Every time I go in this Shop, they are always extremely helpful and knowledgable. I am always pleased with my purchases.

I am writing this review for the novice who may pop into this store or for the person in a hurry and unsure of what to get. Some of the employees profile the customers and if they sense you are a newbie or inexperienced they will bait and switch, overcharge, and sell you something that they need to move out of their inventory. FTR - I am not a novice but I have witnessed this behavior and it has happened to a friend of mine on two different occasions. I have gone in to two different of their establishments and been profiled and assumptions made - because I am a middle aged white woman, that I do not know what I am looking for or purchasing. Because I dont look like their typical customer, they assume I can be taken advantage of. I even had one cashier/attendant ask me if I was aware of what delta8 actually was and what it would do to me.As for my friend, who wants to remain anon, the attendant literally gave him a bait and switch product. Told him THC-O was the same as Delta-8. Gave him a different brand than he asked for. Charged him $20 more for what he purchased. (two different stickers on product) My friend was embarrassed to go back in and say something when he realized this had happened.So while this place has some really great reviews and a great selection - know that unless it is the white young man working who is extremely knowledgeable and will educate with the right information - you may get screwed if you are a novice and if you are a woman, dressed nicely/professionally, and old enough to be in perimenopause that you will likely be treated as if you are dumb and have no idea what you are doing.

Kendle is so friendly and helpful. He always answers any questions I have and does a great job explaining products. I look forward to seeing him when I come into the shop!

Walked in to look at getting a new hookah and was greeted with a knowledgeable young man who seemed to know a lot about the products. The byo brand seemed to be the way to go and Im pleasently surprised with it. Came with everything I needed to get started. Great service and decent prices for what you are getting. Thank again!

Went in a week ago. Knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed my time in there. I bought some cube coals I wasnt sure on but turned out better then my normal coals. Best deal on Al faker around. Will go back

I have always been treated like family here, also u get the best deal in mobile period. I come from Creola, Alabama to here at least 30 minute drive the guy Nid is the best and always hooks me up and spends quite time with his customers I would reccomend this place over the thousand of stores I have visited in Mobile, Saraland , and Satsuma by far the best place to get ur moneys worth..

Had to stop going here after being sold previously opened bottles of juice time after time after time, and never having my coils in stock. Friendly people- but that only goes so far. I’m not buying a new tank 4/5 times a year because you’re out of my coils.

Employees are great and efficient, they have knowledge on all the products, variety of delta 8 products that can be useful for people with body pains or anxiety and a variety of nicotine products as well

Be careful folks! I purchased a set of their Brown batteries from their Schillinger Rd store and on the side of the battery itself it had CAUTION! Using these batteries in any E-Cigarette devices is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! And the owner of these stores knows this now but refuses to remove them from his stores. Folks if you are using these type of batteries be EXTREMELY CAREFUL! These type of batteries could possibly blow up in your hand near your face.

Walked in and was immediately wowed with how much product they had in the store. Not only that, but I was given the deal of a lifetime. I will definitely be back again!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else..ANYWHERE ELSE, but here! I just stopped in because I needed a new vape kit. The gentleman behind the counter showed me a few items and I finally settled on the VOOPOO Mojo. After paying $82, I got home and looked my new purchase up on the internet and realized that he marked it up $35-40.
