. In addition to the soothing music you can hear the business next door blaring music, sounds more like a bar than a barber shop. But I wasnt there to relax but for pain relief. Good foot massage.

I am a photographer and after working all weekend with a heavy camera my feet and back were feeling it. The 30 minute foot/30 minute chair massage was pure perfection. At one point, I thought I might have slipped into a coma or that locked in syndrome because I felt completely paralyzed but still half way conscious. Turns out thats what relaxation feels like. I 100% plan to go back there very soon and urge everyone to try them out. It was amazing.

Just came back from a 60 min couples massage. Absolutely worth it. Reasonable prices and an incredible massage for myself my fiancé. 10/10 recommend this place and will definitely be back.

I received a couples massage and it was great, especially when they started massaging my feet. Would definitely come back again, the only thing I didnt like was that they kept stopping to answer the phone or when someone entered in the building

I go frequently to get reflexology massage. They do a great job & help in giving me some relief from my chronic plantar fasciitis pain. They play very nice instrumental music that is soothing & relaxing. I highly recommend this business.
